WATCH: Black Trump Supporter Kicked off Southwest Airlines Flight

Southwest Airlines is in hot water, once again, after a passenger was removed from a flight on Tuesday for allegedly violating mask restrictions.

The passenger, a Black man in a ‘Black Voices for Trump’ hat, donning a Trump face covering, lowered his mask once seated in order to eat a snack – a bag of peanuts – something he and other passengers understood to be allowable.

Video shows the man in a middle seat with no passengers seated directly next to him. An official from the airline in a blue mask is then shown approaching him and telling him he wasn’t going to be taking off on this flight and needed to exit the aircraft.

Witnesses in the video came to the man’s defense, saying that he was in fact wearing his mask until he lowered it in order to snack on peanuts while safely in his own seat. On the video, other passengers gestured toward a flight attendant at the front of the aircraft and said that the ejection had nothing to do with mask policy.

Senators Slam FBI Director for ‘Unacceptable’ Delay Over McCabe Texts

Senate Republican leaders on Tuesday slammed FBI Director Christopher Wray for a “simply unacceptable” delay in providing access to text messages sent by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley wrote to Wray that they have received just 24 pages of texts, despite the FBI making available to the Justice Department more than 300 pages.

“It is simply unacceptable that we have waited so long to receive so little,” Johnson (R-Wis.) and Grassley (R-Iowa) wrote.

The letter says Johnson’s committee “subpoenaed the FBI for all records related to” a probe of possible Trump campaign links to Russia and “[w]e have waited nearly 70 days to receive these text messages, and when records were actually produced, we received only eight percent of what we know exists.” . . .

President Trump has been pushing for additional disclosures about the FBI’s Russia probe ahead of the Nov. 3 election. Last week, the Justice Department indicated that a long-awaited report from Connecticut US Attorney John Durham would not be released before the election, a bitter disappointment to Republicans. Former White House Physician CONVINCED Biden Isn’t Mentally Fit for Office

Former White House physician Ronny Jackson told reporters on Tuesday that he was “convinced” Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, 77, does not have the cognitive ability to be commander-in-chief.

“I’m pretty familiar with what it takes both physically and cognitively to do that job and what the demands of that job are,” Jackson, 53, who is currently running for Congress as a Republican, said on a call organized by the Trump campaign.

“As a citizen, not as a candidate running for Congress, but as a citizen of this country, I’ve watched Joe Biden on the campaign trail and I am concerned and convinced that he does not have the mental capacity, the cognitive ability, to serve as our commander-in-chief and our head of state,” he went on.

Jackson served in the White House medical unit under George W. Bush and was appointed Physician to the President under Barack Obama and President Trump before he was nominated to serve as Secretary of Veteran Affairs in March 2018. . .

“I’m not trying to remotely diagnose him with anything,” he said. “I’ve not accused him of having Alzheimer’s or anything of that nature.” (Read more from “Former White House Physician CONVINCED Biden Isn’t Mentally Fit for Office” HERE)

Judge Refuses to Shut Down Clinton Foundation Probe

A federal tax judge has refused to shut down an investigation into the operations of the Clinton Foundation, ruling that the IRS, when it asked for summary judgment, “abused its discretion.”

Just the News reported U.S. Tax Court Judge David Gustafson denied the IRS request and instead will allow the whistleblower complaint to proceed.

The judge said the concerns from former Drug Enforcement Agency official John Moynihan and tax expert Larry Doyle provided “specific credible documentation” supporting their allegations of possible tax-exempt legal violations by the Arkansas-based Clinton charity. . .

The Clinton Foundation was flush with cash from huge donations, many from overseas, while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state. Its income has plunged in the years since she left office. In fact, investigative author Peter Schweizer said in a television interview with “Tucker Carlson Tonight” that donations to the foundation have “dried up.”

“The Clinton Foundation has had a hard time raising money because they don’t have the influence to sell,” he said. “They don’t have power access to sell and that, I think, is the primary evidence for what the Clinton enterprise was all about.” (Read more from “Judge Refuses to Shut Down Clinton Foundation Probe” HERE)

President Trump Nominated a Fourth Time for Nobel Peace Prize

It was only a few months after Barack Obama took office in 2009 that the Nobel committee decided he had “created a new climate in international politics” and awarded him the Nobel Peace prize.

After all, the committee opined, he had “captured the world’s attention and given its people hope for a better future.” . . .

President Trump has been nominated a fourth time for specific accomplishments.

A Finnish member of the European Parliament, Laura Huhtasaari, wrote that he should be honored “in recognition of his endeavors to end the era of endless wars, construct peace by encouraging conflicting parties for dialogue and negotiations, as well as underpin internal cohesion and stability of his country.”

The letter pointed out that Trump “has served almost a complete presidential term without starting a new war.” (Read more from “President Trump Nominated a Fourth Time for Nobel Peace Prize” HERE)

Kamala Harris’s Ties to Muslim Anti-Israel Group Revealed

Democratic vice-presidential candidate Kamala Harris’s ties to a leading anti-Israel group are generating scrutiny among Jewish voters, particularly in Florida, a perennial swing state populated by a large number of staunchly pro-Israel voters.

As California’s attorney general and then as U.S. senator, Harris forged a relationship with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), one of the nation’s top anti-Israel groups and advocates for boycotts of the Jewish state. CAIR advised Harris on community issues during her time in California politics, and she later offered the group her “gratitude and admiration” in a 2018 personal letter to the group.

Harris’s association with CAIR is drawing scrutiny ahead of the 2020 presidential election. While Jewish voters overwhelmingly lean Democratic, the party’s recent embrace of anti-Israel causes and activists could make the critical voting bloc think twice. Biden has promised to be a mainstream pro-Israel president, but the Democratic Party’s alliance with anti-Israel leaders threatens to pull the candidate leftward, as evidenced by Biden’s campaign pledge to confront Israel over its continued building of Jewish homes in disputed areas. Recent national polls show around 30 percent support for Trump among Jewish voters, a number that ranks on the high end historically. And CAIR’s support for the Democratic ticket could prove to be a lightning rod for team Biden in states such as Florida, local GOP officials say.

“Every Jewish American should be concerned about a potential vice president who aligns herself with groups that support terrorists,” said Randy Fine, a former Republican Florida state politician who went toe-to-toe with CAIR on several initiatives. “I don’t think we want people in the White House to invite anti-Semites to have a seat at the table.” (Read more from “Kamala Harris’s Ties to Muslim Anti-Israel Group Revealed” HERE)

Romney Praises Biden, Who Called Trump a ‘Clown’ and a ‘Racist,’ for Staying Above Vile Discourse

Republican Utah Sen. Mitt Romney is apparently the forgiving type. Maybe a little too forgiving.

Romney released a statement on Tuesday decrying the current state of political discourse in the United States. His statement is careful to name both President Trump and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as being guiltiest of some of the worst, most over-the-top rhetoric.

But more interesting than those who Romney says are guilty of lowering the discourse is that the senator conspicuously portrays Democratic nominee Joe Biden as being supposedly above the fray. The problem here is that Biden really is not above getting in the mud. You would think that Romney, of all people, whom Biden claimed in 2012 would put black people “back in chains,” would know this.

“I have stayed quiet with the approach of the election,” reads the senator’s statement. “But I’m troubled by our politics, as it has moved away from spirited debate to a vile, vituperative, hate-filled morass that is unbecoming of any free nation — let alone the birthplace of modern democracy.” . . .

Let’s not forget that it was Biden who built his career in the Senate on being a ruthless knife fighter and who had several outbursts during that travesty of a first presidential debate. Let’s not forget that while on a national stage, it was Biden who called his perfectly belligerent opponent a “racist,” a “liar,” a “clown,” and the “worst president America has ever had.” Biden even told the president to “shut up” and to “keep yapping.” (Read more from “Romney Praises Biden, Who Called Trump a ‘Clown’ and a ‘Racist,’ for Staying Above Vile Discourse” HERE)

Amy Coney Barrett Discusses Roe v. Wade

By Fox News. Judge Amy Coney Barrett said she doesn’t believe the Supreme Court’s landmark abortion ruling Roe v. Wade fits the scholarly definition of “super precedent,” or a case that cannot be overruled.

Barrett said that a case like Brown v. Board of Education, which banned segregation in schools, would be considered a super precedent because “people consider it to be on that very small list of things so widely established and agreed upon by everyone, calls for its overruling simply don’t exist.”

“I’m answering a lot of questions about Roe which I think indicates that Roe doesn’t fall into that category,” the Supreme Court nominee told Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn.

She added: “Scholars across the spectrum say that doesn’t mean that Roe should be overruled but descriptively it does mean that it’s not a case that everyone has accepted and doesn’t call for its overruling.”

Barrett pointed to Harvard Law professor Richard Fallon, who argued Roe v. Wade is not a super precedent because “calls for its overruling have never ceased.” (Read more from “Amy Coney Barrett Discusses Roe v. Wade” HERE)

Democrats Tout Anti-Barrett Letter From Notre Dame Faculty – but No Signers Are From Law School

By Fox News. Democrats have pounced on an open letter signed by 88 faculty members at the University of Notre Dame calling on Judge Amy Coney Barrett to withdraw herself from being considered for the Supreme Court until after the November election. Yet not one of the signatories is from the Notre Dame Law School.

The letter starts by congratulating Barrett on her nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court but quickly pivots and urges her to step down, calling the nomination process “rushed” and “an exercise in raw power politics.”

The letter concedes that Barrett is not responsible for the supposedly “anti-democratic machinations” driving her nomination but urges her to “refuse to be a party to such maneuvers.”

“We ask that you honor the democratic process and insist the hearings be put on hold until after the voters have made their choice,” the letter says.

The signatories’ fields of study are diverse, spanning STEM subjects to the humanities, but not a single one of the 88 names have any law credentials. (Read more from “Democrats Tout Anti-Barrett Letter From Notre Dame Faculty – but No Signers Are From Law School” HERE)

Trump: ‘We Have Something That Will Cure’ COVID-19

By Daily Wire. President Trump appeared Friday on Rush Limbaugh’s nationally syndicated talk show and declared “we have something that will cure” COVID-19.

The president was diagnosed with COVID-19 on Oct. 1, and the next day was taken to Walter Reed National Medical Center, where he was treated with antibody drugs. Trump was among fewer than 10 people who were able to access the Regeneron cocktail under “compassionate use” rules, and he was discharged from the center on Sunday.

“I was in not great shape” when he was admitted to Walter Reed last week, Trump told Limbaugh. “But we had a medicine that healed me,” he added. “I might not have recovered at all without the Regeneron cocktail.”

“This is a cure. Call it what you want, it’s a cure. I’m talking to you today because of it,” the president said. “This is a total gamechanger.” (Read more from “Trump: ‘We Have Something That Will Cure’ COVID-19” HERE)

Trump Says He Is No Longer Taking Medication, Declares He’s ‘Healed’ of COVID

By NBC News. President Donald Trump is no longer taking medication prescribed by his doctors after he tested positive for Covid-19 and has been retested for the virus but declined to say when he last tested negative, he said during a Fox News interview Friday night.

“I have been retested and I haven’t even found out numbers or anything yet but I’ve been retested and I know I met either the bottom of the scale or free,” Trump told Dr. Marc Siegel during a segment on Tucker Carlson Tonight.

He later told Siegel that he would get tested again “probably tomorrow” and added that it is “great to see it disappear.” . . .

“I did negotiate but I have a lot of respect for these doctors, they are the best doctors in the world,” he said. “I really tended to listen but generally maybe I wouldn’t but I did tend to listen to this group.” (Read more from “Trump Says He Is No Longer Taking Medication, Declares He’s ‘Healed’ of COVID” HERE)

The One Metric That Has Decided Every Presidential Winner Since 1988…And Trump Has a Lock on It

Again, David Chapman and PollWatch are two good accounts that have been tracking the polling this cycle and cutting through the nonsense from the liberal media. There’s been a lot of funny business with the polling folks. Firms conducting polls around the same time but getting different results. We have shy Trump voters. The youth vote interest is tanking in this election cycle to levels not seen since 2000. Some polls have one million fewer young people voting this year. But somehow Biden is going to win by like 12 points. It’s unreliable to the nth degree. So, what Chapman did was compile a thread that cuts through a lot of the liberal media silliness out there. For starters, he nixes the idea that bad economies kill incumbents. Yes, that was the case for Bush 41, but historically the incumbent party is 12-11 when facing re-election during an economic downturn.

And speaking of incumbents, Chapman added, “no incumbent who has received at least 75% of the primary vote has lost re-election. Donald Trump received 94% of the primary vote, which is the 4th highest all-time. Higher than Eisenhower, Nixon, Clinton, and Obama.” . . .

“Three times in history America has faced a pandemic, recession, and civil unrest during an election year. The incumbent party is 3-0 in those elections,” wrote Chapman “What about polls? Well, polls are predicting Trump’s win. The ABC poll shows Trump with a 19-point enthusiasm advantage.”

He noted that every candidate who held the edge in voter enthusiasm since 1988 has won the election. (Read more from “The One Metric That Has Decided Every Presidential Winner Since 1988…And Trump Has a Lock on It” HERE)
