Disgraced Eric Swalwell Still Messaging Former Staffers on Snapchat Despite Political Fallout

Eric Swalwell, the disgraced former Congressman, is still using Snapchat as a channel for private communications despite it being the app that led to the end of his political career.

The revelation came Friday in a report from the New York Times detailing Swalwell’s use of social media.

“Mr. Swalwell is still using Snapchat. As recently as this week,” the Times wrote. “Mr. Swalwell communicated directly with a former intern on the app and asked her why she had taken a screenshot of their chat history.”

The Times said the details were provided to them through images, though they said the new messages were not sexual in nature.

At least six women have publicly or anonymously accused Swalwell of misconduct spanning sexual assault allegations, inappropriate workplace conduct, and unsolicited explicit communications, including claims involving Snapchat exchanges that allegedly included sexual messages and explicit images. Trump ‘Not Satisfied’ with Latest Iranian Proposal: ‘May Never Be a Deal’

President Donald Trump said Friday that he is “not satisfied” with Iran’s latest proposal to end the conflict, warning there “may never be a deal” as he described Tehran’s leadership as “very disjointed” and confirmed he was briefed on potential military options if an agreement is not reached.

Speaking to reporters as he departed the White House, Trump made clear that the revised Iranian offer — delivered through Pakistani mediators — falls short despite ongoing diplomatic engagement.

“They want to make a deal, but I’m not satisfied with it,” Trump said, adding that Iran is seeking terms he “can’t agree to” even as negotiations continue. He argued Tehran’s push reflects its weakened position, saying the regime “wants to make a deal because they have no military left, essentially.”

Trump pointed to internal divisions within Iran’s leadership as a central obstacle, describing a fractured system struggling to coalesce after the sustained U.S.-Israeli campaign that decimated much of the regime’s senior command structure.

“There’s tremendous discord — they’re having a tremendous problem getting along with each other,” Trump said. “The leadership is very disjointed. It’s got two, three, maybe four groups … they all want to make a deal, but they’re all messed up.”

Political Heir, 25, Who was Left $5m in Jeffrey Epstein’s Will Kills Himself Just Days after Investigation into Parents was Launched; Why Jeffrey Epstein’s Purported Suicide Note is Still Being Kept Secret

By Daily Mail. The son of two top diplomats from Norway has died by suicide amid an investigation into his parents’ connections to Jeffrey Epstein, according to reports.

Edward Juul Rod-Larsen, 25, was found dead in Oslo on Wednesday, just days after Norwegian and French police launched a joint investigation into his parents, diplomat Terje Rod-Larsen and Mona Juul, a former ambassador.

Police launched the probe into the high-profile figures after it was reported that Epstein left a total of $10 million to Edward and his twin sister, Emma, in his will.

That is the same amount the pedophile left to his accomplice, sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, according to Epstein’s trust, in documents released by the Department of Justice.

Edward and Emma Juul Rod-Larsen were never accused of wrongdoing.

The couple’s lawyers, Thomas Skjelbred and John Christian Elden, confirmed their son’s untimely death. (Read more from “Political Heir, 25, Who was Left $5m in Jeffrey Epstein’s Will Kills Himself Just Days after Investigation into Parents was Launched” HERE)

Why Jeffrey Epstein’s purported suicide note is still being kept secret: ‘Time to say goodbye’

By New York Post. Jeffrey Epstein wrote a suicide note before his 2019 death in a New York City federal lockup, his cellmate claims – but its contents remain secret seven years after his death because a judge ordered it sealed, a new report revealed Thursday.

Epstein, 66, reportedly proclaimed his innocence in the note, and moaned that investigators had “found nothing” on him despite months of searching, the New York Times reported.

“What do you want me to do, bust out crying?” the note reportedly read, in part.

“Time to say goodbye,” it added.

It was scrawled on a piece of yellow legal paper and tucked into a book in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, and was reportedly found by his former cellmate — disgraced cop and convicted killer Nicholas Tartaglione. Senior JP Morgan Executive Hit With Massive Lawsuit for Allegedly Sexually Abusing her “Brown Boy” Subordinate

37-year-old executive director, Lorna Hajdini of JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division, stood accused of coercing her married junior employee to take part in sexual acts. These were defined as non-consensual and humiliating episodes, which continued for more than a year. Hajdini reportedly denied hearing any of Doe’s pleas, asking her to stop.

The plaintiff in the lawsuit mentioned that Hajdini admitted to drugging the former with Rohypnol. This happens to be an erection-enabling pharmaceutical substance which she gave him, to ensure he performed best during their forced sexual encounters.

John Doe in the lawsuit mentioned that on the occasions that he chose to turn down these illicit requests of Hajdini, he was threatened. She repeatedly claimed to ‘own’ the victim. She even implied that Doe must fulfill her demands if he wishes to continue to see a bright future in the company. Threats of ruining his career, chances of a bonus and promotion also became part of the regular harassment that the junior employee faced. . .

Besides carrying out forceful and non-consensual sex acts against the male employee, Hajdini has also resorted to abusing him racially. She tagged him with phrases like “my little Arab boy toy”.

In one instance, the senior executive showed up at the victim’s apartment, where he stayed with his wife. Right in front of the latter, Hajdini removed her clothes, flaunted her breasts and implied that John Doe pleased her at that very moment. She then racially insulted the victim’s wife by saying, “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons.” (Read more from “Senior JP Morgan Executive Hit With Massive Lawsuit for Allegedly Sexually Abusing her “Brown Boy” Subordinate” HERE)

House Funds DHS, Ending 75-Day Standoff

The House ended a 76-day standoff over funding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), reopening most of the agency’s operations after weeks of gridlock.

The lower chamber passed the Senate DHS funding bill on Thursday after House Speaker Mike Johnson reversed course and brought the Senate-passed spending measure covering most of the department’s appropriations through September to the floor, according to a CNN report.

The vote came after the DHS funding measure had been stalled in the House for more than a month, as Speaker Mike Johnson declined to bring it for a vote over objections to language he said would defund law enforcement.

Johnson’s opposition reflected broader sentiment among Republicans, many of whom had written off the bill as effectively dead after the Senate passed it unanimously in March.

But the speaker withdrew his opposition this week following signals from the White House backing the Senate’s version and urging swift passage. (Read more from “House Funds DHS, Ending 75-Day Standoff” HERE)

Trump Makes Major Change to Retirement Plans — and Order Could Impact 56M Americans

President Trump has signed an executive order to create retirement accounts for tens of millions of workers who don’t currently have access to a 401(k) or another workplace plan.

“I promised to make the same types of retirement accounts enjoyed by federal employees available to all Americans, and that’s what we’re doing. It only seemed fair,” he said during the signing ceremony in the Oval Office.

Low-income earners without an individual retirement account (IRA) through their employer will receive a yearly federal matching contribution of up to $1,000 each, the president noted.

That designation applies to individuals making less than $35,500 annually, heads of household making $53,250 per year, or couples making $71,000 each year jointly.

“This will be really revolutionary because they’ll be covered,” Trump said in the Oval Office.“Nobody thought that was possible. For example, if a 25-year-old who is eligible for a Saver’s Match program invests just $165 a month under the matching federal contributions, they will have an estimated $465,000 in their account by the time they’re 65 years old,” he added. Department of Justice Pushing Separate Comey Probe for Classified Leaks

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is reportedly pursuing a separate probe into allegations that former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified information.

“Federal prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia office that failed in its first criminal case against Comey last year for alleged false statements to Congress, have in recent weeks revived their separate, but interrelated, pursuit of Comey,” reported Bloomberg Law.

“The investigation is tied to his dissemination of documents to Columbia University Law Professor Daniel Richman, the individuals added,” as reported by the outlet. “If successful, it would be the Trump DOJ’s third time indicting Comey since last fall.”

Two anonymous sources close to the matter said that acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has been holding active meetings on the case, though it has not yet been decided if the DOJ will present an indictment of Comey to the grand jury in Eastern Virginia.

The report of a pending third indictment against Comey comes after the Department of Justice hit him with a two-count indictment stemming from a social media post he made in 2025 that featured an arranged set of seashells on a North Carolina beach, which read, “86 47” — 86 possibly meaning “eliminate” and 47 potentially meaning President Donald Trump. While the phrase “86” does not inherently mean violence — it allegedly originated as a restaurant term — people immediately criticized the post for tangentially implying violence, and Comey deleted the post as a result. DOJ Report: ‘Radical’ Biden Administration Worked to ‘Punish’ Christians Living by Their Beliefs

Former President Joe Biden’s (D) administration targeted Christians who held traditional values, according to findings in a U.S. Department of Justice Task Force report.

The Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias shared its findings Thursday in a lengthy report detailing how the Biden administration pursued such ends, according to the New York Post.

The DOJ’s press release said the report detailed Biden’s “radical efforts to punish Christians” through prosecutions, policies, and practices that demonstrated “anti-Christian bias.”

A DOJ press release quoted acting attorney general and chair of the task force Todd Blanche:

No American should live in fear that the federal government will punish them for their faith. As our report lays out, the Biden Administration’s actions devastated the lives of many Christian Americans. That devastation ended with President Trump. The Department of Justice will continue to expose bad actors who targeted Christians and work tirelessly to restore religious liberty for all Americans of faith.

Democrat Senate Candidate Deletes X Posts After Report Exposed Her Trashing State She Is Seeking To Represent

Democratic Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow wiped thousands of posts Wednesday after her social media history of trashing “Middle America” gained national attention.

McMorrow and former Wayne County health director Abdul El-Sayed were virtually tied in an Emerson College poll taken in early April before CNN reporter Andrew Kaczynski noted that 6,000 posts, including all of them prior to 2020, had vanished from McMorrow’s X account. The New York Post first reported on McMorrow’s posts in April 2025.

“I had a dream that the US amicably broke off into The Ring (coasts+Can+Mex+parts Mich/Tex) and Middle America,” McMorrow posted in December 2016, shortly after President Donald Trump won his first term.

McMorrow also took shots at the state she is aiming to represent, at one point rooting for Notre Dame over the University of Michigan in a post, according to the New York Post. Another post, since deleted, featured McMorrow expressing a dislike of snow and using the hashtag #NYCtoLA.

McMorrow vaulted to national prominence in 2022 when she gave a speech on the floor of the Michigan Senate attacking Republicans for their opposition to child sex changes, opposition to abortion and other social conservative positions. The speech went viral and was praised by longtime Democratic strategist James Carville. Market Analysts Say Our Political System is Hopelessly Corrupt, Call Out Billions in Obvious Insider Trading

Four suspiciously-timed trades on the oil futures market have analysts and traders outraged — calling out corruption in the industry or, even worse, data leaks at the highest level.

The oil wagers — ranging from $400 million to nearly $1 billion — dwarf other recent insider trading scandals over suspiciously-timed bets placed on platforms Polymarket and Kalshi regarding outcomes of US military action.

“We’re all, like, f—k this s—t! It’s outrageous what’s going on. This corruption is how you end up like Venezuela,” oil market analyst Paul Sankey told The Post.

“It’s simple corruption. It’s not a free market. If the Democrats were clean, they’d call it out. But all the politicians have their snouts in the trough of insider trading,” the seasoned oilman said.

Sankey, a former Wall Streeter now president of Sankey Research, recalls trips to Washington 20 years ago, when all the lawmakers “dressed like geography teachers.” Now they’re flashing Rolexes and $4,000 suits.

“It’s so unsubtle. There’s a sense of corruption around all of Washington, including the Democrats, led by the Nancy Pelosi [stock] tracker,” he added, referring to a novel online tool that follows the historically strong stock market trades of the former House Speaker.
