SCOTUS asks Pointed Questions as Fate of Trump’s Birthright Citizenship Order Hangs in the Balance

The Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Wednesday in the case challenging President Donald Trump’s executive order to end birthright citizenship.

Trump made history by being the first sitting president to attend a SCOTUS hearing. He attended for over an hour, departing shortly after the solicitor general, John Sauer, concluded his arguments.

Shortly after noon on Wednesday, Trump wrote in a post on social media, “We are the only Country in the World STUPID enough to allow ‘Birthright’ Citizenship!”

Sauer previously claimed that lower-court rulings finding Trump’s executive order unconstitutional were overly broad and incorrectly held that “birth on U.S. territory confers citizenship on anyone subject to the regulatory reach of U.S. law.”

During Wednesday’s arguments, Sauer contended that the 14th Amendment phrase “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” requires parents of a child to be domiciled in the U.S. and have allegiance to it. Trust The Gender Science, Says SCOTUS Justice Who Doesn’t Know What A Woman Is

There are many things that D-list Broadway actress and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson does not understand, as she will be the first to tell you. The latest item on that list, she revealed on Tuesday, is the First Amendment.

After her eight colleagues struck down Colorado’s ban on the use of talk therapy to help children overcome gender confusion, Jackson wrote a 35-page dissent — longer than the majority and concurring opinions combined — and reportedly forced everyone in the courtroom to listen as she read all 35 pages of it from the bench.

“To properly evaluate the First Amendment claim at issue in this case, one must first understand the impetus for Colorado’s regulation, what that law requires, and the nature of the speech it implicates,” she writes.

Jackson clearly does not.

Led by Justice Neil Gorsuch, the majority found that Colorado violated the speech rights of counselors like Kaley Chiles by banning them from providing talk therapy to patients who ask for help overcoming gender dysphoria and other sex-based confusion. NASA’s Artemis II Launches On Mission Aiming To Go Further Than Man Has Gone Before

NASA’s Artemis II mission launched at 6:35 p.m. on April 1 from the Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island, Florida.

The rocket and Orion spacecraft launched after the 10-minute hold was extended according to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) live update page. Engineers looked into a sensor on the “launch abort system’s attitude control motor battery” that was “believed to be an instrumentation issue” that would not influence take-off, according to the space agency. A unanimous “go” was later given under the direction of Artemis II Launch Director Charlie Blackwell-Thompson.

The twin solid boosters had separated as of 6:37 p.m. and the jettison fairings that enclose the launch abort system and the service module as of 6:38 p.m., NASA said. The Space Launch System’s (SLS) main cut off was completed by 6:43 p.m. and the core stage separated from the Orion spacecraft as well as the interim cryogenic propulsion stage. The space agency said the Artemis II has begun upper-stage operations. (Read more from “NASA’s Artemis II Launches On Mission Aiming To Go Further Than Man Has Gone Before” HERE)

Patrick Bet-David, Co-Hosts Demand Israel Send More Troops Than US If Trump Launches Ground Forces In Iran

Podcaster Patrick Bet-David said on Wednesday that Israel should put as many as three soldiers on the ground in Iran for every American soldier.

President Donald Trump is scheduled to speak on the Iran conflict on Wednesday evening after ordering the deployment of additional Army and Marine units to the Persian Gulf region. Bet-David told co-hosts Vincent Oshara, Tom Ellsworth and Adam Sosnick what he would tell Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the episode of the PBD Podcast.

“By the way, that’s a very, that’s a very valid question, a, a very valid question,” Bet-David said. “If I’m sending my guys, you gotta send your guys. If you don’t send your guys, I’m not sending my guys. Even the most logical player cannot sit there and say, what are you talking about?”

“Even the most logical player, and by the way, even more from your end, I don’t even want it to be one for one, I don’t even want it to be one for one,” Bet-David continued. “It’s gotta be two for one, three for one, because this benefits you more than it benefits me. I know we’re partners, but it’s gotta be a two-to-one or three-to-one situation when that’s taking place.” (Read more from “Patrick Bet-David, Co-Hosts Demand Israel Send More Troops Than US If Trump Launches Ground Forces In Iran” HERE)

Pentagon Preparing for Weeks of Ground Operations in Iran — After Trump Warned Regime to ‘Get Serious’ About Peace Deal: Report

The Pentagon is preparing for weeks of boots on the ground operations in Iran, a major escalation in President Trump’s goal to dismantle the remaining faction of the murderous Iranian regime, according to a report.

Thousands of US Marines would be sent to the Middle East to conduct raids that include Special Operations forces and conventional infantry troops, the Washington Post reported, citing sources.

Officials have been discussing plans for sending troops into Iran for weeks.

American military operations entered their second month on Saturday, following the US-Israel joint attacks on Iranian military facilities and officials on Feb. 28, which saw the elimination of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and approximately 40 senior leaders.

Trump has not publicly acknowledged the Pentagon’s proposal or whether he would approve any portion of the plans. (Read more from “Pentagon Preparing for Weeks of Ground Operations in Iran — After Trump Warned Regime to ‘Get Serious’ About Peace Deal: Report” HERE)

US Deploys 3rd Aircraft Carrier — the USS George H.W. Bush — to Middle East as Iran War Rumbles On

A third US aircraft carrier strike group is deploying to the Middle East as war with Iran rages on.

George Bush is headed back to the Middle East, ready for war.

The USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier will be sailing to the Middle East with a fleet of support ships in tow, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced Tuesday.

That news came after the Bush carrier group departed from its base in Norfolk, Virginia, in what Navy Times initially reported was a pre-scheduled deployment.

It will join two other aircraft carrier groups already in the Middle East — the USS Gerald Ford, in the Mediterranean Sea, and the USS Abraham Lincoln in the Arabian Sea.

The Bush’s deployment came as Trump and Hegseth have been warning that the most decisive days of the month-long war in Iran will soon be unfolding, and as thousands of US troops have begun deploying for the region for possible on-the-ground operations. Shocking Pictures of Kristi Noem’s Cross-Dressing Husband Flaunting Giant Fake Breasts Revealed — Sparking Grave Security Questions

By New York Post. These are the photos that allegedly show Kristi Noem’s husband Bryon wearing comically oversized, lopsided breasts – complete with fake protruding nipples – to female members of an online fetish community.

The Daily Mail obtained “hundreds” of messages purportedly sent between the former Secretary of Homeland Security’s husband and three women who are involved in the so-called “bimbofication” fetish scene.

The kinky community involves people injecting their busts with freakishly large amounts of saline in pursuit of a “Barbie-doll”-like appearance.

The pictures show the South Dakota insurance mogul, who has three children with Noem, clad in pink hotpants and a skin-tight, flesh-colored crop-top stuffed with enormous balloons made to resemble massive cockeyed breasts.

His face is clearly visible in several of the photos, including one in which his expression is so mundane it could be from a driver’s license photo.

In others he flashes a more flirty “kissy-face” pose in which he’s pursing his lips. (Read more from “Shocking Pictures of Kristi Noem’s Cross-Dressing Husband Flaunting Giant Fake Breasts Revealed — Sparking Grave Security Questions” HERE)

Kristi Noem weighs in on report husband lives cross-dressing double life: ‘The family was blindsided by this’

By New York Post. Former Department of Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem is “devastated” by salacious allegations her husband Bryon lives a double life where he cross-dresses and chats online with fetish models.

“Ms. Noem is devastated. The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time,” Noem’s representatives told The Post. . .

Citing “hundreds” of messages purportedly sent by three women from the scene, Noem’s husband enthusiastically praised their heavily augmented appearances, and proclaimed he coveted “huge, huge ridiculous boobs,” according to the Mail. . .

One of the models claimed she once butt-dialed “Jason” and heard a voicemail greeting saying “Noem Insurance, leave a message.”

When she Googled Noem Insurance, she found pictures of Bryon and his DHS secretary wife, according to the Daily Mail.

When she confronted him about it, he reportedly told her that “he didn’t care” (Read more from “Kristi Noem weighs in on report husband lives cross-dressing double life: ‘The family was blindsided by this’” HERE)

Half of COVID-19 Vaccinated Military Personnel Suffered Subclinical Heart Stress

A newly published longitudinal biomarker study in Vaccine tracked cardiac markers in 83 healthy adult military personnel following two doses of COVID-19 mRNA injection (Pfizer or Moderna)—and the signal is striking.

Researchers analyzed multiple serial blood samples (up to 9 per participant) collected across pre- and post-vaccination timepoints, enabling a detailed view of short-term cardiac responses.

The results: 49% of participants exhibited a rise in NT-proBNP exceeding 1.5× their individual baseline within two weeks of the second dose—a clear indicator of increased cardiac strain. In practical terms, this means nearly half experienced at least a 50% increase in NT-proBNP levels. Notably, the odds of experiencing this cardiac stress signal were 13.5 times higher after vaccination compared to pre-vaccination baseline levels.

Importantly, these elevations occurred in otherwise healthy individuals with no prior heart disease. While troponin levels remained unchanged, the authors conclude this pattern likely reflects myocardial stress following vaccination—a finding that has not been well characterized until now.

These findings are consistent with our own peer-reviewed work on COVID-19 vaccine-induced subclinical myopericarditis, which describes a silent form of heart damage that often occurs without symptoms and remains undetected without targeted testing.

As we show, this condition can involve measurable biomarker abnormalities, electrical disturbances, and subtle structural changes—and in some cases, sudden cardiac arrest or death may be the first clinical manifestation. Christian Athletes Rally Around Jaden Ivey After Bulls Cut Him Following Criticism of Pride Night

Jaden Ivey is no longer a Chicago Bull after he criticized the NBA for celebrating Pride Night. However, he has been welcomed with open arms by a much larger team of Christian athletes who support his beliefs.

Ivey, 24, posted a series of videos criticizing his former team, the Detroit Pistons, for hosting a Pride Night, calling it “unrighteousness.” Ivey further declared that the Detroit Pistons are “not gonna matter on Judgment Day.”

“They proclaim Pride Month in the NBA,” Ivey said in another video. “They proclaim it. They show it to the world. They say, ‘Come join us for Pride Month,’ to celebrate unrighteousness. They proclaim it. They proclaim it on the billboards. They proclaim it in the streets — unrighteousness. So how is it that one can’t speak righteousness? [Who] are they to say that, ‘Man, this man is crazy’?”

While Ivey has been kicked off his team and criticized by the media and fans online, a growing number of Christian athletes have come to Ivey’s aid, sharing their support and verses of Scripture to strengthen him during this trying time.

Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson was among the first to voice his support for Ivey.
