Trump Considers Pardon for Men Caught in FBI-Backed Governor Kidnapping Scheme

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he is considering pardoning the men who were caught up in an FBI-backed plot to kidnap Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.

Fourteen men were originally charged over the plot to kidnap Whitmer from her Antrim County vacation home in 2020. Most were acquitted in the trial while two were convicted. The FBI was heavily criticized over its role in the plot and several defendants argued that FBI agents actively encouraged alleged participants to engage in illegal activity.

Two men were acquitted by a jury after they were alleged to have been involved in the plot after the defense argued that the FBI’s encouragement of the plan constituted entrapment.

“I will take a look at it. It’s been brought to my attention,” Trump said in the Oval Office after Jeanine Pirro was sworn in as U.S. Attorney in D.C.

Trans Rights Radicals Surround Mother Holding Baby at Christian Group Rally Outside City Hall

Raving trans rights radicals surrounded a mother with three young children at a rally held by a Christian group outside Seattle City Hall Tuesday, video circulating on social media shows.

The “Rattle in Seattle” protest was organized by MayDay USA, which describes itself as a pro-life grassroots movement that defends traditional family values and units.

The demonstrators descended on City Hall on Tuesday to rally against Seattle’s woke mayor, Bruce Harrell, who blamed the conservative group for a weekend protest that turned violent.

MayDay USA had held a demonstration on Saturday at the city’s Cal Anderson Park that descended into chaos when left-wing counterdemonstrators stormed the event, resulting in 23 arrests.

Trump Admin Takes ‘Decisive Action’ Against Cartels After Marine’s Murder in Mexico

The Department of Homeland Security released a video honoring late Marine Corps veteran Nicholas Quets and highlighting his death at the hands of the Sinaloa Cartel, which the department says it is taking “decisive action” to address.

“Drug cartels are being called what they truly are: foreign terrorist organizations,” the two-and-a-half-minute video states before showing an interview with retired Army Lt. Col. Warren D. Quets Jr. and Patricia Quets, whose son Nicholas was shot and killed at a Sinaloa Cartel checkpoint on his way to Rocky Point, Mexico, with friends on Oct. 18, 2024.

The cartel members attempted to steal Quets’ pickup truck before shooting him in the back through the heart, ending his life at 31 years old.

“I felt validated and vindicated,” Quets’ father says in the video, explaining how Trump spoke with him about his son’s death after receiving no feedback from the Biden administration or the Kamala Harris campaign.

“Designating all those organizations as foreign terrorist organizations, it makes things safer for us and puts them on the defensive. We want to send a message that targeting Americans anywhere has legal consequences. Trans Influencer Dylan Mulvaney Nabs Women’s Ad Campaign

Transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney infiltrated a fragrance line designed by major fashion house Jean Paul Gaultier.

Mulvaney is apparently the face of Jean Paul Gaultier’s new women’s perfume “Divine.” The influencer somehow managed to nab an entire trip to Morocco to shoot the advertising campaign for the brand’s product launch.

In a video posted to Instagram, the transgender influencer bopped up and down enthusiastically while riding on a camel’s back in an attempt to secure the winning camera shot for the promotional material.

Jean Paul Gaultier put Mulvaney front and center in a bright red dress to announce the release of the brand’s new fragrance.

A clip from the advertisement shared on X Wednesday showed Mulvaney staring down the camera while wearing sharp red lipstick. The camera panned away from Mulvaney briefly to snag a glance at the crafty, sculpted exterior of the fragrance bottle.

White House Stunned as Hegseth Inquiry Brings up Illegal Wiretap Claims

The White House has lost confidence in a Pentagon leak investigation that Pete Hegseth used to justify firing three top aides last month, after advisers were told that the aides had supposedly been outed by an illegal warrantless National Security Agency (NSA) wiretap.

The extraordinary explanation alarmed the advisers, who also raised it with people close to JD Vance, because such a wiretap would almost certainly be unconstitutional and an even bigger scandal than a number of leaks.

But the advisers found the claim to be untrue and complained that they were being fed dubious information by Hegseth’s personal lawyer, Tim Parlatore, who had been tasked with overseeing the investigation.

The episode, as recounted by four people familiar with the matter, marked the most extraordinary twist in the investigation examining the leak of an allegedly top secret document that outlined options for the US military to reclaim the Panama canal to a reporter.

Landing Gear Collapse on Alaska Airlines 737 Caused by ‘Excessive Grinding’ During Maintenance

“Excessive grinding” during maintenance led to a metal pin cracking and eventually breaking causing the left landing gear to collapse on an Alaska Airlines flight in 2023, the National Transportation Safety Board said in a final report Tuesday.

On August 20, 2023, the Alaska Airlines Boeing 737-800 was landing at John Wayne-Orange County Airport in California when the gear failed, sending sparks flying as the engine scraped the runway.

There were 112 passengers and crew on board, who had to evacuate from stairs onto a taxiway, but no injuries were reported.

Donald Trump has been battling Harvard University over their failure to clamp down on antisemitism on their campus and their excessive focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, so naturally leftists had to come up with a sinister conspiracy theory to explain his actions. It couldn’t just be that he doesn’t believe the federal government should be supplying massive grants to an institution that allows hate to flourish and which wants to discriminate against folks based on the color of their skin, could it?

Nah. His son Barron applied to Harvard and didn’t get in, goes their latest, so the president wants revenge. Accounts like this one, bravely named “Anonymous,” are spewing this rumor all over the internet:

First lady Melania Trump shot down a viral conspiracy theory Tuesday that her son Barron applied to Harvard University and was rejected, with a spokesman calling the assertion “completely false.”

“Barron did not apply to Harvard, and any assertion that he, or that anyone on his behalf, applied is completely false,” said Nicholas Clemens, the first lady’s communications director.

The 19-year-old’s admissions status had been the subject of furious speculation on social media amid his father’s repeated attacks — and cancellation of grants and other federal funds — on the Ivy League institution.

President Trump on Tuesday pulled another $100 million from Harvard, adding to more than $3 billion in grant and contract terminations since taking office.

Illegal Aliens Arrested in Fatal Jet Ski Hit-And-Run of Teenage Texas Air Force Recruit

A pair of suspects wanted in the hit-and-run jet ski death of a teenage Air Force recruit on a Texas lake have been arrested — and both are believed to be illegal immigrants.

Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez Gonzalez and a man she allegedly fled from Grapevine Lake with were arrested Tuesday after a standoff with police at their Dallas-area home, according to Fox 4.

Gonzalez is suspected of fatally striking 18-year-old Ava Moore with a jet ski as she kayaked on the lake Sunday evening, and then fleeing from the scene in the man’s car as bystanders tried in vain to save the teen.

Photos of Gonzalez at the scene were distributed by police, who located her and the other suspect, who was not identified by police, Tuesday morning.

Officers from Dallas and Grapevine police were joined by agents from Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and used drones to peer into their hideouts’ windows before the pair finally surrendered. DOJ: North Carolina Violated ‘Sacred Trust’ With Faulty Election Rolls

The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against North Carolina and its elections board on Tuesday over its maintenance of voter rolls.

The Justice Department’s lawsuit says that the North Carolina State Board of Elections violated federal election law and risked the integrity of its voter rolls. Voters in the state were allowed to register without providing identification, such as a driver’s license, in violation of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), according to the suit.

“Defendants have failed to maintain accurate lists in North Carolina’s computerized statewide voter registration in violation of Section 303(a)(5) of HAVA and the sacred trust that the people of the State of North Carolina have put in them to ensure the fairness and integrity of elections for Federal office in the state, necessitating this litigation,” the lawsuit says.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order in March directing the Justice Department to vigorously enforce federal election laws.

“Above all, elections must be honest and worthy of the public trust. That requires voting methods that produce a voter-verifiable paper record allowing voters to efficiently check their votes to protect against fraud or mistake. Election-integrity standards must be modified accordingly. It is the policy of my Administration to enforce Federal law and to protect the integrity of our election process,” the order states. California Makes Rule Change for Girls’ Championship After Trump Threat

The organization governing California’s high-school track and field championship has changed its rules regarding qualifying for the upcoming meet after President Donald Trump posted a threat in response to the participation of males in girls’ events.

As WND reported, in a Truth Social post Tuesday, Trump said: “California, under the leadership of Radical Left Democrat Gavin Newscum, continues to ILLEGALLY allow ‘MEN TO PLAY IN WOMEN’S SPORTS.’

“This week a transitioned Male athlete, at a major event, won ‘everything,’ and is now qualified to compete in the ‘State Finals’ next weekend.

“As a Male, he was a less than average competitor. As a Female, this transitioned person is practically unbeatable.

“THIS IS NOT FAIR, AND TOTALLY DEMEANING TO WOMEN AND GIRLS.
