The U.S. military may be ramping up for a potential Cuba operation, multiple reports suggest.

Two sources familiar with the matter leaked the information to USA Today on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly — a report the U.S. military has yet to verify. Open source intelligence accounts on X also documented the flight path of a drone that appeared to be spying on the communist nation.

“BLKCAT6, a U.S. Navy MQ-4C ‘Triton’ High-Altitude Surveillance Drone flew an over 12-hour mission yesterday off the coast of Cuba, flying rounds over the Gulf of America and Northern Caribbean, taking a particularly close look at both Havana and the area near Guantanamo Bay, before returning to Naval Air Station Jacksonville in Florida,” OSINTdefender posted on X.

The USA Today leak came just over a month after President Donald Trump’s announcement that Cuba’s regime was at “the end of the line” at the Shield of the Americas Summit on March 7.

“As part of our standard responsibilities, U.S. Southern Command routinely reviews and updates contingency plans to ensure readiness and support for U.S. government objectives in the region,” U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) told the Daily Caller News Foundation in an email, when asked whether it is preparing operational plans regarding Cuba.

One of the twisted brutes who livestreamed the racist torture of a white disabled man nearly a decade ago is back behind bars for chasing down and mugging a cyclist, according to police.

Tesfaye Cooper, 30 — who spent roughly seven years in prison for terrorizing and beating a mentally disabled man in Chicago in 2017 — was arrested on April 8 for allegedly beating up the cyclist and stealing his bike with an accomplice, CWB Chicago reported.

Cooper and Mazi Pearson, 33, are accused of shouting “GDs!” — or Gangster Disciples!” — before chasing the victim into a train station, punching and spitting at him, police told the station.

In 2017, Cooper, who is black, and three other accomplices live-streamed the horrific hate crime on Facebook in which they bound, gagged and cut the special-needs man with a knife.

String of Missing or Dead Scientists ‘too Coincidental’ not to be Major Concern, Congressman Says — as 11th Mystery Emerges

The deaths or disappearances of 11 top US scientists and researchers is a matter of urgent national importance, a member of the House Oversight Committee insisted Friday.

Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.) said his office had already been eyeing some of the “too coincidental” disappearances a year before President Trump told reporters Thursday that he had ordered an investigation.

The lawmaker argued the fate of the scientists is almost “certainly” linked to the access some had to classified aerospace, defense and UFO information — and may involve bad actors from China, Russia or Iran.

“This is a rallying call to pay attention to this issue and make sure that our nation’s top scientists are safe and secure,” Burlison told “Fox & Friends.”

“This is too coincidental, and so we have to be investigating this. Tucker Carlson Prompts Theological ‘Firestorm’ for Claiming ‘Muslims Love Jesus’

The Tucker Carlson Network (TCN) prompted intense theological debate Tuesday for an X post claiming Muslims love and revere Jesus Christ, which came a day before Carlson said President Donald Trump is acting like the Antichrist. . .

The post suggested the Islamic reverence for Jesus is what prompted Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian to condemn Trump’s Truth Social post from Sunday, which depicted him as a Christ-like figure with light emanating from his hands. Trump deleted the meme following outrage, claiming he believed the AI-generated image was him as “a doctor.”

TCN’s post linked to the Tuesday edition of Carlson’s morning newsletter, which contrasted Islam’s supposed views of Jesus with that of “other religions,” referencing a clip of Daily Wire host Ben Shapiro dismissing Him as “a Jew who tried to lead a revolt against the Romans and got killed for his trouble.”

The post was met with pushback from many X users, including some figures who have generally been supportive of Carlson.

Calvin Robinson, a cleric in the English Catholic Church in North America who was a recurring guest on Carlson’s Fox News program, suggested his characterization of Islam failed to take into account that Christians are severely persecuted in many parts of the Muslim world . . .

Trump Sides With Deep State, Signals Intent To Preserve Spy Tool That Snarled His First Term

President Donald Trump signaled a willingness Wednesday to extend a hotly debated surveillance tool while also commenting that he would willingly surrender his rights and privileges to do so.

The president posted on Truth Social that he was working with Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson, along with House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rick Crawford, on extending Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). The post comes as Republicans’ infighting grows over the provision between Johnson and several members of the Rules committee.

“I am asking Republicans to UNIFY, and vote together on the test vote to bring a clean Bill to the floor. We need to stick together when this Bill comes before the House Rules Committee today to keep it CLEAN,” Trump wrote.

Trump also pointed to former FBI Director James Comey, saying that he used FISA Title I as part of his investigation into Russian Collusion in the president’s 2016 campaign. He then added that he would be willing to surrender part of his own rights for the section.

“I am willing to risk the giving up of my Rights and Privileges as a Citizen for our Great Military and Country! Our Military Patriots desperately need FISA 702, and it is one of the reasons we have had such tremendous SUCCESS on the battlefield,” Trump wrote.

US Issues Final Threat to Ships That Violate Iran Blockade: ‘We will use force’

By New York Post. The US military broadcasted a final warning to ships that they would be subject to the force of the “whole of the United States Navy” if they violated the full blockade of Iran’s ports, according to newly released audio.

The message, uploaded on social media by US Central Command, warned of severe consequences to all vessels attempting to enter or leave the Islamic republic’s ports as part of the American blockade that went into effect on Monday morning.

“The US has announced a formal blockade of Iranian ports and coastal areas. This is illegal action,” the military said in the broadcast.

“All vessels are advised to immediately return to port if leaving and discontinue transit to Iran,” CENTCOM added. “Do not attempt to breach the blockade.

Chinese oil tanker’s retreat from the Strait of Hormuz shows how Trump’s blockade is working

By New York Post. A sanctioned Chinese oil tanker crossed the Strait of Hormuz — then was forced to double back and return to Iran after President Trump blockaded the vital shipping lane, according to ship tracking data.

The aborted voyage of the Rich Starry — a Malawi-flagged, Chinese-owned tanker that was blacklisted by the US in 2023 — shows how the US Navy successfully blocked the flow of ships carrying Iranian oil.

Since the war began, most vessels that have traveled out of the Strait of Hormuz have been loaded with Iranian exports — giving the cash-strapped regime vital funds.

So far, the US blockade on the eastern side of the Strait in the Gulf of Oman has stopped at least five ships from heading out into the open ocean, according to the trade analysis firm Kpler.

A courageous Michigan gas station clerk helped save a teenage girl who was abducted by a gun-toting stranger with a history of rape allegations while walking to her school bus stop.

The creep kidnapped the 16-year-old girl at gunpoint just after 7 a.m. Monday in Hamtramck, while she was waiting for her school bus, Hamtramck Police Department Chief Hussein Farhat told WXYZ.

Roughly 30 minutes later, the unidentified suspect brought the girl to a Sunoco gas station, where he asked for cigarettes and told the terrified teen to pay for them, the outlet reported.

“When he ask her to pay for the cigarettes, I stop and go there’s something wrong. And she mouthed talked to me, like with no sound, ‘help,’” store clerk Abdulrahman Abohatem told the local station.

ATF: Bullet Jacket from .30 Caliber Round Found in Charlie Kirk’s Autopsy

A Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) report shows that a bullet jacket from a .30 caliber round was found during the autopsy of Charlie Kirk.

Kirk was assassinated on September 10, 2025, and the next day, Breitbart News reported that FBI Special Agent Robert Bohls indicated that law enforcement recovered the rifle they believed was used in the shooting.

Bohls described the firearm as a “high-power, bolt-action rifle.”

The New York Post noted that the rifle was a “30-06-caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle.” A .30.06 has long been a popular big-game hunting round in the U.S., and it is in the .30 caliber classification.
