Rumored Trump FBI Candidate Mike Rogers Has History Of Feeding Into Russiagate, FISA Spying

Former Congressman Mike Rogers, who is reportedly in the running to be Donald Trump’s FBI Director pick if Chris Wray is fired, has a history of propagating Russiagate and supporting FISA surveillance.

Rogers, the former chair of the House Intelligence Committee, is reportedly a leading contender to replace Wray as head of the FBI. He served as a Republican representative from Michigan until January 2015, when he transitioned to media work and hosted a CNN program called “Declassified,” which focused on American intelligence issues. Since leaving Congress, he’s worked with various groups friendly with the intelligence community and which perpetuated the Russiagate scandal against Trump.

Rogers ran for Senate in 2024 and narrowly lost to Democrat Elissa Slotkin. While he attended President-elect Donald Trump’s campaign rallies and even received the former president’s endorsement, Rogers was not always a stalwart supporter. He was even an advisor to a group that promoted the Russian election interference narrative.

Georgia Governor Reacts To Court Claim That NYC Flew Laken Riley Killer To Georgia

Republican Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp’s office blasted apparent revelations that Laken Riley’s killer was flown into the state before her murder, and confirmed they are working to get more answers.

The roommate of Jose Ibarra testified in court that she and Ibarra arrived in Georgia by way of a humanitarian flight from New York City in 2023. Ibarra on Wednesday was ultimately found guilty of murdering Riley, a Georgia nursing student at the time, and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

The fact that an illegal migrant and killer was likely flown into the community via a taxpayer-funded flight is not sitting well with Georgia officials.

“The recent revelation of how Laken Riley’s alleged killer made it to Georgia is outrageous,” Kemp spokesperson Garrison Douglas stated to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“While the Biden Administration continues to ignore our request for accurate and detailed information on illegal border crossings and relocations efforts, Governor Kemp has positioned Georgia to do what it can to address the crisis at the border by taking decisive action like deploying our National Guardsmen to the U.S. southern border and signing legislation that strengthened Georgia’s reporting requirements for illegal immigrants arrested for crimes and ban on sanctuary cities,” Douglas continued. Ellen DeGeneres Leaves United States, Flees to England over Trump Election

Comedienne and former talk show powerhouse Ellen DeGeneres has fled the United States for the England in response to President-elect Donald Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris.

A source close to DeGeneres and her partner Portia de Rossi told TheWrap that the celebrity couple have placed their Montecito home on the market and moved to Cotswolds – a rural part of England. Trump’s election was allegedly the couple’s primary motivation. Per TheWrap:

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have moved to rural England, put their Montecito estate on the market and plan to never return to the United States, telling friends the election of Donald Trump was their primary motivation, a person close to the former TV host told TheWrap.

Though the incoming Republican administration was the cited catalyst, a fresh start couldn’t hurt: DeGeneres has been open about being “kicked out of show business” after reports of toxic workplace behavior at the syndicated “Ellen” show in 2022.

DeGeneres has already moved to the Cotswolds, a rural area in south-central England, the person said, adding that her Montecito mansion, roughly 90 minutes north of Los Angeles, has been pocket-listed or will be listed soon. A representative for Riskin Partners, the prestigious real estate company she retains, did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.

House Ethics Panel Does Not Agree to Release Report on Matt Gaetz

The House Ethics Panel has not agreed to release the report on former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), according to reports.

Following Wednesday’s meeting, Michael Guest (R-MS), Chairman of the House Committee on Ethics, told reporters that the committee did not reach an agreement to release the highly anticipated report on Gaetz, who resigned from Congress after President-elect Donald Trump tapped him to serve as Attorney General.

“There was not an agreement by the committee to release the report,” Guest said, according to Politico.

According to reports, many members refrained from providing details to the press. Others indicate that the report is still not completed and that they plan to finish it and meet again in December.

The evenly split committee would only need one Republican vote to make the release a reality. Notably, now that Gaetz is no longer a member of Congress, he is no longer subject to the committee’s orbit. (Read more from “House Ethics Panel Does Not Agree to Release Report on Matt Gaetz” HERE)

Democrat ‘Election Deniers’ In Pennsylvania And Iowa Refuse To Concede Races

Funny how the times change.

Four years ago, Democrats and their pals in corporate media began painting then-President Donald Trump and Republicans who questioned the results of the troubled 2020 election as “election deniers.” Now, Democrats are doing all they can — including breaking election law — to challenge GOP victories in Iowa and Pennsylvania despite “insurmountable” odds.

Even The Washington Post, part of the left’s corporate media public-relations team, sees the writing on the wall for Sen. Bob Casey, D-Penn. The entrenched incumbent lost to Republican challenger Dave McCormick by some 24,000 votes in a swing state election that helped Republicans take back the Senate with a comfortable majority. The Associated Press and other news outlets called the race for McCormick. But Casey and his party of election integrity deniers, led by Democrat political ambulance chaser Marc Elias (Hillary Clinton’s Russian dossier peddler), refuse to concede. Instead, Casey’s campaign has sought an expensive recount, and has no compunction about grinding election law under foot to tally enough votes to hold the seat.

“Sen. Casey just refuses to accept the fact that he’s lost this election so he is costing taxpayers well over a million dollars” for a statewide recount, Linda Kerns, 2024 Pennsylvania Election Integrity Counsel for the Republican National Committee and the Trump campaign, told The Federalist late last week on the “Simon Conway Show” in Des Moines.

The Democrat senator and his attorneys are pushing for invalid provisional and mail-in ballots not correctly signed or properly dated to be counted, contrary to a Pennsylvania court ruling. Democrats on some county boards dismissed the law and the court ruling in agreeing to accept suspect and invalid ballots. Gerrymandering Democrats Tighten Grasp On Conservative, Rural Oregon

In Central Oregon, horses and Trump flags are more common than electric cars and pride flags. But perhaps not for long.

At least geographically, most of Oregon is similar. A small slice of the state lies west of the Cascade Mountain Range, featuring the expected dreary weather and socialists of Portland. But most of the state lies east of the Cascades, where high desert and plains sprawl for miles, dotted by ranches and sagebrush.

Central Oregon, a historically conservative area, is where the beautiful scenery to the west meets the high desert and rugged independence to the east. But when state Democrats redrew congressional districts in 2021, they gerrymandered Congressional District Five to include part of leftist Portland and much of Central Oregon.

For the first time in recent history, much of Central Oregon will find itself represented by a Democrat. State Rep. Janelle Bynum unseated Republican U.S. Rep. Lori Chavez-DeRemer, who narrowly won the district in 2022.

Deschutes County, the most populous region of Central Oregon, had gone red in every presidential election since 1964. But in 2020, a shifting population led to Democrats outnumbering Republicans for the first time in the county — and it went blue in both 2020 and 2024. Bombshell Poll Reveals Majority of Ukrainians Think ‘Territorial Concession Required’

More than two years of death and destruction later, the majority of Ukrainians want the country to negotiate to end the war with Russia immediately.

A new poll released Tuesday revealed that 52% of Ukrainians want peace to be negotiated as soon as possible and nearly four in 10 Ukrainians (38%) want the country to fight until victory, according to a Gallup poll conducted between August and October.

The current attitudes toward the war reflect a massive shift from the overwhelming view at the beginning of the conflict.

The overwhelming majority of Ukrainians wanted to fight until victory (73%) after Russia launched its full-scale invasion in the immediate months after the war.

Support for the fight did not appear to slip in 2023, though more than twice as many Ukrainians at the time wanted to continue fighting (63%) over negotiating peace (27%). (Read more from “Bombshell Poll Reveals Majority of Ukrainians Think ‘Territorial Concession Required’” HERE)

Even Biden’s Homeland Security Admits That Violent Migrant Crime Is Exploding

The brutal Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua has now expanded to at least 16 states and Washington, DC, per an internal Homeland Security memo.

The district, Virginia, Montana and Wyoming are the latest additions to the ever-growing list of states suffering the gang’s presence. . .

Make no mistake: This is not anti-migrant scaremongering, as the left might claim; it comes from officials at Alejandro Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security, the very agency that’s not only failed to keep violent gangs out of the country but has virtually invited them in.

President Biden’s come-one, come-all border policies, which DHS oversees, opened the doors to millions of migrants, including gang members entering thanks to the paucity of vetting.

So much for the countless claims from the prez and Mayorkas that the border is secure or at least “under control”; now even DHS itself admits (to itself, anyway) that migrant crime and violence are exploding. FEMA Director Says Criticism of Agency Is Misinformation

Instead of taking responsibility for the slow and apparently politically motivated response to disaster relief after hurricanes Milton and Helene, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Director Deanne Criswell criticized what she deems to be the spread of “misinformation” in a House hearing on Tuesday.

Following reports of former FEMA official Marn’i Washington directing her disaster response team to avoid the homes of Trump supporters, the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure held a hearing giving Criswell an opportunity to answer for the political response from her agency.

“This type of behavior and action will not be tolerated at FEMA, and we will hold people accountable if they violate our standards of conduct,” Criswell said at the Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings and Emergency Management hearing, indicating that the political response was isolated to Washington’s Florida team, and not “indicative of any widespread cultural problems at FEMA.”

While Criswell also said that preliminary findings in the investigation launched after the Washington revelations have not found similar issues, Washington herself has been making her way around the media circuit claiming that her actions were being passed down through the chain of command. (Washington’s position, according to Criswell, is the “lowest level of supervision.”)

While many are skeptical that the issue is isolated given the Biden administration’s politicization of other federal agencies, Criswell and Democrat allies focused their responses heavily on combatting “misinformation” as being at the root of the issue. Mike Johnson to Block Transgender Staff From Women’s Bathroom in Capitol

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has privately committed to back an effort led by Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) to block biological men from using women’s restrooms in the U.S. Capitol.

Mace announced Monday she would introduce a resolution to ban transgender women (biological men) from using biological women’s restrooms at the U.S. Capitol.

Johnson, during Tuesday morning’s weekly House Republican Conference meeting, said transgender women won’t be allowed to use women’s restrooms in the Capitol, Politico reported.

“He said there’s not going to be any biological men using our restrooms,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told Politico.

Mace confirmed Greene’s account, telling Axios that Johnson “said to me last night that he would include it in House Rules.”
