Stage Set for Another Election Catastrophe in Major Swing State

Georgia was one of the swing states in the 2020 presidential election where there were concerns about massive fraud: Tens of thousands of probably illegal ballots. . .

And now a report in the Federalist is warning that because of that failure, the 2024 vote in Georgia is setting up to be a catastrophe.

The report explains there were charges that some 35,000 possibly illegal votes were counted that election. That was the election when Joe Biden was declared the winner by only 11,779 votes.

The issue is being pushed by Mark Davis, the president of Data Productions Inc. “and an expert in voter data analytics and residency issues,” according to the report. He filed documents with the Georgia secretary of state and the state election board seeking an investigation of some 25,794 possibly illegal votes subsequently cast in the 2022 midterms. . .

“And now, with just four months until the November 2024 general election, the state’s refusal to address the problem ensures chaos will ensue unless there is a complete blowout by one of the candidates,” the report explained. Olympics Triathlete Jolien Vermeylen Rips Officials After Swimming in Polluted Seine River: ‘Felt and Saw Things That We Shouldn’t Think About’

An Olympic triathlete shared her disgusting experience of swimming in the Seine as she blasted the officials who claimed the polluted river was safe enough to swim in.

Jolien Vermeylen, representing Belgium at this year’s Games, said she felt debris in the water during her 1500-meter swim through the iconic French river at the beginning of the Women’s Triathlon on Wednesday.

“While swimming under the bridge, I felt and saw things that we shouldn’t think about too much,” she told Flemish TV channel VTM, according to Metro.

Vermeylen finished in 24th place. She said she had ingested a lot of water during the race and was concerned with what it would do to her body.

“We’ll know tomorrow if I’m sick or not,” she said. “It doesn’t taste like Coca-Cola or Sprite, of course.” (Read more from “Olympics Triathlete Jolien Vermeylen Rips Officials After Swimming in Polluted Seine River: ‘Felt and Saw Things That We Shouldn’t Think About’” HERE)

National Association of Black Journalists Co-Chair Steps Down After Trump Interview

Washington Post columnist Karen Attiah is stepping down as co-chair of the upcoming National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ) convention in Chicago, she announced in a Tuesday tweet.

The NABJ24 convention will host Trump for a moderated Q&A session hosted by Fox News’ Harris Faulkner, ABC News’ Rachel Scott and Semafor’s Kadia Goba, according to a report.

“To the journalists interviewing Trump, I wish them the best of luck,” she wrote on Twitter. “For everyone else, I’m looking forward to meeting and reconnecting with all of you in the Windy City.”

She also noted that she was not involved in the decision making process that led to the Trump Q&A.

“While my decision was influenced by a variety of factors, I was not involved or consulted with in any way with the decision to platform Trump in such a format,” she wrote.

Kamala Harris Fails to Sit for Interview During First Week of Presidential Campaign

Riding on excitement and energy, Vice President Kamala Harris has yet to sit down for an interview more than a week into her presidential campaign.

Within thirty minutes of President Joe Biden dropping out of the presidential race on July 21, Harris became the presumptive Democratic nominee thanks to Biden’s endorsement. Amid the rallies, endorsements and speaking engagements, Harris is yet to sit down for a TV or print interview.

On the contrary, Biden, who has repeatedly dodged traditional media appearances and press conferences, rapidly arranged sit-downs in the final weeks of his campaign as a way to prove his fitness for office. The president sat down for two TV interviews, the first with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos and then NBC News’ Lester Holt. The president also did a sit-down that ran online for Complex.

The president also did a solo press conference at D.C.’s NATO Summit, a showing that temporarily quelled concerns about his bid for reelection. But nine days into the Harris campaign, she is yet to do anything similar, despite the president’s old campaign being converted into her own, according to Politico.

“We’re building the plane while we’re flying it,” former Democratic South Carolina State Rep. Bakari Sellers told Politico. “She’s going to be everywhere. Her message will be everywhere. This is going to be unlike anything we’ve seen before. These won’t be baby steps. She’ll explode on the scene.” (Read more from “Kamala Harris Fails to Sit for Interview During First Week of Presidential Campaign” HERE)

Harris Accidentally Calls Herself ‘The President’ During Late Dem Rep’s Eulogy — Causing Crowd to Go Wild

Vice President Kamala Harris accidentally called herself the “president” Thursday while delivering a eulogy for late Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), causing the crowd to go wild as she repeatedly corrected herself.

Harris, standing beside Democratic leaders including Bill and Hillary Clinton, was speaking in Houston about the late congresswoman’s long career in public service. She recalled that Jackson Lee introduced legislation to make Juneteenth – the day marking the end of slavery in the US – a federal holiday.

“Which as a US Senator, I was proud to co-sponsor and then as presi–” Harris said about her role in getting the bill through, before correcting herself.

“As vice president it was my honor – with the president! With the president!” she said as the crowd applauded and cheered.

“It was my honor – it was my honor, with our president Joe Biden to stand beside Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee as our president signed her bill into law.” (Read more from “Harris Accidentally Calls Herself ‘The President’ During Late Dem Rep’s Eulogy — Causing Crowd to Go Wild” HERE)

Texas Scores ‘Major Victory’ Over Biden Administration

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in Texas’s favor, lifting an injunction that ordered the state to remove buoys it placed in the Rio Grande River to deter illegal border crossings.

The Biden Department of Justice brought a legal challenge against the Lone Star State last year for installing the buoys without federal authorization.

Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta claimed the floating barrier was a threat to navigation and presented a public safety concern. It also risked “damaging U.S. foreign policy” with Mexico over the country’s objection to the barrier.

In 2023, Texas deployed the buoys to address the historic levels of aliens attempting illegal, dangerous—and in some cases, deadly—river crossings. The Biden Administration then sued and demanded Texas remove the buoys and reopen the border. A federal district court granted the Biden Administration a preliminary injunction and ordered the buoys to be removed and a Fifth Circuit panel issued a split decision upholding the order. However, in January 2024, Attorney General Paxton secured an en banc rehearing before the Fifth Circuit.

The full court has now ruled that the district court’s flawed preliminary injunction misapplied the law and was an abuse of the lower court’s authority. The buoy barrier can remain in the river while proceedings continue at the district court level. (Texas Attorney General’s Office)

Poll Shows 80% Continue to Support Israel

A new Harvard/Harris Poll has found that support for Israel among registered voters in the U.S. is still strong — and growing stronger.

The poll, conducted July 26-28 among 2,196 registered voters with a 2.1% margin of error, found that 80% of voters continue to support Israel in its war against Hamas — the same proportion as in June.

Nearly two-thirds — 66% — believe that Israel is trying to minimize civilian casualties, which is up from 62% in June. And 70% believe that a ceasefire should only happen when Hamas is removed from power in Gaza, up from 67% in June.

Similarly, 66% believe Israel should retaliate if Hezbollah continues to fire rockets into Israel, roughly unchanged from 67% in June. (Israel had not yet launched its June 30 airstrike on Hezbollah’s second-in-command, Fu’ad Shukr.

The poll found that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump leads presumptive Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris by 3 points, or by 4 points when “unsure” is not an option. (Read more from “Poll Shows 80% Continue to Support Israel” HERE)

White House Melts Down Over Trump Calling Kamala Harris a ‘DEI Hire’

Critics of Vice President Kamala Harris claim she was only picked to be President Joe Biden’s running mate because of her race and the left’s goal of checking its DEI boxes.

Former President Donald Trump pointed just that out to a crowd during the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ).

“I’ve known her for a long time, indirectly, not directly… and she was always of Indian heritage, and she was only promoting Indian heritage,” Trump said. “I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black. And now she wants to be known as Black. So, I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?”

The White House has a total liberal meltdown over Trump’s “hostile” comments and claiming the former president “failed” Black families across the U.S.

Harris’ campaign communications director, Michael Tyler, also accused Trump of trying to take back the White House with “Project 2025,” which the Republican has repeatedly confirmed he has no part of. (Read more from “White House Melts Down Over Trump Calling Kamala Harris a ‘DEI Hire'” HERE)

9/11 Mastermind KSM and Two Other Terrorists Awaiting Trial on Guantanamo Bay Strike Plea Deals

The alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11 terror attacks and two other terrorists being held on Guantánamo Bay will be spared the death penalty under a deal with prosecutors, it was revealed Wednesday.

The announcement came as a bitter pill to swallow for victims’ families who have anxiously awaited the conclusion of the case for nearly 24 years — many of whom felt death was the only appropriate punishment for the perpetrators of the heinous attacks.

A spokesperson for the Office of Military Commissions (OMC), which is prosecuting the case, confirmed it had entered into pre-trial agreements with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed — the accused principal architect of the al Qaeda attacks — and two alleged co-conspirators, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi, all of whom have been held at the US military prison on the coast of Cuba since 2003.

“In exchange for removal of the death penalty as a possible punishment, these three Accused have agreed to plead guilty to all of the charged offenses, including the murder of the 2,976 people listed in the charge sheet,” said a letter signed by Rear Adm. Aaron C. Rugh, chief prosecutor for the OMC, and sent to victims’ families Wednesday.

News that the death penalty was no longer on the table for the suspects — whose alleged actions killed nearly 3,000 in the worst terror attack on US soil in American history — came as a gut punch to victims’ families. WATCH: Video Shows Attempted-Trump Assassin on Roof Before Shooting

A new video appears to show Thomas Crooks moving across a roof in plain sight minutes before attempting to shoot Donald Trump.

In the video, taken by James Copenhaver, who was injured in the shooting, a figure is seen moving across the roof of the American Glass Research building moments before gunfire rang out in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The video was taken at 6.08pm on July 13, three minutes before Crooks, 20, opened fire, narrowly missing the former president.

One bullet grazed Trump’s ear, while Corey Comperatore, a local fire chief and Trump supporter, was killed and two other rally attendees were injured.

The shooting led to a bipartisan outcry over the security failures and last week Kimberly Cheatle resigned as director of the Secret Service after accepting responsibility for the “significant” problems surrounding the shooting.
