House Republicans Investigate CIA Interference in Hunter Biden Investigation

House Republicans are demanding answers from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) after a whistleblower came forward with allegations of agency interference to thwart investigations into Hunter Biden.

On Thursday, the GOP chairmen of the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees sent CIA Director William Burns a letter seeking records related to claims the CIA acted with the Department of Justice to protect President Joe Biden and his son.

“The information we recently received from the whistleblower seems to corroborate our concerns about DOJ’s deviations from standard process to provide Hunter Biden with preferential treatment,” lawmakers wrote. “According to the whistleblower, in August 2021, when IRS investigators were preparing to interview Patrick Kevin Morris, an associate of Hunter Biden, the CIA intervened to stop the interview.”

“Two DOJ officials were allegedly summoned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia for a briefing regarding Mr. Morris,” lawmakers added. “At that meeting, it was communicated that Mr. Morris could not be a witness during the investigation.”

Army Seeking Retirees to Come back to Work Amid Manpower Crisis

The Army is seeking to bring back retired soldiers to fill critical manpower shortages, according to a service-wide directive published this week.

The All Army Activities (ALARACT) document describes how Army retirees can find and apply for open positions and aims to maintain a sufficient number of personnel to fill all of the Army’s authorized positions. The message comes as the service has publicly acknowledged struggles to balance a shrinking workforce with the demands of sprawling global mission sets as recruitment woes persist for a third year in a row.

“A review of commands’ requests for [the] fill of authorized personnel vacancies, in conjunction with current Army manning guidance, prompted review of how the Army can fill key and critical position vacancies,” the document stated, outlining the current situation. “The retiree recall program can be an effective tool to fill personnel shortages of authorized regular Army vacancies that are considered key and essential.”

It was unclear whether the Army had already identified manning shortages to be filled or was issuing the message in anticipation of future need. The Army did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s comments by deadline.

Any Army, Reserve or National Guard soldier who qualifies as retired or will soon be retired — meaning they achieved at least 20 years of service — and anyone receiving retired pay is eligible to apply, the message states. Neither age nor disability, alone, would exclude a soldier from joining depending on the disability, and they would still have to meet the Army’s health requirements.

FBI Nabs Alleged MS-13 Senior Leader on Most Wanted List in Border City

A man accused of being a senior leader of the MS-13 gang, one of the largest criminal organizations, was captured by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), according to a CNN report.

Freddy Ivan Jandres-Parada was captured after four years at large, according to CNN. Jandres-Parada was reportedly accused of being a member of the gang’s board of directors, called the Ranfla Nacional, in Dec. 2020 by the Eastern District of New York’s federal prosecutors.

The FBI was “offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information” that would lead to his arrest, according to the bureau’s most wanted list.

“Freddy Ivan Jandres-Parada is wanted for his alleged involvement in the direction of MS-13 activity in the United States, Mexico, and El Salvador,” the FBI stated.

“Jandres-Parada has been charged with several terrorism offenses for his alleged role in ordering numerous acts of violence against civilians, law enforcement, and rival gang members, as well as drug distribution and extortion schemes worldwide,” the bureau added.

INVASION: Video Shows Illegal Aliens Overwhelming Texas National Guard, Storming Border Wall; Biden Slammed

The illegal immigrants are seen pulling the barrier open as four National Guardsmen try to keep them from crossing the border in the video posted to Twitter on Thursday by former Daily Caller News Foundation reporter Jennie Taer, who now works for the New York Post. The illegal immigrants rush through the gap opened, almost trampling the National Guard personnel, until coming up against a second, sturdier barrier.

Texas has been clashing with the Biden administration over the state’s efforts to stop illegal immigration, with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit placing legislation that would allow state and local law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants on hold. Biden Slammed After Hundreds of Illegal Aliens Attack National Guard Troops at Border

By Daily Wire. President Joe Biden faced backlash Thursday afternoon after video went viral online showing hundreds of military-aged males pushing Texas National Guard soldiers and storming the U.S. southern border.

The New York Post, which recorded video of the incident, reported that the illegal aliens broke through razor wire and fencing and then pushed straight through the soldiers.

Governor Greg Abbott gave a brief update about the incident in El Paso a few hours after video of the incident garnered millions of views online.

“The TX National Guard & Dept. of Public Safety quickly regained control & are redoubling the razor wire barriers,” Abbott said. “DPS is instructed to arrest every illegal immigrant involved for criminal trespass & destruction of property.”

Turbo Cancer Deaths Surge in Vaxxed 15 to 44-Year-Olds

According to a new study, official government data shows a shocking spike in turbo cancer deaths in young people aged 15- to 44 years old since 2021.

In the last three years, doctors have been reporting skyrocketing cases of deadly turbo cancers.

People who have been vaccinated with Covid mRNA injections have been suffering from a high incidence of these fast-developing cancers.

Some doctors are reporting that cancers are so rapidly developing that their patients are dying within a week of being diagnosed.

An analysis of U.K. government data shows an unprecedented increase in cancer deaths among 15- to 44-year-olds who were vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines, according to a new report by data analyst Edward Dowd. . .

The study’s results in the rate of cancer deaths above the historic norm in 2022 for ages 15-44 in the U.K. included:

A 28% rise in fatal breast cancer rates in women.
An 80% increase in pancreatic cancer deaths among women and a 60% increase among men.
A 55% increase among men in colon cancer deaths and a 41% increase in women.
A 120% increase in fatal melanomas among men and a 35% increase in women.
A 35% increase in brain cancer deaths among men and a 12% rise in women.
A 60% increase in cancer death rates among men in cancers “without site specification” and a 55% increase among women.

‘Unconstitutional:’ Trump’s Legal Team Goes Full Force Against Letitia James Attempt to Seize Mar-A-Lago

Former President Trump’s legal team is pulling out all the stops in attacking woke New York Attorney General Letitia James’ “unconstitutional” attempt to seize Mar-a-Lago as her politically motivated lawsuit against the Republican continues.

On Thursday, Trump’s lawyer Clifford S. Robert sent a letter to the Appellate Division of New York’s Supreme Court, arguing that James’ demand of forcing Trump to post a $464 million bond in the full amount in order to appeal is “unreasonable, unjust, and unconstitutional.”

In his letter, Robert argued that the former president would face “irreparable harm” if he were forced to pay the multi-hundred million bond or sell his iconic Mar-a-Lago property before his appeal is decided.

More from his letter:

It would be completely illogical — and the definition of an unconstitutional Excessive Fine and a Taking — to require Defendants to sell properties at all, and especially in a ‘fire sale,’ in order to be able to appeal the lawless Supreme Court judgment, as that would cause harm that cannot be repaired once the Defendants do win, as is overwhelmingly likely, on appeal.

[James’s and the New York Supreme Court] sought to impose a patently unreasonable, unjust, and unconstitutional (under both the Federal and New York State Constitutions) bond condition, which would cause irreparable harm and foreclose any review of the Supreme Court’s deeply flawed decision in this case.

In short, while attempting to cynically and wrongfully tar the Defendants’ witnesses as ‘unreliable,’ the Attorney General does not actually dispute the truth of a single one of their specific claims. This is unsurprising because these claims are undeniable to those with knowledge of real estate and sureties. Perhaps worst of all, the Attorney General argues that Defendants should be forced to dispose of iconic, multi-billion-dollar real-estate holdings in a ‘fire sale.’

[A] report that documents how President Donald Trump is ahead of Joe Biden in all seven swing states could be seen as an indicator of a coming election in which cheating may play a role.

The report said, “Trump leads Biden by 4% in Arizona, 1% in Michigan, 3% in Nevada and 3% in Wisconsin, according to four polls released Wednesday and Thursday by Emerson College Polling/The Hill.”

Further, the report shows Trump ahead of Biden by 3% in North Carolina and 4% in Georgia. “according to polls released Wednesday by the Marist Institute for Public Opinion.”

And Emerson College’s survey from just days earlier shows Trump ahead of Biden by 4% in Pennsylvania.

FBI Must Hand Over Nashville Christian School Shooter’s Manifesto

Ajudge recently ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to hand over the manifesto of the Covenant School shooter amid an ongoing lawsuit filed by local news outlet the Tennessee Star.

United States District Judge Aleta Trauger ordered the FBI to turn over the writings of the trans-identifying 28-year-old female who shot and killed three children and three adults at the Christian school in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 27, 2023. The suspect was shot dead at the scene by police.

Authorities have repeatedly refused to release the shooter’s manifesto to the public, prompting state-level lawsuits that are currently tied up in court.

Metropolitan Nashville Police seized the writings, which included a hand-drawn map of the school, from the shooter’s vehicle. According to the FBI, releasing the documents to the public “could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”

Following the tragedy, the Tennessee Star filed a public records request for the writings, which the FBI denied. Report: Authorities Release Man Never Convicted of Crime After Waiting in Jail for Over 10 Years

Maurice Jimmerson was released Wednesday by Georgian authorities on a plea deal after spending over ten years of his life locked up without a conviction, Atlanta News First reported.

Georgian police arrested Jimmerson and four other suspects in relation to the murder of two persons back in May 2013, the outlet reported.

While nearly all of the suspects were acquitted by juries years previously, Jimmerson remained locked up without trial and without an attorney, the outlet reported. Andrew Fleischman reportedly took up Jimmerson’s case pro bono after hearing about the case through an investigation by Atlanta News First back in 2023.

“You don’t need to have a law degree to know something’s wrong is here,” Fleischman told the outlet. “We should not punish people until we’ve proven they’ve committed a crime.”

Two months after Fleischman took the case, Jimmerson went to court, resulting in a mistrial due to the jury being unable to deliver a verdict, Atlanta News First reported. He was reportedly returned to jail. Jimmerson’s release Wednesday was part of a negotiated plea deal where he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and possession of a firearm in exchange for being sentenced to 30 years of probation with 11 years already counted as served, according to the outlet.
