In his end-of-year press conference, Russian President Vladimir Putin reiterated his commitment to subjugating Ukraine in his effort to rebuild the Soviet Union — emphasizing, “The level of our ties with China is at an all-time high.”

North Korea’s Chairman Kim Jong Un laid out his plan to accelerate nuclear-weapons production in 2024, saying conflicts elsewhere compelled his nation to “sharpen the treasured sword.”

And amid Iran’s multifront attacks on the Jewish state, the ayatollah’s officials declared America “will not be spared” if Israel’s campaign to eliminate Hamas continues — and we’ll be “faced with extraordinary problems” if we oppose Houthi disruption of commercial shipping in the Red Sea. . .

Lloyd Austin Remains Hospitalized as More Details Emerge About His Secretive Hospital Stay

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin remained hospitalized on Sunday night after being rushed to the hospital at the start of the new year after experiencing severe pain as he recovered late last month from an elective procedure.

The Pentagon said in a statement that Austin remained at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center but was “recovering well and in good spirits.”

Air Force Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder claimed that Austin resumed his duties on Friday evening and “has received operational updates and has provided necessary guidance to his team.”

“He has full access to required secure communications capabilities and continues to monitor DoD’s day-to-day operations worldwide,” the statement continued. “The Secretary spoke to President Biden yesterday. He has also been in contact with Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. State Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Seeking to Remove Trump from Ballot

An Albany County, Wyoming, judge dismissed a complaint that sought to remove former President Donald Trump — the leading Republican presidential candidate — from the ballot in the Cowboy State, citing Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.

The lawsuit, which Judge Misha Westby dismissed on Friday as Fox News reported, was brought by retired attorney Tim Newcomb and mirrored arguments in efforts to take Trump off the ballot in other states, including Colorado and Maine.

Specifically, the complaint contended that Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment barred both Trump and Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) “from appearing on Wyoming ballots unless Congress removes such disability by a vote of two-thirds of each House.” It argued that Trump failed to uphold the “Constitution’s transfer of presidential power under Article II. Section I,” therefore disqualifying him from the ballot while Lummis “disqualified herself from appearing on Wyoming’s ballot when she refused to count Pennsylvania’s electoral ballots to the electoral count required by Article II, Section 1.”

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray, the defendant in the case, expressed his joy with the dismissal of Newcomb’s “repugnant” lawsuit in a release shared with Fox News.

Biden’s Radical Agenda: Restoring Roe Top Priority on Day 1 of Second Term

If President Joe Biden — who has polled as the least popular president in modern history — is reelected in 2024, his top priority on day one of his second term is the killing of the unborn.

During an interview on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday, Biden deputy campaign manager Quentin Fulks said Biden would prioritize abortion and restoring Roe v. Wade on the first day of his second term. When the Supreme Court issued its Dobbs decision in June of 2022, it overturned Roe v. Wade, a 1973 decision that had invented the Constitutional “right” to abortion.

“You talk about democracy being on the ballot. Some top Democratic lawmakers say, ‘Okay, good to be focused on former President Trump, but you’ve got to talk about what a second Biden agenda would look like.’ What would on day one President Biden’s top priority be?” NBC’s Kristen Welker asked.

“Well, look, the president announced this campaign with the moniker of ‘Finish the job, and protecting freedom and democracy.’ So when we talk about that, let’s look at it. First of all, Roe,” Fulks replied. “The president has been adamant that we need to restore Roe. Jeffrey Epstein Trafficked Teen to Prominent U.S. Politicians, ‘World Leaders’ to Blackmail Them: Docs

By New York Post. Jeffrey Epstein trafficked a teenage girl to prominent US politicians, world leaders — and even a “well-known Prime Minister” — and then made her detail the sexual encounters so that he could potentially blackmail the men, according to newly unsealed court documents.

The accuser, identified in the 2014 filing by the pseudonym “Jane Doe 3,” was forced to have sex with a host of “powerful men.”

That list included “numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known Prime Minister, and other world leaders,” the document alleged, without naming the individuals.

Epstein “required” the girl “to describe the events that she had with these men so that he could potentially blackmail them,” the filing continued.

Model Who Jumped to Her Death From NYC Apartment Flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s Jet as a Teen: Docs

By New York Post. Model Ruslana Korshunova, who leaped to her death from a New York City building at age 20 in 2008, had been traveling on Jeffrey Epstein’s jet less than two years prior, newly unsealed court documents confirm.

The deceased pedophile’s flight logs showed the Kazakhstani-Russian beauty was one of the passengers on the notorious Boeing 727 allegedly used to traffic victims — famously called the “Lolita Express” — on June 7, 2006.

Korshunova, who was 18 at the time, traveled with Epstein and three staffers — his bodyguard Igor Zinoviev, personal chef Lance Calloway and longtime assistant Sarah Kellen.

Although it is unclear what happened when they landed on his infamous island in Little St. James, the convicted pedophile has been accused of holding underage sex parties there for his high-profile friends.

Court documents obtained by Page Six also include an email from attorney Brad Edwards to Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre that read, “I think it is a long shot that you would recognize her, but read the article I attached and then look at the pictures and see if you recognize her. Ghislaine Maxwell Attended Chelsea Clinton’s Wedding After Skipping Deposition in Case Against Epstein

Convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton’s wedding instead of sitting for a deposition in a civil suit filed against Jeffrey Epstein by one of his accusers, according to court documents unsealed Friday.

Maxwell – who’s now behind bars for recruiting and grooming underage girls for Epstein – was photographed in 2010 peering on from a crowd as former President Bill Clinton walked his daughter down the aisle, despite claiming at the time she was tied up with family affairs in Britain.

The British socialite was subpoenaed in 2009 to testify in a case lodged against Epstein by his alleged victim Virginia Guiffre, according to the court documents.

Maxwell initially agreed to be deposed, lawyers for Guiffre wrote in the 2016 motion.

Hunter Biden Brags About How His ‘Sugar Brother’ Loaned Him Money for Legal Battles

Hunter Biden praised his lawyer and so-called “sugar brother” Kevin Morris for lending him big bucks as legal battles mount against the president’s son.

During an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Hunter Biden said, “I don’t know where I would be if not for Kevin… And I don’t mean just because he has loaned me money to survive this onslaught; I mean, he has given me back my dignity. He’s been a brother to me.”

According to reports, Hunter Biden faces nearly $10 million in court fees. Morris reportedly loaned President Joe Biden’s son a total of $4.9 million for housing, car payments, and legal fees. Morris also paid for his IRS debts.

Morris recently became a big name in House Republican’s impeachment inquiry toward the Biden family.

Bret Weinstein Sounds Alarm on WHO’s Troubling Moves: Threat to Freedom of Speech in the U.S.

Biologist Bret Weinstein has raised concerns about the World Health Organization’s (WHO) potential impact on Americans in the event of another health emergency, warning that the organization may be making “troubling” changes. Weinstein shared his insights during an appearance on “The Tucker Carlson Encounter.”

Weinstein discussed the surprising ability of a “small number of dissidents” to challenge the mainstream media’s narrative during the pandemic, particularly in exposing the harmful and ineffective aspects of certain vaccine shots.

The biologist shifted his focus to the WHO’s “pandemic preparedness plan modifications,” suggesting that the organization is seeking a rematch with the world. Weinstein expressed his belief that the WHO might target voices that previously challenged the established narrative. When questioned by Tucker Carlson about the possibility of the WHO undermining the U.S.’s First Amendment rights, Weinstein affirmed that he believes the organization could indeed jeopardize freedom of speech.

Weinstein suggested that the WHO is revising structures to prevent dissidents from upending future narratives. He claims the organization’s pursuit of measures that could silence podcasters and mandate international actions is ongoing, potentially hindering the emergence of a control group to assess harms clearly.

Carlson raised the question of whether an international health organization could end the First Amendment in the United States, prompting Weinstein’s assertion that such discussions are underway at the international level. Weinstein expressed deep concern about the troubling nature of these discussions and suggested that the U.S. is in the midst of a coup, facing the elimination of national and personal sovereignty.

The biologist highlighted an upcoming agreement, expected to be signed in May, which he believes could alter the response to future public health emergencies. He warned that the Director General of the WHO has significant discretion in defining such emergencies, potentially extending beyond traditional health crises to issues like climate change.

Biden Administration Border Policy Easing Entry for Chinese Illegal Aliens

In a significant policy shift, the Biden administration reportedly instructed Border Patrol agents to streamline the entry process for Chinese illegal aliens, allowing them an easier path into the United States. According to an April 2023 email reviewed by The Daily Caller, Border Patrol agents were directed to ask Chinese illegal immigrants only five questions, a drastic reduction from the approximately forty questions asked previously.

The email, sent by a Customs and Border Protection supervisor to around 500 Border Patrol agents, revealed the new approach, indicating that the agents were now required to inquire about “Military Service,” “Universities,” “POB/Region,” “Employment,” and “Political Party.” The streamlined questioning aimed to accelerate the processing of Chinese illegal aliens, raising concerns about potential security risks.

The former law enforcement official who shared the email with The Daily Caller stated that smugglers guiding the illegal aliens were coached on how to respond to these specific questions, facilitating a quicker and more efficient entry process. The illegals who provided satisfactory answers to the five questions were reportedly allowed to be released into the United States.

Critics argue that this policy change may compromise national security, with retired CBP deputy patrol agent J.J. Carrell expressing concern. Carrell stated, “This policy change has accelerated the time it takes to process Chinese illegal immigrants — this doesn’t make America safer. The final result is that dangerous Chinese illegal immigrants will still be released into the U.S.”

The email instructed agents to refer illegals who answered affirmatively to any of the five questions to the tactical Terrorism Response Team (TTRT). TTRT is responsible for interrogating Chinese illegal aliens with potential terror ties or connections to the Chinese government. Individuals identified as security risks are then turned over to the Joint Terrorism Task Force for further investigation and deportation.

Concerns about potential spying threats posed by Chinese nationals pretending to be tourists have been raised by federal officials. These individuals allegedly test the security of military bases and sensitive sites, with approximately 100 reported incidents. Incidents often occur in rural areas, where tourists are not commonly found, and the nationals use scripted language when approached by security guards.

While the Defense Department, FBI, and other agencies have studied the issue, the Biden White House and the Department of Homeland Security declined to comment when contacted by The Wall Street Journal in a previous report.

Left-Wing Attempt to Tie Trump to Foreign Influence Money Doesn’t Add Up, Records Show

House Oversight Committee Democrats released a report Thursday attempting to connect former President Donald Trump to a pay-for-play foreign influence scheme, but the evidence fell far short of a smoking gun.

Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, Ranking Member of the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, released a report revealing that Trump’s business entities raked in at least $7.8 million from 20 foreign governments and their subsidiaries during the first two years of his presidency, including from China, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Malaysia. A majority of that money, however, came from one business that began renting office space from Trump Tower in 2008 and concluded its partnership in 2019, during his administration, the report shows.

“The difference between Trump’s foreign income and Biden’s foreign income is that Trump had legitimate goods and services to sell and was tough on China while the Bidens did not have any legitimate business and Joe has been weak on China,” Seamus Bruner, director of research at the Government Accountability Institute, told the Daily Caller in a statement.

Of the $7.8 million Trump’s businesses made from foreign governments during the two years in question, $5.5 million that was paid to Trump-owned properties was from the Chinese government and state-owned enterprises, the records show. Of that, the committee estimates that the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, a Chinese state-owned business, paid Trump-owned properties $5.3 million between February 2017 and October 2019.

The Chinese company had entered a contract with Trump Tower for commercial office space in 2008, the report shows. The contract was concluded on Oct. 31, 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic began and with nearly a year-and-a-half still remaining in Trump’s first term in office.
