Bill Clinton Identified as ‘John Doe 36’ in Unsealed Epstein Documents, Named Over 50 Times

Former President Bill Clinton is set to be identified as “John Doe 36” in a forthcoming release of court documents related to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The documents, tied to a 2015 lawsuit by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre, reportedly mention Clinton more than 50 times.

ABC News reported that the trove of redacted documents is slated for release this week, following a ruling by Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska just before Christmas. The documents will unveil the names of over 170 individuals, previously identified only as John and Jane Does, with connections to Epstein. Due to the New Year’s Day holiday, the release is anticipated to commence on January 2.

While several people named in the documents have already faced exposure for their associations with Epstein and his sex-trafficking ring, the unsealed files are expected to provide further details about individuals who worked for Epstein, were part of his inner circle, or allegedly participated in his criminal activities.

Among those implicated is Prince Andrew, accused by Giuffre of having sex with her on multiple occasions at the behest of Maxwell and Epstein. The documents may include testimony from “Jane Doe 162,” who described being present with Prince Andrew at a 2001 party at Epstein’s New York City townhouse, where Giuffre, then 17, claimed she was instructed to engage in sexual activities with him.

Prince Andrew has consistently denied the allegations, despite photographic evidence showing him with Giuffre. He eventually settled a lawsuit brought by Giuffre out of court.

Regarding Bill Clinton, who had a documented association with Epstein, including travels on the financier’s private jet, the former president has denied any improper connections with the sex offender.

Biden Again Bypasses Congress for Weapons Sale to Israel

The Biden administration used emergency powers to bypass congressional approval to sell weapons to Israel for the second time since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war on Friday, The Associated Press reported.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken told Congress he had determined Israel has an emergency requirement for the fuses, charges and primers and other components of the 155mm ammunition Israel is already fielding covered under the $147 million sale, the State Department said Friday, according to the AP. Israel needs the equipment to make the munitions functional, justifying the bypass, even as President Joe Biden has reportedly sparred with Israeli leadership over the conduct of the war and its mounting civilian toll.

“Given the urgency of Israel’s defensive needs, the secretary notified Congress that he had exercised his delegated authority to determine an emergency existed necessitating the immediate approval of the transfer,” the department said in a statement, according to the AP.

“The United States is committed to the security of Israel, and it is vital to U.S. national interests to ensure Israel is able to defend itself against the threats it faces,” it said.

Blinken made a similar determination on Dec. 9, allowing Israel to move forward with a $106 million sale of 4,000 rounds of U.S.-made tank ammunition without the usual congressional oversight procedure, according to the AP. U.S. Moved to Revive Major WWII-Era Military Bases in 2023 to Prepare for Face off With China

The U.S. began resuscitating major World War II-era military sites in the Pacific in 2023 amid a sweeping pivot toward preparation for a potential China conflict.

Earlier in December, a U.S. Air Force general said the U.S. has made “significant progress” toward reclaiming the Tinian North airfield on the Marianas island chain from which the U.S. launched its strategic bombers against Japan during WWII, Japanese newspaper Nikkei reported. The plan, which has not been officially declared by the Department of Defense (DOD), reflects a trend of expanding and repositioning U.S. troops in the Pacific region as the Pentagon promises to deter China and, if necessary, confront threats to the U.S.

“If you pay attention in the next few months, you will see significant progress, especially at Tinian North,” Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach, commander of the Pacific Air Forces, told Nikkei.

The airfield “has extensive pavement underneath the overgrown jungle. We’ll be clearing that jungle out between now and summertime,” Wilsbach said, adding that the structure will be “extensive” once completed, but did not say when that would occur.

Access to the airfield will support the Air Force’s strategy to disperse aircraft throughout the Indo-Pacific and ensure better survivability of assets against China’s missile threat, a shift from Cold War posturing, Nikkei reported. U.S. Army Air Forces abandoned the strip after the war, although the U.S. still claims territorial control of the Northern Mariana Islands.

President Biden’s Getaway: 37% of Year Spent on Vacation

A new report reveals that President Joe Biden spent over a third of the past year away from the White House, seeking refuge at various getaway spots, including his Delaware residences, vacation destinations, and Camp David. The New York Post’s review of public records shows that the 81-year-old president was absent for 138 days in 2023, accounting for 37% of his time.

Delaware was a favored retreat for Biden, who spent a significant portion of his getaway days at either his personal residence in Wilmington or his sun-and-sand hideaway in Rehoboth. In addition to Delaware, he enjoyed official vacations in St. Croix, Lake Tahoe, and Nantucket, spending a total of 22 days on official vacation in 2023.

President Biden’s getaway days in 2023 were only slightly less than the previous year, where he spent over 38% of his time at similar locations. The report notes that Biden’s time away from Washington surpasses that of all recent presidents, with George H.W. Bush being the closest competitor, spending 36% of his presidency at getaway spots.

The New York Post also highlights Biden’s five notable vacations in 2023, including a stay at a St. Croix compound owned by Democratic donors Bill and Connie Neville and a 20-day period in August spent either in Delaware or at Tom Steyer’s $20 million Lake Tahoe estate.

Biden’s Re-Election Bid Hit With Foreboding New Year’s Eve Forecast

President Joe Biden enters 2024 with job approval and poll numbers that bode ill for the incumbent, a political analyst told an MSNBC audience on New Year’s Eve.

National political correspondent Steve Kornacki explained on Sunday, armed with his signature charts, how NBC’s final poll of the year compares with the statistics for other presidents heading into a re-election year.

Biden stood at 40% approval and 57% disapproval in November, which Kornacki said is the “lowest” dating back to President George H.W. Bush, who lost his attempt to secure a second term, and others who won or got defeated in the intervening years.

By Trying to Keep Trump off the Ballot, Democrats Are Staging a Coup in Broad Daylight

If it wasn’t obvious before now that the left will do anything to stop Donald Trump from winning a second term in the White House, the events of the last few days should leave no doubt in any American’s mind. Democrats, including President Biden, are prepared not only to rig the 2024 election in broad daylight but also to twist the U.S. Constitution and undermine the republic so they can hold on to power.

As most everyone knows by now, an infamous 4-3 majority of the Colorado Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that voters in their state will not be allowed to cast a ballot for Trump in next year’s presidential election. The court’s outlandish claim is that Trump is ineligible to appear on the ballot because Section 3 of the 14th Amendment says candidates who have “engaged in insurrection” are prohibited from holding public office.

According to the court, which is dominated by left-wing ideologues appointed by Democrat governors (all the judges on the Colorado Supreme Court are Democrats, some are just more radical than others), Trump meets this definition because he “incited” a riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Never mind that Trump has yet to be convicted of a crime associated with Jan. 6 (or any crime for that matter) or that the 14th Amendment doesn’t include the president or vice president in a list of offices to which its Section 3 provision applies. For the leftists on the Colorado Supreme Court, it’s enough to declare Trump an insurrectionist and viola! He’s off the ballot — all in the name of “defending democracy.”

David French called it a “bold, courageous decision,” but setting aside the constitutional/legal debate, consider what it means practically. About 1.4 million Coloradans voted for Trump in 2020. All those voters, if they want to vote for Trump again this time, have been disenfranchised by the court. That’s bad enough, but the left’s strategy here is larger than just one state. Before the ink was dry on the Colorado ruling, California Democrats leapt into action. The lieutenant governor, Eleni Kounalakis, sent a letter to Secretary of State Shirley Weber asking her to “explore every legal option to remove former President Donald Trump from California’s 2024 presidential primary ballot.” . . .

But set aside the legal fight because it doesn’t matter to the left. For Biden and the Democrats, this isn’t really a question of what the Constitution does or doesn’t say. This is a question of power and how far they will go to keep it. From the politicized court ruling in Colorado to the four criminal indictments against Trump amounting to 91 felony charges to Biden’s statement last November that he’ll use the Constitution to ensure that Trump “will not take power” and will not “become the next president,” what we have amounts to an open conspiracy to rig the 2024 election by preventing voters from casting a ballot for the likely GOP nominee. These Are the Important Dates to Know for the Jam-Packed Election Year in 2024

The 2024 calendar will be chock-full of national and statewide races alongside a contentious presidential election coinciding with Donald Trump’s slate of trials amid his run for another term.

Presidential candidates, House and Senate hopefuls, gubernatorial nominees and others will face off on Nov. 5 after a busy year of party primaries and special elections. Additionally, the former president faces four trials following 2023 indictments related to alleged election interference, classified documents and hush money payments as he challenges President Joe Biden for the White House.

Iowa’s caucus is the first nominating contest of the 2024 season on Jan. 15, followed by New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation primary on Jan. 23. Nevada is holding both a party primary and a state caucus within two days of each other on Feb. 6 and Feb. 8, respectively.

South Carolina’s primary is set for Feb. 24, and Michigan’s will take place three days later. . .

As a part of the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC’s) new calendar, at the directive of Biden, South Carolina was moved up first for their party, pushing back both Iowa and New Hampshire. Iowa caved to the DNC, and will release their presidential preferences on March 5, while New Hampshire kept its late January date. Here’s the Five Biggest Hunter Biden Stories of the Past Year

It’s been a turbulent year for Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s embattled son famous for his foreign business dealings and drug-fueled extravagance. . .

Hunter Biden’s troubles were supposed to be put to bed in July 2023 with a guilty plea deal for two tax misdemeanor offenses in Delaware and a pretrial diversion agreement for a single felony gun charge. But Delaware U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika took issue with a prosecutorial immunity provision contained in the diversion agreement when Biden appeared in court to finalize the guilty plea. . .

IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler testified to the House Ways and Means Committee in late May and early June with allegations DOJ officials gave Hunter Biden special treatment during the ongoing criminal investigation. The Ways and Means Committee released the transcripts of their testimony in late June and both whistleblowers testified publicly the next month. . .

Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Weiss special counsel in August after the IRS whistleblowers testified publicly and Hunter Biden’s guilty plea agreement collapsed. Weiss’ investigation into Hunter Biden resulted in two separate indictments by federal grand juries in Delaware and the Central District of California. . .

House Republicans launched an impeachment inquiry into President Biden in September based on Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings and the IRS whistleblower testimony.
