Donors From the Richest Zip Codes in America Are Throwing Their Support Behind Biden

President Joe Biden’s primary fundraising arms have received an outsized amount of support from the most expensive zip codes in the country, according to a Daily Caller News Foundation analysis of Federal Election Commission (FEC) records.

The 10 most expensive zip codes by median home value, which accounted for just 0.02% of the population in 2020, were responsible for 7.6% of this year’s donations to the Biden campaign and the Biden Victory Fund, which are the primary committees used by the president’s reelection effort, according to data from the United States Census Bureau and the FEC. The roughly 81,000 people living in those zip codes donated 311 times more to Biden than would be proportionate to their share of the population.

The residents of America’s 10 most expensive zip codes donated a total of $7,519,474 to the Biden campaign and the Biden Victory Fund this year, or roughly $930 per person, according to FEC and Census Bureau records.

Median home prices in these zip codes range from $4.25 million in Rancho Santa Fe, California, on the low end, and up to $7.95 million in Atherton, California, on the high end, according to the Times. The median price of a house in the United States was $412,000 as of September, according to Forbes. Dem Senator Knew His Aide at the Center of Gay Sex Fiasco Was Trouble, But Promoted Him Anyway

The aide who was fired for his gay sex session in a Senate hearing room was known for his risqué social media posts. The world was made aware of Aidan Maese-Czeropski’s graphic video last Friday, where he was identified as one of the men in the clip. Maese-Czeropski was fired hours after the video became public, but not before he tried to play the victim card when he was exposed before deleting his LinkedIn page.

Cardin’s office knew Maese-Czeropski’s social media activity was out of control but promoted him anyway. He reportedly continued to post racy material to a selected group of people on his Instagram. The point is that this aide’s social media presence was well-known, so this gay sex meltdown shouldn’t shock anyone. Cardin’s office had a chance to prevent a public relations catastrophe but decided to gamble—and lost. Matthew Keys at The Desk has more:

In November, Senator Ben Cardin’s Chief of Staff Chris Lynch promoted U.C. Berkeley graduate Aidan Maese-Czeropski from his entry-level aide job while simultaneously warning the 23-year-old to stop posting nude and seminude photographs to his public Instagram page, according to a person familiar with the situation.

Maese-Czeropski affirmed the warning in a now-deleted story posted to his Instagram page, in which he said the “chief of staff just promoted me and in the same breath suggested I tone down my social media.”

Texas Governor Signs Bill Making Illegal Alien Entry From Mexico a State Crime

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed a bill making Texas the first state in the union to give law enforcement officers the authority to arrest migrants who illegally enter the state. The measure, SB 4, was signed into law on Monday during a ceremony at the base of the border wall in Brownsville, Texas.

The bill is part of a package of measures designed to decrease the flow of migrants entering the state from Mexico. The Texas Legislature passed the bills during two special sessions this fall.

Governor Abbott was joined at the bill signing ceremony by Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) President Brandon Judd, Adjutant General of Texas Major General Thomas Suelzer, Texas Border Czar Mike Banks, Senator Pete Flores, Senator Joan Huffman, Senator Charles Perry, Representative Ryan Guillen, Representative Jacey Jetton, Representative David Spiller, Representative Mano DeAyala, Representative Stan Kitzman, Representative Janie Lopez, and other border officials. House Speaker Dade Phelan was not present for the historic event.

Senate Bill 4 from Special Session #4 makes illegal entry into Texas from a foreign country a criminal offense. The law is the latest attempt by the state to crack down on migrants illegally entering the state between ports of entry. By creating the offense of illegal reentry, offenders can be penalized with sentences of up to 20 years in prison. It also provides the mechanism to order an offender to return to the foreign nation from which they entered or attempted to enter this state. The law provides civil immunity and indemnification for local and state government officials, employees, and contractors for lawsuits resulting from enforcing these provisions. Multiple School Districts Scrap ‘Nonsense’ Transgender Policies

Two New Jersey school districts voted to get rid of their state-recommended transgender school policies last week.

The board for the Franklin Lakes School District about 20 miles east of New York City voted 5-4 on Thursday to scrap its adoption of a transgender school policy recommended by the state.

Just a few miles away and on the same day, the Westwood Regional School Board voted 5-2 to toss the state’s transgender guidance as well.

The state’s version of the transgender policy states that school staff should keep a student’s new gender identity hidden from their parents unless the student gives permission or if there is a risk to the student’s health and safety. The policy also says trans-identifying students must be allowed to use the bathrooms and play on the sports teams that correspond with their gender identity. New Low: Only 6 Percent of Americans Approve of GOP Leader Mitch McConnell

Senate Republican Minority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky remains the least popular politician in the country, according to a new poll out Monday.

A Monmouth survey of more than 800 adults 18 and older indicates that 60 percent of respondents disapprove of the GOP Senate chief’s job performance. Only 6 percent of respondents said they approve of it. McConnell earned the lowest overall approval rating among congressional leadership and “is the only leader to receive a net negative score from his fellow partisans.” Just 10 percent of Republicans said they approve of his performance, and 41 percent said they felt otherwise.

The Monmouth University survey also found President Joe Biden’s approval rating at an “all-time low” with “particularly poor marks for his handling of immigration and inflation.”

Data: 26 States That Banned Therapy for LGBT People Upped Suicide Risks

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to 26 state laws at least partly based on studies claiming “conversion therapy” increases LGBT Americans’ suicide risks. Yet every existing study that makes this claim is seriously scientifically unsound, several research reviews recently found.

Not only do all these studies depend on unscientific methods, but the data from one highly cited such study actually shows the opposite of what its authors claim, says a sociologist who reran the study’s data with standard scientific controls the authors omitted.

“The evidence shows that SOCE [sexual orientation change efforts] is fairly effective at preventing suicide attempts,” said Paul Sullins, a research professor at Catholic University and senior researcher for the Ruth Institute, in a press conference released Friday.

These majorly flawed studies have boosted efforts to ban therapists from helping distressed people across the United States and the world. According to Sullins, some 20 states and the District of Columbia ban therapists from helping people struggling to resolve homosexual desires or gender dysphoria. Six states partially ban such therapy. That means in those states, therapists may only nudge children toward, rather than help prevent, transgender mutilation.

Last week, Republican-appointed Justices John Roberts, Amy Coney Barrett, and Neil Gorsuch joined the court’s leftists in refusing to resolve a circuit-court split over whether states can punish therapists who talk to willing clients about unwanted sexual attractions and gender dysphoria. Barrett also voted to let stand a lower-court decision striking laws against children attending transvestite shows. Accused Child Rapist Could Face Death Penalty Under New Law Signed by DeSantis to Punish Pedophiles

A Florida man faces the possibility of being sentenced to death under a new law that recently went into effect to punish dangerous pedophiles.

Joseph Andrew Giampa, 36, was indicted on Thursday for six counts of sexual battery upon a person under 12 years old and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, according to the Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office.

State Attorney William Gladson of the Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office declared that his office would pursue the death penalty due to the “severity of the crime and its impact on the community.” Gladson believes Giampa qualifies for the death penalty because of how heinous and cruel his crimes were.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis voiced his support in seeking the death penalty against the child rapist.

“Today, @flsao5 announced that they will seek the death penalty in a case of sexual battery against a child under age 12,” DeSantis wrote in a post on X. “It will be the first case to challenge SCOTUS since I signed legislation to make pedophiles eligible for the death penalty. @flsao5 has my full support.”

The Dem Staffer Who Got Busted for Gay Sex in Senate Hearing Room Had a History of Vulgar Posts

The weekend was filled with palace intrigue when a staffer for Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) got busted for having gay sex in a Senate hearing room. The graphic video leaked, leading to some hilarious reactions on social media and a public relations nightmare for the Cardin office. The staffer was fired in less than 24 hours after this circus was made public.

The aide identified in the video, Aidan Maese-Czeropski tried to play the victim, but thus far, it hasn’t resonated. What was this guy thinking? Also, while some might not like the hyper-proliferation of social media over the past decade, it has exposed us to the debauchery up on the Hill from everyone. We all know the rumors; they date back to the days of using typewriters, at least. These antics aren’t new, but now it’s more in our faces. Is this a one-off situation? Car Crashes Into Biden’s Motorcade

President Joe Biden was left unscathed on Sunday night after a vehicle smashed into his motorcade near his campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.

A car hit a U.S. Secret Service SUV used to block off intersections as Biden made his way from his campaign office to his awaiting vehicle.

The sedan then tried to continue into the closed-off intersection before the Secret Service surrounded the car with weapons, instructing the driver to put his hands up.

The president and First Lady Jill Biden were left unharmed from the incident.

Biden seemed shocked by the loud bang from the collision and paused before being rushed into his vehicle. The First Lady wished reporters a “Happy Holidays” just moments before the accident occurred. (Read more from “Car Crashes Into Biden’s Motorcade” HERE)

Senator: Biden’s Border Crisis Has Me ‘More Worried About a 9/11’ Attack Than Ever Before

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said during an interview over the weekend that the conditions on the U.S. southern border have him more worried about the potential for terrorist attacks similar to 9/11 happening on U.S. soil than at any other point since the attacks happened more than two decades ago.

Graham made the remarks during a Sunday interview with Kristen Welker on NBC’s “Meet The Press” while discussing U.S. Senate negotiations with the White House on a border package.

Graham said that he did not believe a deal would be reached by the end of the year and that he expects talks to continue into the new year.

“The White House got engaged five days ago,” he said. “They sent over a supplemental with border security provisions that did nothing to change policy. We’ve been talking to them since September. Five days ago, they finally sat at the table. … The bottom line here is, we feel like we’re being jammed. We’re not anywhere close to a deal. It’ll go into next year.”
