House Censures Rep. Rashida Tlaib Over Defense of Hamas, Calls To Destroy Israel

The House of Representatives voted Tuesday night to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) for defending Hamas’ Oct. 7 terror attack against Israel as “resistance” and calling for the destruction of the Jewish state.

Tlaib is the 26th member of Congress to be censured by the House in the legislative body’s history.

The censure vote, initially scheduled for Wednesday, was apparently moved up after Rep. Rich McCormick’s (R-Ga.) office – the congressman who introduced the resolution – received death threats.

“I take the safety of my team seriously. I am temporarily closing my physical district office location in Cumming, GA due to serious threats of violence against my staff. These threats have been reported to Capitol Police and will be investigated fully,” McCormick said in an X post.

Biden Urges Netanyahu To Agree to 3-Day Fighting Pause To Help Hostage Releases: Report

President Biden on Monday urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to commit to a three-day pause in the fighting in Gaza to help secure the release of some of the hostages held by Hamas, according to a report.

Biden’s comments in his emergency phone call with Netanyahu came as a proposal has been discussed between the US, Israel and Qatar in which Hamas would purportedly agree to release 10-15 hostages during such a pause, an American official told Axios.

Over the three days, Hamas would supposedly verify the identities of all the hostages the terrorist group is holding and release a full list of the captives, according to the report.

However, US and Israeli officials told the outlet that Netanyahu is reluctant to strike such a deal because he does not believe Hamas will hold up its end of the bargain.

His reservations stem from the 2014 Israel-Hamas war, when the terrorists attacked a group of Israeli soldiers, kidnapped one of them and killed several others during a humanitarian pause, the Israeli official told Axios. New Tech Has Spooky Ability To Detect Future Heart Attack, Study Shows

A new study found that artificial intelligence could be used to help detect risk signs and possibly even prevent sudden cardiac death.

“When the data is fulsome and accurate and has a large enough sample size, AI will be able to identify patterns and correlations that humans might struggle to see, especially when they require two or more factors or have seemingly contrarian conclusions,” Phil Siegel, the founder of the Center for Advanced Preparedness and Threat Response Simulation, told Fox News Digital.

Siegel’s comments come after the results of preliminary research by the American Health Association found that AI was able to identify people who were at more than a 90% risk of sudden death, according to a report on the study in Medical Xpress.

According to the report, researchers analyzed medical information with AI by using registries and databases of 25,000 people from Paris and Seattle who had died from sudden cardiac arrest and 70,000 more people from the general population, matching the two groups by age, sex and residential area.

The AI then analyzed the data gathered with personalized health factors to identify people at “very high risk of sudden cardiac death.” In addition, researchers created personalize risk equations for individuals by plugging in data for treatment of high blood pressure, history of heart disease and behavior disorders such as alcohol abuse. Top Hunter Biden Prosecutor Confirms Key Detail of IRS Whistleblower Testimony, Jim Jordan Says

Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, special counsel in the ongoing Hunter Biden investigation, confirmed a key allegation made by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan said Tuesday.

Weiss testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday and said he requested special attorney authority under section 515 in the spring of 2022, Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Jordan told reporters. Weiss was not given the special attorney authority and did not have special attorney authority before his special counsel appointment in August, Jordan said.

“When he was specifically asked, did you ever request special attorney authority under Section 515, Mr. Weiss’s response was yes, in the spring of 2022. So that that goes to the heart of the matter,” Jordan stated.

“So to me, that’s the key takeaway. He won’t answer a lot of questions. But that’s the key takeaway, because this whole deposition was about the changing story we got from DOJ, regarding the authority that he had,” he continued. These Boots Are Made for Lying: Nikki Haley Attacks Ron DeSantis for Lying About Anti-Fracking Position

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s (R) campaign showcased an ad ahead of the third Republican primary debate claiming Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) “lied” about his position on fracking.

The ad highlighted a key exchange between Haley and DeSantis from the second GOP primary debate.

“What you don’t need is a president who is against energy independence. Ron DeSantis is against fracking. He’s against drilling. He’s been against… You did it,” Haley said at the time.

“He always talks about what happens on day one. You better watch out because what happens on day two is when you’re in trouble; day two in Florida, you banned fracking, you banned offshore drilling,” she continued.

“That is not true,” DeSantis said, denying the claims by saying Florida voters chose a constitutional amendment that banned offshore drilling.

Media Outlets Tie Themselves in Knots To Avoid Saying Jewish Man Was Killed in Fight With Pro-Palestinian Protesters

A Jewish man was killed in California after a confrontation between pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian rallygoers resulted in an altercation — but if the mainstream media reports are to be believed, he might have just died after falling on the sidewalk and hitting his head.

Paul Kessler, 69, hit his head on the pavement as a result of the altercation and later died of his injuries at a nearby hospital.

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department reported: “Upon arrival, responding deputies located Kessler, who was suffering from a head injury. Witness accounts indicated that Kessler was involved in a physical altercation with counter-protestor(s). During the altercation, Kessler fell backwards and struck his head on the ground. Kessler was transported to an area hospital for advanced medical treatment. On November 6, 2023, Kessler succumbed to his injuries.”

The Sheriff’s office said in a press conference on Tuesday that officers detained a 50-year-old suspect who was “advocating for Palestine” during his confrontation with Kessler. The Sheriff’s Department later released the suspect after authorities conducted a search warrant at his home. The medical examiner’s office ruled the cause of death to be homicide, and authorities have “not ruled out the possibility of a hate crime” charge.

Still, media was rife with headlines that left out the fact that he was involved in a “physical altercation” with pro-Palestinian protesters when he hit his head.

Shock NYT Poll: Trump Stomps Biden in 5 Swing States

Former President Donald Trump tops His Fraudulency Joe Biden in five of six crucial swing states, per polling from the far-left New York Times. . .

The left-wing profiteers and warmongers in NeverTrump are already in a panic:

Biden (allegedly) won all five of these states in 2020, so normally, I would be pretty skeptical of an 11-point lead in a blue-ish state like Nevada. But with Nevada (and Arizona) being a border state and Biden opening the southern border to millions of unvetted illegals hailing from the third world, I’m a lot less skeptical of those results.

This polling, like all the polling that has Trump doing better this year against Biden than he ever did in 2020, shows that Biden’s un-American attempt to put Trump in prison has failed and even backfired.

“Biden is trailing Donald J. Trump in five of the six most important battleground states one year before the 2024 election, writes DNYUZ. Biden is “suffering from enormous doubts about his age and deep dissatisfaction over his handling of the economy and a host of other issues[.]”

State Secretly Retaining Blood From Newborns

A lawsuit has been filed by the Institute for Justice over a New Jersey state program that has been obtaining, and secretly retaining, blood from newborns.

The IJ explained it is representing a number of parents in the case.

It’s because right now, “The state can currently use the DNA from the blood samples for any reason, without informed consent from parents.”

The case charges that state law in New Jersey demands that when babies are born, blood be taken and tested for various diseases, similar to other states.

“But, after the testing is over, New Jersey’s Department of Health keeps the leftover blood for 23 years. The state does not ask parents for their consent to keep their babies’ blood, failing to even inform parents that it will hold on to the residual blood. The only way parents could learn about such retention is by proactively looking it up on one of the third-party websites listed on the bottom of the card they’re given after the blood draw. Biden Repeats Same Debunked Story Twice in One Day

President Joe Biden told the same story, which has previously been debunked by fact checkers, twice in one day at a Bidenomics event in Delaware.

Ahead of a Monday speech, Biden told a group of Amtrak workers an anecdote about a company conductor, Angelo Negri, who marveled at the president’s extensive travel on the train all while pinching the president’s cheeks and exclaiming “Joey, baby!” The president then went onto tell the story again during a speech meant to tout his administration’s new $16.4 billion investment for passenger rail projects along the East Coast. The story, however, was previously deemed “false” by CNN in 2021 who decided that Biden’s story just didn’t add up.

The president has now told the false story at least 12 times, according to the New York Post.

“When I was vice president, I flew over a million miles on Air Force Two, but I traveled further than that on Amtrak over the years,” Biden said during the speech. “I was coming home to see my mom, and I just — she was living at this time, my dad had passed away. And I got on the train on a Friday, and I won’t get him [the Amtrak conductor] into complete trouble, I’ll just tell you his first name, but I’ll just tell you his first name. He was No. 2 in seniority at the time, Angelo.”

Biden Admin Pleads With Iraq To Protect U.S. Troops in Region; Attacks on U.S. Troops in Middle East Spike Amid Military Buildup

By Daily Caller. The Biden administration is urging the Iraqi government to protect American troops stationed in Iraq against attacks from Iranian-backed militias, according to multiple reports.

There have been 38 confirmed attacks against U.S. targets in Syria and Iraq since the Hamas Oct. 7 terrorist attacks against Israel, raising concerns of a broader regional conflict in the Middle East. The Biden administration believes the Iraqi government has the capacity to protect these U.S. forces within the region and hopes the country will do so, the State Department told Rudaw Media Network Bureau Chief Duyar Kurda.

‘We believe that the Iraqi government does have the ability to hold those groups accountable, and we believe that that work is ongoing,” State Department spokesman Vedant Patel told Kurda.

Attacks on U.S. Troops in Middle East Spike Amid Military Buildup

By Politico. Attacks on American troops dramatically ramped up over the weekend, the Pentagon said Monday, as the U.S. military sent ships and a submarine into the region.

U.S. troops stationed in Iraq and Syria have been attacked by rockets and drones 38 times since Oct. 17, Pentagon spokesperson Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder said Monday, an increase from 31 on Friday afternoon. Forty-six service members in total have now reported injuries from the attacks, which he called “harassing,” he said.

Ryder did not specify the source of the attacks, but the Pentagon has recently blamed similar events on Iran-backed proxies.

Sunday was a particularly violent day, with five rocket and one-way drone attacks near Al-Asad Airbase, Iraq, and in two locations in Syria, according to a Defense Department official, who was granted anonymity to give details on a sensitive topic.
