Elon Musk has indicated that he will actively push to criminalize the performing permanent gender-transition measures on children who have not reached the age of consent.

“This is a major problem. I will be actively lobbying to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent. Shame on those who advocate this! It is utterly contemptible,” Musk wrote in a tweet on Thursday.

In an April tweet, Musk had noted, “My position is simply that we should wait until an individual is mature enough to make their own decisions before other adults make permanent, serious physical changes to them.”

New Details Released About Jeffrey Epstein’s Death, Including a Letter He Tried to Send to Another ‘High Profile Pedophile’

The Associated Press obtained hundreds of documents related to the death of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, including details about a letter he tried to send to another “high profile pedophile.”

The records said that Epstein had been struggling to adapt to life in the prison in Manhattan while awaiting a new trial for charges related to pedophile accusations. At one point, the records said he sat in a corner of his cell with his hands over his ears in an attempt to muffle the sound of water from a toilet that would not stop running.

He also tried to send a letter to Larry Nassar, the disgraced doctor for the U.S. gymnastics team who was convicted of sexually assaulting dozens of athletes.

The letter was found after his death, but the AP was unable to obtain a copy. The report said that he tried to send the letter to Nassar via mail but that it had been returned to him.

Hunter Biden’s Defense of His Gun Crime Is Really Something

Apparently confirming again that first kid Hunter Biden did, in fact, lie on his background check form to purchase a firearm while using drugs, lawyers for the controversial son of President Joe Biden have announced that the Second Amendment itself will be used as a legal defense if Hunter is charged with a crime related to that purchase. . .

From Politico’s scoop:

The president’s son is the target of a Justice Department investigation scrutinizing his purchase of a gun in 2018 — a time when he has said he was regularly using crack cocaine. Federal law bans drug users from owning guns…

His lawyers have already told Justice Department officials that, if their client is charged with the gun crime, they will challenge the law under the Second Amendment, according to a person familiar with the private discussions granted anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly. That could turn a case that is already fraught with political consequences into a high-profile showdown over the right to bear arms.

The dispute would come as the White House fights to tighten gun laws. And it could put conservative gun-rights enthusiasts, who typically criticize the Biden family, in unusual alignment with the president’s son.

Haunting Image Surfaces After Teen Jumped off Ship Into ‘Shark-Infested’ Water

The Louisiana high school graduate who disappeared after leaping off a cruise ship into dark waters off the Bahamas last week may have met a grisly fate in the “shark-infested” area, a local official said.

The waters off Athol Island, where 18-year-old Cameron Robbins was last seen swimming after jumping off the Blackbeard’s Revenge sunset cruise on May 24, are “really shark-infested,” Royal Bahamas Defense Force (RBDF) Commodore Raymond King told the Daily Mail on Tuesday.

A chaotic video taken moments after the jump also shows the Baton Rouge native ignoring onlookers’ pleas for him to grab a buoy and swimming in the opposite direction –prompting social media sleuths to suggest that a silvery reflection near the boat’s hull may have actually been a shark that scared him off.

‘Missing’ Biden Family Corruption Probe Witness Speaks Out, Living as Fugitive in Undisclosed Location

By New York Post. Gal Luft, the “missing” witness in the House Oversight Committee’s Biden family corruption investigation, has told The Post he is alive and living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location.

The former Israeli Defense Force colonel vanished from Cyprus last month while on bail awaiting extradition to the US on seven charges.

He denies the allegations, which include five charges relating to the Arms Export Control Act of conspiring to sell Chinese products to the United rab Emirates, Kenya and Libya, as well as a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and of making a false statement.

Luft claims he was forced to skip bail because he is the victim of a political persecution by the US to protect Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and brother Jim.

White House visitor logs show Alex Soros, chair of his father’s far-left Open Society Foundations, maintains a high degree of influence with the Biden administration. Over the course of more than two years, Alex Soros visited the White House at least 17 times, according to visitor logs obtained by Fox News:

Alex’s most recent visits include three meetings between February 8th and 10th, records released Tuesday show. The visitor logs list Jon Finer, the principal deputy national security adviser; Jordan Finkelstein, special assistant to the president and the chief of staff for senior Biden adviser Anita Dunn; and Mariana Adame, the adviser to the counselor of the president, as the individuals who greeted Alex.

It remains unclear precisely who Alex may have met with for the sessions, as the records can contain White House staff who book appointments, meet the guests and take them to other personnel.

The three most recent visits come on the heels of his 14 prior visits to the White House. And while the younger Soros has taken advantage of the Biden connections, he’s also maintained close contact with Democratic lawmakers, which he often boasts about and posts on social media.

Kohl’s and Target Exposed for Pouring Money Into LGBT Group That Seeks to Indoctrinate Children With Gender Ideology and Undermine Parental Rights

Retail chains Target and Kohl’s are presently facing conservative “Bud-lighting” boycotts for targeting children with LGBT activist apparel. It appears that kids’ fashion is not the only thing these woke companies seek to change.

Kohl’s and Target have both poured significant amounts of money into an organization that pushes gender ideology on children as well as policies that undermine parental rights. . .

The Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network is a New York-based organization that promotes gender ideology and sex-change acceptance in K-12 schools throughout the country.

Where indoctrination is concerned, GLSEN insists that “students of all ages must be given an opportunity to learn that the words ‘gay,’ ‘lesbian,’ and ‘transgender’ are adjectives that should be used with respect” and that “it is never too early for schools to set up a foundation of understanding and respect” for non-straight sexual preferences.

Biden Administration Demands Georgia Schools Show Pornography to Kids

Bureaucrats in President Joe Biden’s Department of Education just put their thumb on the scale of a book dispute in Georgia by not only smearing parents’ concerns about sexually explicit books in schools but also leveraging their federal power to intimidate districts that have successfully purged porn from campuses.

In the Biden administration’s latest attempt to weaponize an arm of the federal government against parents, the DOE’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) wrote a letter to Forsyth County Schools Superintendent Jeff Bearden on May 19 outlining everything it deemed wrong with the district’s decision to pull several inappropriate books from school bookshelves.

Not only did the federal agency demand that the district offer “supportive measures to students who may have been impacted by the book removal process,” but the OCR also ordered the Georgia school district to administer a “climate survey” to middle and high school students so bureaucrats can “assess whether additional steps need to be taken.”

The OCR predicated its probe into Forsyth schools on allegations from an unnamed complainant that the administration, at the bidding of parents, “created a hostile environment for students” based on race, color, or national origin. Using the Supreme Court’s expanded definition of “sex” as determined in the 5-4 Bostock v. Clayton County decision in 2020, the OCR also claimed it was investigating whether Forsyth County schools “created a hostile environment for students” based on sexual orientation and identity. Biden Has Made His Pick for Top Marine Officer

The Biden administration has nominated Gen. Eric Smith, the current assistant commandant, to be the Marine Corps top officer.

His promotion requires Senate confirmation. If approved, Smith would replace Gen. David Berger as commandant of the Marine Corps. Smith’s nomination hasn’t been announced by the service, but Congress received it on Tuesday, according to Congress’s website. . .

All military nominations are being held up by Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), who has objected to the department’s updated policies put in place following the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade. In light of many conservative states issuing strong abortion restriction laws, the department announced it would pay for the travel expenses accumulated in the event a service member, or one’s loved one, has to travel out of state for the procedure. Tuberville insists this violates the Hyde Amendment, which blocks federal funds from being used for most abortions.

Trump Attacks Democratic ‘Persecutors’ as Attorney Resigns Over Leaks

Former President Donald Trump slammed Democratic “persecutors” in a post on Truth Social on Wednesday, comparing the prosecutors to Massachusetts attorney Rachael Rollins, who resigned after allegedly leaking sensitive information earlier this month.

Rollins allegedly leaked sensitive information from the Justice Department to a reporter in an attempt to influence a local election for a friend, according to two federal reports released on May 17. Rollins also allegedly lied to investigators and attended a fundraiser with first lady Jill Biden.

“Massachusetts’ top federal prosecutor leaked sensitive information from the Justice Department in an effort to help a friend win an election, and hurt the opponent. The prosecutor just resigned. Big ramifications,” Trump posted.

“But wait, all of the Democrat ‘Persecutors’ that are trying to Interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election are leaking constantly, and illegally, about me. Will they be resigning, and will there be an investigation into their leaking? There should be!” he added. Biden Lauds LGBT Movement With Another Proclamation Calling Upon Americans ‘to Wave Their Flags of Pride High’

President Joe Biden is celebrating the LGBT movement again this year by proclaiming the month of June as “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month.”

Biden has issued these proclamations each year of his presidency so far, though the 2021 proclamation did not include the term “Intersex.” He has also issued “Transgender Day of Visibility” proclamations each year as well.

Some states have passed laws to push back against radical leftist gender ideology and to protect children from gender-transition surgeries and medical measures, but Biden declared in his new Pride Month proclamation that “Transgender youth in over a dozen States have had their medically necessary health care banned.”

The president claimed that he has “appointed a historic number of highly qualified openly LGBTQI+ judges and public servants at all levels of the Federal Government.”
