Missouri AG Announces Massive Restrictions on Sex Change Procedures, Declares Them ‘Experimental’

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced sweeping new restrictions on sex change procedures including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones in a Monday press release.

Bailey issued an emergency regulation clarifying that gender transition interventions are “experimental” and therefore subject to existing state law requiring strict guardrails, particularly in the form of more rigorous informed consent procedures, according to the release. His office is currently investigating the Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital following whistleblower allegations that the clinic was rushing children into gender transitions with insufficient mental health screening, sometimes against the wishes of parents.

“As Attorney General, I will protect children and enforce the laws as written, which includes upholding state law on experimental gender transition interventions,” Bailey said in the press release. “Even Europe recognizes that mutilating children for the sake of a woke, leftist agenda has irreversible consequences, and countries like Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom have all sharply curtailed these procedures. I am dedicated to using every legal tool at my disposal to stand in the gap and protect children from being subject to inhumane science experiments.”

He previously served as secretary-general of the Governorate of Vatican City State from 16 July 2009 to 3 September 2011. He is best known for having publicized two major Vatican scandals. Federal Law Enforcement Pressured Dozens of Americans to Forfeit Gun Rights: Report

A trio of federal law enforcement agencies have reportedly worked together to strip dozens of Americans of their gun rights through secretive plea agreements and a form not authorized by Congress.

The FBI, Secret Service, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement stripped at least 60 people of their right to firearms between 2011 and 2019, according to The Washington Examiner. In at least one case, the FBI and Secret Service worked with a federal prosecutor to pressure a defendant into signing his gun rights away as a condition for a legal agreement.

“Dear Agent [redacted], You will find enclosed the NICS firearm form which has been signed by my client and his doctor. This is being provided in compliance with [redacted] plea agreement. Yours sincerely,” an attorney’s letter to a Secret Service agent on June 10, 2019, said according to the Examiner.

The letter was obtained by the gun rights group Gun Owners of America through a Freedom of Information Act request. It’s unclear what the defendant was charged with or why the FBI and Secret Service were involved. The case number on the letter was redacted. DeSantis Breaks Silence on Potential Trump Indictment

Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis broke his silence Monday about former President Donald Trump’s possible indictment.

Trump announced Saturday he expects to be arrested Tuesday by the Manhattan District Attorneys Office, which is led by Alvin Bragg. The potential indictment relates to a years-long investigation into whether Trump paid hush money to former porn star actress Stormy Daniels. Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, sent $130,000 to Daniels so she would not disclose her alleged affair. Cohen claims Trump then reimbursed him for the payments, with authorities investigating whether Trump forged business records to hide the alleged payout.

DeSantis broke his silence on the issue Monday.

“The Manhattan District Attorney is a Soros-funded prosecutor and so he like, other Soros funded prosecutors, they weaponize their office to impose a political agenda on society at the expense of the rule of law and public safety,” DeSantis said.

Biden Horrifies Pelosi By Saying Trump May Be ‘Future President’

A recent speech by President Joe Biden elicited a sickened response from former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

Los Angeles Times reporter Nolan McCaskill recently spent a day with Pelosi, who remains a member of Congress after stepping down from leadership, for a profile published on Monday.

McCaskill observed Pelosi react to a speech given by Biden on March 9 pitching his budget proposal for fiscal year 2024. At one point during his remarks, Biden harkened back to his 2020 election contest against former President Donald Trump.

FBI Data on Good Guys With Guns Called ‘Garbage’ as Critic Finds Many More Cases

Mercedes Perez crashed her car into another car on a San Antonio street in 2021 and then jumped out with a gun and blazed away at neighbors who came out of their homes to see what happened.

She killed one man, the car’s owner, and wounded his wife and son before another neighbor heard the shooting. He grabbed his gun and ran to the scene, where he killed Perez with a shot to the neck.

John Lott, founder of the Crime Prevention Research Center, said it’s a case of a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun.

Yet the incident was left out of the FBI’s database of active shooting incidents.

‘That’s Obviously the Play Here’: Matt Walsh Has an Interesting Theory on Why Trump Might Get Arrested

The possibility of the Manhattan Criminal Court indicting former President Donald Trump on charges related to hush money payments to Stormy Daniels has led to a variety of theories around the inevitable political fallout to come.

Though the charges reportedly to be brought against Trump initially don’t appear to be anything that would land him in jail for even a day, the possibility of handcuffs and a perp walk for the former president has Democrats salivating and conservatives, even Trump critics, aghast that partisan politics have descended so low. This is the stuff of banana republics and Third World dictatorships, not what was not so long ago the beacon of the free world. . .

Enter the Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh, who suggested Saturday that the motivation could be to make just enough of a martyr out of Trump to ensure he wins the GOP nomination – even against a potential strong challenger like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis – but ultimately runs out of steam and loses the general election.

“They want Trump to be the Republican nominee,” Walsh wrote Saturday morning. “That’s obviously the play here. There is no other conceivable reason to arrest and perp walk him on a bull***t misdemeanor charge. I might be overestimating the tactical intelligence of the idiot power-hungry hacks behind this. But if there is any political strategy then that has to be it.”

I think Walsh is on to something. If Democrats want Trump to be the nominee – and if you watch two seconds of MSNBC punditry you’ll know all arrows point to yes on that score – it’s because they know he can be easily beaten in the general. They can’t wait to ignite their base and replay January 6th footage from the time Trump is nominated until the day Biden or whoever replaces him wins in an Electoral College landslide. Their worst nightmare, on the other hand, is someone with Trump’s policies but none of his baggage, like DeSantis. Biden Uses First Veto of His Presidency to Kill Rebuke of Federal ESG Push

President Joe Biden vetoed legislation on Monday that would have overturned a Labor Department rule allowing retirement fiduciaries to invest in accordance with the environmental, social, and corporate governance movement, also known as ESG.

The Labor Department issued a final rule last year that reflected the Biden administration’s purported efforts to safeguard the economy from “climate-related financial risk that may threaten the life savings and pensions of America’s workers and families.” Under the new rule, which reverses a prohibition created under the Trump administration, fiduciaries are allowed to weigh “the economic effects of climate change and other ESG considerations” as long as the concerns are relevant to a risk-and-return analysis.

The veto, which is the first issued by Biden, overturns a resolution passed by Republicans and a handful of Democrats in order to nix the rule. Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), both of whom are campaigning for re-election next year in heavily Republican states, voted alongside their GOP colleagues to advance the measure.

“There is extensive evidence showing that environmental, social, and governance factors can have a material impact on markets, industries, and businesses. But the Republican-led resolution would force retirement managers to ignore these relevant risk factors, disregarding the principles of free markets and jeopardizing the life savings of working families and retirees,” Biden said in a message to lawmakers released on Monday. “In fact, this resolution would prevent retirement plan fiduciaries from taking into account factors, such as the physical risks of climate change and poor corporate governance, that could affect investment returns.” (Read more from “Biden Uses First Veto of His Presidency to Kill Rebuke of Federal ESG Push” HERE)

Chris Rock Calls Lawmakers ‘Stupid’ for Wanting Trump Arrested

Chris Rock joked that former President Donald Trump was “romantic” for allegedly paying off porn star Stormy Daniels — while calling lawmakers “stupid” for wanting him arrested, warning it will only inflate his popularity.

The 58-year-old funnyman addressed the expected arrest as he helped honor Adam Sandler at the Mark Twain Prize late Sunday — directly addressing lawmakers in the audience, including Nancy Pelosi.

‘”Are you guys really going to arrest Trump?” Rock asked the crowd, according to the Daily Mail, which noted that several officials from the Biden administration were in the Kennedy Center crowd.

“Do you know this is only going to make him more popular. It’s like arresting Tupac” Shakur, he quipped of the late rapper.

Higher Rates of Cancer Found in Military Pilots, Ground Crew Members: Study

A recent Pentagon study found higher cancer rates among military pilots and ground crew members that fuel, maintain, and launch aircraft.

A yearlong study released by the Pentagon in February examined cancer rates among 900,000 service members who either piloted or worked on aircraft between 1992 and 2017.

According to the Associated Press, the study was launched following concerns raised by retired military aviators who noticed that a significant number of air and ground crew members had developed cancer, despite previous studies that found service members were not at a greater risk than the general population.

In the 2021 defense bill, Congress required the Pentagon to perform a comprehensive study.

The Pentagon’s shocking new study found that aircrew members had an 87% higher rate of melanoma and a 39% higher rate of thyroid cancer. It also revealed that men had a 16% higher rate of prostate cancer and women had a 16% higher rate of breast cancer.
