Cartel Hitman Who Decapitated Enemies Has Gone Missing From a US Prison

A cartel leader and hitman fond of videotaping torture sessions and decapitating likely dozens of enemies has gone missing from a federal prison in Florida, where he was serving a 49-year sentence.

As of November, Edgar Valdez-Villareal, a Mexican American cartel leader, had been mysteriously removed from the federal Bureau of Prisons website. He is now listed as “not in BOP custody” even though his release date is not until July 27, 2056.

Valdez-Villareal, 49, is known by his underworld moniker “La Barbie,” and headed up the Los Negros, an enforcement group of the Beltran Leyva cartel — one of Mexico’s most ruthless underworld groups. At one point, he was a top lieutenant for the Sinaloa Cartel, run by convicted drug dealer Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman-Loera. . .

The question of why he is no longer in BOP custody was asked at the highest levels of the Mexican government last week.

“It’s very strange what is going on in the United States with Mr. Villareal, who is no longer registered among those in custody and we want to know where he is,” said President Andrés Manuel López Obrador in a press conference. “There is no reason for him to leave prison because he was condemned to many years, unless there was some kind of an agreement.” (Read more from “Cartel Hitman Who Decapitated Enemies Has Gone Missing From a US Prison” HERE)

PayPal Is Waging War Against This Veteran-owned Conservative Business (Again)

It appears PayPal is yet again targeting Proof Products USA, a veteran-owned conservative e-commerce company. According to the company’s owner, Dana Peters, the mega financial technology corporation is withholding funds from Proof Products USA’s subsidiary metal fabric shop, “Milspin,” until the online store removes several listings of brass knuckles. In a press release, Proof Products USA stated that it “will not comply.”

In an email Peters shared with The Federalist, PayPal reportedly wrote, “A recent review of your account activity identified products/services on your website violate PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy. Specifically, brass paperweight” is Brass knuckles are not allowed. are associated with https://milspin.com/collections/solid-metal-paperweights and are not permitted on our platform (sic).” The email continues, stating that Proof Product USA’s “account has been limited temporarily” and that to resolve the issue Proof Products USA must either “remove” the brass knuckles listings or “remove or deactivate PayPal as a payment option for the violating items outlined above.”

This isn’t the first time PayPal has allegedly withheld funds from Proof Products USA. In 2021, Peters said that PayPal kept $90,000 from “Fake Masks Worldwide,” a different subsidiary online store of Proof Products USA, for selling “breathable masks.”

Fake Masks Worldwide wrote in a November, 23rd press release: “The left leaning meat wallet organization of PayPal strikes again. They want us to delete all the products they don’t agree with from our website. So they’ve locked the account and are withholding all funds until we comply. We will not comply. Nerds. Any orders that were paid for via PayPal will still be fulfilled, because we aren’t thieves and we put our customers first, unlike PayPal.”

Peters says PayPal never stated what rule exactly Proof Products USA violated in either instance. “I dug really deep into their terms last year,” Peters told The Federalist. “[PayPal’s rules] are so vaguely written that it could be one of a dozen different things that would violate their terms. Basically, anything you’re selling, they can justify as violating their terms.” The Federalist repeatedly reached out to PayPal to ask which specific rule Proof Products USA violated in both instances but received no response. FBI Official Casts Doubt on Twitter’s Rationale for Censoring Hunter Biden Laptop Story

An FBI official’s testimony last week is setting up a potential showdown with Twitter over the social media company’s censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

FBI supervisory special agent Elvis Chan disputed former Twitter executive Yoel Roth’s claims that the FBI warned that Russia would likely release Hunter Biden’s emails before the 2020 election. Roth, who led Twitter’s Site Integrity team until he resigned last month, told the Federal Election Commission that the FBI warnings prompted Twitter to censor an Oct. 14, 2020, news article that detailed Biden’s business emails.

But Chan said in a Dec. 3 deposition that FBI officials did not mention Hunter Biden in their weekly meetings with Twitter prior to the election. “I do not remember us specifically saying ‘Hunter Biden’ in any meeting,” said Chan. “So this would have been something that [Roth] would have just thought of as a hot-button issue on his own that happened in October.”

Chan’s testimony further clouds Twitter’s controversial decision to censor the Hunter Biden story, which detailed emails from the troubled businessman’s laptop. According to Roth’s version of events, the FBI warnings were a factor in Twitter’s decision to censor the story.

“I was told in these meetings that the intelligence community expected that individuals associated with political campaigns would be subject to hacking attacks and that material obtained through those hacking attacks would likely be disseminated over social media platforms, including Twitter,” Roth said in a Dec. 17, 2020, affidavit to the Federal Election Commission. Trial Ordered for Five Men Accused in Plot To Kidnap Whitmer

Five men facing terrorism and other felony charges for their alleged role in a plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) are headed to trial on all charges, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced Wednesday.

Shawn Fix, 38, Eric Molitor, 36, Michael Null, 38, and William Null, 38, will all stand trial for providing material support for terrorist acts and a firearm felony of carrying or possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony. Brian Higgins, 51, will stand trial for providing material support for an act of terrorism.

“This bind over sends a clear message that acts of domestic terrorism will not be tolerated,” said Nessel. “Those who threaten our law enforcement agents and public officials endanger our entire state and must be held accountable. I am pleased to see this case move forward.”

Nunchuks and Saw Blades: TSA Confiscates an Armory’s Worth of Weapons From Carry-on Bag

A man’s carryon was flagged at a U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint in New York City on Sunday for containing banned items.

TSA confiscated six prohibited items, including nunchucks and saw blades, from an airline passenger traveling through New York City on Sunday, according to a TSA spokesperson.

“A lump of coal for this guy for the holiday,” TSA spokesperson Lisa Farbstein tweeted with a picture of the confiscated items. “Six prohibited items among a traveler’s carry-on items at @LGAairport on Sunday – 3 saw blades, nunchucks, a switchblade and a knife that folds into a bullet-shaped sheath. @TSA recommends packing these items in a checked bag.”

White House: Rescinding Military Coronavirus Vaccine Mandate ‘a Mistake’

The White House criticized House Republicans on Wednesday for working to rescind the coronavirus vaccine mandate for the military.

“We believe that it is a mistake,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said to reporters at the daily briefing.

House Democrats conceded to Republicans on Tuesday, allowing language rescinding the coronavirus vaccine mandate into National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

“Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall rescind the mandate that members of the Armed Forces be vaccinated against COVID-19,” the bill reads.

Biden’s decision to mandate coronavirus vaccines for the military resulted in more than 8,000 troops getting kicked out of the military. (Read more from “White House: Rescinding Military Coronavirus Vaccine Mandate ‘a Mistake’” HERE)

Investigation Reveals Where Released Immigrants Have Gone in the US

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project published a new report detailing how non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have facilitated the last leg of travel for illegal immigrants once they reach the United States, which has only increased during the Biden administration’s border crisis.

The Oversight Project was able to compile the report by sampling approximately 30,000 unique and anonymized mobile devices that were geofenced to a number of these NGOs along the border. Illegal immigrants hand themselves over to Border Patrol to be processed and then released if Title 42 does not apply to their nationality, though the public health order is scheduled to end on December 21. Device pings were captured throughout the month of January 2022, in four different phases:

Phase One involved “geofencing” the physical locations of the Val Verde Border Humanitarian Center and the Del Rio Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Station—around 400 devices pinged on premises.

Phase Two of the investigation involved the geofencing of 20 NGO facilities in border states—around 22,000 devices pinged on premises.

Phase Three involved geofencing 13 NGO locations located in close physical proximity to the border—around 5,000 devices pinged on premises.

The ‘Twitter Files’ Miss the Real Scandal: FBI Interference in the 2020 Election

I can appreciate clever. It’s when people — especially government officials — insult my intelligence that I get angry. And we should all be angry over the United States government’s interference in the 2020 presidential election, hot on the heels of its self-abasement during and in the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election.

The FBI, as the pointy end of the executive-branch spear, would have us believe that it in no way intentionally interfered in the 2020 election. Yet the evidence that it did so, and that its doing so was part of a yearslong pattern, is by leaps and bounds stronger than the evidence that the Trump campaign corruptly conspired with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election — the baseless allegation, energetically promoted by the bureau, that inflamed the country for two years.

I’ve laid out much of the 2020 evidence here at NR and in the New York Post — the latter piece coming after Elon Musk, Twitter’s new top honcho, made some of the platform’s internal correspondence relating to the 2020 campaign available to journalist Matt Taibbi, who reported on it publicly in a series of tweets. Taibbi’s reporting is important, but I was surprised by the weakness of his observation that, beyond a “general” warning about “possible foreign hacks,” there appeared to be no evidence of FBI complicity in the pre-election social-media suppression of the Post’s reporting on damning information from Hunter Biden’s laptop.

To summarize, three months before the Post reported on the laptop, there was already not only a Hunter Biden criminal investigation but a Senate Republican investigation of the scandal the media-Democrat complex continues to bury: the cashing in on Joe Biden’s political influence by his family members, with his knowing and willful involvement, to the tune of millions of dollars that poured into Biden family coffers from agents of corrupt and authoritarian regimes, including some, such as China and Russia, that are hostile to the United States.

Obviously worried about the potential effect of these revelations on their party’s presidential nominee, congressional Democrats turned to some of their many sympathizers in the FBI brass. These included Timothy Thibault, who ran the Bureau’s Washington field office until he was forced into early retirement over anti-Republican, anti-conservative posts on his social-media account, and Brian Auten, an intelligence analyst who played an important role in the deeply misleading FISA-warrant applications the FBI filed in federal court, leading the judges to believe the 2016 Trump campaign had colluded with the Kremlin. Through these officials, the FBI helped Democrats peddle a political narrative that the evidence of foreign money lining the Bidens’ pockets was “Russian disinformation” — notwithstanding that much of this evidence was simply money-trail records generated by financial institutions, easily verifiable. Elon Musk Fires Twitter Lawyer James Baker, Former Top FBI Lawyer, Over Hunter Biden Story ‘Suppression’

By New York Post. Elon Musk has fired Twitter’s deputy general counsel, James Baker, over his alleged suppression of internal documents about blocking The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop exposé.

“In light of concerns about Baker’s possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue, he was exited from Twitter today,” Musk tweeted Tuesday.

Musk added that he questioned Baker before his firing about the events surrounding the laptop suppression scandal and that the lawyer’s explanation was “unconvincing.”

Baker was previously general counsel for the FBI under former Director James Comey and a key figure in the bureau’s investigation into false claims of collusion between Russia and Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

During his time at the FBI, Baker worked with fiercely anti-Trump FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. (Read more from “Elon Musk Fires Twitter Lawyer James Baker, Former Top FBI Lawyer, Over Hunter Biden Story ‘Suppression'” HERE)

Ousted Twitter counsel Jim Baker vetted ‘Twitter Files’ without Elon Musk’s knowledge, Matt Taibbi reveals

By Fox News. Matt Taibbi, the journalist who first broke the news of Elon Musk’s “Twitter Files” revealed that the company’s top lawyer had “vetted” what information was shared without the knowledge of the new boss.

Musk announced on Tuesday that he had terminated Deputy General Counsel Jim Baker “in light of concerns about Baker’s possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue.”

And when asked by a Twitter user if Baker was able to explain himself, Musk replied “His explanation was …unconvincing.”

Moments later, Taibbi began his own Twitter thread calling it a “Twitter Files Supplemental.”

“On Friday, the first installment of the Twitter files was published here. We expected to publish more over the weekend. Many wondered why there was a delay,” Taibbi tweeted. “We can now tell you part of the reason why. On Tuesday, Twitter Deputy General Counsel (and former FBI General Counsel) Jim Baker was fired. Among the reasons? Vetting the first batch of ‘Twitter Files’ – without knowledge of new management.” (Read more from “Ousted Twitter counsel Jim Baker vetted ‘Twitter Files’ without Elon Musk’s knowledge, Matt Taibbi reveals” HERE)
