Jury Finds Trump Organization Guilty in Tax Evasion Trial

The Trump Organization, former President Donald Trump’s company, was found guilty Tuesday of committing tax fraud.

A jury ruled that two entities underneath the Trump Organization umbrella schemed to evade taxes by paying a number of its top executives through gifts and perks that were deducted from their paychecks, according to The New York Times. The gifts, which included items like luxury cars and apartment leases, were used to evade a stiffer tax penalty on income.

Prosecutors faced off against the Trump Organization in court proceedings that began in late October. Prosecutors argued that the company, as well as former President Trump, was complicit in a years-long tax evasion scheme involving multiple top executives, according to the Associated Press. The former president was not charged in the case.

The trial was against two Trump Organization entities: the Trump Corporation and the Trump Payroll Corporation. The former was charged with nine counts, the latter with eight. White House Reveals Biden’s Top Priorities After Biden Says He Has ‘More Important Things Going On’ Than Visiting Border

President Joe Biden’s top focus is the economy and anyone who thinks it shouldn’t be, should “say that out loud,” the White House told the Daily Caller after the president told reporters Tuesday that he has “more important things going on” than visiting the border.

“The President was clear that his top priority is investing in the American economy and in American communities, out-competing China, and bringing back American jobs from overseas. In fact, as Daily Caller reported multiple times recently, the economy is the top issue for most Americans. If anyone believes that shouldn’t be the President’s top priority too, they should say that out loud,” Abdullah Hasan, the White House assistant press secretary, said.

Multiple polls conducted before the midterms indicated a majority of voters listed issues relating to the economy as their top concerns.

The southern border has experienced a record-breaking number of roughly 2.3 million migrant encounters in fiscal year 2022, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has seen at least four personnel die by suicide in recent weeks, National Border Patrol Council Vice President At-Large Sergio Moreno revealed to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

GOP Lawmakers Demand President Biden’s Drag Queen Energy Official Resign After Arrest for Stealing Woman’s Luggage

A group of GOP lawmakers penned a letter this week demanding the Department of Energy’s Sam Brinton resign following the DOE official’s arrest for allegedly stealing a woman’s luggage, RadarOnline.com has learned. . .

In the letter, which was exclusively obtained by Daily Mail, Rep. Clyde and his fellow GOP lawmakers demanded Brinton resign after it was revealed the official – who is non-binary – was arrested over allegations they stole a woman’s luggage from a baggage claim carousel at Minneapolis–Saint Paul Airport in September.

“[W]e demand the resignation of Sam Brinton, and we implore you to set aside petty politics and appoint only the most qualified and dedicated individuals to influence America’s energy sector,” part of Tuesday’s letter read.

“As an appointed official, Sam Brinton represents both your Department and the United States,” the letter continued. “It is simply not possible for an individual to represent American values and simultaneously violate the felony laws of the land.”

“Brinton’s actions, along with your Department’s lack of transparency when dealing with this matter, reflect poorly on the Department of Energy, and they raise concern as to the Biden Administration’s priorities when appointing high-ranking officials,” the 16 GOP lawmakers, which included Georgia Rep. JFK Assassination Expert Says CIA Has Proof Lee Harvey Oswald Was Involved in Secret Operation in 1963

The CIA is withholding evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald was involved in a covert intelligence operation three months before assassinating John F. Kennedy in 1963, an author and investigator has claimed.

Prominent JFK expert Jefferson Morley said the operation, which sought to blame Cuban leader Fidel Castro for an act of violence that could be used as a pretext for a full-scale invasion by the US, would fundamentally alter the accepted history of the presidential assassination.

Mr Morley made the claim at a press conference on Monday for the Mary Ferrell Foundation, which filed a lawsuit in October seeking to force the CIA and the FBI to release all of the classified information it holds on the Kennedy assassination.

“This is an extraordinarily serious claim and it has profound implications for the official story,” Mr Morley said. “The CIA knew far more about the lone gunmen than they are even admitting today.”

Detransitioned Navy Seal Says CNN Used Him as Trans Propaganda

Retired Navy SEAL Chris Beck says CNN used him to promote transgenderism during a 2013 interview with host Anderson Cooper.

Beck, a decorated vet who served as a part of SEAL Team Six, told the world in 2013 on CNN airwaves that he identified as a woman named Kristin Beck.

“Everything you see on CNN with my face, do not even believe a word of it,” Beck told journalist Robby Starbuck during a two-hour sit-down interview.

“I take full responsibility,” he continued. “I went on CNN and everything else, and that’s why I’m here right now, I’m trying to correct that.”

Supreme Court Hears Free Speech Case Involving Christian Web Designer Seeking To Refuse to Design Homosexual Wedding Sites

On Monday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the high-profile free speech case involving Lorie Smith, a Christian graphic designer from Colorado, seeking to refuse to create same-sex wedding websites, Fox News Digital reported.

Smith, owner of 303 Creative, filed the lawsuit in 2016 against Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act, which prohibits a business from discriminating based on sexual orientation. According to Smith, being forced to create same-sex wedding websites would violate her sincerely held religious beliefs.

The high court’s decision will determine whether all service providers will be forced to suppress their free speech rights in workplace environments. The justices presented multiple hypotheticals to determine whether ruling in Smith’s favor would promote the First Amendment.

Smith was joined by her attorney, Kristen Waggoner of Alliance Defending Freedom, in an interview on Fox News’ “The Story” Monday. Smith explained that Colorado is “compelling and controlling” her speech by “forcing” her to create custom artwork that goes against her Christian faith. House Democrats Kill Amendment That Would Have Protected Religious Americans From Persecution Under LGBT Bill

Democrats in the House of Representatives blocked an amendment that would have protected religious Americans from retaliation based on their opposition to same-sex marriage, in order to jam legislation furthering the LGBT lobby’s agenda through Congress’s lame-duck session.

House Rules Committee Chairman Rep. James McGovern shot down Republicans’ last chance of defending religious liberty in the ill-named Respect for Marriage Act on Monday when he refused to even let Rep. Chip Roy’s amendment solidifying First Amendment protections be brought to the House floor for a vote.

McGovern’s reasoning for bypassing procedural debate was rooted in the fact that Roy’s amendment would give the process of passing the RFMA a shelf life that could last well into the newly-elected Republican House.

Seeing as most of the Republicans in the current House oppose the RFMA on the grounds that it stomps on religious Americans’ right to act on their convictions about traditional marriage, McGovern and his Democrat allies weren’t keen on waiting around to see if the legislation would survive the new GOP-led House.

“If we were to amend this and it goes back to the Senate, for all intents and purposes, it’s dead for the year. And many of us believe that we have a court right now that is hell-bent on trying to reverse the rights for the LGBTQ community and we do not trust them to respect marriage equality in this country,” McGovern said to the rules committee on Monday. “When January comes along, the gentleman’s party will be in charge and you can bring one amendment after another to reverse the last 70 years of social progress, if the gentleman prefers. We will oppose you on that.”

‘Alarming Possibility’ COVID Booster Mandates Will Cause ‘Net Harm’ to Young Adults, Study Claims

A new study claims to show that COVID-19 booster vaccines, particularly of the mRNA variety, are likely to pose a net harm to individuals aged 18-29.

The research, published in the British Medical Journal’s Journal of Medical Ethics by a team of researchers at institutions in the U.S., United Kingdom and Canada, estimates that somewhere between 31,000 and 43,000 young adults must be vaccinated with a COVID-19 booster to prevent one hospitalization from the illness. The researchers anticipated at least 18.5 “serious adverse events” for each hospitalization prevented.

The authors argue that, based on their data, universities and other institutions should not be enforcing booster vaccine mandates unless it is proven that the cost-benefit scale tips in the vaccine’s favor. They conducted the analysis using publicly-available data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 and vaccine adverse events.

“Our estimate shows that university COVID-19 vaccine mandates are likely to cause net expected harms to young healthy adults—for each hospitalisation averted we estimate approximately 18.5 SAEs and 1430–4626 disruptions of daily activities—that is not outweighed by a proportionate public health benefit,” the paper concludes. “As such, these severe infringements of individual liberty and human rights are ethically unjustifiable.”

“Our analysis … shows the alarming possibility that mandates may result in a net expected harm to young people,” one of the authors, Kevin Bardosh, wrote on Twitter.

Kanye Krazy: Hitler’s Bad Reputation ‘Made by Jewish People’ Who ‘Control Majority of Media’

Kanye West continued his antisemitic media tour on Monday with an appearance on Gavin McInnes’ Censored.TV, claiming that Adolf Hitler’s bad reputation was “made by Jewish people ” who “control the majority of the media.”

He also urged Jewish people to “forgive” Hitler. “Let it go. Let it go. And stop trying to force it on other people,” he said.

The latest interview comes as West has doubled and even tripled-down on his antisemitic beliefs by publicly proclaiming his admiration for Hitler and his denial that millions of Jews were killed in the Holocaust. . .

McInnes appeared to try to get West to distance himself from Hitler, saying he has a “pretty bad reputation.”
