FBI to Search Mike Pence’s Home for Classified Documents: Report

The FBI is reportedly set to search former Vice President Mike Pence’s home in Indiana for additional classified documents in the coming days.

Pence and Justice Department officials are currently working on scheduling the search, per the Wall Street Journal.

The former vice president told the National Archives last month he found classified documents from his time as vice president — after former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden were found to have classified documents improperly stored.

Lawyers for Pence say they discovered two boxes of classified documents in his Indiana home on Jan. 18, along with another two boxes that had copies of vice presidential papers, according to CNN. The classified materials were reportedly disclosed to the National Archives immediately upon discovery, with the Archives informing the Justice Department of the matter. He also informed relevant congressional committees of the findings on Jan. 24, when the discovery of the documents was made public. Mother Slams Biden’s Border Policies After Daughter’s Murder by Suspected Gang Member in the U.S.

A mother of a young woman who was murdered last year said that her daughter would still be alive if the Biden administration’s border policies had not allowed a suspected MS-13 gang member into the United States.

On July 27, 2022, 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton from Aberdeen, Maryland was raped and strangled to death in her bed, according to WMAR Baltimore. Investigators learned that Hamilton was autistic and that she had recently moved to the area with her boyfriend.

DNA evidence collected at the scene led investigators to a 17-year-old boy from El Salvador who entered the United States last March as an “unaccompanied minor.” The suspect, whose name has not been revealed, is listed in El Salvador as a member of Malva Salvatrucha, which is MS-13, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Fox 6 Now. . .

In an interview with The Washington Examiner, Hamilton’s mother, Tammy Nobles, said that the suspect was one of hundreds of thousands unaccompanied children who crossed the border under Biden’s leadership. He was reportedly apprehended in Rio Grande City, Texas but “slipped through the system amid the crisis and went undetected.”

By New York Post. The FBI issued the “all clear” on its latest search of one of President Biden’s residences. The announcement came with the first day of special counsel Robert Hur on the job at the Justice Department.

Hur may find that the Biden legal team feels that “all clear” extends beyond the latest search. It could be challenging to make a criminal case after how the investigation has been handled.

At every stage, the FBI has adopted an approach that would compromise or complicate any criminal charge.

The FBI left the home untouched for over three months after classified documents were found in Biden’s former office in DC. While it was recently learned that the FBI did go to that office a couple weeks later, they reportedly elected to have personal counsel for the president conduct searches on the residences. Biden then spent weeks traveling to these residences after the FBI waited to search the premises.

The private searches clearly went through these documents and moved (and potentially organized) material. Despite being given the opportunity to conduct and record the initial searches, the FBI will now have to rely on the accounts of private counsel on how these documents were originally left, including any visible classification markings. National Archives Blocked From Revealing Biden Classified Docs Find by WH or DOJ: Source

By New York Post. The National Archives was blocked from informing the public about the initial discovery of classified documents at President Biden’s former DC think tank by either the White House or the Department of Justice, The Post has learned.

The shocking revelation, confirmed by a source familiar with the matter, has led to allegations of a double standard in how the National Archives and Records Administration and the Justice Department are prosecuting the investigations of Biden and of former President Donald Trump for allegedly mishandling America’s secrets.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) revealed on Tuesday that Archives general counsel Gary Stern, in a closed-door interview, said he could not tell lawmakers who had ordered the Archives to keep quiet and not put out a press release announcing the Nov. 2 find at the Penn Biden Center.

“There are only two people that could have given those orders, and that’s either the Department of Justice with [Attorney General] Merrick Garland or the White House with Joe Biden,” Comer told Fox News’ “Hannity.”

University Forces Students To Take DEISJ Course Or Not Graduate

A New York university will force all incoming freshmen to take a course focused on “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice” — or they won’t graduate.

The members of the SUNY (State University of New York) Board of Trustees have mandated the DEISJ course for all freshmen starting in the fall of 2023.

“This is nuts,” Professor Nicholas Giordano of SUNY’s Suffolk Community College, told The New York Post. “SUNY is one of the best university systems in the country. Why are they doing this? DEISJ is a cultural movement, not based on academics. Unfortunately, SUNY responded to the mob.”

Giordano claimed the DEISJ coursework views the United States as “inherently racist,” while “creating groups and pitting them against each other.” He added that the curriculum wants students “defined by the color of their skin.”

“This is a woke, left-wing agenda,” echoed Conservative Party of New York Chairman Jerry Kassar. “It’s disturbing. It’s dangerous. They’re treating everybody as having prejudice. Man Allegedly Fires AR-15 in Target Store, Gets Shot Dead

Police in Omaha, Nebraska, shot and killed a man in his 30s Tuesday who allegedly walked into a Target store and fired rounds.

The Omaha World-Herald reports the man allegedly had an AR-15 and “13 loaded magazines of ammunition.”

NBC News noted Omaha police chief Todd Schmaderer said 911 calls about the man “initiated a heavy local, federal, and state response. FBI Searches Biden’s Beach House

The FBI is searching President Joe Biden’s beach house in Rehoboth, Delaware, in connection with the Justice Department’s (DOJ) probe into Biden’s handling of classified documents, Biden’s personal attorney confirmed Wednesday.

The search is the third to take place since November 2, when Biden’s attorneys say they first discovered documents marked classified from Biden’s time as vice president.

The search was conducted without the use of a warrant and in coordination with Biden’s attorneys, CBS first reported Wednesday morning.

Shortly after the outlet broke the news on the FBI activity, Biden’s attorney Bob Bauer confirmed the news in a statement, noting it was planned and that DOJ’s “standard procedures” included conducting the search without notifying the public in advance.

Male Accused of Raping Girls Ages 4 and 9 to Serve Less Than 180 Days in Jail – Not Required to Register as Sex Offender

A 20-year-old Minnesota man accused of raping two girls, ages 4 and 9, when he was around 16 years old will serve less than 180 days in jail and up to 30 years of probation. He will not have to register as a sex offender, and the charges against him will be dismissed from his criminal record at the completion of his probation, the Post Bulletin reported.

Mohamed Bakari Shei faced three felony first-degree charges in two rape cases involving minor victims. Shei was initially charged in 2019 after he was accused of sexual assaults against a 4-year-old and 9-year-old girl when he was 15 and 16 years old.

The court documents revealed that one of the underage victims reported in April 2020 that she had first been raped by Shei on Mother’s Day in 2018 at a residence. The girl informed the police that Shei had promised to give her money and buy her toys.

In June 2021, a second underage victim told authorities that Shei had raped her multiple times at the same residence.

In December 2022, Shei entered an Alford plea, which meant that he did not admit guilt of the sexual assault crimes, but he did admit the jury would likely convict him based on the evidence. Officials in the state of Colorado are being scorched in a new editorial from the Washington Examiner, which bluntly informed them that Colorado is a state, “not a god.”

“It lacks the power to force anyone to celebrate other people'[s choices, which is what the Left and the [state civil rights] commissioners are trying to do,” the editorial explained. “Toleration is not enough for them; they demand affirmation.” . . .

It was triggered by the recent ruling from the leftist state’s “Civil Rights Commission,” which said baker Jack Phillips had to create a special blue-and-pink cake for a leftist who wanted to celebrate the transgender ideology. . .

Said the Examiner, “The Supreme Court took the easy way out when it first heard a dispute between Jack Phillips, a baker, and the Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Justices sidestepped the fundamental issue, which was whether the state could compel speech from private citizens, and instead impugned the commission’s actions by pointing to the bigoted statements that its members directed at Christians.”

It continued, “Now the commission is back, persecuting Phillips again. Ex-ABC News Producer Arrested for Transportation of Child Pornography

Former ABC News investigative journalist James Gordon Meek was arrested Tuesday on criminal charges related to alleged transportation of images of child sex abuse, according to the Department of Justice.

Meek is charged with transportation of child pornography and faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison and a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison if convicted. Meek allegedly “engaged in sexually explicit conversations where the participants expressed enthusiasm for the sexual abuse of children” and had devices containing such images.

Meek abruptly resigned from the Disney-owned network following an FBI raid of his Arlington, Virginia, home last year. The sudden resignation of Meek, who regularly worked on sensitive stories while working as a national-security investigative producer for ABC News, baffled media insiders who thought the raid could have been tied to his work.

The Justice Department issued a press release Wednesday that finally shed light on the mysterious raid of the journalist’s home. The DOJ announced an investigation into Meek initiated from a lead sent by Dropbox, which was eventually received by the FBI Washington Field Office’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.

“That lead ultimately led to a court-authorized search of Meek’s residence in April 2022 by members of the task force, where law enforcement seized multiple devices that allegedly contained evidence of the transportation of images of child sexual abuse,” the Justice Department announced.
