9/11 Hijackers Overstayed Visas, Remained in U.S. Thanks to Loophole Now Used by 685K Illegal Aliens

Seven of the 19 Islamic terrorists who hijacked commercial planes on September 11, 2001 (9/11), killing nearly 3,000 Americans, remained in the United States after overstaying their visas thanks to a wide-open loophole that continues to allow about 685,000 illegal aliens to stay in the U.S.

In total, all 19 terrorists arrived legally in the U.S. as 16 secured tourist visas and three obtained business and student visas. Eventually, on September 11, the terrorists executed attacks in New York City, New York, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania that killed 2,977 Americans and have since left thousands more Americans dead with illnesses related to the attacks.

Seven of the 19 terrorists overstayed their visas either before the attacks or at the time of the attacks. Despite U.S. immigration law requiring their detainment and potential deportation, none were detained or deported. . .

Nawaf al-Hamzi, specifically, was able to obtain driver’s licenses in California, Florida, and Virginia. Nawaf al-Hamzi, along with his terrorist brother, Salem al-Hamzi — who obtained a Virginia driver’s license — arrived in the U.S. on tourist visas in 1999 from Saudi Arabia. Most Voters Say Biden Was Consulted, Profited From Son’s Overseas Business Dealings

The majority of voters think President Biden was consulted about and profited from Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings, according to a poll showing that suspicions about influence peddling and corruption are not subsiding as the president’s term approaches the halfway mark.

A whopping 62% of likely voters told Rasmussen Reports that Mr. Biden was likely involved in Hunter Biden’s far-flung business dealings, including at least one deal involving a company in mainland China.

One-third of voters said they don’t think it’s likely that Mr. Biden was consulted about his son’s deals.

“The abandoned laptop that revealed Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealing remains an important story, according to voters, many of whom think it could have changed the 2020 election,” the pollsters said.

Indeed, questions aren’t going away about foreign business deals brokered by Hunter Biden and other family members while Mr. Biden was vice president in the Obama administration. (Read more from “Most Voters Say Biden Was Consulted, Profited From Son’s Overseas Business Dealings” HERE)

Former MLB Pitcher Who Became NYC Cop Killed on Way to 9/11 Memorial

Anthony Varvaro, a former Major League Baseball pitcher who retired to become a cop in the New York City area, was killed in a car crash Sunday morning while en route to work at the 9/11 memorial ceremony in Manhattan.

Varvaro, who left the mound in 2016 to join the Port Authority Police Department, was fatally struck in a head-on collision by a driver who was going in the wrong direction after crossing lanes. That driver, 30-year-old Henry Plazas, was also killed in the crash, New Jersey State Police said.

The former MLB pitcher, who played baseball at St. John’s before signing with the Seattle Mariners, Atlanta Braves, and Boston Red Sox, was in a Jersey City stretch of the New Jersey Turnpike when the crash occurred. He was on his way to work a shift at Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan, where the 9/11 anniversary ceremony was underway.

“The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available at the moment,” a State Police spokesman said in a statement. (Read more from “Former MLB Pitcher Who Became NYC Cop Killed on Way to 9/11 Memorial” HERE)

Disney Employees Among Those Caught in Human-Trafficking Investigation

Nearly 160 people were arrested on charges following weeks long under cover human trafficking sting in Florida.

The large investigation, known as Fall Haul 2, authorities found Disney employees and local teachers to be among the group of people who were caught.

A Florida sheriff said that his department “always” caught Disney workers during undercover investigations. Disney bellhop Guillermo Perez was arrested after trying to have sex with an undercover detective for $80, according to the sheriff’s office.

“Now, where would we be with an undercover operation and no Disney employees?” Sheriff Grady Judd said, adding “Oh yes, we always have Disney employees.”

Police also arrested a 26 year old Disney photographer, who reportedly brought a bag of skittles for the undercover detective. (Read more from “Disney Employees Among Those Caught in Human-Trafficking Investigation” HERE)

Trump Team, DOJ to Make Fresh Mar-a-Lago Filing; Trump, DOJ Submit Candidates for Special Master

By Breitbart. The Justice Department and Donald Trump’s legal team are to stake out positions Friday on the precise role to be played by an independent arbiter who will review documents seized during an FBI search of the former president’s Florida home.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon had given both sides until Friday to submit potential candidates for the role of a “special master,” as well as proposals for the scope of the person’s duties and the schedule for his or her work.

The back-and-forth over the special master is playing out amid an FBI investigation into the retention of several hundred classified documents recovered from Mar-a-Lago within the past year. Though the legal wrangling is unlikely to have long-term effects on the investigation, it will almost certainly delay the criminal probe and has already caused the intelligence community to temporarily pause a national risk assessment it was doing. Trump, DOJ Submit Candidates for Special Master in Mar-a-Lago Documents Probe

By The Hill. Former President Trump and the Justice Department (DOJ) on Friday night submitted their candidates to serve as special master in the department’s investigation into documents recovered during a search of Mar-a-Lago.

The former president’s legal team proposed Raymond J. Dearie, a former district court judge in New York, and Paul Huck Jr., who previously served as general counsel to the governor of Florida and deputy attorney general for the state, to fill the position, according to court documents. The DOJ suggested Barbara S. Jones, a former district court judge in New York, and Thomas B. Griffith, a former appeals court judge in Washington, D.C.

According to the filing, the DOJ and Trump’s lawyers disagreed on how the special master should function in the case.

The former president’s lawyers want the special master to review all the materials taken in the Mar-a-Lago search, including those with classified markings, and evaluate potential executive privilege claims. Senate Marriage Bill Could Complicate Democrats’ ‘MAGA’ Supreme Court Attacks

The Senate could pass legislation protecting same-sex and interracial marriage after Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas welcomed legal challenges to substantive due process precedents similar to Roe v. Wade.

The measure, improbable this time last year, has been embraced by Democrats. But the Respect for Marriage Act could have unintended consequences before November’s midterm elections after Democrats, such as President Joe Biden, campaigned on Thomas’s concurring opinion as an example of extreme “MAGA” Republicans. The majority opinion argues that the abortion ruling has no implications for the other precedents.

One Democrat, Colby College visiting politics instructor and former candidate Sandy Maisel, contended the best political outcome for his party could be for fewer than 10 Senate Republicans to support the marriage legislation. That would ensure the measure does not overcome the chamber’s filibuster rules, and it would remain a potent campaign issue.

“However, I think that the primary sponsors, and I also think [Senate Majority Leader Chuck] Schumer, honestly want it to pass as a way to prevent further erosion of women’s rights by the Supreme Court,” Maisel told the Washington Examiner. Bombshell Report: Biden Resettled ‘Not Fully Vetted’ Afghans in U.S. Who May ‘Pose Risk’ to Americans

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General (IG) has issued a bombshell report that accuses President Joe Biden’s administration of resettling Afghan nationals “who were not fully vetted” across the United States. . .

Now, a bombshell DHS IG report reveals that the Biden administration “admitted or paroled” thousands of Afghans “who were not fully vetted” before their arrival in the United States and may “pose a risk to national security” as a result.

The report states:

We determined some information used to vet evacuees through U.S. Government databases, such as name, date of birth, identification number, and travel document data, was inaccurate, incomplete, or missing. We also determined CBP admitted or paroled evacuees who were not fully vetted into the United States. [Emphasis added]

We attribute DHS’ challenges to not having: (1) a list of Afghan evacuees who were unable to provide sufficient identification documents; (2) a contingency plan to support similar emergency situations; and (3) standardized policies. As a result, DHS may have admitted or paroled individuals into the United States who pose a risk to national security and the safety of local communities. [Emphasis added]

Ukrainian Forces ‘Outsmarted the Russians’ With U.S. Artillery

An ongoing counteroffensive has reclaimed “more than a thousand square kilometers” from invading Russian forces over the last week, according to an update from Ukraine’s president released hours after a visit from Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

“Within the ongoing defense operations, our heroes have already liberated dozens of settlements,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his latest update. “And today this movement continued, there are new results. In total, more than a thousand square kilometers of our territory have been liberated since September 1.”

Blinken vouched for the “clear and real progress” that Ukrainian forces have made without corroborating the specific amount of land that Zelensky touted. But his arrival evinced the growing optimism in Western circles about Ukraine’s battlefield prospects amid a multipronged operation in both the prized southern region of Kherson and the city of Kharkiv farther north.

“It’s very early, but we’re seeing clear and real progress on the ground, particularly in the area around Kherson but also some interesting developments in the Donbas in the east,” Blinken told reporters in Kyiv. “But again, early days.” (Read more from “Ukrainian Forces ‘Outsmarted the Russians’ With U.S. Artillery” HERE)

Biden Admin Is Funding Drug Supply Vending Machines

The Biden administration is spending nearly $3.6 million to help fuel the drug epidemic with “harm reduction kiosks.”

According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) a $3 million grant was awarded to place drug kiosks filled with items and substances such as naloxone, syringes, fentanyl test strips and condoms in the rust belt of Kentucky.

Some machines may even supply smoke kits that include crack pipes.

The Biden administration claims the kiosks will reduce the stigma for drug users, aiming to make drug use safer rather than eliminate it.

The NIH claims the vending machines are a more preferable method for drug users because it removes them from having to interact with an actual person who may potentially be a medical doctor. (Read more from “Biden Admin Is Funding Drug Supply Vending Machines” HERE)

Clinton-Appointed Judge Dismisses Trump’s Suit Against Hillary, Allies Over Russia Collusion Claims

A federal judge dismissed former President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, her allies, Democratic lawyers and the left-leaning law firm of Perkins Coie on Thursday, saying Mr. Trump’s legal team did not adequately file the complaint or use current case law, which hadn’t been overruled.

Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, a Clinton appointee, said Mr. Trump’s filing was too lengthy, detailing events that “are implausible because they lack any specific allegations which might provide factual support for the conclusions reached.”

Mr. Trump had sued the Democratic officials claiming they violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, as they allegedly worked together to create a false narrative that Mr. Trump colluded with a “hostile foreign sovereignty.”

The judge, though, didn’t buy into his legal arguments.

“What the Amended Complaint lacks in substance and legal support it seeks to substitute with length, hyperbole, and the settling of scores and grievances,” wrote Judge Middlebrooks in his 65-page order.
