Republicans Gear Up to Impeach Biden in GOP Majority House

Several times already, firebrand Republicans have introduced articles of impeachment against Joe Biden in the U.S. House.

There’s been literally zero chance that they would advance, given the lockstep control Democrat Speaker Nancy Pelosi exercises over her party.

But widely expected by analysts is that the GOP will retake that majority in the 2022 midterms.

And the Daily Mail is documenting that GOP members already “are signaling that they’ll make impeaching President Joe Biden a priority if their party wins control of the House.”

“The last year and a half has seen multiple GOP lawmakers accuse Biden of ‘high crimes and misdemeanors,’ primarily over the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal and the continuing crisis on the southern border with Mexico,” the report said. Allegations of Political Bias, Widespread Misconduct Prompt FBI Agents to Call for Wray Resignation

Rank-and-file FBI agents say they cannot see how FBI Director Christopher A. Wray stays in his position after The Washington Times’ exclusive report about a senior bureau official stepping down under scrutiny for suspected political bias affecting investigations.

Kurt Siuzdak, an attorney and former FBI agent who represents whistleblowers at the bureau, said agents are telling him that Mr. Wray has lost control of the agency and that he should resign.

“I’m hearing from [FBI personnel] that they feel like the director has lost control of the bureau,” he said. “They’re saying, ‘How does this guy survive? He‘s leaving. He‘s got to leave.”

FBI whistleblowers, who are talking to Congress about corruption and retaliation against them, say in their disclosures that Mr. Wray was often notified of the problems that existed within the bureau but never took action to resolve the issues.

That includes recent whistleblower disclosures to House Judiciary Republicans relating to forcing or coercing agents to sign false affidavits, sexual harassment and stalking claims, and fabricated terrorism cases to elevate performance statistics, as reported by The Times this month. Nobel Prize-Winning Biologist: Trans Movement’s ‘Unscientific’ Claims Are ‘Madness’ — Taking Hormones Is ‘Inherently Dangerous’

Dr. Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard, director emeritus at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, won a Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1995. As a biologist, she has long studied DNA, biochemistry, and embryonic development. On August 22, Emma, Germany’s leading feminist magazine, published Chantal Louis’ interview with Nüsslein-Volhard, in which the biologist both attacked core claims advanced by trans activists and criticized their anti-scientific basis.

Suggesting that an ignorance of basic biology may be to blame for the “unscientific” claim that there are many genders, Nüsslein-Volhard noted (in German; the following is a Google translation) that “all mammals have two sexes. There’s the one sex that produces the eggs [and] has two X chromosomes. That’s called female. And there’s the other one that makes the sperm [and] has an X and a Y chromosome. That’s called male.”

After revisiting what she regarded as biological basics, Nüsslein-Volhard noted that the existence of hermaphrodites doesn’t complicate matters or blur the lines between the sexes. “The fact that there are hermaphrodites does not change the fact that there are two germ cells, eggs and sperm, and therefore two sexes.”

Just as “intersex” people (i.e., those with complete or partial sets of both male and female sexual organs) are not constituents or representatives of a third gender, Nüsslein-Volhard suggests that expressions of femininity in men or masculinity in women are not indicative of blurred lines but rather of varying hormonal levels and cultural influences.

The attempt to remedy the feeling of disconnect between one’s sex and perceived gender — or that the two can be separated — Nüsslein-Volhard regards as “wishful thinking.” She noted, “There are people who want to change their gender, but they can’t do it. Kamala Harris-Backed Fund Bailed Out a Repeat Felon. Three Weeks Later He Was Charged With Murder

A Minnesota bail fund supported and promoted by Vice President Kamala Harris during the 2020 summer of rage is guilty of letting a convicted felon back onto the streets just three weeks before he allegedly murdered a man.

The Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) paid $2,000 on April 29 to bail 34-year-old Shawn Tillman out of jail after he was charged with indecent exposure for reportedly masturbating in front of a woman on St. Paul public transit.

Just three weeks later on May 20, Tillman, who has a history of felony convictions ranging from assault, illegal possession of a firearm, and indecent exposure in the presence of a minor, allegedly shot and killed a man at a downtown St. Paul light rail platform, a crime for which he has since been charged.

Despite Tillman’s swift return to violating the law, MFF defended its decision to bail out the career criminal. In a statement released last week, MFF Co-Executive Directors Mirella Ceja-Orozco and Elizer Darris explained that they were happy to subsidize Tillman’s return to the streets since his bail was cheaper than most of their requests and since they believe “wealth should not decide the difference between pre-trial detention and pre-trial release.”

“In all our bail decisions, we strive to balance pre-trial justice with community safety. As a community, we are struggling to navigate and solve violence in our neighborhoods,” the duo wrote. “We all want and deserve to be safe. Mar-a-Lago Affidavit Released; There Are Some Missing Key Details in the DOJ’s Trump Raid Affidavit

After days of waiting and a flurry of motions from the Department of Justice attempting to keep the affidavit used in the FBI’s raid of Mar-a-Lago sealed indefinitely, a redacted affidavit was finally released on Friday afternoon just before the 12:00 p.m. ET deadline set by federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart. There was such a rush to view the affidavit, however, that the government’s website where federal court records are posted completely crashed for nearly 30 minutes.

Once the site recovered, the affidavit was revealed to be a 38-page document that is heavily redacted — despite Judge Reinhart saying that the FBI’s redactions are “narrowly tailored” — leaving even more questions still unanswered. In all, 20+ pages are entirely or significantly redacted.

What remains un-redacted is a narrative of what most already knew: the government is conducting a criminal investigation concerning the improper removal and storage of classified information in unauthorized spaces, as well as the unlawful concealment or removal of government records that began after the National Archives and Records Administration referred the matter to the Justice Department on February 9, 2022. There Are Some Missing Key Details in the DOJ’s Trump Raid Affidavit

By Townhall. Judge Bruce Reinhart, who also signed off on the equally shoddy search warrant, wasn’t convinced by the government’s arguments for keeping the entire affidavit under seal. He allowed the Department of Justice to redact portions that could harm the integrity of the investigation, the security of its sources, and here’s the kicker: the safety of Donald Trump.

It’s a sea of black ink that does very little to support the narrative that this federal raid, which occurred on August 8, was justifiable. There’s no smoking gun here; Trump isn’t even mentioned in the affidavit in a way that gives the impression that he was targeted for criminal acts. All it did was bolster the argument that an over-politicized goon squad at the FBI and DOJ ransacked Trump’s home as a warning to Trump to stay at home in 2024. Federal agents have threatened those who might paint the Biden White House negatively. This raid is a Trump-media-DOJ story. The point is if there were something genuinely criminal—we would have known about it by now; the same applied to the Russian collusion hoax.

Some are focused on the classified documents that the FBI discovered on the Mar-a-Lago property, but there are no specifics about the nature of these documents. Also, there is nothing about nuclear secrets, a comical DOJ leak that further exposed this raid as part of a political persecution campaign. Brett Tolman, executive director for Right on Crime, noted that the affidavit does not contain evidence that supports the federal mens rea requirements, which is a burden of proof benchmark the government must meet to show criminal intent. There was no evidence to provide probable cause to search the safe. In other words, it’s quite a nothingburger that shows the DOJ cobbled together a bunch of fake law violations to make for incomprehensible legalese to bust down the doors of the home of an ex-president. That’s not law and order; that’s a rogue DOJ that’s become increasingly engulfed by paranoia, vindictiveness, and political animosity.

“​This is massive FRAUD & ELECTION INTERFERENCE at a level never seen before in our Country. REMEDY: Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution, declare the 2020 Election irreparably compromised and have a new Election, immediately!​,” the 45th president said. ​​

Zuckerberg made the stunning admission last week during an interview on “The Joe Rogan Experience.”​

“Basically, the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us — some folks on our team — and was like, ‘Hey, just so you know, like, you should be on high alert,’” Zuckerberg ​told the podcaster. Top FBI Agent Resigns Amid Claims He Shielded Hunter Biden From Probe: Report

By New York Post. A top FBI agent at the Washington field office reportedly resigned from his post last week after facing intense scrutiny over allegations he helped shield Hunter Biden from criminal investigations into his laptop and business dealings.

Timothy Thibault, an FBI assistant special agent in charge, was allegedly forced out after he was accused of political bias in his handling of probes involving President Biden’s son, sources told the Washington Times on Monday.

The agent was escorted out of the field office by at least two “headquarters-looking types” last Friday, the sources said.

Thibault and the FBI didn’t immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment on Monday.

Thibault, a 25-year-veteran, had already been on leave for a month after the top Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), started raising concerns about whistleblower claims the FBI had obstructed its own investigations into the first son. Top Dem Torches Biden’s Student Loan Debt Forgiveness Plan

Paul Begala, who served former President Bill Clinton as a top adviser, fiercely condemned on Sunday President Joe Biden’s plan to forgive student loan debt.

Speaking on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Begala not only called Biden’s plan “bad policy,” but he rebuked it as “bad politics.”

According to Begala, instead of forgiving debts that Americans freely enter, the money that will be used to execute Biden’s plan would be better served helping improve the lives of Americans stuck in under-resourced and under-privileged situations.

“For that amount of money, you could fund free pre-K for every 3 and 4-year-old for 10 years,” Begala said. “You would do a lot more good for poor people, communities of color, and the underprivileged by doing pre-K. You could forgive all medical debt, which, unlike student debt, is not freely entered into.”

Phoenix Reporter Who Broke Story About Corrupt Clinton-Loretta Lynch Tarmac Meeting Found Dead of Alleged Suicide

Veteran Alabama reporter and anchor Christopher Sign, who previously worked in Phoenix for more than a decade, was found dead by the local Hoover police Saturday morning, according to Hoover Police Department Capt. Keith Czeskleba.

Sign broke the news of a 2016 meeting between former President Bill Clinton, whose wife Hillary Clinton at the time was running for president and was being investigated by the FBI, and the then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport tarmac. At the time, their meeting was cast as a potential conflict of interest.

A report by the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice detailed what took place at that meeting.

Sign moved from Alabama to Arizona in 2005 and spent 13 years working in the Valley of the Sun where he won numerous awards including an Edward R. Murrow Award for spot news and an Emmy for breaking news coverage on the search for the ‘Baseline Killer’ and ‘Serial Shooter,’ according to a bio from ABC 33/40. The One Letter That Exposes the FBI’s Trump Raid Was Not About Missing Documents

. . .Mar-a-Lago is a secure site protected by the Secret Service. Former presidents have staff to handle these records with care. We’ve mentioned how the follow-up stories have mainly been concentrated on the dates involving legal members of Trump’s office and the National Archives. That’s not evidence of a crime. If anything, it shows cooperation, but another angle is that the Biden DOJ might have laid a trap for the former president. They sent a June 8 letter telling Trump’s legal team to keep all documents at Mar-a-Lago in the storage room basement. They were instructed to keep those records there “indefinitely.” One month later, federal agents raided the house.

Again, you all know this wasn’t about some missing document beef. Was it a dragnet to find any corroborative evidence regarding the Russian collusion investigation or the January 6 riot, the latter of which liberal America erroneously thinks was a Trump-led plot, despite an August 2021 FBI report rebuking that conspiracy theory?
