The One Letter That Exposes the FBI’s Trump Raid Was Not About Missing Documents

. . .Mar-a-Lago is a secure site protected by the Secret Service. Former presidents have staff to handle these records with care. We’ve mentioned how the follow-up stories have mainly been concentrated on the dates involving legal members of Trump’s office and the National Archives. That’s not evidence of a crime. If anything, it shows cooperation, but another angle is that the Biden DOJ might have laid a trap for the former president. They sent a June 8 letter telling Trump’s legal team to keep all documents at Mar-a-Lago in the storage room basement. They were instructed to keep those records there “indefinitely.” One month later, federal agents raided the house.

Again, you all know this wasn’t about some missing document beef. Was it a dragnet to find any corroborative evidence regarding the Russian collusion investigation or the January 6 riot, the latter of which liberal America erroneously thinks was a Trump-led plot, despite an August 2021 FBI report rebuking that conspiracy theory? Fed Raises Interest Rates Again — Here’s How It Affects Your Wallet

The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) announced Wednesday that it is raising the federal funds rate by 75 basis points, bringing the target range to 2.25% to 2.5%. This marks the fourth rate hike of this year.

The Federal Reserve previously raised interest rates by 75 basis points in June, marking the largest rate hike since 1994. It also raised interest rates by 50 basis points in May and by 25 basis points in March. And more rate hikes from the central bank are likely on the horizon.

“Recent indicators of spending and production have softened,” the Federal Reserve said in its statement. “Nonetheless, job gains have been robust in recent months, and the unemployment rate has remained low. Inflation remains elevated, reflecting supply and demand imbalances related to the pandemic, higher food and energy prices, and broader price pressures.”

If you want to take advantage of interest rates before they rise further, you could consider taking out a personal loan to help pay down high-interest debt. Visit Credible to find your personalized interest rate without affecting your credit score. . .

Inflation surged in June to a new 40-year high, marking the fifth time it’s broken that record this year. Because inflation remains high, the Federal Reserve will likely continue raising rates in an attempt to bring it back down. Gun Owners Are Racist, According to Academics Using Bad Science

White people own guns — and oppose gun-control legislation — because they are racist and fear black people. Two new studies advance this dangerous narrative building among our academic elites. While such rhetoric is perhaps unsurprising among political pundits or celebrities, otherwise serious academics are now ascribing racist motives to gun ownership and opposition to gun control. These studies are not only based on a slew of bigoted assumptions, but also bad science.

The University of Wisconsin recently promoted a new study contending that in U.S. counties where black people were enslaved in 1860, gun ownership is higher today. In fact, gun ownership, they say, is correlated to the number of slaves formerly in each county. To support this more-slaves-means-more-guns theory, the authors construct a historical narrative that whites feared newly freed slaves, bought guns for self-defense, and then this fear somehow trickled down over 160 years.

But interestingly enough, just last month, National Public Radio ran a story on how black people are the fastest growing group of gun owners. If gun ownership is a product of white people being racist, then this is quite curious.

The University of Wisconsin study suffers from a series of flaws, even apart from its poisonous premise that white people believe or feel certain things because they are white. You’d never say the same about other races, and we shouldn’t give a pass to academics who traffic in the same type of racism. . .

In any correlational study like this, one must be concerned about the potential for alternative explanations. And a study with the punchline “because slavery” leaves a lot of room for alternatives. For example, the extent of slavery in southern U.S. counties was far heavier in areas of the south that remain rural to this day. The so-called “Black Belt” of southern agriculture that stretched across Georgia to Mississippi remains heavily agrarian, rural, and impoverished today relative to other parts of the region that have been absorbed into growing metropolises like Atlanta, Charlotte, and Nashville. In these regions, the wide-scale hunting of deer, quail, and even wild boar remains more prominent and may explain higher levels of gun ownership, yet this fact remains unaccounted for in the study. The Biden Admin Is Paying to Bus Illegal Aliens to NYC

The federal government is paying to bus illegal migrants from one border town to New York City, a Texas official told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The city government of El Paso, Texas, is busing illegal migrants to the Big Apple on the dime of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Deputy City Manager Mario D’Agostino told the DCNF Monday. The federal agency covers the travel costs of illegal migrants through a grant program.

“The travel costs for migrants are covered through FEMA’s emergency food and shelter grant. The City/OEM submits for reimbursement on a quarterly basis as the process dictates,” D’Agostino told the DCNF.

“With the goal to provide for the safety of the migrants from the elements and to preserve the community’s transitory hospitality shelter capacities so they may continue to serve our homeless community, OEM [Office of Emergency Management] has sponsored and provided transportation services for migrants out of El Paso, which is reimbursable through FEMA,” he said. New COVID-19 Boosters To Be Authorized Without Human Trials Completed

New variant-specific COVID-19 vaccine booster doses are set to be authorized by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) before human testing is complete.

FDA Commissioner Robert Califf tweeted last week that the agency will not hold a meeting of its expert vaccine advisers to discuss the new boosters and that it will rely on existing clinical trial data and real-world results in its determination about Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for Omicron-targeting booster shots. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) based its fall booster rollout plan on the assumption that the new vaccines would receive EUAs by Sept. 1. . .

The typical process for granting an EUA to a new vaccine involves a meeting of the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC), the FDA’s group of outside experts that examines research and evidence pertaining to the vaccine’s safety and efficacy. The panel votes on whether to grant the EUA, and under what circumstances to grant it, and passes that recommendation onto the FDA commissioner for a final ruling. Team Biden Must Pay For Using Military as Lab Rats for COVID-19 Shots

The Department of Defense under commander-in-chief Joe Biden’s watch has been busily using soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines as test rats in the government-run laboratory experiment called COVID-19 Vaccines.

And for that, they must pay.

A whistleblower report to Congress dated August 15, 2022, and signed by several officers with the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard, states in part: “Since 24 August 2021, the Department of Defense has unlawfully administered Emergency Use Authorized products … as if they were fully licensed FDA approved products.”

The “products,” of course, are the COVID-19 shots.

And just because service members are required by military oath to obey orders, that doesn’t mean they have to obey unlawful orders, or that they give up their rights to informed consent on medical matters. How Biden Outdid Trump, Obama and George W. Bush in Confirming Federal Judges by This Point in Office, a Feat Overshadowed by War and Inflation

. . .Biden has appointed more judges to federal courts at this point in his tenure than any other president since John F. Kennedy.

As of August 8, 2022, exactly 566 days into Biden’s tenure, the Senate had confirmed a record-setting 75 judges nominated by Biden to federal courts, according to a tally from the Pew Research Center.

That’s more than Donald Trump, Barack Obama and George W. Bush had confirmed by this point in their presidencies as well as other presidents after JFK who remains the record holder for speedy nominations at this point in their tenure with 102. The overall number of Biden judicial nominees confirmed by the Senate stood at 78 as of August 26, according to UScourts.gov. That includes appeals and district court judges, along with one Supreme Court justice.

Biden’s nominations have also included a historic number of women and racial and ethnic minorities. Most notably, Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first Black woman to be nominated and confirmed in a bipartisan vote for the Supreme Court.

In early August, when the Senate confirmed Indian-American lawyer Roopali Desai, to serve as a Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, Majority Leader Chuck Schumer highlighted the significance of her confirmation in creating a more diverse court. CBO: Yes, Americans Making Under $400K Will Get Audited by the IRS (VIDEO)

Despite claims from Biden administration officials that new funding for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will not increase the auditing burden on individuals and small businesses, a Friday letter from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reveals new auditing activity targeting taxpayers who report less than $400,000 per year will be expected to contribute to about $4 billion in revenue.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Aug. 10 directed the IRS to not use the $79 billion funding increase granted to the organization in the Inflation Reduction Act to increase the “share of small business or households below the $400,000 threshold that are audited relative to historical levels.” White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters “No. Very Clear. No.” when asked if there would be new audits on “anyone” making less than $400,000 per year, and Yellen herself said that “small business[es] or households making less than $400,000 per year will not see an increase in the chances that they are audited,” in the directive’s announcement.

However, the CBO now expects that new auditing efforts targeting individuals making less than $400,000 per year will partially account for $4 billion of $180 billion in revenue over the next 10 years, alongside reduced administrative costs, according to a letter containing updated revenue projections written by CBO Director Phillip Swagel. This expectation accounts for Yellen’s directive, with the CBO estimating that if the Inflation Reduction Act had included language prohibiting new audits on those reporting less than $400,000, the IRS would expect about $4 billion less in revenue than if it only followed Yellen’s directive.

‘Vote Republican:’ Joe Rogan Tells Americans to Swing Red After ‘Serious Errors’ Made During Pandemic (VIDEO)

Podcast host Joe Rogan in his latest episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” with NFL superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers advised the American people who were forced to shutter their doors, close their businesses, and were harassed over COVID-19 mandates during the pandemic to “vote Republican.”

Rogan’s comments came on Saturday while he discussed COVID vaccines with Rogers, who famously declined to get the jab.

Over a three-hour conversation, the two jested about legacy media corporations praising vaccination as the solution to the global pandemic and politicians who broke their draconian mandates — primarily in Democrat-ran cities and states.

“I hope there are lessons learned in this because this is a new thing,” Rogan said. “We had never had this before. No one who is alive today has ever experienced a true pandemic, and I’m hoping — that now that this is over — people are going to recognize that some serious errors were made and not repeat those.”

“That’s the best you can get out of it,” Rogan added. (Read more from “‘Vote Republican:’ Joe Rogan Tells Americans to Swing Red After ‘Serious Errors’ Made During Pandemic” HERE)
