When the FBI executed a raid on the home of former President Donald Trump, who happens to be the most popular political leader in America, the “get Trump” crowd was overjoyed.

Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Miles Taylor (the “anonymous” author who pretended to be a senior Trump aide), Clinton-era Secretary of Labor Robert Reich, even Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, and many others all gave the same justification for the FBI’s actions that they gave for Trump’s first and second impeachments: “No one is above the law, not even a president of the United States.” . . .

A president avoiding paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes seems like the kind of thing federal agencies, including the recently financially invigorated Internal Revenue Service, should explore. Yet Biden, who hasn’t explained millions of dollars of his recorded income, and First Lady Jill Biden together reportedly dodged about $517,000 in Medicare and Obamacare taxes between 2017 and 2020 without scrutiny. . .

The president’s son isn’t just a walking liability for the Biden family name, he’s a glaring national security threat with a long, infamous history of using illicit drugs, engaging in possibly criminal sexual escapades with foreign women, and selling access to his dad under the guise of doing business with foreign oligarchs. . .

Hillary Clinton and her staff mishandled highly classified information, which resulted in at least 91 security violations. The FBI, of course, never raided Clinton’s house over her rogue server despite the crimes committed to cover it up. Instead, as Sen. Sex Fiend Who Nearly Killed NYC Man With Sucker Punch Freed Without Bail

A convicted sex offender who allegedly cold-cocked a man on a Bronx street — leaving him in a coma with brain injuries — was freed without bail Thursday after getting his attempted-murder charges reduced in the unprovoked attack.

Bui Van Phu, 55, was instead charged by the Bronx District Attorney’s Office with assault and harassment, both misdemeanors, for the brutal knockout punch last Friday that left 52-year-old Jesus Cortes unconscious on the street, according to a criminal complaint.

The victim required brain surgery and is now in a medically induced coma, authorities said.

The new charges against Phu are not bail eligible, and a Bronx judge cut him loose on supervised release at his arraignment Thursday, a spokesperson for the DA’s Office said.

The NYPD had charged Phu with attempted murder after arresting him Wednesday for the attack that appeared to have come out of the blue.

In several posts on his social media platform, the former president first mockingly endorsed lawyer Dan Goldman in his race for Congressional District 10 in New York, hailing him as the man who “headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost.”

“Lawyer Dan Goldman is running for Congress, NY-10, and it is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him,” Trump began. “I do this not because of the fact that he headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost, but because he was honorable, fair, and highly intelligent.”

“While it was my honor to beat him, and beat him badly, Dan Goldman has a wonderful future ahead,” the former president added. “He will be very compassionate and compromising to those within the Republican Party, and will do everything possible to make sure they have a fair chance at winning against the Radical Left Democrats, who he knows are destroying our Country.”

Trump Endorses Democrat Impeachment Manager Dan Goldman in New York Primary; Goldman Responds

By Daily Wire. Former President Donald Trump announced Wednesday afternoon that he was endorsing attorney Dan Goldman, a Democrat, in the primary for New York’s 10th Congressional District.

Trump’s endorsement of Goldman comes after The New York Times endorsed Goldman in the primary last week in part because of “his work on the impeachment trial.”

“Lawyer Dan Goldman is running for Congress, NY-10, and it is my great honor to Strongly Endorse him,” Trump said. “I do this not because of the fact that he headed up the Impeachment Committee and lost, but because he was honorable, fair, and highly intelligent. Report: U.N. Staff Impregnated Girls as Young as 10

Peacekeepers and other personnel employed by the United Nations (U.N.) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) since 2018 have allegedly impregnated at least 60 different local girls and women during their times of service in the troubled country, with the youngest accuser alleging she was just ten years old when she was impregnated by a U.N. staff member, the U.K.’s Daily Mail reported on Monday, citing an original study by the University of Birmingham published by the media outlet The Conversation last week.

A team of researchers funded by Britain’s University of Birmingham and the Canadian government published a study on August 9 “based on 2,858 interviews with Congolese community members, including 60 in-depth interviews with victims of sexual misconduct who conceived children with peacekeepers, and 35 interviews with children who were born as a result.”

A 16-year-old Congolese girl alleged to the researchers during her interview that she was a child aged ten years old when she became pregnant by a U.N. peacekeeper.

“I was very young – just ten years old. I realised later on that I was sold out by my aunt. The men were buying beer in the pub to share it with me. When I was drunk, they profited from unwanted sexual acts. Every morning my aunt gave me milk, bread, food and water to recover from all the lost energy,” the unnamed teenage mother stated.

There Goes the ‘Hood: Rampant Homeless Population Driving Residents Out of Woke City

North Portland’s rampant homeless problem has residents fleeing the city, according to a report.

Real-estate broker Lauren Iaquinta told KGW8 that she’s seen an uptick in residents packing up and heading to the suburbs because of a homeless camp in the neighborhood’s Peninsula Crossing Trail.

“You can be driving through North Portland and you’re in this lovely area where there’s no issues, and then you can make a turn around the corner and have homeless camps there,” she said. “It’s kind of sad. I’ve been doing this for 10 years here in Portland and it’s changed quite a bit.”

Iaquinta said she now has to vet areas when selling homes because clients don’t want to live near homeless people. She did not cite any data about people moving because of the homeless encampment.

1st Poll Post Mar-A-Lago Raid Shows Republicans Have Overtaken Democrats

In the first poll since the unprecedented Mar-a-Lago raid, Emerson College Polling showed that J.D. Vance, the Trump-backed Republican nominee for Ohio’s open U.S. Senate seat, and Republicans had overtaken Democrats in the Buckeye State.

Vance leads Ryan by three points in the most recent Emerson College poll. The poll found that 45 percent of the 925 general election voters would vote for Vance over the 42 percent who would vote for Ryan. There were also four percent who said someone else, and ten percent were undecided.

In fact, when the voters were asked, “regardless of whom they support, which candidate they expect to win,” a majority of the respondents (52 percent) said Vance would win, compared to the 48 percent who said Ryan.

Executive Director of Emerson College polling Spencer Kimball said:

Both Vance and Ryan have strong bases of support, and the race tightens to a one-point lead for Vance among the very motivated and very likely voters in Ohio. Whereas Vance leads by a larger margin among somewhat likely and somewhat motivated voters.

Ex-CIA Chief Rates Today’s Republicans as Most ‘Dangerous’ Political Force in History

Former CIA Director Michael Hayden endorsed the assessment that Republicans today are the most “dangerous” political force in history.

Edward Luce, the U.S. national editor and columnist at the Financial Times, got the ball rolling Wednesday in a Twitter exchange that comes at a time when the Republican Party has largely rallied behind former President Donald Trump.

“I’ve covered extremism and violent ideologies around the world over my career. Have never come across a political force more nihilistic, dangerous & contemptible than today’s Republicans. Nothing close,” Luce said.

Hayden quote tweeted the observation, writing, “I agree. And I was the CIA Director.”

Apple released an emergency security update Thursday, disclosing that there were vulnerabilities for certain iPhone, iPad and Mac products.

These vulnerabilities were disclosed in a software update, which the company said should safeguard the products.

The first issue involved the potential for an application to execute arbitrary code with “kernel privileges,” which refers to a discrete right to perform an operation.

The second issue, according to Apple, was in WebKit, which is a layout engine designed to allow web browsers to render web pages.

Facebook Keeping Trump Ban in Place for Midterm Elections

Facebook is keeping its ban on former President Donald Trump in place for the 2022 midterm elections, saying January is the earliest the social media company would allow his return.

Mr. Trump was barred from Facebook and Instagram, which both operate as part of the Meta company, following the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol. The company later extended the restrictions on his account.

Meta president Nick Clegg told Politico his company would maintain the timeline for revisiting the ban in January rather than lift it before the November elections.

In June 2021, Mr. Clegg said Meta was enacting a two-year ban retroactive from Jan. 7 against Mr. Trump’s accounts, which marked January 2023 as the earliest the former president may regain access.

Is Mike Pence Taking the FBI’s Side Over Trump’s?

Former Vice President Mike Pence called out members of the Republican Party for going after the FBI following the raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.

Criticizing his own party, Pence told the GOP to stop attacking rank-and-file FBI personnel.

“I also want to remind my fellow Republicans we can hold the attorney general accountable for the decision that he made without attacking the rank-and-file law enforcement personnel at the FBI,” Pence said during a speech in New Hampshire.

Pence, who has publicly spoken against Trump, is taking yet another aim at his former partner by seemingly taking the FBI’s side.

“It is fairly well-known that President Trump and I had our differences… Our party stands with the men and women who stand on the thin blue line at the federal, state, and local levels.
