DHS Anticipates Record-Breaking 441 Unaccompanied Children per Day at Border

An average of 441 unaccompanied children will cross the U.S.-Mexico border into border patrol custody every day this year, according to estimates from the Department of Homeland Security.

President Joe Biden’s administration is reportedly expecting between 148,000 and 161,000 unaccompanied minors to cross the border in the fiscal year 2022, according to documents obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The documents reportedly detail the response to the influx from the Department of Health and Human Services, which is responsible for placing unaccompanied minors into homes. U.S. law states that such minors cannot be sent back across the border unless their country of origin is either Canada or Mexico.

Large U.S. City Issues PSA Regarding Nuclear Attack Due to “Evolving Threats”

New York City launched a public service announcement Monday over what to do after a nuclear weapon incident. . . .The 1.5-minute PSA outlines three steps New Yorkers can take to mitigate the threats of nuclear exposure.

“While the likelihood of a nuclear weapon incident occurring in/near New York City is very low, it is important New Yorkers know the steps to stay safe,” the city’s Emergency Management Department said in a news release. “The new PSA encourages New Yorkers to take key, simple steps in the event of such an incident.”

The PSA advises people to take several actions in the event of a nuclear incident. That includes getting inside and staying away from windows. Once inside, stay there, close all doors, and move to a basement if possible.

“As the threat landscape continues to evolve, it is important that New Yorkers know we are preparing for any imminent threats and are providing them with the resources they need to stay safe and informed,” Emergency Management Commissioner Zach Iscol said. Biden’s Story of Pregnant 10 Year Old Rape Victim, Used to Justify His Abortion Order, Likely Fabricated

President Biden is facing increasing skepticism after he repeated the horrifying story of a 10-year-old rape victim to push his executive order on abortion — without seeking any evidence that the tale is true. . .

A single source, Indianapolis OB-GYN Dr. Caitlin Bernard, claims an Ohio “child abuse doctor” contacted her after determining that the young victim was six weeks and three days pregnant — three days too late to obtain an abortion under the restrictive Ohio abortion law triggered by the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision.

But Bernard is a prominent abortion advocate, reported Megan Fox at the right-leaning PJ Media — and provided no details about the location of the crime or whether it was being investigated by authorities.

By law, both physicians are mandated reporters who must disclose evidence of child abuse to police. In the days since, no arrests in such a case have been reported.

The fact-checking website Snopes.com said on Tuesday Bernard had refused to provide further information. On Saturday, the Washington Post added that child services agencies in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Toledo, and other Ohio cities were unaware of any 10-year-old rape victims in their jurisdictions. The Biden Administration Insisted It Wouldn’t Fund Crack Pipes. A New Report Shows Otherwise.

The Biden administration is funding the distribution of crack pipes, according to a report from the Daily Caller, which indicates that so-called harm reduction facilities that received administration grants are in fact distributing the pipes.

The news comes after administration officials insisted taxpayer dollars would not be used for this purpose and described a Washington Free Beacon report on their harm reduction grant program as “misinformation.” The Caller reported Friday, however, that it received two smoking kits that contain crack pipes, condoms, and lubricant from the New York Harm Reduction Educators, which received $398,960 in May from the Department of Health and Human Services through its harm reduction grant program.

The Caller received its crack pipes “after spending about 10 minutes on paperwork with basic information,” according to the report. Not only were they given drug paraphernalia: The reporters were invited to smoke on the premises. One employee asked a reporter to use the crack pipe in a supervised room at the harm reduction center, saying the drug paraphernalia could not be used outside the facility because it was too close to a school.

When HHS announced the recipients of its $30 million harm reduction program in May, it included a note at the top of its grant webpage stating that “no federal funding is used directly or through subsequent reimbursement of grantees to purchase pipes in safer smoking kits.” The announcement came after the Free Beacon first reported in February that the HHS harm reduction program was set to fund the distribution of crack pipes. The White House denounced the story as “disinformation” and said smoking kits funded by its program would not include a crack pipe. Army Suspends Retired Three-Star General for Abortion Tweet Sent to Jill Biden

A retired three-star general has been suspended for replying to a Jill Biden tweet regarding abortion on Twitter.

Retired Lt. Gen. Gary Volesky was a former top spokesman for the Army and formerly in charge of the Army’s 101st Airborne Division. For his gallantry in Iraq, he was awarded the Silver Star – the third-highest military decoration for valor in combat. . .

Volesky sarcastically replied to Biden’s tweet: “Glad to see you finally know what a woman is.”

The tweet was a reference to Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson not being able to provide a definition of what a woman is since she is “not a biologist” during her nomination hearing in March. . .

Volesky has since been suspended. Lt. Gen. Theodore Martin – commander of the Combined Arms Center – suspended Volesky, according to Army spokesperson Cynthia Smith. Poll: Joe Biden’s Approval Rating Sinks to Historic Low

President Joe Biden’s approval rating dropped into the 20s for the first time in his presidency, a Saturday Civiqs poll revealed.

Just 29 percent of voters approve of Biden, while 58 percent disapprove. Only 19 percent of independents approve of Biden. Sixty-seven percent disapprove. Among Hispanics, just 36 percent approve. Forty-eight percent disapprove.

Only 63 percent of Democrats approve of Biden, down from 88 percent since last July. Biden’s approval has dropped five points since June 20. Just 36 percent of Democrats want Biden on the 2024 ticket.

Biden’s approval rating is historically low. According to Gallup, five presidents have sunk into the 20s. Those presidents include Harry Truman (22 percent), Richard Nixon (24 percent), Jimmy Carter (28 percent), George H.W. Bush (29 percent), George W. Bush (25 percent).

Studies Show Americans Were in Even Worse Health Than We Thought Going Into COVID

America wasn’t ready for a pandemic when the first confirmed case of the novel coronavirus landed on U.S. shores in January 2020, especially in terms of overall health.

The national stockpile of medical supplies was full of outdated and expired equipment. Early testing was a fiasco, and medical supply chains remained dependent on foreign sources all while lawmakers on Capitol Hill were preoccupied with their impeachment of President Donald Trump over a made-up scandal. Worst of all, however, was the state of the nation’s physical health to combat an inflammatory virus that would wipe out more than 1 million residents over the next two years.

A pair of studies published in recent weeks revealed just how vulnerable Americans were to a new disease that infected more than a third of a population, which already had such a low level of baseline health.

In late June, researchers at the American Heart Association found that just 1 in 5 U.S. residents has “optimal heart health” based on the association’s standards, which are mapped out by its “Life’s Essential 8” cardiovascular scoring.

Pro-Biden Netflix Star Sent to Prison for Child Sex Crimes

Jerry Harris, former Biden campaign surrogate and star of the Netflix documentary Cheer, was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for sex crimes involving minors. The disgraced cheerleader pleaded guilty in February to sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy in a bathroom at a cheer competition and paying another underaged child to send him sexually explicit photos and videos on Snapchat.

Prior to his arrest in September 2020, Harris was one of several celebrity influencers the Biden campaign embraced in an effort to “win back the internet.” In June 2020, Biden appeared with Harris on Instagram Live to discuss “some really important issues facing our country right now, in particular young adults and the black community.” The video, which received more than 300,000 views on the social media platform, was deleted shortly after federal agents raided the influencer’s Illinois home in September. Harris was arrested days later.

The sentence is a blow to the Democratic Party, which has a long history of associating with sexual deviants. Last month, for example, Democratic donor Ghislaine Maxwell received a 20-year sentence for abusing and trafficking underage girls at the behest of Jeffrey Epstein, the scofflaw pedophile who “committed suicide” in 2019. Maxwell was a longtime friend of former president Bill Clinton, who gifted her a signed copy of his post-White House memoir and made numerous trips aboard Epstein’s private jet, nicknamed the “Lolita Express.” In 2010, Maxwell attended Chelsea Clinton’s wedding to failed hedge-fund manager Marc Mezvinsky. America Imploding: Video of School Kids Surrounded by Filth, Druggies, and the Homeless

Children in San Francisco who were being escorted off a school bus can be seen having to negotiate their way through a crowd of homeless people living in squalor on a nearby sidewalk, a video posted to Twitter shows.

“Bye kids, go get home safe, OK?” says a man wearing a camouflage-colored jersey as he appears to usher them off the bus before panning the camera to show a sidewalk filled with many people who appear to be drug addicts nodding off amid filth.

“These little kids gotta walk through this s**t,” the man says at the end of the video. “It’s crazy.”

Last week, San Francisco implemented a six-month, $3 million program that will see community workers rather than police respond to low-level emergency calls about the homeless.

But many on Twitter, where the video has been viewed at least 40,000 times, don’t hold out much hope that the city will improve anytime soon.

Elon Musk Terminates $44 Billion Deal to Buy Twitter; Twitter Chairman Responds

By Axios. Elon Musk is bailing on his $44 billion agreement to buy Twitter, claiming that the social media company hasn’t met its contractual obligations, according to a statement filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.

This could set up a massive legal fight between Musk and Twitter, with a Delaware court as the deal’s ultimate arbiter. . .

Since signing the deal, however, he’s argued that Twitter is likely undercounting the number of “bot” accounts on its platform, and demanded access to related data. . .

Elon Musk Backs Out of Twitter Deal

By New York Post. Tesla Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk said on Friday he was terminating his $44 billion deal for Twitter, saying that the social media company had failed to provide information about fake accounts on the platform. . .

“For nearly two months, Mr. Musk has sought the data and information necessary to “make an independent assessment of the prevalence of fake or spam accounts on Twitter’s platform,” Musk’s law firm Skadden Arps said in a letter to Twitter.

“Twitter has failed or refused to provide this information. Sometimes Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk’s requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unusable information.”

In response, Twitter’s chairman Bret Taylor said the social-media giant is prepared to take Musk to court.

“The Twitter Board is committed to closing the transaction on the price and terms agreed upon with Mr. Musk and plans to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement,” Taylor tweeted Friday afternoon. “We are confident we will prevail in the Delaware Court of Chancery.” (Read more from “Elon Musk Backs Out of Twitter Deal” HERE)
