WATCH: GOP Reps Push Resolution to Ban Democratic Party Over Ties to Slavery

A group of Republican House members, led by Rep. Louis Gohmert of Texas, introduced a resolution Thursday that would effectively ban the Democratic Party from the House or force a party name change over past slavery ties — a response to the recent efforts to remove tributes to past members of the Confederacy from the halls of Congress.

It specifically cites the Democratic Party platform’s support for slavery between 1840 and 1856, and other racist actions by party members through the early-to-mid 1900s, before calling on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., to “remove any items that names, symbolizes or mentions any political organization or party that has ever held a public position that supported slavery or the Confederacy” from the House and its properties. The resolution also says such a party “shall either change its name or be barred from participation in the House of Representatives.”

Gohmert, in a statement accompanying the bill, told Democrats they should rebrand to “avoid triggering” anyone.

“As outlined in the resolution, a great portion of the history of the Democratic Party is filled with racism and hatred,” Gohmert said. “Since people are demanding we rid ourselves of the entities, symbols, and reminders of the repugnant aspects of our past, then the time has come for Democrats to acknowledge their party’s loathsome and bigoted past, and consider changing their party name to something that isn’t so blatantly and offensively tied to slavery, Jim Crow, discrimination, and the Ku Klux Klan.” (Read more from “GOP Reps Push Resolution to Ban Democratic Party Over Ties to Slavery” HERE)

Critics Taunt Dr. Anthony Fauci for Watching Baseball Game Without a Mask (VIDEO); Fauci Responds to Criticism

By Breitbart. Critics of Dr. Anthony Fauci taunted him Thursday for watching a baseball game in person without a mask.

Fauci made a public appearance at the Washington Nationals home opener against the New York Yankees, wearing a team-themed mask when he threw out the first pitch. , ,

After his on-camera appearance, Fauci sat in the stands to watch the game and removed his mask. He was also not properly socially distanced (six feet apart) from two other people in the ballpark.

“And there’s Dr. Anthony Fauci showing us all he knows exactly how well masks work!” wrote former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson, a frequent critic of Fauci’s alarmism about coronavirus. “Thanks for the lesson, doc.”

Dr. Fauci Responds to ‘Mischievous’ Criticism After He Was Photographed With Mask off at Nationals Game

By Fox News. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci said Friday that criticism of a photo in which he had his face mask partially down is “sort of mischievous.”

In an interview on “America’s Newsroom,” Fauci told host John Roberts that he had been sitting next to his wife, Dr. Christine Grady, and a very close friend of his.

“I had my mask around my chin. I had taken it down. I was totally dehydrated and I was drinking water trying to rehydrate myself,” he explained. “And, by the way, I was negative COVID literally the day before.”

“So, I guess people want to make it a big event. I wear a mask all the time when I’m outside. To pull it down to take some sips of water and put it back up again — I guess if people want to make something about that they can,” he said. “But to me, I think that’s just mischievous, John.” (Read more from “Dr. Fauci Responds to ‘Mischievous’ Criticism After He Was Photographed With Mask off at Nationals Game” HERE)

Alleged Pedophile Ghislaine Maxwell ‘Afraid’ For Her Life; Hollywood UNLOADS on Trump After He Offered Well Wishes to Maxwell (VIDEO)

Report: Ghislaine Maxwell Fears for Her Life, Believes She Might Meet the Same Fate as Jeffrey Epstein

By Fox Now. Ghislaine Maxwell, the former girlfriend of disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, believes the convicted pedophile was murdered while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges and fears the same end, according to a friend.

“Everyone’s view, including Ghislaine’s, is Epstein was murdered,” one of her friends told The U.S. Sun. “She received death threats before she was arrested.”

Maxwell has been charged with conspiracy and perjury in a multi-state sex trafficking ring involving three unnamed minors between 1994 and 1997. . .

Maxwell’s friend, who was “in regular contact with Maxwell at her secret New Hampshire hideaway,” claims death threats ahead of her arrest forced the British socialite to hire security guards and led her to believe she, like Epstein, would not live to see her day in court. After Those Remarks, Dr. Fauci’s Judgement Balance Just Hit Zero (VIDEO)

Oh, you already know the words folks: ‘You’re fired.’ I’ve seen it. There’s a lot of skepticism and anger directed at Dr. Fauci, the longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. For months, I have given him the benefit of the doubt. He’s a medical expert, right? Why shouldn’t I? Well, if you were on the fence about him, his remarks about New York’s COVID policy should have you in facepalm mode. No, I mean, for a guy who has tried to stay out of the politics of this COVID fiasco, these remarks are medical malpractice. Apparently, the Empire State was the place that “did it right” concerning fighting this virus. . .

I know I’m late to the party—many of you were already here—but book me as a total Fauci skeptic now. He’s finished. After these remarks about a policy that was responsible for tens of thousands of deaths, he’s got to be ignored, like the rest of his colleagues and the media, who have reacted as if no other pathogens existed before coronavirus (via CNBC):

White House health advisor Anthony Fauci has praised New York for its handling of the coronavirus pandemic, saying the state responded “correctly” to bring its outbreak under control.

“We know that, when you do it properly, you bring down those cases. We have done it. We have done it in New York,” Fauci said in an interview with “PBS NewsHour” that aired Friday evening.

“New York got hit worse than any place in the world. And they did it correctly by doing the things that you’re talking about,” he continued.

PROTECTING PEDOPHILES: Facebook Removes Viral Video Takedown of Jeffrey Epstein for ‘Bullying and Harassment’ (VIDEO)

Facebook flagged Andrew Schulz’s scathing video takedown of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein for violating company standards on “harassment and bullying,” removing the clip from public view after it had already garnered a million views. Asked by The Federalist why the video was removed and whether it would be restored, Facebook did not respond with an explanation by publishing time.

“Our pieces strive to express the feelings of what we believe to be the majority of Americans. Americans whose views exist in between both political extremes. We figured one issue that would have bipartisan support would be making fun of pedophiles and their enablers. Apparently Facebook feels otherwise,” Schulz told The Federalist on Monday.

“Also,” he added, “how the f**k can I bully billionaires?”

Schulz, a hugely popular YouTube comedian, posted the six-minute video to his Facebook page on July 12. Maxwell was arrested on July 12 and hit with multiple charges connected to Epstein’s serial sexual abuse of teenage girls. The British “socialite” is alleged to have spent years grooming young women for Epstein.

“Ghislaine & Epstein… How DEEP Their Pedo Connections Go,” Schulz captioned the video on Facebook. “The evil broad Ghislaine Maxwell has finally been arrested and it’s time to give her, Epstein, and everyone that enabled them some bars. Enjoy the massacre!”

WATCH: Kanye West Gets Emotional on Pro-Life Cause

Rapper Kanye West, in his first event since declaring himself a presidential candidate, delivered a freewheeling monologue Sunday touching on topics such as abortion, which left him emotional.

“No more Plan B — Plan A,” he said to a mixed response from the audience about the emergency contraceptive that helps prevent pregnancy within 72 hours after unprotected sex. . .

Speaking without a microphone, West became tearful while talking about abortion, his mother, who died following plastic surgery complications in 2007, and his wife, reality television star Kim Kardashian West.

“Even if my wife wants to divorce me after this speech, she brought North into the world even when I didn’t want to. She stood up and she protected that child. You know who else protected a child? Forty-three years ago, who do you think protected a child?” West said crying.

“My mom saved my life. My dad wanted to abort me. My mom saved my life, there would have been no Kanye West because my dad was too busy,” he said.

By Fox News. A Black man carrying an American flag stood outside Portland’s Federal Courthouse Saturday night, telling a crowd of protesters that “none of you guys represent Black lives” as they tore down a fence during the city’s sixth straight week of nightly unrest.

The man, wearing a face mask and holding an American flag, can be heard telling protesters that he lives in Portland as they ask him to move so they can occupy the steps of the courthouse. He asks protesters “why” they are taking down the fence.

“If you stand for justice come here and stand with me, stand with me because I stand for justice,” the man says in the video. “I’m not here to tear down this f—– fence, I’m not here to spray-paint.”

“It’s going on every day,” he continues. “If you don’t want to get gassed, stop! It has to stop!” (Read more from “WATCH: Black Man With American Flag Stands Against Rioters Tearing Down Fence” HERE)
