Watch: Former Trump Staffer Said Trump Forcibly Kissed Her. Trump Attorneys Just Released the Video.

On Wednesday, attorneys for President Donald Trump released a 15-second video of the president embracing former campaign staffer Alva Johnson in 2016. Johnson is suing the president over the alleged incident, claiming she was forcibly kissed on the mouth by Trump. But Trump’s attorneys now say the video evidence confirms that the lawsuit is utterly frivolous.

“And I’ve left my family for eight months for you,” Johnson says in the video clip. Mr. Trump then grabs her shoulders and kisses her on the cheek while saying, “Thank you.” . . .

The clip has been confirmed by both parties’ attorneys as the incident Johnson is claiming was the alleged battery by Mr. Trump. The incident happened in a vehicle in Tampa, Florida, surrounded by Trump supporters, including White House Director of Social Media Dan Scavino.

“Johnson says Trump ‘moved close enough that she could feel his breath on her skin’ when she ‘suddenly realized … Trump was trying to kiss her on the mouth,’ previous court fillings [sic] said,” Business Insider reported. “Johnson said that she ‘attempted to avoid this by turning her head to the right’ and that ‘Trump kissed her anyways … on the corner of her mouth.'”

Trump attorney Charles Harder, who uploaded the video, said the clip was “undeniable evidence that [Johnson’s] battery claim is unfounded and frivolous by virtue,” court documents said, according to Business Insider.

Another Investigation into Trump Appears to Go down in Flames

Federal prosecutors with the Southern District of New York are wrapping up their investigation into whether Trump organization executives broke campaign finance laws and are reportedly unlikely to file any charges.

“For months, federal prosecutors in New York have examined whether company officials broke the law, including in their effort to reimburse Michael Cohen for hush-money payments he made to women alleging affairs with his former boss, President Donald Trump,” CNN reported. “In recent weeks, however, their investigation has quieted, the people familiar with the inquiry said, and prosecutors now don’t appear poised to charge any Trump Organization executives in the probe that stemmed from the case against Cohen.”

The report notes that there are no indications that the case has been officially closed and former officials warned that new information could always reignite the case.

The investigation stemmed from the case involving President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, who pled “guilty to eight counts, including two counts of campaign-finance violations for orchestrating or making payments during the 2016 election to two women — adult-film actress Stormy Daniels and ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal — who alleged affairs with Trump.”

The investigation centered around whether a $130,000 payment that Cohen made to Daniels — and was later reimbursed for by the Trump organization — constituted a campaign finance violation. (Read more from “Another Investigation into Trump Appears to Go down in Flames” HERE)

WATCH: Brawl Breaks Out in Rose Garden

By Breitbart. A brawl broke out in the Rose Garden Thursday after President Trump’s former deputy assistant Sebastian Gorka and other conservative media personalities got into a heated argument with Playboy reporter Brian Karem following the president’s press conference on the controversial census citizenship question.

Notable conservative media personalities who attended the White House Social Media Summit Thursday – including James O’Keefe, Mark Dice, and Joy Villa – were invited to the Rose Garden for the announcement. Karem, seemingly incensed by their presence, sparked a fight with Gorka after openly remarking that the group of conservatives were “eager for demonic possession,” triggering laughs from nearby counterparts. . .

“Hey– come on over here and talk to me brother. We can go outside and have a long conversation,” Karem said.

“You’re threatening me now in the White House – in the Rose Garden, threatening me in the Rose Garden,” Gorka said as he approached Karem.

“You’re a punk. You’re not a journalist. You’re a punk!” Gorka said to Karem’s face.

Trump social media summit attendees clash with reporters in Rose Garden

By The Hill. A handful of conservative personalities who attended President Trump’s social media summit on Thursday clashed with reporters in the Rose Garden after they were invited to sit in on an announcement about the census.

The scene played out as Trump stood between Attorney General William Barr and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, and a number of far-right social media personalities and attendees criticized for having promoted conspiracy theories sat in the audience. The mood quickly turned confrontational after the president returned inside.

Sebastian Gorka, a former White House adviser, stormed over to engage with Playboy correspondent Brian Karem at the conclusion of Trump’s remarks, where the president announced he would drop his bid to add a citizenship question to the census. . .

During Thursday’s social media summit, Trump complained of “terrible bias” and censorship in front of a crowd of roughly 200 conservative personalities.

The president spent much of the speech boasting about his own prolific social media following, while simultaneously alleging that Twitter has suppressed his following. Social media companies have insisted that political views do not play a role in the enforcement of their policies. As ICE Prepares for Raids, Dems Give Legal Advice to Illegal Aliens

On Thursday, after days of internecine warfare, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez found something they could agree upon: giving legal advice to illegal immigrants as to how they could hide from agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) who are scheduled to conduct raids on Sunday in ten major cities across the nation.

Pelosi stated at a press conference: “An ICE deportation warrant is not the same as a deportation warrant. If that is the only document ICE brings to a home raid, agents do not have the legal right to enter a home. If ICE agents don’t have a warrant signed by a judge, a person may refuse to open the door and let them in. An administrative order of removal from ICE or immigration authorities is simply not enough. Families belong together; everyone in our country has rights. Many of these families are mixed-status families.”

Ocasio-Cortez echoed on Twitter, “CE will launch raids across 10 major cities this SUNDAY. Check your neighbors & know your rights. Remember: no one can enter your home without a *judicial warrant.* Sometimes ICE will try to show other papers to get in your house. Judicial warrants are from a court. No matter who you are or what your status is, this is the United States of America – where ALL people have rights. Know yours. Prepare. Visit https://WeHaveRights.US to learn how to handle this & other ICE encounters in multiple languages.”

Watch: GOP Mocks Democrat ‘Civil War’ in New Video

On Tuesday, the official Twitter account for the Republican National Committee released a brutal video targeting Congressional Democrats’ “civil war” between the old Left — headed by House Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) — and new Left, including radical freshman lawmakers Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).

The video, entitled “Democrat Civil War: Socialism Rising,” cuts between clips of controversies generated by the newcomers and experienced representatives, such as Pelosi, belittling the newcomers’ “influence.”

One of the controversies covered in the clip includes Rep. Omar’s past comments concerning Jewish lawmakers’ supposed “dual allegiance” to Israel. . .

Last week, another heated exchange between the two sects broke out. As reported by The Daily Wire’s Emily Zanotti on Monday, Pelosi hit back at the freshman progressives in The New York Times for refusing to “fall in line behind the Democratic caucus and approve a $4.5 billion emergency spending bill aimed at addressing the humanitarian crisis at the southern border, even after the quartet complained loudly of the treatment asylum seekers were receiving.”

“All these people have their public whatever and their Twitter world. But they didn’t have any following. They’re four people and that’s how many votes they got,” Pelosi said, later adding, “We have to have a solution, not just a Twitter fight. If the left doesn’t think I’m left enough, so be it.” (Read more from “Watch: Gop Mocks Democrat ‘Civil War’ in New Video” HERE)

Watch: Former Doc-Turned-Congressman Shares Experiences That Changed His Mind About Socialist Health Care

Single-payer health care may seem like a great idea in the abstract to some, but it doesn’t work out that way for patients in the real world. So explained a former emergency room physician-turned-congressman on Wednesday.

During a hearing of the House Oversight Committee about the Trump administration’s ongoing Obamacare lawsuit, Rep. Mark Green, R-Tenn., shared the personal experiences he had as a doctor that turned him against the idea of government-controlled medicine.

Green’s remarks began with a story of a gang member who came into his ER with a gunshot wound in his lower abdomen.

“The guy was punching at the staff and yelling at us all; meanwhile, we’re trying to save his life,” Green said. “After giving this guy world-class care, I walked out thinking, ‘Man, at least with government-payer, I’d get paid for the risks taking care of this patient.’”

However, his shift wasn’t over after that, he said, and a later patient’s story gave him a different perspective.

“I had a woman who had just a few days prior gotten her dose of chemo” and was going through life-threatening complications as a result, Green continued. “With her were two children and a worried husband; the woman was only 35 years old; she didn’t have insurance.”

“As we stabilized her, I realized that early detection had saved this young woman’s life,” Green explained. “In Europe, socialized medicine has delayed early detection as care is rationed, and that’s why mortality rates for specific illnesses are far better in the United States than they are in Europe and Canada. That woman would not have received timely detection there, and her chances of survival would have been significantly less in a socialized system.”

Green did his residency in emergency medicine at the U.S. Army Aviation Center. He would later become a special operations flight surgeon. In 2009, he founded an emergency room management company.

During his Wednesday remarks, the House freshman also recalled the story of a Canadian CEO he once treated who “hopped on his personal jet, flew to Nashville, Tennessee, and came to my ER because he could have been seen faster flying to the U.S. than waiting on a government-run health care system in Canada.”

“True story,” Green continued with a scoff, “in Canada you can get an MRI for your dog that day because there’s a free market in veterinarian care, but you can’t get one for grandma’s knee; you’re gonna wait six months.”

During his remarks, Green also clarified that Obamacare is not government-run medicine in that it is insurance-based, but that it is driving the United States toward socialized medicine.

And that’s bad news for the United States, Green explained, because “socialized medicine does not work.”

“The government is not the answer,” Green concluded. “Government health care is rationed care, late detection, and worse mortality.”

Video: Mexican Human Smugglers Busted with 228 Migrants in Pepsi Truck

Two human smugglers were arrested and 228 Central American migrants were apprehended after a tractor-trailer traveling in the Southern Mexican state of Chiapas was stopped by federal and state police.

Federal and state police from the Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección (SSPC) halted a tractor-trailer with Pepsi logos traveling at kilometer 071 in Cintalapa early Monday morning. While conducting an inspection of the Kenworth trailer registered in Veracruz, 228 Central American migrants were discovered packed in the cargo area along with a load of soft drink products, according to local media reports. . .

The 228 migrants, consisted of men, women, and children, were determined to be from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. They were all provided medical checks and first aid before being turned over to the custody of Mexican immigration authorities (INM). The two smugglers were handed over to investigative personnel of the federal prosecutor’s office for pending charges of human smuggling.

Watch: Facebook Brags About Banning Pro-Life Advertisement Before Ireland’s Abortion Vote

During this year’s Aspen Ideas Festival, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg explained that Facebook is increasingly trying to work with governments to determine what political speech it does and does not allow. Oh sorry, I mean: what kind of political ads it is willing to approve.

In the particular example Zuckerberg cited, in 2018, American pro-life groups wanted to run advertisements for Facebook users in Ireland. This is because the Irish were about to vote in a referendum on whether abortion should be legalized.

When Facebook saw the ad requests, the company contacted the Irish government asking whether this should or should not be allowed. “Their response at the time was, ‘we don’t currently have a law, so you need to make whatever decision you want to make.'”

This is extremely disturbing, but it’s very expected. Facebook’s top managers have a long history of leftist activism, and it’s clear from the company’s policies that they’re pushing their authoritarian leftist views on the company itself. Watch: Mountain Goats in Colorado Increasingly Showing ‘Unnatural Behavior’

“Do not feed wildlife” is a warning officials in Colorado have issued as mountain goats have been trying to cozy up with humans — a behavior deemed “unnatural.”

On Tuesday, Colorado Parks and Wildlife urged people who hike Mount Evans, a peak in the Rocky Mountains, to “do their part in helping keep wildlife wild by not feeding any animals they encounter and keeping a safe distance from them.”

Officials said mountain goats have been observed in the area throughout 2018 “licking vehicles for the salt on them, putting heads inside open car windows, running toward the sound of crinkling food wrappers, running towards people holding food, entering restrooms and tolerating large groups of people surrounding them to take photographs and videos from unsafe distances.” . . .

The Colorado agency explained the goats’ behavior is probably because of their experience being close to humans — whether being fed, or being close to them while they take photos.

In an attempt to curb the problematic interactions between the goats and humans, Parks and Wildlife says it’s started “reinstating the natural fear of humans by using hazing tactics on the wildlife” including sound and direct contact from tasers, cattle prods, paintball guns, and a K-9 officer to “haze offending animals away from people and cars.” (Read more from “Watch: Mountain Goats in Colorado Increasingly Showing ‘Unnatural Behavior'” HERE)

U.S. Women’s Soccer Player Drops American Flag on Ground to Mug for Cameras

The U.S. women’s soccer team won the World Cup on Sunday, but in the process continued its trend of creating controversy.

Minutes after the 2-0 game ended in Lyon, France, U.S. midfielder Allie Long was holding an American flag when forward Megan Rapinoe urged her to join in on a choreographed celebration for the cameras. . .

U.S. player Kelley O’Hara, who was forced to the sidelines after a hard collision left her with concussion-like symptoms, quickly jumped in to pick up the flag. . .

The U.S. team has been mired in controversy since the beginning of the World Cup. After scoring the second goal in the World Cup for a 2-1 win over England last Tuesday, player Alex Morgan celebrated by pretending to drink a cup of tea, hoisting a pinkie in the air.
