Kevin Spacey Charged With ‘Indecent Assault and Battery’ for Alleged 2016 Incident

On Monday, Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe announced that actor Kevin Spacey has been charged with indecent assault and battery for a crime he allegedly committed in 2016, reports the Associated Press. . .

During a press conference in November 2017, [former news anchor Heather] Unruh detailed the allegations:

It happened late night inside the Club Car restaurant and bar on Nantucket island. The victim, my son, was a star-struck, straight, 18-year-old young man who had no idea that the famous actor was an alleged sexual predator, or that he was about to become his next victim. My son was not of legal age to drink alcohol. He told Kevin Spacey that he was of legal age. But whether he was over 21 or not, Kevin Spacey had no right to sexually assault him. There was no consent. Kevin Spacey bought him drink after drink after drink, and when my son was drunk, Spacey made his move and sexually assaulted him.

…Spacey stuck his hand inside my son’s pants and grabbed his genitals. This was completely unexpected, and my son’s efforts to shift his body to remove Spacey’s hand were only momentarily successful. The violation continued. My son panicked, he froze. He was intoxicated, and Kevin Spacey was insisting that he come with him to a private, after-hours party to drink even more.

. . .

Spacey, who disappeared from the public eye approximately one year ago after a glut of allegations were made against him regarding sexual harassment and assault, released a strange video on Monday titled, “Let Me Be Frank,” in which he appears to play a hybrid of himself and his character Frank Underwood from Netflix’s “House of Cards.” (Read more from “Kevin Spacey Charged With ‘Indecent Assault and Battery’ for Alleged 2016 Incident” HERE)

WATCH: Mexican Drug Cartel Ambushes Police in Brutal Gun Fight

The Mexican government announced they are investigating the leak of a video that showed an October 2018 ambush by a Mexican drug cartel on a truck that was transporting four police officers.

“The video depicts the ambush killing of four officers of the Secretariat of Security of the State of Mexico (SSEM),” Robert Arce of Breitbart’s Border and Cartel team reported. “They were traveling on a mountain road in the municipality of Almoloya de Alquisiras on October 28 of this year at the time of their deaths.”

The first half of the video shows the suspects, who are believed to belong to La Familia Michoacana,” socializing and playing with their phones as they waited for the attack to happen. . .

“Roughly one police officer was killed daily on average in Mexico throughout most of 2018, according to a study conducted by Causa en Común,” Arce added. “The study was conducted up to December 9 and accounted for 388 officer deaths, but due to delays in reporting, was revised to 404.” (Read more from “WATCH: Mexican Drug Cartel Ambushes Police in Brutal Gun Fight” HERE)

WATCH: Mattis Gives His Final Christmas Message to the Troops

On Monday, the Department of Defense released Secretary of Defense James Mattis’ holiday message to the service members who are both at home and overseas.

“Since Washington crossed the Delaware at Christmas 1776, American troops have missed holidays at home to defend our experiment and democracy. To all you lads and lasses holding the line in 2018 on land, at sea, or in the air, thanks for keeping the faith. Merry Christmas and may God hold you safe,” Mattis stated.

In his letter of resignation, Mattis said he would leave the Department of Defense at the end of February 2019 to give time for a permanent replacement to be chosen and to attend one last NATO meeting in February. WATCH: How to Survive Your Liberal Family During the Holidays

Christmas is a time to come together with friends and family to celebrate all we are thankful for. . .

Extremely progressive family members can be triggered easily by things like Christianity, traditional values and meat eating. The liberal family member can be a real spoiler for holiday traditions and good tidings.

Watch: Dem Rep Tries to Use Baby Jesus to Savage DHS Secretary

Rep. Luis Gutierrez went on a minutes-long tirade against DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen Thursday in which he not only called her a liar, but also compared President Trump to the biblical King Herod, who tried to murder baby Jesus.

The Bible tells how, following Jesus’ birth, Mary and Joseph were told to flee to Egypt to avoid Herod’s murderous intent. According to Gutierrez, had Trump been running things in Egypt, Herod would have succeeded.

“Thank God that wall wasn’t there, and thank God there wasn’t an administration like this, or he would have perished … on the Day of Innocents, when Herod ordered the murder of every child under two years of age,” Gutiérrez said. “Maybe I haven’t gone a lot to Bible school, but I know that part.”

ome version of this analogy has been used before in the immigration fight. If you don’t agree with the farthest-left immigration or refugee policy in the debate, it goes, then you would have mistreated baby Jesus and His family, and you should be ashamed of yourself. It substitutes emotion and shame for a substantive argument based on the facts.

So let’s look at those facts, shall we? The whole thing is pretty flimsy.

In a following question from a Republican member of the committee, Secretary Nielsen was asked whether or not Jesus’ family would qualify for asylum under our current laws and policies. Her answer was yes.

And she’s right. Mary and Joseph weren’t fleeing because the Egyptian job market was better than the one in Galilee or because Nazarene organized crime was such a problem. The holy family had legitimate fear of individual persecution based on the fact that the local puppet king was plotting a mass infanticide in his efforts to kill their baby.

Even if there were no difference whatsoever between U.S. immigration laws and those of first-century Egypt, and even if a wall ran from the shores of the Mediterranean to the Red Sea, Mary and Joseph could simply have followed the law and applied for asylum at a legal port of entry.

Furthermore, scripture and tradition say nothing about Mary and Joseph breaking any laws or joining a caravan of other migrants bent on violating Egypt’s laws and assaulting agents of its government.

So, yes, the comparison falls apart pretty quickly, but that’s what happens when you try to use Christ’s birth as a shoddy emotional political chip.

And before we go, does anyone else find a congressman with a 100 percent Planned Parenthood score viciously moralizing about the martyrdom of the Holy Innocents a bit despicable? (For more from the author of “Watch: Dem Rep Tries to Use Baby Jesus to Savage DHS Secretary” please click HERE)

MSNBC Rolls out Sexist, Anti-Christian Smears Against Female Trump Employees

MSNBC is on a roll this week with ignorant, sexist attacks against high-ranking women in the Trump administration. First, Rachel Maddow featured an entire segment slamming new Justice Department spokeswoman Kerri Kupec for graduating from Liberty University Law School. Why? Because the school is too Christian for the progressive cable news host.

Then, on “Meet the Press,” Chuck Todd bullied Bettina Inclan, a Hispanic working mom of two who just landed the prominent role of spokeswoman for NASA. Her mother—yes, her mother—apparently said some problematic things.

Inclan and Kupec are young women who rose to the top of their fields, heading communications shops for massive government agencies. (Full disclosure: I worked with Kupec in her previous role as legal communications director of Alliance Defending Freedom.) If these women were liberal, it’s more than likely that social justice warriors and self-proclaimed feminists would be praising their accomplishments. But because these women happen to work for the Trump administration, MSNBC hosts think it’s fair game to mock them.

“We’ve got a new Justice Department spokesperson who’s from Liberty University, and Liberty University was founded by a televangelist so that your Christian child wouldn’t be corrupted by actual higher education,” Maddow said on the NBC podcast, “Why Is This Happening? With Chris Hayes. “And now that’s the spokesperson for the Justice Department. These things add up. They have real results in the world.”

She continued: “Is there going to be a backlash to that? Is there going to be a resurgent intellectualism in hard-line conservatism that isn’t the kind of white supremacist stuff that we’re seeing, which is the pseudo-intellectual stuff?”

‘Home Alone’ Fans Uncover Peculiar, ‘Over the Top’ Detail in 1990 Holiday Hit

In the eyes of “Home Alone” fans, the 1990 Christmas hit can do no wrong. But some did recently uncover a wild detail that previously went unnoticed: very serious red and green decor. . .

“Can we talk about the McAllister’s house in Home Alone for a second? Like, of COURSE you’re going to be a target for Christmas bandits if your house is ENTIRELY Christmas themed! Okay, yes, they have a lot of Christmas decorations up, but that is JUST THE START…” Reilly wrote in a tweet, which has since been shared by nearly 2,000 people. . .

Reilly then began posting scenes from the film, proving there was a bit of red and white — or another type of Christmas pattern — visible in each room of the house. The Victorian wallpaper in the hallway, for example, was red. And the archway of the front door was painted green.

. . .

“Yes, it’s the 90s, but who has a green LANDLINE PHONE? With red, white and green wallpaper? And red flowers hanging from the bed above red pillows? Did they cast Catherine O’Hara purely because of her red hair? This goes all the way to the top…” Reilly pointed out.

Video Captures Retired Marine Taking Robber’s Gun, Beating Him With It

By The Daily Caller. A would-be armed robber picked on the wrong bartender early Tuesday morning when he tried to rob an Altoona, Pennsylvania, bar only to be disarmed and beaten with his own gun.

The yet-unidentified black male suspect walked into Ajay’s Bar around 1 a.m. Tuesday morning, armed and demanding money from the bartender, WTAJ reported.

Surveillance video posted by Liveleak shows the bartender going to get the money, followed by the suspect. But as he was about to hand over the cash, the bartender — who happened to be a “highly trained” former Marine Corps combat veteran — promptly disarmed the would-be robber.

A shot was fired toward the ceiling before the bartender hit the suspect in the head with his own weapon, which police say had actually been reported stolen months earlier.

Bar Robber Stopped by Retired Marine Veteran

By WTAJ. Police are looking for a suspect who attempted to rob a local bar, but was stopped by their bartender.

Altoona police say a suspect came to Ajays Bar about 1 a.m. this morning with a gun and demanded money. That’s when the bartender, a retired marine Corp combat veteran, stepped in.

Police say the suspect pointed the gun at the bartender demanding cash from the register. The bartender then went to get the money, and as he was handing it to the suspect, the bartender disarmed them. That’s when a single shot was fired towards the ceiling of the bar. The bartender then proceeded to hit the suspect in the back of the head with the gun and punch them repeatedly in the face.

“I am very familiar with him. He is highly trained. The suspect definitely picked the wrong guy to mess with,” said Sgt. Matt Plummer, Altoona Police Department. (Read more from “Bar Robber Stopped by Retired Marine Veteran” HERE)
