A Former FBI Agent Battling Deputy Director McCabe Said There Is a ‘Cancer’ Inside the FBI

When the FBI launched an investigation into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, one of the bureau’s top former counterterrorism agents believed that FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe would have to recuse himself from the investigation.

Former Supervisory Special Agent Robyn Gritz was one of the bureau’s top intelligence analysts and terrorism experts but resigned from the bureau five years ago after she said she was harassed and her career was blocked by top FBI management. She filed a formal sexual discrimination complaint against the bureau in 2013 and it was Flynn, among many others, who publicly came to her aide . . .

A 16-year veteran with outstanding work performance reviews and accomplishments, Gritz alleges McCabe, along with other senior management, made it impossible for her to do her job and obstructed her ability to move up the ranks.

She eventually filed an Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint [EEOC] in 2013 for sexual discrimination and a hostile work environment against McCabe and other superiors. In 2012 she received the only negative review in her career with the FBI, and it was conducted by the same supervisor she had named in her EEOC.

She told Circa, current senior level management, including McCabe, created a “cancer like” bureaucracy striking fear into FBI agents and causing others to resign. Shark Spotted Swimming Near Man Trying to Escape Police Custody

A North Carolina man allegedly attempted to elude police on Wednesday by diving into the ocean and swimming away — but unknowingly he was just feet away from a shark while trying the brazen escape.

Zachary Kingsbury, 20, was pulled over for a traffic stop just before 5 p.m. in Surf City, according to WECT.

He allegedly tried to escape when officers spotted illegal contraband inside the vehicle and asked him to exit the car. Kingsbury jumped into the ocean and began swimming away, leading to an hours-long standoff, officials said.

Within an hour, Kingsbury was reportedly 4,000 feet from the shore, and the Surf City Police Department launched a drone to track the escapee . . .

Texas Woman’s Gospel Performance at Harvey Shelter Goes Viral

A Texas woman’s gospel performance inside a shelter for Tropical Storm Harvey evacuees has gone viral after the impromptu performance lifted the spirits of people stranded away from home.

Although it is difficult to understand the full extent of damage from the monster storm until flood waters fully recede, at least 10,000 people have been rescued, more than 30,000 are in shelters and 20 people are reported dead.

Part of the 21-minute long performance was posted on Facebook by Joni Villemez-Comeaux, a volunteer at the Lone Star Convention and Expo Center north of Houston in Conroe. The video has been viewed over seven million times.

Victoria White, who works as an admissions counselor at Sam Houston State University, belted out songs with a few other evacuees, at one point singing “Spirit Break Out,” which was widely shared on social media. (Read more from “Texas Woman’s Gospel Performance at Harvey Shelter Goes Viral” HERE)

Unmasked: 11 Antifa Mugshots Guaranteed to Make Your Blood Boil

Berkeley Police released mugshots Tuesday of 11 of the 13 persons arrested at Sunday’s violent political riots in the California university town . . .

The rallies Sunday saw approximately 4,000 Antifa agitators and other leftists shut down a “No to Marxism” rally and prayer vigil being held by about 400 conservative Christians. The leftists took over Martin Luther King Jr. Park near the University of California Berkeley campus and beat several of the anti-Marxist protesters.

One officer was injured while making an arrest, and several others were struck with paint and bottles.

The San Francisco Chronicle, a mainstream, left-leaning newspaper, had reporters on the scene Sunday and described the rally as follows, referring to the Antifa crowd as anarchists:

“The masked counterprotesters, often referred to as antifa or antifascists, significantly outnumbered the people who had come for the rally, many of whom wore red clothing indicating support for President Trump. The anarchists chased away the right-wingers, and in one case four or five pummeled a man with fists and sticks before a radio host for Reveal, Al Letson, jumped in to shield the victim. Hurricane Survivor Rips CNN for ‘Exploiting’ Flood Victims

The desperation in Houston is heartbreaking and palpable after Hurricane Harvey’s devastation and flooding, and a stunning CNN interview with a flood victim is leaving many viewers in horror at the distressing circumstances there Tuesday.

A Houston mother who fled Hurricane Harvey and rising water in her home managed to reach a shelter Tuesday with her young daughter, a child who appears to be about 9 years old.

When CNN reporter Rosa Flores spotted the mother, Danielle, she asked how the family ended up at the shelter. That’s when Danielle explained that she and her daughter had been waiting for someone to rescue them from their home, but no one showed up. So they braved the floods and managed to get to a nearby gas station, where a rescuer arrived and helped them out.

“We had been there for five days with no food, no lights, and nobody came,” Danielle explained. “We [had to] go through four feet of water to get them food on the first day. Yeah, that’s a lot of s–t.”

Houston Rescues Show Texans Helping Texans

In times like these, some of the most incredible footage we’ve been seeing are these rescue videos . . .

Incredible video from a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter showing crews airlifting people and animals affected by the flooding.

Trump Fires Back at the ‘Fake News’ Media

The Daily Signal’s Facebook Live show “Top 10” features the top news stories of the week, many of which often go underreported by the mainstream media. This week, President Donald Trump fired back at the “fake news” media for complaining about the different tones he used in his back-to-back speeches.

Hillary Clinton is still in the news and she’s complaining about losing the election in her new book “What Happened.” ESPN mixed sports and politics when it asked a radio announcer to switch games because of his name—Robert Lee. While many football players protest the national anthem, Jacksonville elementary students showed a true act of patriotism.

Video of Shooting of Barcelona Terrorist ‘Beyond Freaky’

Spain became the latest European country to experience the evils of terrorism this week, as 16 people were killed in three separate terror attacks, 13 of them on the street when a van plowed into a crowd in Barcelona. Even then, things could have been much worse; CNN reported explosives that could have been used to amplify the destruction the terrorist caused.

Now, video has emerged of what one of the attackers did during the attack in the city of Cambrils, and it’s beyond evil.

According to the New York Post, the video shows the man getting up and taunting police after he was shot, smiling and yelling all the while.

The video was taken by Fitzroy Davies, a judo instructor who witnessed the attack in the Catalonian beachside town.

“It was like watching a horror film, particularly when he jumped back up after being shot and started laughing at the police,” Davis told the Express and Star. “I can’t get that out of my mind. He must have been on something after taking that many shots.”

The video is below. Warning: It is extremely violent.

“We were sitting at the beach bar having something to eat when some girls ran in with fear on their faces and I saw people running down the street,” Davies said. “I got up and saw a guy standing on the grass at the edge of the beach about 25 feet away. He had something that looked silvery over his body which could have been a suicide vest and was holding something in his hand. I don’t know what it was but it did the job. It made everybody fearful and people started running away but I didn’t.”

Davies said that there were 10 shots, but even that couldn’t take down the terrorist — whose other-worldly, evil behavior could only be described with the word “satanic.”

“They were backing off and he was smiling at them as he charged towards them. He was behaving strangely, like he was on drugs,” Davies said. “Ranting and raving as he went up and down the street. Then they fired again and he fell down. This time he stayed down.”

The gunman was one of five individuals killed by police in the attacks in Cambrils, which killed one civilian.

This is a kind of evil that Europe has seen far too often these past few years. Sadly, Spain isn’t even the latest terror attack to hit the continent. Saturday morning, at least two were killed in the Finnish city of Turku after an 18-year-old Moroccan man stabbed them in what police are calling a terrorist incident.

If Europe cannot find a way to secure itself from the scourge of terrorism, the visage of evil will make itself known a lot more frequently — and likely in a more deadly fashion than we saw this week. CNN Made a Very Bizarre Comparison to the Barcelona Attack, and Got Torched for It

Viewers were astounded and confused at the bizarre comparison CNN’s Wolf Blitzer made during the cable network’s coverage of the terrible terrorist attack in Barcelona Thursday.

Jim Sciutto seemed to make the attempt to tie the attack in Barcelona to that in Charlottesville by white supremacist at an “alt-right” rally against left-wing counter-protesters.

“But the final point I would make, Wolf, is just this note,” Schiutto said, “that in light of the uproar of the last several days, 5 days apart you have a white supremacist in Charlottesville use a vehicle to kill, and here you have attackers at least following the modus operandi of terrorists, using vehicles apparently to kill as well” . . .

Some took to twitter to criticize Blitzer for offering that terrorists in Europe might have been somehow inspired by the white supremacist attack in Virginia.
