Clinton Takes Tough Shot at Obama [+video]

1402956532996.cachedDeep in the transcript of the interview ABC’s David Muir conducted with Hillary Clinton yesterday comes an indirect but very tough shot at the man she worked for and hopes to replace. In the course of answering a question about her mother, Clinton described her mother’s difficult upbringing and praised her for her hard work. Her mother’s experience, she said, and those struggling to get ahead today, inspire her presidential run.

“I’m gonna fight for all the people like my mother who need somebody in their corner,” Clinton said, before adding: “And they need a leader who cares about them again.”

Listen to the Bone-Chilling 911 Call That Has Police in One State on High Alert [+video]

history-of-police-lights-and-sirens-the-terrifying-duo-that-scares-away-criminals-42394_1As police patrol Aurora, Colo., this week, they do so wondering who among the people they see is the caller who used the 911 emergency line Sunday to issue threats against police.

“It’s time that you guys know we are no longer playing around with the police departments. Aurora and Denver, we are about to start striking fear shooting down all cops that we see by their selves,” said the caller. “This will go for the sheriff’s department. You guys are evicting innocent people. Let us catch you by yourself and it’s shots fired.”

A warning sent to Denver-area law enforcement agencies on Monday said the caller was using a disconnected Cricket cell phone. The male caller appeared to be attempting to disguise his voice, or may have used a recording, the warning said.

Four hours after the chilling call, Aurora officers were called to a scene, then shot at. It remained unclear Tuesday whether the incidents were related.

“Because of that, we are vigilant in what we do,” Aurora Police Association President Bob Wesner said. “Officers will be riding two people to a car so that we can keep officers safe on the street.”

“I’m not surprised by the call. People make threats to police all the time, but very rarely do we get anything involving folks wanting to shoot at the police,” Wesner said. (Read more from “Listen to the Bone-Chilling 911 Call That Has Police in One State on High Alert” HERE)

Watch: Trump Just Hit Obama Right Where It Hurts in 14 Seconds

Donald-Trump-Quits-Celebrity-Apprentice-to-Run-for-US-President-476240-2Donald Trump posted a new video on Instagram Wednesday hitting the Obama administration over the Iranian nuclear deal, which the presidential candidate describes as “terrible.”

The video begins with audio from President Obama announcing the deal as: “A powerful display of American leadership and diplomacy shows what we can accomplish when we lead from a position of strength. Iran could move closer to a nuclear bomb.” (See video below).

Photos appear of the four U.S. hostages held by Iran: Christian pastor Saeed Abedini, former Marine Amir Hekmati, Washington Post Iran Bureau Chief Jason Rezaian and retired FBI Agent Robert Levinson.

A terrible deal with Iran!

Trump told Sean Hannity after the deal was announced in July that if he had been negotiating it, release of the prisoners would have been a prerequisite to even starting the talks.

The author of the 1980s runaway New York Times bestseller “The Art of the Deal” said with the United States having the leverage of tens of billions in frozen funds Iran wanted, negotiating a good deal would have been “such simple thing to do.” He added, “The whole thing is a disgrace that a deal like this could be signed…This is amateur night, I’ve never seen anything like it.” (Read more from “Watch: Trump Just Hit Obama Right Where It Hurts in 14 Seconds” HERE)

Watch: Fox News Contributor Just Made a Jaw-Dropping Statement About Ben Carson and Republicans

drbencarsonWhile Donald Trump continues to devour the lion’s share of Republican presidential primary coverage, polling results have charted impressive gains for a number of other candidates.

As CNN reported this week, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson has more than tripled his favorability rating since his performance in the first primary debate. In a recent Monmouth University poll, Carson is positioned firmly in second place.

Though he still trails Trump by more than 10 points, he is ahead of the poll’s third-place finishers – Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz – by a double-digit margin. Analyzing Carson’s gains in a panel discussion on The Five, Fox News contributor Geraldo Rivera ruffled some feathers by chalking the black candidate’s success up to Republican voters struggling with white guilt.

Watch: Trump Security Detail Makes Headlines, Just Like the Candidate

120104_donald_trump_reuters_328Bodyguard Keith Schiller gives new meaning to being Donald Trump’s right-hand man.

The towering head of Trump’s personal security team got off a spinning right cross to the head of a protester outside Trump Tower on Thursday in a scuffle that’s become the latest flash point in the slugfest between Latinos and the billionaire presidential candidate.

The melee, caught on camera, led to news coverage of the emotional fallout of Trump’s comments about Mexican immigrants. But the incident also revealed a reality of U.S. presidential campaigns: Candidates are largely responsible for their own protection at this early stage in the election cycle.

Schiller has become the face, and knuckles, of that reality. Two weeks ago, Schiller stepped between his boss and Univision anchor Jorge Ramos during a news conference and physically ejected the influential journalist after Trump grew irritated by Ramos’s questioning.

The tactics of Trump’s team have begun to draw scrutiny among the professionals who, if the brash New Yorker continues to lead the GOP field, could take over his security detail in a few months. (Read more from “Trump Security Detail Makes Headlines, Just Like the Candidate” HERE)

Nation of Islam Leader: The American System Must Be Taken Down [+video]

Minister-Louis-FarrakhanFriday in Cleveland, OH at a “Justice Or Else!” rally for “10.10.15,” the 20th anniversary of The Million Man March gathering being held in Washington, D.C. on October 10, 2015, Louis Farrakhan said for real racial justice to occur the way God intended the whole American system “has to be taken down” as evidenced by President Barack Obama being elected and still not being able to change anything.

Farrakhan discussed the case in Cleveland on November 29, 2012 after a 25-minute high speed car chase, 13 police officers fired 137 rounds into the car killing Melissa Williams and the driver Timothy Russell.

Farrakhan said, “No man has the right to take your life and then deny you due process for the address of your grievances. I watched that judge with Melissa Williams Mr. Russell. Shot at a vehicle a 137 times. That’s a hell of a lot of shooting. Now these people are supposed to be marksmen. Any of you that hunt when you go to hunt a deer, when you get him in your site you know exactly where to put the bullet so it drops him. And as he’s bleeding out you catch him, go get it because you are going to eat him. But if you shot him a 137 times ant no sense in trying to eat that one.” (Read more from “Nation of Islam Leader: The American System Must Be Taken Down” HERE)

Video Shows Man With ‘Hands in the Air’ Being Shot by Police

Authorities in Texas are examining two videos recorded by bystanders that show sheriff’s deputies in Bexar County, Texas, shooting and killing a man.

One four-minute video has been made public by a San Antonio television station that acquired it from the man who recorded it Friday. It is shot from a distance and it appears Gilbert Flores has at least one hand in the air (the other cannot be seen) when he is shot.

The other video has not been released by police. Bexar County District Attorney Nicholas LaHood told CNN the video is “a better view to make an assessment on what happened. It is a closer view and a better angle.”

The incident comes at a time when law enforcement officers are under scrutiny for how and when they resort to lethal force. The killings of several individuals by police over the past year have heightened tensions with the communities they serve, especially among minorities.

Michael Thomas said the scrutiny of officer-involved shootings is the reason he recorded the first video on his cell phone from the driver’s seat of his car. (Read more from “Video Shows Man With ‘Hands in the Air’ Being Shot by Police” HERE)

Why Jeb’s Flip-Flopping Charges Against Trump May Flop [+videos]

trump_y_bush.jpg_1718483346Facing a barrage of attacks from Donald Trump, Jeb Bush is going nuclear on the Republican presidential front-runner by trying to paint him as a closeted liberal. A web video released Tuesday by the former Florida governor splices old clips of Trump expressing liberal positions.

The flip-flopper charge has been devastating to some past presidential candidates. But experts in the political science of flip-flopping doubt Jeb’s attacks will damage Trump.

“It wouldn’t surprise me if these attacks are less effective than you’d think,” said political scientist Robert Van Houweling, who co-authored a 2012 paper with Michael Tomz about the effects of “political repositioning” on voting. “He’s moving towards the primary electorate and a lot of people in the primary electorate will welcome that.”

Bush’s video features Trump calling himself pro-choice in 1999, identifying “more as a Democrat” in 2004 and praising Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton while she was a senator from New York. The video emphasizes Trump’s statements that he’s from New York . . .

Trump responded by assailing Bush for a “flailing campaign” and reiterating in two follow-up tweets his claim that the Floridian is beholden to his donors. Later Tuesday he posted an Instagram video with 2013 footage of a Jeb speech honoring Hillary Clinton’s public service.

No more Clintons or Bushes!

Watch: Black Marine GOES off on Black Lives Matter With Message Facebook Is Trying to Silence

SONY DSCA former Marine is lashing out against the “Black Lives Matter” movement in an extensive but passionate video that is making the rounds on YouTube and has been picked up by several online media outlets.

“This ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement only promotes racism,” argued Michael Whaley, 27. “And now they’re encouraging black people to go and kill white people, because they want white people to feel what we felt 400 years ago. Newsflash: Were you living 400 years ago? Nope.”

So how’re you gonna let something in the past, that you never existed, that you were never born in affect how you live your life today? [To] have that much influence over you today?

All lives matter. That police officer that got killed by that black man because that black man listened to what y’all were saying about going out and killing white people. That police officer’s life mattered. That 9-year-old girl in Ferguson, Mo., that got shot in the head while she was doing her homework in a drive-by shooting that none of y’all protested — her life mattered.

Whaley was referring to Harris County, Texas, Sheriff’s Deputy Darren Goforth, who was fatally shot Friday, USA Today noted. Shannon J. Miles, the alleged shooter in the crime, has been charged with capital murder.

The “All Lives Matter” activist then referenced Jamyla Bolden, who was killed by an errant bullet on August 18. Suspect De’Eris Brown has been charged with second-degree murder, two counts of unlawful use of a weapon and three counts of armed criminal action in relation to the shooting, the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported. The outlet pointed out that the bullet also struck Bolden’s mother, injuring her leg. Virginia Killer Wrote Disgusting Notes on This Subject [+video]

bridgewater31n-1-webVester Lee Flanagan lamented shortly before gunning down two journalists on live TV that his glory days as a $2,000-a-night male escort were behind him, stunning new documents reveal.

The typed and handwritten letters, as well as photographs, driver’s licenses and student IDs, were shown to the Daily News by one of Flanagan’s close friends, Robert Avent, who says he spoke to the calm and collected killer moments before he committed suicide as cops closed in on him last Wednesday.

The notes provide a new window into the megalomaniacal madman’s mental state as he made the decision to exact revenge for an unsuccessful career filled with perceived racial slights.

In the stream-of-consciousness-style letters Flanagan, 41, is alternately cheery, reflective, apologetic for any hurt he caused Avent and eager to reveal the “raw truth” that racist gunman Dylann Roof’s massacre of nine black churchgoers inspired his own decision to kill . . .

“I totally CANNOT score right now …,” Flanagan wrote. “And this is from a man who used to be paid hundreds an HOUR to sleep with men…one was a hot YOUNG guy in SF…he once asked, ‘Can I f— you?’ He offered to give me $1,000…I playfully said, ‘No.’ Well, he gave me 2k.” (Read more from “Virginia Killer Wrote Disgusting Notes on This Subject” HERE)
