When Leaders Won’t Crack Down on Crime, Citizens Like the Texas Taco Guy Will

For years now, cities have failed to combat rising violent crime. Citizens are fed up and, as a result, are taking action. Such was the case in Houston this weekend when a customer at a taqueria shot and killed an armed robber.

Video footage of the late-night stick-up shows an armed man, clothed in a black ski mask, demanding wallets from diners. As the robber makes his rounds, a male customer in one of the booths can be seen reaching for his concealed handgun before firing nine times into the criminal’s back. Once he ensured the robber was disarmed of what was later reported to be an airsoft gun, the customer returned the other patrons’ stolen goods.

The mysterious vigilante disappeared from the taco shop before law enforcement could question him.

Texas law allows for the use of deadly force against a person committing or trying to commit robbery, aggravated robbery, and attempted murder, among other things. Whether the unnamed customer will be charged with a crime for stopping one, however — something Twitter users hotly debated over the weekend — remains to be seen.

This shooting, regardless of legality, is what happens when cities don’t crack down on crime. (Read more from “When Leaders Won’t Crack Down on Crime, Citizens Like the Texas Taco Guy Will” HERE)

More Than 16,000 People Have Gone Missing From One Mysterious Area of the U.S. Since 1988

The Alaska Triangle, or Alaskan Triangle, is a swath of land with an area of 32,000 square miles located between Utqiagvik, Anchorage, and Juneau, Alaska.

It consists of a variety of rough terrain like vast forests, frozen tundra, and icy mountains, making it extremely difficult to navigate.

Since 1988, over 16,000 people have disappeared without a trace when traveling through the area.

People go missing there at a rate of 4 out of every 1,000 travelers. This is more than twice the national average. The total number of people who were never found is even higher.

The disparity in the data indicates that there is something more sinister at plan than simply wandering off. The most notable disappearance is that of House Majority Leader, Hale Boggs.

The Democrats and Their FBI Gestapo Have Brought Nazism to America

There is no doubt about it

The alleged “January 6 insurrection” is entirely an orchestrated event. The presstitutes have given a completely fabricated account that bears zero relationship to what happened. This documentary by the Epoch Times, a new large online and print newspaper that is filling the role abandoned by the US media of objective reporting, is a font of truthful information backed up by visual evidence. Here are a few of the actual facts. The police behaved as thugs throughout. The police intentionally did their best to provoke a peaceful crowd to violence by shooting into their midst plastic grenades filled with plastic shrapnel. The police, if indeed they were police, broke every rule of police behavior in their efforts to provoke the crowd into violence. They were helped by provocateurs, none of whom have been arrested or questioned. These efforts had little success. So they then killed purely gratuitously two women. Ashley Babbitt was gratuitously murdered by a black police officer for no other reason than to produce the aura of violence that required deadly police force. Another women was murdered by black police as the documentary shows clearly. Neither of the women were doing anything to justify the use of death-dealing force against them. In neither case was there any investigation of the police use of excessive force. The Justice (sic) Department gave a free pass to the murderers. None of the required procedures that are required when people are killed by police were followed. In the case of Derick Chauvin they were excessively applied. We have a two-tiered system of justice in which the application of law depends on race.

The alleged “insurrection” was staged by the Democrats and the Gestapo security agencies that report to them in order to discredit Donald Trump and prevent the presentation to Congress of the evidence that Biden’s election was stolen. It was all carefully planned and organized, and the official narrative was provided to the presstitutes the minute the orchestration began.

The US Department of Justice is a co-conspirator in the plot. Justice (sic) department attorneys have lied in court before judges that police officers were killed by the alleged “Jan. 6 insurrectionists.” No police officers were killed. One died on Jan. 7 from natural causes as medical authorities determined. On the basis of totally false charges, hundreds of Trump supporters have been held in solitary confinement to extract plea bargains as there is no evidence of insurrection.

The Oath Keepers are accused of “seditious intent,” but there are three documented instances in which they went to the aid of the police. This is covered toward the end of the documentary.

The documentary is objective. Too objective in my opinion. It should have been an indictment of the terrifying Third Reich behavior of the Democrats and their Justice Department Brownshirts. The documentary is long–one hour and 40 minutes. But watch it, 15 minutes at a time if necessary. There is a revolution underway that is creating a situation for you that is far worst than life in the Third Reich. The documentary gives you a chance to become aware of the facts that your free society is being overthrown while you sit there watching a sitcom or a football game. There is no one but the people to do anything about it. If they cannot be bothered, they are acquiescing in the rise of tyranny.

Watch: The Real Story of January 6 | Documentary.

GOP Rep. Says McCarthy ‘Smugly Rejected’ Key Proposal That Would’ve Gotten Him 218 Votes; Here are the Major Concessions McCarthy Made to Win Speakership

By Daily Caller. Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado said Tuesday that Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California “smugly rejected” a “common sense” proposal that would have secured him the speakership on the first ballot.

“I have been working for months behind the scenes to create unity,” Boebert told “Special Report” host Bret Baier. “Just last night two colleagues and myself walked into Kevin McCarthy’s office and presented him a very common sense proposal, a deal that got him 218 votes, the gavel on the first ballot and he smugly rejected that.”

McCarthy failed to garner the 218 votes needed to become speaker in three ballots Tuesday, receiving 203 votes in the first two ballots, before Republican Rep. Byron Donalds of Florida switched his vote to Republican Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio on the third ballot, leaving the California Republican with 202. Democratic Rep. Hakeem Jeffries of New York secured 212 votes from Democrats in all three ballots.

“It was very common-sense things like putting forward a border security bill. Putting forward a term limits bill. Having a measure in place where any member of Congress who offers an amendment to reduce the federal debt, well, that’s made in order,” Boebert continued. (Read more from “GOP Rep. Here are the Costly Concessions McCarthy Made to Win House Speaker

By Brian Bushard. McCarthy, who won the speakership after 15 rounds of voting, agreed to vote separately on the 12 different appropriation bills—from agriculture to defense spending to transportation—rather than allow them to be bundled together into an end-of-year omnibus spending bill. . .

McCarthy also agreed to cap discretionary spending at the levels they were at the beginning of the Biden Administration for both defense and domestic spending, as part of a commitment to balance the federal budget within 10 years. . .

In response to a letter from GOP members, McCarthy also agreed to create a subcommittee on the “Weaponization of the Federal Government,” which would be tasked with probing the federal government’s information collection on private individuals as well as its ongoing criminal investigations, potentially including the Department of Justice’s probe into classified documents at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago estate. . .

In one of his biggest concessions, McCarthy agreed to lower the number GOP conference members needed to start a process of removing the speaker, known as a “motion to vacate,” from five to one—even though he previously said he wouldn’t budge on the number, and some Republicans worry it could bog down the House with weekly power struggles.

McCarthy also agreed to keep the Congressional Leadership Fund—a McCarthy affiliated super PAC—out of open House primary races for seats considered safe, and to appoint far-right House Freedom Caucus members to seats on the House Rules Committee.

Also: He promised to give House members 72 hours to review bills before they come to the floor, to require a vote to raise the federal debt limit and to hold votes on congressional term limits and a border security plan, multiple outlets reported. (Read more HERE)

Matt Gaetz Demands Probe Into ‘Squatter’ Kevin McCarthy for ‘Occupying’ Speaker’s Office: ‘How Long Will He Remain?’

By Mediaite. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) wrote a letter to the Capitol Architect on Tuesday complaining about Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) “occupying” the speaker’s office.

In his letter, Gaetz noted McCarthy had failed earlier in the day to win the gavel after three rounds of voting and accused him of being a “squatter.” . . .

McCarthy’s bid for speaker was largely set back by Gaetz, who is among a group of far-right Republicans who vowed to oppose him for months. He will presumably try again to reach a majority Wednesday when the House reconvenes for more voting. White House Pressed Facebook To Censor Tucker Carlson, Document Reveals

By Daily Caller. The White House pressed Facebook to censor Fox News host Tucker Carlson for saying “vaccines” “don’t work,” according to a document released by Republican Attorney General Jeff Landry of Louisiana.

“Since we’ve been on the phone – the top post about vaccines today is [T]ucker Carlson saying they don’t work. Yesterday it was Tomi Lehren [sic] saying she won’t take one,” White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty reportedly said in an April 14, 2021 email to an unidentified Facebook employee, which was posted on Twitter by Landry.

Landry along with Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt sued the Biden administration in federal court on May 5, claiming that members of the administration colluded with social media companies to suppress debate on the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues. The court ordered the Biden administration to turn over communications between officials and the tech companies in July.

Rumble CEO Says Something ‘Really Nefarious’ Was Going On With YouTube Censoring Conservatives Around Election

By Fox News. Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski is taking on Big Tech censorship with his rapidly expanding video platform which has emerged as a popular alternative to YouTube since going public last Fall.

In the latest episode of “Tucker Carlson Today,” Pavlovski sat down with the Fox News host to discuss his commitment to protecting free speech and why he believes that mission has driven his company toward success as creators continue to upload their content to the fast-growing platform.

In a preview of the interview that aired on Fox News Channel Thursday, Pavlovski, a Canadian who described himself as not particularly political, recalled getting a phone call from then-ranking Member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes, who inquired about the features of little-known website. After learning about the details of Rumble, Nunes decided to upload his video podcast to the platform.

“Next thing you know, within a couple of months, he gets a couple of hundred thousand subscribers on his Rumble channel. Meanwhile, on YouTube and he’s been on there for four years…he only has 10,000,” Pavlovski said. . .

“You can call it whatever you want. Censorship, shadow-banning…the fact that an elected official could get significantly more subscribers on a platform that no one’s ever heard of in two months, and he can’t get more than 12,000 in four years on YouTube, that’s a problem,” the Rumble CEO observed. Pro-Football Player Who Called For COVID Jab Resisters to Be Jailed Found Dead

Another young man, a pro football player who denounced opponents of the experimental COVID-19 shots during the pandemic, has been found dead.

Hundreds of young athletes, mostly men, have reported heart malfunctions, sometimes fatal, during their sports activities. Many, many more have simply died.

Such appears to be the case for Uche Nwaneri, 38, who played for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League.

He had adopted an extreme position on the COVID shots, demanding “jail” for anyone who refused corporate or government mandates to be part of the experiments.

Now LifeSiteNews reports he was found “unresponsive” in his home Dec. 30 in Indianapolis, Indiana, by his wife, and an autopsy report said there were “no signs of foul play.”

Preliminary results suggest “a possible heart attack, pending toxicology results,” the report said. (Read more from “Pro-Football Player Who Called For COVID Jab Resisters to Be Jailed Found Dead” HERE)

With New Alzheimer’s Drug, Biden FDA Is Not Following the Science

. . .That is why the recently released results of an investigation by two House of Representatives committees into the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of Aduhelm, a drug to treat Alzheimer’s disease, are perplexing. It found that despite significant uncertainty about whether the expensive drug worked to slow or reverse patients’ symptoms, the FDA’s process for approving it was “rife with irregularities.” It concluded that the agency’s actions “raise serious concerns about FDA’s lapses in protocol.”

The report illustrates that the FDA is having problems threading the needle between Type I and Type II errors. As a longtime veteran of the agency and the author of a favorably received book about it, I can bring some insight into the issue. Here’s the bottom line: The FDA is not following the science.

I spent 15 years as the FDA’s “biotechnology czar” at a time when many of the biopharmaceutical companies were small startups needing guidance as they negotiated the regulatory maze. However, the agency’s recent involvement with biotechnology company Biogen, the manufacturer of Aduhelm, went far beyond “guidance” and was highly unusual in many ways.

At the FDA’s urging, the drug was resurrected three months after the company had canceled clinical trials because the drug appeared not to work. Subsequent developments over the next year were marked by at least 115 meetings, calls, and email exchanges between the company and the FDA, according to the report from the Oversight and Reform and Energy and Commerce committees.

Regulators assumed a major role in rebooting the company’s narrative and the effort to get the drug approved, even though there were substantial reservations about the effectiveness of the drug among several factions within the FDA, especially its statisticians, and even within Biogen. Why Did Congress Remove Language From the Defense Bill Protecting Military Kids From Trans Insanity?

Schools servicing military kids are targeting parents and teachers alike who question administrators’ sexual agendas, and Congress chose to let it continue in the defense bill just signed into law over Christmas.

In November, a concerned mom posted on social media her shock at seeing “artwork” in the entrance of an elementary school that caused her 7-year-old to ask her what “polysexual” meant. The response was swift, but not in the way you might expect: An Army officer at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey called state and local law enforcement and used base security forces to monitor the supposedly unsafe situation she had created in the school district where more than half of the students are children of active-duty military personnel.

Another case from this year: A teacher at an on-base, non-Department of Defense (DOD) school who refused to use a student’s “preferred” name was consequently disciplined by the school. Such forced political ideology isn’t isolated to non-DOD schools that serve military bases; it’s also happening in federally run Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) schools, which are schools expressly created for the children of military personnel.

Thankfully, several members of Congress have stepped up to draw attention to the political indoctrination that has infiltrated DODEA. Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., introduced the Servicemember Parents Bill of Rights, which was included in its entirety in the first House-passed version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2023.

Unfortunately, the final language agreed upon by the House and Senate and signed into law by President Joe Biden on Dec. 23 was significantly watered down — and it requires no change in practice or acknowledgment of wrongdoing by DODEA. As Republicans Launch New Legal Strikes, Arizona’s Largest County Says 4,849 Ballots Not Counted

Arizona Republican candidates Abe Hamadeh and Kari Lake have launched new legal maneuvers to contest the November election as the state’s largest county gave its most detailed explanation to date on why it did not count more than 4,800 provisional ballots cast two months ago.

Hamadeh, the GOP’s attorney general nominee. on Tuesday filed a motion for a new trial after a Mohave County Superior Court judge dismissed his and the Republican National Committee’s election challenge just before Christmas.

While Hamedeh lost Dec. 23, he forced into public new evidence of voting problems in Pinal County that even Arizona’s new Democrat secretary of state concedes was troubling. That new evidence is one focus of his request for a new trial.

“Today, I am filing a ‘Motion for New Trial’ after the shocking revelations from the recount,” Hamadeh tweeted Tuesday. “It’s simple, if the judge allows us to inspect and count the ballots – we win. Kris Mayes will either resign or be removed from office. Count the votes accurately.” . . .

Regarding the vote count discrepancy, Hamadeh told Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk on The Charlie Kirk Show, that the judge in his case “was pushed around by the secretary of state, Katie Hobbs’, and Kris Mayes’ legal teams. That’s what I mean when I say I give Democrats credit. They intimidated this judge. They basically withheld information. They snookered him.” (Read more from “As Republicans Launch New Legal Strikes, Arizona’s Largest County Says 4,849 Ballots Not Counted” HERE)

Following Damar Hamlin’s Freak Collapse, It’s the Mindlessly Obedient Vaccine Fanatics Who Are Truly Cruel

At the same time the perpetual lockdown lovers and “vaccine” fanatics were once again shouting about “THE SCIENCE” following the on-field collapse of Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin on Monday, I was noticing the uncanny similarity that those hateful nags have with some of the people in the newish docu-series “Don’t Pick Up the Phone.”

The Netflix production revisits the shocking series of events entailing a man’s phone calls to dozens of fast food joints wherein he convinced employees to humiliate and sexually violate other staff members and customers in the restaurant. Typically, he would tell a manager he was a detective or police officer and that he had received a complaint that one of the workers on duty had stolen money from a customer. He would say that either the accused staffer could consent to a strip search, administered by the manager, or there would have to be an arrest.

It remains a confounding mystery that those who received the calls willingly followed orders to perform cavity searches on coworkers right there in the restaurant, with no proof that they were talking to legit law enforcement — obviously he wasn’t — and no hesitation as to whether it felt wrong. But one theory that a psychologist interviewed for the show proposed was the phenomenon recreated by social scientist Stanley Milgram in the 1960s. In a series of experiments, Milgram instructed participants to quiz actors who were hooked up to a shock machine, and each time an actor answered a question wrongly, the participant was to administer a painful zap (which wasn’t real — but the participants thought it was).

“Stark authority was pitted against the subjects’ strongest moral imperatives against hurting others, and, with the subjects’ ears ringing with the screams of the victims, authority won more often than not,” Milgram wrote. He concluded that “the extreme willingness of adults to go to almost any lengths on the command of an authority constitutes the chief finding of the study and the fact most urgently demanding explanation.” (Read more from “Following Damar Hamlin’s Freak Collapse, It’s the Mindlessly Obedient Vaccine Fanatics Who Are Truly Cruel” HERE)
