Research published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology has found that one common household drink could be the secret to a longer life. . .

Surprisingly, experts say that drinking tea can help people live longer.

The study, analysed more than 100,000 people with a history of cancer, heart attack or stroke.

They split the study into two groups: those that drank tea three or more times a week, and those who did not.

Biden called into Al Roker’s coverage of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, when the host wanted Biden’s “message to the American folks on this day.”

“My message is after two years, you’re back, America’s back, there’s nothing we’re unable to overcome, Al,” Biden said. “And you’re one of the reasons for that. You’re always up and moving.”

Roker thanked the 79-year-old and told him “Santa is coming,” to which the president replied, “I’m waiting for Santa.”

Biden Welcomed to Nantucket on Thanksgiving Day With the Middle Finger

By Breitbart. A Nantucket man reportedly gave President Joe Biden’s motorcade the middle finger as Biden made a stop on Thanksgiving during his stay at billionaire David Rubinstein’s compound.

Biden and first lady Jill greeted the U.S. Coast Guard members before retiring to their vacation home on Rubenstein’s island. Biden gave “challenge coins” to Coast Guard members as a way to commemorate their service.

The President said to Coast Guard members:

I’m not joking when I say I’m thankful for these guys – I’m thankful for them, and everybody, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I’ve watched them in the South China Sea, I’ve watched them in Afghanistan, Iraq. I’ve watched them in South America … Wherever they are.”

However, there was “one gentleman standing on his porch giving the middle finger to the presidential motorcade as we neared the coast guard station,” according to White House pool reporter Zolan Kanno-Youngs. Media’s Thanksgiving Advice: ’Report a Relative to the FBI’; Fauci Urges Americans to Use COVID as Excuse to Skip Thanksgiving With ‘Horrible Relatives’

“Maybe you’ll plant the seed, sow just a little doubt about whatever Tucker Carlson is saying now,” Molly Jong-Fast wrote. “Or maybe you’ll need to report a relative to the FBI!”

Jong-Fast described Thanksgiving as an invariably disappointing day that does not live up to the “hallmark-movie fantasy.” Jong-Fast’s best Thanksgiving, she wrote, was the one she spent in rehab when she was 19.

The writer rejected the idea that Thanksgiving should be a time of niceties, gratitude and harmony. Instead, she argued, readers should turn the holiday into an opportunity to tell their “creepy uncle” to get the vaccine or tell their aunt that her news sources are biased and unreliable. Her readers may be the only ones to tell their anti-vax cousin that the vaccine won’t make her infertile, Jong-Fast explains. Fauci Urges Americans to Use COVID as Excuse to Skip Thanksgiving With ‘Horrible Relatives’

82-Year-Old Motorist Out to ‘Pick up a Turkey’ Ahead of Thanksgiving Gets Surrounded, Severely Beaten by ATV Gang

An 82-year-old man who’s daughter said was out to “pick up a turkey” was surrounded and severely beaten in Boston last week by an ATV and dirt bike gang that numbered between 30 and 40 riders, WCVB-TV reported. . .

State police told WCVB that the ATV/dirt bike gang was on Boylston Street near Fenway Park last Thursday around 7:30 p.m. when the victim noticed the gang approaching him.

The gang then forced the victim upon a curb when some of the bikers smashed the windows of the victim’s car, the station said. . .

“He was going to pick up a turkey. That’s all he was doing. A simple errand at 7:30 at night,” the victim’s daughter told WCVB. “You wouldn’t think that it would be a dangerous time for someone to be out.”

The daughter added to the station that her dad “wasn’t doing anything wrong. He’s simply traveling somewhere, and then he gets attacked, and it’s heartbreaking for us to know that it’s not safe for our 82-year-old father to be out by himself. New Footage Catches Capitol Police Kicking Young Woman Who Died

Rosanne Boyland, 34, was identified long ago as one of those people who died during the violence – mostly vandalism – at the U.S. Capitol last Jan. 6.

One unarmed woman protesting the adoption of election results giving the White House to Joe Biden was shot and killed by a police officer, and several others had physical episodes triggered by natural causes.

And the story has been until now that Boyland reportedly first was “trampled to death by pro-Trump rioters,” or, in contradiction, died of a drug overdose.

Now a video clip that has become available shows she was kicked by police, and later died.

Major City Planning to Allow 800K Illegals Vote in Elections

The New York City Council plans to pass a bill that would authorize approximately 800,000 immigrants who are not citizens of the United States to vote in local elections.

The “Our City, Our Vote” legislation would ensure that migrants who hold green cards, migrants who maintain a legal work status in the United States, and DACA recipients are granted special voter registration forms that are used to obtain a local-only ballot at the polls.

“The legislation calls for training poll workers and community education campaigns to ensure every voter receives the correct ballot,” The New York Times reported.

Outgoing Democrat Mayor Bill de Blasio said he has “mixed feelings” about the legislation because it could dissuade migrants from obtaining citizenship, and he reaffirmed his belief that giving immigrants special voting privileges “has to be decided at state level, according to state law.” The veto-proof majority in the Council, however, plans to move forward with the bill on Dec. 9.

One councilman, Ydanis Rodriguez, told The New York Times that the bill is a good thing for Democrats who can use it to further the talking points claiming that “voting rights are being attacked” across the country. Everyone Was Wrong About Ivermectin

Health officials condemned ivermectin as a useless and even dangerous treatment for COVID-19. The media smeared the well-known and commonly used anti-parasitic drug as a “horse dewormer,” even though it has always been a human medicine as well. They mercilessly mocked people who thought the drug might help them.

But it turns out ivermectin can actually help certain people fight off COVID-19, according to science writer Scott Alexander.

In a lengthy blog post , Alexander took a deep dive into all available studies on ivermectin and whether it works against COVID-19. It’s worth reading in full, but I’ll highlight his main point: Ivermectin does work, albeit indirectly, especially in areas where parasitic and intestinal worms are common.

There’s a reason the most impressive ivermectin studies came from parts of the world where worms are prevalent, he says. Parasites suppress the immune system, making it more difficult for the human body to fight off viruses. Thus, getting rid of worm infections makes it easier for COVID-19 patients to bounce back from the virus.

If Alexander’s hypothesis is correct, he’s also right that everyone who hastily jumped to a conclusion about ivermectin was wrong. Ivermectin is not the COVID-19 cure that some made it out to be, but it’s also not useless in the fight against COVID-19 either. By The Blaze. Protesters angry that Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all criminal charges against him gathered in Chicago on Saturday and demanded a communist revolution.

Jesse Jackson and the Rainbow PUSH Coalition led the protest in downtown Chicago. Jackson called the Rittenhouse verdict a “major blow against justice and open season by the violence of right-wing military,” according to WBBM-TV. . .

Video taken from the rally showed demonstrators parading down Chicago streets with a large sign that read, “Rittenhouse—Guilty! Guilty! Guilty! No Facist USA. Organize Now For Real Revolution.” Another sign read, “End The Trump Era. Stop White Supremacy.” The crowd was chanting, “If we don’t get it— shut it down!” and “No Justice, No Peace!”

At one point during demonstrations, protesters began openly calling for a communist revolution.

“The only solution is communist revolution! The only solution is communist revolution! The only solution is communist revolution!” the crowd chanted. “That’s right! We need communism. That’s what we need. We need that! We need that, sister, we need that very much!”

Armed BLM Protesters Join Socialist Rally for ‘Justice’ in Kenosha

By Breitbart. A group of people armed with pistols and semi-automatic rifles joined a socialist group’s march in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Sunday. The protesters called for “justice” after a jury acquitted Kyle Rittenhouse on all charges on Friday.

A group of about 50 protesters gathered outside the Kenosha County Courthouse on Sunday to march against what they called an injustice in the decision by a jury to find Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all charges. The group gathered around the banner of the Party for Socialism and Liberation.

Joining the group was four armed individuals who said they were from Chicago. The group appeared to have crossed state lines to march with two semi-automatic rifles, and multiple handguns.

One of the armed protesters, Eric Jordan, came to the rally with his 16-year-old daughter, Jade. Both came to the protest armed with semi-automatic rifles. Eric also openly carried a pistol.

Eric Jordan told Breitbart News he came to provide security for the planned march in Kenosha. When asked if he expected resistance, Jordan responded saying, “Just be careful, we need everyone to get home safe.” He also indicated he is a veteran. OUTRAGEOUS: FDA Forces a Popular Baby Monitor off the Market — But Not Because It’s Unsafe

In yet another instance of the federal government’s war on parents, the Food and Drug Administration is cracking down on a popular baby monitoring device called the Owlet Smart Sock. While the agency’s concerns have nothing to do with the product’s safety, Owlet Baby Care has been forced to pull its device off the market.

The Owlet Smart Sock is a high-tech baby monitoring device that allows parents to track their baby’s sleep patterns, heart rate, and oxygen levels. Through a washable “sock” that easily wraps around the baby’s foot and connects to a wireless base, it alerts parents should their baby’s heart rate or oxygen levels get too high or too low. Parents can also monitor oxygen levels and sleep trends through Owlet’s free iOS and Android app.

That is, parents could do these things, prior to the FDA using its regulatory powers to ban parents from being able to purchase the high-tech baby monitoring device. In a warning letter dated Oct. 5, the FDA alleged Owlet was marketing its Smart Sock in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

The agency claims the sock is a medical device that requires premarket approval to sell in the United States because it is “intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, or to affect the structure or any function of the body.” Until Owlet obtains proper approval, the FDA ordered the company to stop selling the product or face “seizure, injunction, and civil money penalties.” (Read more from “The FDA Forces a Popular Baby Monitor off the Market — But Not Because It’s Unsafe” HERE)

Study: The Most Common Pain Relief Drug in the World Induces Risky Behavior

One of the most consumed drugs in the US – and the most commonly taken analgesic worldwide – could be doing a lot more than simply taking the edge off your headache, according to scientists.

Acetaminophen, also known as paracetamol and sold widely under the brand names Tylenol and Panadol, also increases risk-taking, according to a study published in 2020 that measured changes in people’s behavior when under the influence of the common over-the-counter medication.

“Acetaminophen seems to make people feel less negative emotion when they consider risky activities – they just don’t feel as scared,” neuroscientist Baldwin Way from The Ohio State University explained last year.

“With nearly 25 percent of the population in the US taking acetaminophen each week, reduced risk perceptions and increased risk-taking could have important effects on society.”

The findings add to a recent body of research suggesting that acetaminophen’s effects on pain reduction also extend to various psychological processes, lowering people’s receptivity to hurt feelings, experiencing reduced empathy, and even blunting cognitive functions.
