Parents Issue Dire Travel Warning After Daughters Die on Vacation: ‘Remove This Country From Your Bucket List’

The parents of two Australian teenagers who died in Laos last year have begged for Australians to remove the destination from their bucket lists.

Ahead of the anniversary of their daughters’ deaths, Holly Morton-Bowles and Bianca Jones’ parents slammed the Laos government as “corrupt” in an interview with the Herald Sun.

They also claimed there’s no evidence police have investigated the tragedy.

Best friends Holly and Bianca, both 19, were on the trip of a lifetime in the tourist town of Vang Vieng in November last year when they accidentally consumed methanol.

The pair died alongside four other tourists staying at the Nana Backpackers hostel.

The colorless, odorless poison can cause serious illness and can be fatal if just 0.85 fluid ounces are consumed.

WATCH: Mysterious “Crop Doodle” Baffles Farmers in Argentina

A strange pattern discovered in a wheat field in Argentina has left locals and experts scratching their heads, fueling theories ranging from artistic mischief to unexplained phenomena.

The unusual formation — described by witnesses as a “crop doodle” — appeared recently in a wheat field in Avellaneda, Argentina. The discovery was first reported by ELONCE, a local news outlet, after farmer Raúl Zamer was alerted by the property owner to strange lines etched into the crops.

Initially, Zamer suspected that a motorcyclist had driven through the field, creating the odd shapes. But when he arrived on-site, his theory quickly fell apart.

“It is impossible to run over a stubble of wheat and do something with that perfection,” Zamer told Cadena 3 Argentina, adding that even local experts he consulted were puzzled.

According to Zamer, the wheat in the affected area was “completely shelled” — not merely flattened as it would be by a vehicle or animal. The precision and pattern of the markings appeared far too deliberate and smooth to have been caused by ordinary means.

“There weren’t any footprints, tire marks, or signs of animals,” he explained. “It’s something very precise, impossible to do with a motorcycle or a dragged iron.”

Locals who visited the site speculated about what the design could represent. Some said the shape resembled the letter “R” — possibly referencing Raúl’s name — with a circle or figure beneath it. Others suggested it could be linked to natural phenomena, such as wind patterns or electromagnetic activity.

Videos of the mysterious formation quickly spread on social media, sparking comparisons to classic “crop circles” — geometric patterns that have long been associated with UFO lore and unexplained aerial activity.

While no official explanation has been confirmed, the incident has drawn curiosity from both agricultural specialists and paranormal enthusiasts.

‘Dismay And Disgust’: Federal Judge Rage Quits, Blasting ‘Existential Threat’ Trump Over ‘Angry Attacks On The Courts’

A Massachusetts-based federal judge publicized his abrupt departure from the bench after 40 years through an op-ed published Sunday by The Atlantic bemoaning President Donald Trump’s “angry attacks on the courts.”

Former U.S. District Judge Mark L. Wolf, 78, appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1985, officially tendered his resignation from the lifetime appointment Friday. The former senior judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts later wrote in The Atlantic he was “relinquishing” his longtime post, claiming the Trump administration’s “assault on the rule of law is so deeply disturbing to me that I feel compelled to speak out.”

Trump, whose name Wolf mentions 30 times in his piece, “is using the law for partisan purposes, targeting his adversaries while sparing his friends and donors from investigation, prosecution, and possible punishment,” the former Massachusetts judge alleged.

“As I watched in dismay and disgust from my position on the bench, I came to feel deeply uncomfortable operating under the necessary ethical rules that muzzle judges’ public statements and restrict their activities,” Wolf wrote. “Day after day, I observed in silence as President Trump, his aides, and his allies dismantled so much of what I dedicated my life to.”

In making his case against Trump, the judge referenced President Richard Nixon, in whose Department of Justice (DOJ) he briefly served. (Read more from “‘Dismay And Disgust’: Federal Judge Rage Quits, Blasting ‘Existential Threat’ Trump Over ‘Angry Attacks On The Courts’” HERE)

Trump Issues Harshest Rebuke Yet Of MTG

President Donald Trump issued a harsh rebuke of Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene following her recent remarks criticizing the White House.

CNN White House correspondent Kaitlan Collins asked Trump about Greene’s social media post expressing frustration over his White House meeting with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa, a former al-Qaeda leader, Monday. The reporter also pressed the president over her comments criticizing the administration on cost of living and other domestic policy issues.

“I don’t know what happened to Marjorie,” Trump responded. “She’s a nice woman, but I don’t know what happened. She’s lost her way, I think, but I have to view the presidency as a worldwide situation, not locally. We could have a world that’s on fire where wars come to our shores very easily if you had a bad president.”

He called former President Joe Biden a “horrible president,” pointing to the conflicts that began during his administration. “I put out 8 wars, 9 to come. I think I’ll get the other one taken care of,” Trump said before highlighting the economic toll of the Russia-Ukraine war on the U.S.

“When you’re president, you really have to sort of watch over the world because you are going to be dragged into it otherwise,” he added.

Trump then referenced his support for the “One, Big Beautiful Bill,” calling it “the biggest tax cuts in the history of the country” before taking another swipe at Greene.

Republicans Blast Schumer’s ‘Absurd’ Plan to End Record Government Shutdown

The political standoff over the government shutdown hit day 38 Friday, with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer unveiling a new proposal — and Republicans swiftly rejecting it as an “absurd” nonstarter that does nothing to resolve the deeper budget impasse.

Schumer (D-NY) urged colleagues to support what he called a “clean, one-year extension” of Affordable Care Act (ACA) subsidies, attaching the measure to a temporary funding bill to reopen the government through Sept. 30, 2026. The goal, he said, was to buy time for longer-term budget talks.

“After so many failed votes, it’s clear we need to try something different,” Schumer said on the Senate floor, flanked by fellow Democrats. “What the Senate is doing isn’t working for either party — and isn’t working for the American people.”

He described the proposal as an “extension of current law,” not a negotiation, adding that Democrats were willing to form a bipartisan committee to discuss future ACA reforms once the government reopens. “We need Republicans to just say, ‘Yes,’” Schumer said.

But GOP leaders were quick to shoot down the plan.

“It’s an indication that they’re feeling the heat,” said Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.), “but I just don’t think that it gets anywhere close to what we need to do here.”

House conservatives were even more blunt.

“This is a nonstarter for the Republican Study Committee,” said Rep. August Pfluger (R-Texas), who chairs the chamber’s largest GOP bloc.

President Trump, weighing in on Truth Social, urged Republicans to either “reach a Deal to end the Democrat Shutdown” or “terminate the Filibuster” — an option Thune and other Senate leaders have already dismissed.

Schumer’s proposal came as the shutdown — the longest in U.S. history — dragged into its sixth week, with pressure mounting from unions representing air traffic controllers, federal employees, and other affected workers.

Meanwhile, Senate Democrats on Friday blocked a separate GOP measure by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) that would have paid back wages to federal employees missing at least two pay periods. Though three Democrats — Sens. John Fetterman (Pa.), Raphael Warnock (Ga.), and John Ossoff (Ga.) — joined Republicans, the 53–43 vote fell short of the 60 needed to overcome a filibuster.

The government shutdown began Oct. 1 after Senate Democrats — all but three — voted against a Republican bill that would have kept the government open until Nov. 21.

With both sides dug in and no compromise in sight, Americans continue to face mounting frustration — and uncertainty — over when Washington will finally get back to work.

“For What Did We Fight?”: 100-Year-Old WWII Veteran Says Britain Has Betrayed the Sacrifices of His Generation

A 100-year-old World War II veteran has delivered a stunning rebuke of modern Britain, saying the sacrifices made by his generation “weren’t worth it” given what the country has become today.

During an emotional Remembrance Sunday segment on Good Morning Britain, Alec Penstone — a centenarian who fought for his nation in one of history’s defining conflicts — reflected not with pride, but with sorrow and disillusionment.

“My message is, I can see in my mind’s eye those rows and rows of white stones and all the hundreds of my friends who gave their lives, for what?” Penstone said, his voice trembling. “The country of today? No, I’m sorry — but the sacrifice wasn’t worth the result of what it is now.”

The comment visibly stunned hosts Kate Garraway and Adil Ray, who had expected a message of remembrance and gratitude. Instead, Penstone offered a haunting critique — a sense that the freedoms his generation bled for have eroded.

Pressed by Ray to elaborate, Penstone didn’t back down. “Well, what we fought for was our freedom,” he said. “Even now, it’s downside worse than what it was when I fought for it.”

It was a rare moment of candor — and heartbreak — from one of the last living links to the Second World War. To him, the modern United Kingdom has drifted far from the ideals of liberty and dignity that his generation defended.

Across Britain, concerns about freedom of speech have become increasingly common, with reports suggesting dozens of citizens are arrested each day for so-called “offensive” posts online. For veterans like Penstone, who risked everything to oppose tyranny abroad, the notion of censorship at home feels like a betrayal.

Garraway tried to steer the conversation back to gratitude, assuring Penstone that the younger generations still honor his sacrifice. “All the generations that have come since — including me and my children — are so grateful for your bravery and all that for service personnel,” she said. “It’s our responsibility now to make Britain the country you fought for.”

Penstone nodded in agreement, but the pain in his voice lingered. “Yes, that is it,” he said softly — acknowledging that the burden now lies with those who inherited the freedoms his comrades died to secure.

Doctor Reveals the Secret to Dodging the “Age 75 Cliff” — and Staying Strong for Decades Longer

Most people assume aging means slowing down — but longevity expert Dr. Peter Attia says that doesn’t have to be true. According to the Stanford-trained physician, many Americans “fall off a cliff” around age 75 — a point where health, strength, and independence decline sharply. But, he says, with the right habits, that plunge can be prevented — or even reversed.

“In your seventies, most people see a huge drop-off in their physical and mental health,” Attia told 60 Minutes. “At 75, both men and women fall off a cliff.”

Yet his message isn’t one of inevitability — it’s one of empowerment. With deliberate lifestyle changes, Attia says it’s possible to extend not just lifespan, but what doctors now call healthspan — the number of years lived free from disease and disability.

Dr. Douglas Vaughan, director of Northwestern University’s Potocsnak Longevity Institute, explained that the key lies in lifestyle. “Stopping smoking, drinking less, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, avoiding processed foods, and prioritizing sleep all extend healthspan,” he told Fox News Digital.

Attia shared five major strategies he uses with his patients to help them stay strong and independent deep into old age.

1. Train Like Life Is a Sport

Attia says the single best predictor of longevity is fitness — specifically, a high VO₂ max (a measure of cardiovascular capacity). “Your VO₂ max predicts your risk of death from any cause, even more than blood pressure, cholesterol, or smoking status,” he said.

He personally logs about 10 hours of exercise per week, mixing fat-burning cardio, high-intensity intervals, and strength training. Maintaining muscle, mobility, and endurance, he says, should be treated like a lifelong sport.

2. Eat More Protein Than You Think You Need

Current nutritional guidelines, Attia argues, undershoot the amount of protein needed for healthy aging. He recommends doubling the standard protein intake to help preserve muscle mass, support immunity, and reduce disease risk as the body ages.

3. Track the Right Health Metrics

Attia emphasizes testing that goes beyond traditional bloodwork. He uses DEXA scans to monitor bone density and body composition, along with fitness metrics like VO₂ max to track how efficiently the body uses oxygen during exertion.

4. Don’t Neglect Emotional and Mental Health

Physical health alone isn’t enough. “By working hard on our physical health, we can reduce the rate of decline,” Attia said. “But if we’re deliberate and active on our emotional health, it can actually improve.” He encourages practices that nurture connection, gratitude, and purpose — qualities that have been shown to lengthen lifespan.

5. Optimize the “Marginal Decade”

Finally, Attia says everyone should think ahead to what he calls the marginal decade — the final 10 years of life. “The marginal decade’s not going anywhere,” he said. “We will all have a final decade. The question is — what kind of shape do you want to be in when it arrives?”
Attia’s message is clear: aging is inevitable, but decline doesn’t have to be. The key isn’t just adding years to life — it’s adding life to those years.

Gay Furry Socialist Who Loves 9/11 Might Be The Most Batsh*t Democratic Candidate Yet

A candidate for the Democratic nomination in a competitive congressional district celebrated the assassination of Charlie Kirk and said the United States deserved the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack.

Samuel Smeltzer, an IT specialist who identifies as a honey badger and goes by the name “Elyon Badger,” has a history of violent posts on BlueSky, a left-leaning competitor to X, formerly known as Twitter, the Washington Free Beacon reported. He is running for the House of Representatives in Michigan’s Seventh Congressional District, currently represented by Republican Rep. Tom Barrett, according to the outlet.

Smeltzer, who has also praised the assassinations of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk and United HealthCare CEO Brian Thompson, once posted to BlueSky about being banned from X for saying the U.S. deserved the 9/11 attacks carried out by the radical Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda.

“Well that’s gone for good I think,” Smeltzer posted on BlueSky on Oct. 25, 2024, showing a screenshot of the notice he had been banned from X for saying “America deserved 9/11 I agree.”

On the day Kirk was assassinated, Smeltzer posted an image of a skeleton wearing a Nazi hat.“I for one, celebrate the death of every Nazi,” he said.

If Arctic Frost Perpetrators Don’t Go To Jail, Conservatives Will

Arctic Frost was never the inquiry into Donald Trump and Jan. 6 that Attorney General Merrick Garland and Special Counsel Jack Smith said it was. Rather, it was an unprecedented, illegal conspiracy of partisan prosecutors and FBI agents to surveil, harass, and prosecute “the entire Republican political apparatus” for the crime of being conservative.

There has never been anything like it in American history — a sweeping, open-ended, fishing expedition conducted by the regime against the opposition party. Arctic Frost weaponized the federal criminal justice system not just to defeat Trump in the 2024 presidential election, but to permanently rig the U.S. political system against the GOP.

The details are mind-boggling. Smith secretly surveilled the telephones of at least eight Republican senators without any reason to believe any of them committed a crime. He issued 197 subpoenas to 430 individuals and organizations, none of whom had anything to do with the J6 trespassers. Indeed, some of targeted groups didn’t even exist, or hadn’t even started operations, on Jan. 6, 2021!

The abuses compound from there. Smith got a left-wing federal judge to gag phone companies from telling senators about the subpoenas — possibly a federal crime in its own right. Nor were Smith’s subpoenas restricted to information relevant to J6. On the contrary, Smith demanded wholesale access to private donor information, banking records, and even contacts with the media. Subpoenaed groups and individuals spent millions of dollars in legal fees just trying to comply.

Never mind that this two-year rectal exam of the conservative movement yielded zero evidence of wrongdoing. The investigation — the harassment, the spying, the legal fees, the intimidation — was the punishment. (Read more from “If Arctic Frost Perpetrators Don’t Go To Jail, Conservatives Will” HERE)

Danish Commercial Warns White Citizens About Breeding With Other Whites

Like it or not, advertising is culture. Marketing is an expression of a society’s norms, values and demographics. It is meant to serve the free market by appealing to either a target demographic or the most common demographic as a way to sell products and services. That said, advertising can also be used as propaganda, designed to sell ideologies rather than soda, cars and insurance.

This has been the primary setting of marketing in the west for at least the past ten years – The vast majority of commercials have political messaging embedded within them. Though it might not be obvious for the unaware, once you notice the patterns it’s impossible to avoid them.

A new propaganda advertisement paid for by Denmark’s state television and posing as a promotion for a science show called “Evolution.”

The commercial features an “expert” interrupting a white Danish couple as they flirt with each other. He explains to them that the history of war in Denmark introduced foreign DNA into their gene pool which “protected them from disease”. He then compares their relationship to inbreeding and suggests they find new partners with more “exotic” genetics. . .

The series was originally created in 2020, but is now being re-aired with “inbreeding” ads this year. Perhaps Danish TV is unaware of the rapid political shift away from woke propaganda from 2020 to 2025? This messaging is a stark contrast from Denmark’s “Do It For Denmark” ad campaign in 2014, which encouraged Danish couples to get busy and combat the nation’s population decline by making more babies.
