Trump Chimes in, Slams DNC After They Say Fox News Can’t Host a Primary Debate

By Townhall. The Democratic National Committee has made one thing very clear: they don’t want Fox News involved in the primary debates. According to DNC Chairman Tom Perez, Fox News is unable to host a “fair and neutral debate” for the Democratic candidates.

Perez released the following statement about the subject:

I believe that a key pathway to victory is to continue to expand our electorate and reach all voters. That is why I have made it a priority to talk to a broad array of potential media partners, including Fox News. Recent reporting in the New Yorker on the inappropriate relationship between President Trump, his administration and Fox News has led me to conclude that the network is not in a position to host a fair and neutral debate for our candidates. Therefore, Fox News will not serve as a media partner for the 2020 Democratic primary debates.

What Perez didn’t anticipate, however, was how President Donald Trump would react to the news. Trump took to Twitter to remind Perez of one thing: in order for a general election debate to take place, the president has to be on stage. And he’s refusing to cooperate as long as Fox News is left out of the picture:

They’re the best debate team in the business and they offer candidates an important opportunity to make their case to the largest TV news audience in America, which includes many persuadable voters,” Fox News Senior Vice President Bill Sammon said in a statement. . .

While some Fox News Channel opinion hosts have come under fire for ties to the Trump administration, Wallace, Baier and MacCallum are anchors from the news division who have been praised for their handling of past debates. In 2016, Wallace moderated a presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Progressives Are Laughing All the Way to Pagan Cultural Dominion

The pagan vision quest contemporary progressivism is attempting to achieve marches on. Like Bernie Sanders daydreaming about Soviet May Day parades. Like dumpster-diving in the socialist paradise of Venezuela. Like the border invasion. This is a banana (republic), after all.

*Captain Marvel star Brie Larson said “I do not need a 40-year-old white dude to tell me what didn’t work for him about ‘A Wrinkle in Time.’ It wasn’t made for him! I want to know what that film meant to women of color” at the very same time that casting Will Smith to play the father of Serena and Venus Williams was criticized because he isn’t dark-skinned enough.

*Actor Ian McKellen, aka Gandalf, said Kevin Spacey and Bryan Singer abused others because of the pressure of being “in the closet.”

*A school in Great Britain agreed to stop teaching Rainbow Jihad propaganda because – wait for it – hundreds of Muslims protested and pulled their kids out of school.

*The top aide of savior of the proletariat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is alleged to have funneled more than $1 million in political donations into two of his own private companies, according to a complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission. The companies may have been established for the very purpose of making the use of those political donations hard to follow. Oh, and she also called the black staffers or employees of Republicans “tokens.”

*BirthStrike, a group of people terrified that the earth is “collapsing” because of global warming, are following Ocasio-Cortez in her belief that having children is bad.

*Toledo voters granted Lake Erie the same legal rights as a person.

*Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts admitted because of identity politics she shouldn’t have been expected to not be used as a willing pawn for Jussie Smollett’s hoax.

Are these people fools? Yes.

Are these people easy to laugh at? Yes.

Are these people to be taken seriously? Sadly, the answer is, again, yes.

While they make for excellent clickbait, they’re the ones actually laughing all the way to the bank. They control pop culture, academia, the media, and the bureaucracy. Other than that, I’m saying there’s a chance. So while we’re “owning the libs,” they’re owning our cultural devolution. Hell, they even make us subsidize it. And when we do win elections, the unelected judges render those elections all but pointless. Because, of course, they must always be obeyed no matter what rotgut they conjure up from the bowels of their depraved minds.

Waitress Posts a Photo of Customers Acting Weird — and It Ends up Saving Children From Abuse

By The Blaze. A waitress is being hailed as a hero for her actions documenting the suspicious behavior she saw from a family that was visiting an Olive Garden in Kentucky. . .

She says that the man was acting very aggressively and force feeding one of the children.

Cooper was able to stage a photo with customers at a nearby table in order to capture the family in the background. She says they got suspicious and left soon afterward. . .

When she got home, she posted a description of what she saw and added the photos to her Facebook account. . .

Police Charge Parents With Child Abuse After Waitress’ Facebook Post

By WPSD Local 6. During Cooper’s shift, she and her coworkers noticed something unusual about a family they just seated. “I first walked around to the baby. She looked at me with a face that said help,” Cooper said. . .

“I can’t even describe to you how bad she looked,” Cooper said pointing to her face, “and how and why nobody noticed it.” . . .

She shared the photo of the little girl and the partial plate number, and she asked people on Facebook to help track the parents down. “My phone would not just stop going off,” Cooper said. Her post was shared more than 14,000 times. A childhood classmate saw that post and started digging.

“I got everything so I could run him and find who he was. “said Aaron Caldwell, a Metropolis 911 dispatcher. “I found that and ended up contacting Paris Police Department, Tennessee.” . . .

He called both agencies, and 20 minutes later he got a call back from the Paris Police Department. They removed two children from the home and arrested Jessica Woodworth and Mark Lee Pierce on charges of aggravated child abuse and neglect. New, Awful Data Shows The Terrifying Truth Behind The Border Invasion

If Trump had not signed the disastrous budget bill several weeks ago and we were still operating on a short-term CR with immigration remaining the top issue, today’s news could have strengthened Trump’s leverage. According to CBP’s preliminary figures obtained by the Washington Post, 76,325 illegal aliens were apprehended at the border in February, more than any other month in over a decade since the decline of migration from Mexico. A record 40,325 family units arrived, blowing out the previous records by almost 10,000. Sadly, Trump already signed away his leverage to force a national dialogue over this issue.

As a nation, we are left debating presidential power from an obscure statute that enables the president to obtain a mere $2.5 billion for partial fencing to deal with a policy-driven invasion. The joke is that even if Trump had full unity behind this approach, it would do little to stop this invasion, which is strategically directed toward soft parts of our border. Unless we force a national discussion over the courts and the illegal immigration magnets that are bringing immigrants in, this entire debate is a non-sequitur. Unfortunately, without a budget deadline for another seven months, no matter how bad things get at our border, there is no mechanism through which to pressure Democrats into submission.

A record 76,325 apprehensions for one month is truly staggering, not only because it’s the single worst month at the border since fiscal year 2008, but because almost all of these people get to stay on our dime. Projected for the whole year, this pace would result in 916,000 apprehensions. But the pace is growing every month, because the catch-and-release expands. As the Washington Post observes, “The number of migrants taken into custody last year jumped 39 percent from February to March, and a similar increase this month would push levels to 100,000 detentions or more.” That would be an annual pace of 1.2 million.

While we had years with over one million apprehensions in past decades, most of the illegal immigrants were repatriated under expedited deportation within hours. This means that a lot of them were repeat crossers and they were deported in short order. These people coming now are first-timers and are successfully embedding themselves into our country within a few days, saddling us with the permanent cost of their care.

In an interview with CR, Mark Morgan, former Border Patrol chief under Obama, explained why today’s migration is really worse than ever before:

When anyone opines that the apprehension numbers are at a historic low to support the claim that there is no crisis along our southwest border, they are leaving out a critical factor — the demographics of those illegally entering our country. In the early 2000s when apprehensions were around one million, the overwhelming majority were Mexican adults. They were processed and returned to Mexico within days through an expedited removal process. Since 2014, we have seen a significant shift in who is illegally entering through the southwest border. Today, family units and unaccompanied minors seeking asylum account for more than 60 percent of those being apprehended. The essential difference is they are not removed! Through our country’s broken asylum laws and bad judicial precedent, this new demographic of illegal aliens are caught and released into cities throughout the country. So, even though last year the apprehensions dropped to 400,000 … the number of illegal aliens allowed into the United States has actually increased from a decade ago.

Plus, this is a worse migration because it’s dominated by kids and sick individuals who tie down our resources more than in the past. Morgan explained that even at the worst times under his tenure, roughly 10-12 percent of Border Patrol resources were diverted to humanitarian care. Now, “approximately 25 percent of agents are pulled off the line on a daily basis to address the humanitarian crisis, acting as child care providers.” Morgan also said that nobody is discussing the fact that Border Patrol engaged in 4,300 rescues last year and over 1,000 thus far this year, “another example of the risk and resources being used for the humanitarian crisis rather than the security crisis.”

In recent months, even the overall numbers are climbing back to dangerously high levels. Almost none of those coming here are being deported. Back during the years with over one million apprehensions, all but 100,000 were returned expeditiously. Now, over a half a million will get to stay, but the trajectory is exploding every few weeks.

Here is a quick report from Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies on what he’s hearing about the state of play at our border. This is an anonymous USCIS source, but Bensman, with his background in border intelligence for the Texas Department of Public Safety, seems very concerned:

Nobody in the political class wants to ask who is paying for this. It’s the forgotten American taxpayers.

It’s gotten so bad that illegal aliens have successfully taken us past our breaking point, creating a self-fulfilling cycle of catch-and-release. We are so overrun with migrants and detention facilities are so full that now, even those not eligible for catch-and-release are being released. We will never hear from them again, but will have to pay for their public charge and crimes committed.

Thus, we see that when the president gives speeches and says he didn’t let in the caravan and that catch-and-release is over, it’s plainly wrong. Under Trump, we are witnessing a more severe invasion than any time under Obama. It’s not his fault that the courts decided to engage in civil disobedience against our laws under his watch, but it is his fault that he refuses to push back. He is using the one bullet in his “executive action gun” on $2.5 billion in border funding rather than shutting off all immigration and refusing to allow in anyone, a power he has under inherent executive authority to stop an invasion, halt foreign commerce, and two delegated powers from the INA. Frankly, he would be on even more solid constitutional grounds by halting all immigration at the border than by reprogramming appropriations, and it would actually address the source of the problem more directly.

Sadly, now that Trump agreed to sign away his leverage, the immigration issue is no longer even at the top of the news cycle and has been replaced by Michael Cohen and all the Mueller-related probes from House Democrats. As such, Trump is left focusing on pennies for the border rather than changing policies. So long as the focus is on pennies and not policies, this invasion will continue with no safety net to protect the American people.

Every few months, the equivalent of a major city of the most impoverished people are coming in and being released into our communities with no regard to our ability to assimilate them, pay for them, or deal with the social concerns and the criminal elements. Not to mention the fact that they are coming from countries dealing with major outbreaks of diseases we eradicated long ago.

Could Ocasio-Cortez Be Facing Jail Time?

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti obtained majority control of Justice Democrats PAC in December 2017, according to archived copies of the group’s website, and the two appear to retain their control of the group, according to corporate filings obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation. If the Federal Election Commission (FEC) finds that the New York Democrat’s campaign operated in affiliation with the PAC, which had raised more than $1.8 million before her June 2018 primary, it would open them up to “massive reporting violations, probably at least some illegal contribution violations exceeding the lawful limits,” former FEC commissioner Brad Smith said.

Ocasio-Cortez never disclosed to the FEC that she and Chakrabarti, who served as her campaign chair, controlled the PAC while it was simultaneously supporting her primary campaign, and former FEC commissioners say the arrangement could lead to multiple campaign finance violations. The group backed 12 Democrats during the 2018 midterms, but Ocasio-Cortez was the only one of those to win her general election.

“If the facts as alleged are true, and a candidate had control over a PAC that was working to get that candidate elected, then that candidate is potentially in very big trouble and may have engaged in multiple violations of federal campaign finance law, including receiving excessive contributions,” former Republican FEC commissioner Hans von Spakovsky told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

And fellow former FEC commissioner Brad Smith told TheDCNF that if “a complaint were filed, I would think it would trigger a serious investigation.” He also noted that such a probe could potentially result in jail time for Ocasio-Cortez and her chief of staff, Chakrabarti. . .

Ocasio-Cortez and Chakrabarti could face prison if the FEC determines that they knowingly and willfully withheld their ties between the campaign and the political action committee from the FEC to bypass campaign contribution limits, according to Smith. Ocasio-Cortez Says She ‘Breaks Fourth Wall’ and Responds to Attacks to ‘Squash’ Them Early

By The Hill. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) says that she quickly responds to attacks she receives on social media because of the “bad-faith” charges once leveled at individuals like former President Obama.

“I grew up seeing these attacks on [Speaker] Nancy Pelosi. I grew up with these attacks on Barrack Obama. I grew up even with these bad-faith attacks on Hillary Clinton,” the freshman congresswoman said in an interview with Spectrum News NY1 released on Monday. “And so we know what’s going and I feel like what I’ve chosen to do is break this fourth wall a little bit and respond to them.”

Ocasio-Corteaz justified her argument by pointing to the “birther movement” that started as Obama became president.

The Sexual Swindle in Youth Sports: ‘We Have Truly Lost Our Minds’

Girls’ basketball season has ended in my state, and grandchildren are beginning to speak of track and field tryouts. All our track meets in this region are outdoors, so we schedule them in the Spring and hope for good weather. But some states have indoor facilities and have already had major competitions.

Connecticut, for example, had its state meet in mid-February. There, juniors Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood ran away from the competition again, just like last year. No Connecticut girls even came close. Miller set a new state record for the 55-meter dash at 6.95 and Yearwood came in at 7.01.

Their competition was way back, bunched behind a girl who came in at 7.23 seconds. That’s not especially surprising, because Miller and Yearwood are males, and all the others are girls. A photo of Yearwood reveals a thickly muscled young man with a moustache.

Miller’s time would have landed him 17th in the Connecticut meet if he had competed against boys like himself. Two boys from his own high school had much faster times. Only one boy ran a slower time in the preliminary heats. Yet Miller is the third-ranking runner in the nation against girls.

Yearwood, whose time would have made him dead last in the boys’ preliminary heats, is tied for 7th-fastest nationally against girls. Both young men are competing against girls, of course, for college scholarships.

Runner Selina Soule, for example, finished 8th in the Connecticut race, and thus missed qualifying for the New England regionals in Boston by two spots. Miller and Yearwood occupied two of those spots. Soule will not advance to race in front of college coaches in Boston because hirsute young men have crowded her out of the event.

Your heart has to break for the young women who have worked hard to excel at their sport and to attract the attention of college coaches, only to be crushed by politically correct adults who lack the integrity to protect them from “transgender” fraud.

We might as well repeal all drug and doping laws if we allow males to crash this boundary. In fairness to the girls, they too should be allowed abundant testosterone, thick muscles and moustaches.

It wouldn’t be the first time.

Get on your computer and Google images of Jarmila Kratichvilova. She set an astonishing world record for the 800 meter run in 1983 although she was in the twilight of her career. It has never been broken, the oldest unbroken world record in men’s or women’s athletics. She never popped dirty on a drug test, but we do know that her country was notorious for doping during her career.

The mainstream media have been the guardians of dirty Iron Curtain female athletes. Sports Illustrated called American swimmer Shirley Babashoff, 19, a sore loser and a poor representative of the Olympic spirit after she commented on East German competitors’ deep voices and masculine physiques.

It was so obvious that Saturday Night Live did hilarious skits about hairy-chested East German women who took home 11 of 13 swimming golds from the Montreal Olympics. Yet the adults in charge of the Olympics were too cowardly to take action.

A younger Olympian said she kept her mouth shut after she witnessed the media’s abuse of Babashoff. And the pressure is unmistakable for female athletes to keep their mouths shut today about boys invading girls’ sports. The Associated Press wrote of Soule’s complaint as if it was just her “belief” that the two young men had crowded her out of the Boston showcase, subtly discrediting her view as the envy of an also-ran.

The AP article used feminine pronouns for the two young men, and parroted their absurd excuses. The lead suggested that most criticisms arose, not from female athletes, but from gossipy adults who were talking behind the champions’ backs.

There is certainly no shortage of cowardly adults. Seventeen states permit gender-dysphoric boys to compete against girls, no questions asked. Another seven permit it if the boys have taken some kind of hormonal therapy or surgery to transition, thus enforcing sex reassignment against wavering adolescents. And several states have no policy at all.

Sometimes a state policy has unintended consequences.

In Texas, a high school wrestler must compete under the sex listed on his or her birth certificate. Mack Beggs is a girl who is taking testosterone as “therapy” to transition to a new male identity. She has requested to wrestle against boys instead of girls, but this is prohibited under the Texas rule. So she has wrestled against girls.

This year Beggs completed her final high school wrestling season, ending the year 35-0. In fact, she has never lost a high school wrestling match. Last year, two girls forfeited rather than fight her. This season one forfeited, citing fears of serious injury.

Chelsea Sanchez, a tough but normal Texas high school wrestler in Beggs’ weight class, probably would have won back-to-back state titles in her sport, but instead she lost to the testosterone-flushed Beggs in the championship round, two years running.

Would the state of Texas tolerate Chelsea Sanchez taking the same steroids as Mack Beggs, not to “transition” her gender, but to bulk up and become a more powerful athlete? Not likely. Didn’t we hound Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa and Barry Bonds for using the same kind of drugs? But they were just hitting baseballs, not endangering teenage girls.

“Boo all you want,” Beggs said after spectators reacted in disgust to her second tainted victory over Sanchez. That comes from a position of depraved and invincible privilege.

We have truly lost our minds.

“I instantly felt like I wanted other people to see it because it was so beautiful,” he said.

Signs Trump Will Landslide 2020

17 of 30 above 50. The latest Gallup polling data released this week indicates perhaps the most telling reason. President Trump won 30 states on election night. President Trump’s approval rating on the day he was sworn into office was 45%. For perspective Presidents Obama, Clinton, & Reagan were at 47%, 46%, & 40% finishing up February of the third year. All of them cruised to re-election. Trump’s approval in Gallup is 44% and continues to hover around 50% in Rasmussen where he spent almost the entirety of February. But in Gallup’s most recent survey the key is where his strength is centered. The top 30 states where President Trump’s approval is the highest, mirror the 30 states he carried on election night. With the top 17 of those 30 sitting above 50%, exceeding 60% in more than one. Simply repeating wins in these 30 states insures victory.

16 of 20 below 40. A deeper look reveals room for growth in additional states. On election night Trump lost 20 states (a couple of them by lower margins than Hillary’s closest state losses.) Yet in only 16 of those 20 does his approval rating sit below the 40% threshold. Colorado and Minnesota sit at 39%. New Mexico at 38%. Surely Brad Parscale strategically understands that 7 additional states are within reach. He is likely already on the ground and on the web targeting those pro-jobs, pro-growth, pro-commonsense pockets and developing effective messaging to reach them.

The Complicit Media. The media has already convinced themselves of the impossibility of a Trump re-election similarly to how they were popping corks on the Hillary Presidency in 2016. The inability to react to their free market which continues to give them lower ratings and smaller audiences at every turn seems to point to a delusional run at coverage for 2020 that will be worse—not better—than 2016. And the more they do, the more Trump wins. The President has outpaced all who have come before him in understanding how to actually make the media work for him. And in his term it has simply been to allow them to demonstrate their abject deranged bias, while he uses the power of rallies and Twitter to not just respond, but to direct and redirect the news cycle. They are in a sense his greatest ally—simply because their hatred and bias seem undeterred.

The Corrupt New Guard. One of the most interesting things about Trump’s approval ratings is that they occur largely in the most biased media environment in history. Another item of interest is the lack of clear leadership from the opposing party. In addition, the voices that are the loudest stemming from the Democrats (so much so that they have been universally embraced by every Democratic presidential hopeful to date) are the most out of touch with swing states. The Ocasio-Cortez-Omar-Tlaib nexus is a crossroads to out-of-touch that the Democrats may have long believed but would never be foolish enough to campaign on. Americans do not have $93 trillion dollars to put toward the New Green Deal. Most American cities would welcome 25,000 new jobs and $27 billion in new taxable revenues. Most Americans do not align themselves with dictators, defend groups aligned with terrorism, nor argue that former citizens that have joined terrorist groups be allowed back into America. New scandals have emerged concerning Ocasio-Cortez’ hypocrisy in jet travel and questionable residency in her district. Ocasio-Cortez and Tlaib have also both been implicated in questionable use of and laundering of donor money in payments to themselves or their boyfriend. Ocasio-Cortez is also prepping a hit list of democrats she will help primary in 2020 for the extreme offense of listening to their district as opposed to “her” in how they vote in the 2019 Congress.

U.S. Hospital Refuses to Help Premature Twins, Leaves Them to Die

Twin premature newborn boys died at an Ohio hospital last year while staff stood by refusing to give them medical assistance, a pro-life group is reporting, and the hospital classified the boys’ deaths as stillbirth.

Both boys were born alive at 22 weeks and 5 days gestational age at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, according to the report.

The first born, Emery, survived for 45 minutes. His younger brother, Elliot, lived for two and a half hours, even crying, and his mother, Amanda, begged for help to no avail. . .

Amanda had been told by the hospital her boys would be stillborn or breathe only for a moment after birth, according to her statement included in the Created Equal report, but the video shows otherwise.

Stunning Poll Shows How Many Voters Thought Michael Cohen’s Testimony Was Credible

By The Blaze. A new poll shows just what percentage of registered voters thought the testimony of Michael Cohen against President Donald Trump before Congress was credible. . .

The HarrisX/TheHill poll found that only 37 percent of registered voters surveyed said that they found the former lawyer and confidante of the president to be credible.

Cohen flipped on Trump after ten years of being his close personal friend and lawyer. In dramatic testimony before Congress, he accused the president of indirectly suborning perjury and said that he was a racist and a liar.

Those accusations were found to be non-credible according to 25 percent surveyed in the poll.

Michael Cohen’s Lawyer Admits Cohen Was Interested in Working in Trump White House

An attorney for Michael Cohen acknowledged in a statement Friday that Cohen was once interested in working in the White House under President Trump but later decided against it – amid claims from Republicans that Cohen lied this week about his past ambitions for a high-profile White House position.

“The fact is, early on, Michael Cohen speculated about a possible position in the White House,” Cohen attorney Lanny Davis said in a statement. “But after he consulted with his family and friends, he decided that he preferred to stay at home in New York City and be ‘personal attorney to the president.’”

On Thursday, House Oversight Committee Republicans on Thursday referred Cohen to the Justice Department for alleged perjury, claiming he lied during sworn testimony before the panel a day earlier about a number of issues, including his ambitions to work in the Trump administration. Davis maintains that Cohen was truthful.

“If this is what Mr. Trump and his supporters are focusing on — and not a single rebuttal of any fact asserted by Mr. Cohen in his long day of testimony under oath before the Oversight Committee — that says a lot,” Davis said Friday. “This is the classic Trump tactic we have seen for a long time —divert and disparage rather than confront facts and tell the truth.” (Read more from “Michael Cohen’s Lawyer Admits Cohen Was Interested in Working in Trump White House” HERE)
