Doctor Hit With Malpractice Suits After Filming Herself Doing This During Surgeries

Georgia licensing laws are being questioned after a number of suits were filed against suburban Atlanta Dr. Windell Davis Boutte´, who is accused of botching surgeries conducted without the proper credentials. But her promotional videos have helped draw more attention to the cases against her. . .

Attorney Susan Witt says nearly 100 women have reached out to her office to inquire about representation in malpractice lawsuits against Boutte´, after news hit that Witt was serving as counsel to three former patients of the physician. . .

Under Georgia law, any doctor with a medical license is allowed to conduct surgeries. Dr. Boutte´ is a dermatologist, and is not board certified in surgery. . .

Boutte´ made a number of promotional videos on YouTube (which have now been removed), showing her dancing to rap music over the nude bodies of patients during surgery.

Roughly 20 videos were previously displayed, where Boutte´ and her surgery staff danced to hits like “Brick House” and most notably, she cut open a patient’s abdomen while singing along with an O.T. Genasis song, “Cut It,” to the tune of the beat. (Read more from “Doctor Hit With Malpractice Suits After Filming Herself Doing This During Surgeries” HERE)

Watch: Backflipping FBI Agent Accidentally Fires Gun and Shoots Man in the Leg

By The Denver Post. An off-duty FBI agent allegedly accidentally shot a man in the leg early Saturday after the agent’s gun fell from his holster on the dance floor of Mile High Spirits, according to a Denver police news release.

“The victim was transported to the hospital with a good prognosis,” the news release read.

The name of the agent wasn’t released because he hasn’t been charged, said Marika Putnam, a Denver police spokeswoman. . .

Video of the incident obtained by Denver7 shows a man alleged to be the FBI agent dancing while surrounded by onlookers and then executing a backflip. During the flip, the gun appears to fly out of the man’s holster. The man in the video jumps to pick up the firearm and appears to fire the gun in the process. The man puts the gun back away in the back of his pants and holds up his hands as onlookers appear shocked and scared.

“When the agent retrieved his handgun, an unintended discharge occurred,” the release read. (Read more from “Backflipping FBI Agent Accidentally Fires Gun and Shoots Man in the Leg” HERE)

By BBC. The fellow customer hit by the bullet was taken to hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.

Judge Hands Student Banned From Wearing Trump Shirt to School a Big Win

An Oregon teenager got in trouble with his high school after he wore a T-shirt bearing a message of support for President Donald Trump’s proposal for a wall on the southern border. On Thursday, a federal judge handed him a big win in what had become a fight over free speech.

According to KGW, 18-year-old senior Addison Barnes faced a ten-day suspension in January after he refused to cover or remove his shirt which read “Donald J. Trump Border Wall Construction Company,” and featured the famous Trump quote, “The wall just got 10 feet taller.” . . .

He filed a lawsuit which argued that the school had violated his First Amendment rights. Even the ACLU of Oregon said Barnes was in the right and the school was wrong to censor him, even as they disapproved of the message conveyed by his “mean-spirited” shirt.

The Oregonian reported this weke that Barnes has now been vindicated by a federal judge who issued a temporary restraining order against Liberty High School that prevents it from enforcing its prohibition against Barnes wearing the disputed shirt.

U.S. District Judge Michael W. Mosman, after weighing the school’s concern over what they viewed as “disruptive” to an orderly school setting, ruled that the school couldn’t justify censoring the student’s free political speech. Busboy Who Held Dying Robert F. Kennedy Shares Senator’s Last Words

By Fox News. Nearly 50 years after the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy, the busboy who held the dying senator detailed his last words in a Friday report.

Juan Romero, who was 17 at the time of the 1968 slaying in Los Angeles, was working on that early June night when the presidential hopeful made remarks at the Ambassador Hotel, he recalled in an interview with StoryCorps, according to NPR. . .

Romero, now 67, recalled Kennedy’s final words.

“Is everybody OK?” he asked, to which Romero said he replied, “Yes” before cushioning the senator’s head with his hands.

“I could feel a steady stream of blood coming through my fingers,” Romero reportedly said. “I remember I had a rosary in my shirt pocket and I took it out, thinking that he would need it a lot more than me. I wrapped it around his right hand and then they wheeled him away.” (Read more from “Busboy Who Held Dying Robert F. Kennedy Shares Senator’s Last Words” HERE)

Kennedy Dynasty Faces a Reckoning as Controversial Film Hits Theaters

By Fox News. The Kennedy dynasty faced a reckoning Friday, when a film hit theaters resurrecting the shocking details surrounding a late-night deadly car crash at Chappaquiddick Island that has haunted America’s most powerful political family since 1969.

“Chappaquiddick” opened in movie theaters across the U.S., drawing all eyes to the Kennedy family as the film renews questions about the controversial incident at the island off Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts in 1969.

After the assassinations of both his brothers, former Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass., was slated to carry the family’s political aspirations, even mulling a run for president of the United States.

But the movie tells the story of the incident that stopped that potential campaign in its tracks—depicting the involvement of Kennedy, then 37, in the fatal July 19, 1969 car accident that claimed the life of a young campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne.

At approximately 12:50 a.m., Kennedy and Kopechne, 28, were driving back from a party hosted by a cousin of Kennedy on Martha’s Vineyard following the Edgartown Regatta, in which Kennedy had sailed. Kennedy’s car plunged 10 feet off of a bridge and into a pond, killing Kopechne and giving Kennedy “a slight concussion.” (Read more from “Kennedy Dynasty Faces a Reckoning as Controversial Film Hits Theaters” HERE)

IG’s Email Report Will Drop ‘Bombshell’ on Hillary?

By Lifezette. When the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) inspector general (IG) report is released, it “has the potential to be a bombshell,” former Deputy Assistant Attorney General Thomas H. Dupree Jr. said Wednesday on Fox News’ “Your World with Neil Cavuto.”

The report — expected to be made public June 4 and to discussed during a June 5 meeting of the Senate Judiciary Committee — will review the FBI’s investigation of 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct official business as secretary of state.

Then-FBI Director James Comey cleared Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee against President Donald Trump, of prosecution in July 2016 despite the presence of hundreds of emails to and from her that contained classified information.

“I think this IG report has the potential to be a bombshell,” Dupree told guest host Maria Bartiromo. “I think, depending on what the IG finds went on behind the scenes in 2016, it has the potential for changing the narrative a bit.”

Although the IG report “obviously will not shut down” special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, Dupree predicted the report “very well could change the political conversation we’re having.” (Read more from “IG’s Email Report Will Drop ‘Bombshell’ on Hillary?” HERE)

Horror: Parkland Shooter Made Videos Before Massacre. Here’s What He Said.

By The Daily Wire. On Wednesday, videos made by the deranged gunman who shot up Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in February were released that appeared to reveal a possible motive of why he shot up the school.

“It’s going to be a big event,” the Parkland shooter said before laughing. “And when you see me on the news, you’ll all know who I am.” . . .

The 19-year-old said that his goal was to kill at least 20 people, saying, “I had enough of people telling me I’m an idiot and a dumbass…you will all know who my name is. With the power of my AR you will all know who I am.”

“There is a certain group of school shooters who engaged in fame-seeking behavior,” Peter Langman, a clinical psychologist, told The Miami Herald. “They want to be known. They want to change from a nobody into a somebody and the only way they can think to do that it to kill a lot of people.” (Read more from “Horror: Parkland Shooter Made Videos Before Massacre. ‘You’re All Going to Die.’ Nikolas Cruz Made Cellphone Videos Plotting Parkland Attack.

By The Miami Herald. Nikolas Cruz reached for his cellphone before his rifle.

Sometime before killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 14, Cruz recorded three cellphone videos discussing his plan to murder students and staff. . .

Prosecutors released the videos Wednesday afternoon as they prepare for a possible death penalty trial. The videos may offer insight into what motivated Cruz to commit Florida’s worst school shooting, which has led to a nationwide debate over gun control.

Cruz, a former Stoneman Douglas student who seems to have meticulously planned his attack, expressed anger at his old classmates, saying they thought he was an “idiot and a dumb ass” when in fact it was they who had been “brainwashed by these f***ing political government programs.” And he declared his love for a girl he identified only by her first name, saying he hoped to see her “in the afterlife.”

The videos, all shorter than 90 seconds, will almost certainly bolster the prosecution’s efforts to convict Cruz, 19, of first-degree murder, a capital offense: Under Florida law, such charges must be premeditated. A Massive Development Was Just Made in the Stormy Daniels Lawsuit, Avenatti Slammed by Judge

Attorney Michael Avenatti will not be representing porn star Stormy Daniels in the legal proceedings against Michael Cohen, the personal attorney for President Donald Trump.

Avenatti made the announcement after a court hearing Wednesday in which Cohen’s legal team updated the court on claims of attorney-client privilege related to data seized by FBI raids of Cohen’s home and office.

Daniels claims Cohen paid her $130,000 just before the 2016 election to keep quiet about her alleged affair with Trump. By representing Daniels in the case, Avenatti would have been allowed to review the items seized from Cohen.

Cohen’s attorney, Stephen Ryan, formally opposed Avenatti’s request for admission to the case. Ryan noted that Avenatti has made 170 media appearances in recent months.

Federal District Judge Kimba Wood told Avenatti that if he formally joined the court case, he would have to end his “publicity tour on TV and elsewhere” and stop asserting that Cohen is guilty of wrongdoing, actions that could “potentially deprive him of a fair trial,” according to The Associated Press.

“You’re entitled to publicity. I can’t stop you — unless you’re participating in a matter before me,” Wood told Avenatti.

Ryan accused Avenatti of committing “a premeditated drive-by shooting of my client’s rights” by publishing details of large corporate payments made in recent years to Cohen.

Ryan also accused Avenatti of an “intentional, malicious and prejudicial” release of Cohen’s bank records.

“Mr. Avenatti has published some information that appears to be from Mr. Cohen’s actual bank records, and Mr. Cohen has no reason to believe that Mr. Avenatti is in lawful possession of these records,” a previous court filing said.

Avenatti responded to Cohen, saying he and his client “did not do anything improper relating to the release of any information concerning Mr. Cohen.”

“I’ve never seen an attorney conduct himself in the way Mr. Avenatti has,” Ryan said in court. “It shakes me to my boots.”

Shortly after Avenatti withdrew his motion to appear in the case, he appeared on MSNBC, claiming some of the material seized in the Cohen raids include recordings of Cohen and an attorney who represented Daniels when the $130,000 payment was negotiated.

Avenatti accused Cohen’s lawyers of leaking the audio. Ryan denied leaking the audio, but said if his firm released those tapes, “it would be the biggest story in America.”

The attorneys representing Cohen said they have more than a dozen lawyers “working around the clock” to review files turned over to them by the government, but had only reviewed 1.3 million of more than 3.7 million files provided to them.

The judge has given Cohen’s team until June 15 to review the files and designate which ones qualify for claims of attorney-client privilege. (For more from the author of “A Massive Development Was Just Made in the Stormy Daniels Lawsuit, Avenatti Slammed by Judge” please click HERE)

This Alleged Quote From Obama Shows Just How Narcissistic He Was

According to a new memoir from former Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications and consummate liar Ben Rhodes, after President Trump’s election in 2016, Barack Obama once again hoisted his narcissistic self to the heavens, thinking how visionary he was as he mused, “Sometimes I wonder whether I was 10 or 20 years too early.”

According to Rhodes, Obama’s comments were prompted by his aides telling him he would have defeated Trump if he had run for a third term and that the next generation would have preferred him to Trump.

As The New York Times reports, after Mr. Trump’s election, according to Rhodes, Obama vacillated from anger (calling Trump a “cartoon figure”) to taking the “long view.” Rhodes quoted Obama thinking of how Trump would undo what he had done, then alluding to “The Godfather,” saying, “I feel like Michael Corleone. I almost got out.”

Rhodes writes that aides wanted Obama to respond to criticism that he should be more vocal about Russia intruding on the U.S. election, but Obama demurred, allegedly saying, “I talk about it every time I’m asked. What else are we going to do? We’ve warned folks.” . . .

Rhodes writes that Obama said despairingly of Trump’s victory, “Maybe this is what people want. I’ve got the economy set up well for him. No facts. No consequences. They can just have a cartoon.” (Read more from “This Alleged Quote From Obama Shows Just How Narcissistic He Was” HERE)

Somali Gang Storms U.S. Park, Attack Random People

In what is just the latest incident of violence by Somali refugees in the United States, a gang has been caught on video attacking victims in a Lewiston, Maine, park.

Maine First Media reported witnesses said the attack began when one of the victims asked an attacker for a lighter for his cigarette. . . .

Main First Media said a dozen Somali youth “swarmed and attacked two local residents in Kennedy Park last Thursday evening. The Somali mob attacked around 7:45 pm, just as the sun was setting on this historic city park in the heart of Maine’s second largest city.”

The report said a local mother recorded the video “as a mob of teens and children, boys and girls as young as nine years old, brandishing wooden bats and other objects, along with fists, feet and sheer numbers to attack the two non-Somali defenders.” . . .

“Kennedy Park is a large common space in the middle of some of the poorest census tracts in the Northeast,” [Mayor] Bouchard told the agency. “When you have large, diverse groups of people in the same place you are bound to have incidents. Lewiston is no different in that respect than any other medium to large city, except that Lewiston’s violent crime rate is one of the lowest in Maine.” (Read more from “Somali Gang Storms U.S. Park, Attack Victims” HERE)

Dem Lawmakers Move to Restrict Christians’ Right to Oppose Homosexuality

A new bill being proposed by Democrats would amend the Religious Freedom Restoration Act from “being used to justify discrimination against people, including gay, lesbian and transgender citizens,” The Washington Post reports, leading to fears that religious organizations could be restricted from opposing homosexuality.

The new law would be called the Do No Harm Act, and its purported aim is to amend the 25-year-old RFRA so that religious injunctions on homosexuality could not be considered under it.

“The Religious Freedom Restoration Act, commonly referred to as RFRA, was popular among lawmakers in both parties when it was enacted in 1993. Initially, it was usually referenced in cases involving practitioners of minority religions, such as Sikhs and Muslims seeking the right to wear their religious headgear in their driver’s license photos,” The Post reported last Tuesday. . .

The bill is unlikely to pass, given that the GOP controls the House, Senate and 1600 Pennsylvania, but it gives a disturbing glimpse into how the Democrats plan to attack the First Amendment and religion in the courts. . .

At least speaking as a Christian, the Bible is fairly clear on homosexuality and transgender issues. Whether or not you yourself as a believer choose to follow those strictures is your own choice, but there’s no denying that they are in there and they’re constitutionally-protected.
