We Had ‘Kill Shot’ and Didn’t Take It? Report Makes Bombshell Allegation

A new report on Joe Biden’s Afghanistan evacuation disaster, in which Americans were abandoned to be under the thumb of the Taliban and tens of billions of dollars worth of American war equipment was turned over to the terror group, explains the military probably could have prevented the suicide bombing that killed 13 service members.

But it didn’t.

According to a report at the Media Research Center-affiliated NewsBusters, the “bombshell allegation” appeared on Univision.

It explained according to former Army Green Beret and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense Roger Pardo-Maurer, the Defense Department knew of the homicide bomber at Hamid Karzai International Airport and had scrambled a Predator drone that locked on the target for the kill shot.

Then drone operators were ordered to stand down. (Read more from “We Had ‘Kill Shot’ and Didn’t Take It? Report Makes Bombshell Allegation” HERE)

Afghan Interpreter Who Helped Rescue Biden in 2008 Is Now Stranded

An Afghan interpreter who helped in the 2008 rescue of then-Sen. Joe Biden and two other senators from a valley in Afghanistan was among the thousands left behind as the commander-in-chief pulled US troops out of the embattled nation, leaving it in the hands of the Taliban.

Mohammed, whose last name has not been revealed as he is still in hiding, gave a message for President Biden through the Wall Street Journal on Tuesday.

“Hello Mr. President: Save me and my family,” he said. “Don’t forget me here.”

The interpreter is hiding from the Taliban after attempting to escape Afghanistan for years. He and his family are among the many Afghan allies who were unable to evacuate the country by the time US troops completed their full withdrawal Monday evening.

Asked about his fate Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that she appreciated the man’s role in helping rescue the president — and that the US will try to help him leave Afghanistan. (Read more from “Afghan Interpreter Who Helped Rescue Biden in 2008 Is Now Stranded” HERE)

Resign Now: 52% Want Biden Out but Fear Worse Under Harris

People have seen enough of President Joe Biden and his administration’s bumbling over the Afghan withdrawal and now want him to resign.

In the latest shocking display of the president’s polling free fall, the latest Rasmussen Reports survey found that a majority, 52%, wants Biden to resign over the withdrawal alone. Just 39% disagrees, far short of his political base.

But, as other polls have shown, likely voters surveyed do not want Vice President Kamala Harris to step in, viewing her as unqualified.

The data, shared in advance with Secrets, twins with the president’s weekly job approval rating, which also shows that the nation, for now, has given up on the aging president who sometimes appears fumbling.

Biden’s approval rating is also plummeting and sits about where former President Donald Trump’s approval-disapproval rating had sunk to at this stage in his presidency. (Read more from “Resign Now: 52% Want Biden Out but Fear Worse Under Harris” HERE)

McConnell: Biden Will Not Be Impeached

President Joe Biden will not be impeached or removed from office for his handling of the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said Wednesday.

Numerous Republicans in both the House and Senate have called for Biden to either resign or face impeachment. Biden has faced harsh criticism for his handling of the withdrawal, which left more than 100 U.S. citizens stranded in Afghanistan under Taliban rule, along with tens of thousands of Afghan allies and refugees.

McConnell dismissed the possibility of impeaching Biden at an event in Kentucky on Wednesday.

“Well, look, the president is not going to be removed from office. There’s a Democratic House, a narrowly Democratic Senate. That’s not going to happen,” McConnell said at an event in Kentucky. “There isn’t going to be an impeachment.” (Read more from “McConnell: Biden Will Not Be Impeached” HERE)

Scrub Time! Biden Tries To Hide Reports On U.S. Weapons Given To Taliban

The Biden administration, under fire for a whole long list of actions in pulling service members out of Afghanistan, now apparently is trying to hide from U.S. voters how much military weaponry it turned over to the terrorists in Taliban when that group took over.

A report in Forbes said Biden administration officials recently directed federal agencies to scrub their websites of reports detailing the $82.9 billion in military equipment and training given to Afghan security forces who fled.

“The scrubbed audits and reports included detailed accounting of what the U.S. had provided to Afghan forces, down to the number of night vision devices, hand grenades, Black Hawk helicopters, and armored vehicles,” the report explained.

Also listed had been “208 aircraft and helicopters; 75,000 war vehicles – including 22 Humvees, 50,000 tactical vehicles and nearly 1,000 mine resistant vehicles; and 600,000 weapons – including 350,000 M4 and M16 rifles, 60,000 machine guns, and 25,000 grenade launchers.”

There was no danger of the terrorists finding out what is there; they have the items in various staging locations throughout Afghanistan. (Read more from “Scrub Time! Biden Tries To Hide Reports On U.S. Weapons Given To Taliban” HERE)

Mother of Marine Killed in Afghanistan Has Instagram Account Deleted After Posts Critical of Biden; ‘You Can’t F**k up as Bad as He Did and Say You’re Sorry’: Biden Meets With Pregnant Wife of Fallen U.S. Service Member

By Daily Mail. Facebook temporarily deleted the Instagram account of the mother of one of the Marines killed in Afghanistan by an ISIS bomb last week after she publicly blamed President Biden for his death and the deaths of the other service members killed.

Shana Chappell is the mother of Kareem Nikoui, 20, who was killed in the ISIS bomb attack at Kabul airport on August 26. . .

On Friday, she posted a tribute to her son on Instagram that received thousands of messages of condolence. In the days since, she shared another tribute and a video of the country singer Coffey Anderson volunteering to sing at a funeral for the slain troops.

On Facebook, Chappell has repeatedly blamed Biden for her son’s death and in a post on Monday just before she had her Instagram account disabled, she wrote a long Facebook post directed at Biden where she described meeting him on Sunday at Dover Air Base. . .

Her account was suspended yesterday and was restored after she posted about being disabled on Facebook, and a Facebook spokesperson has since told DailyMail.com that it was deleted ‘incorrectly’ but it won’t say how the ‘mistake’ came about. ‘You Can’t F**k up as Bad as He Did and Say You’re Sorry’: Biden Meets With Pregnant Wife of Fallen U.S. Service Member

By Daily Mail. The family of a Marine who died in the Aug. 26 terror bombing in Kabul is blaming the Biden administration for the attack.

President Joe Biden met with the family of Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Rylee McCollum on Sunday, The Washington Post reported. The length of the meeting, only a few minutes, showed a “total disregard to the loss of our Marine,” McCollum’s sister Roice said.

Rylee McCollum, a 20-year old from Wyoming, was one of 13 American soldiers killed by an ISIS-K suicide bomber outside Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul. His wife is pregnant with their unborn child. A GoFundMe for McCollum’s child’s education had raised more than $428,000 by the afternoon of Aug. 30.

Biden met privately with McCollum’s widow Jiennah, Roice McCollum said. During the meeting, Biden reportedly referenced his son Beau’s military service. The interaction struck the McCollum family as “scripted and shallow,” according to the Post.

“You can’t f— up as bad as he did and say you’re sorry,” Roice McCollum said. “This did not need to happen, and every life is on his hands.” (Read more from “‘You Can’t F**k up as Bad as He Did and Say You’re Sorry’: Biden Meets With Pregnant Wife of Fallen U.S. Service Member” HERE)

Team Hillary Strikes Again: Failed Campaign Manager Played Role in Botched Afghanistan Evacuation

Yet another former Hillary Clinton aide appears to have played a role in the Biden administration’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal. Politico reported on Monday that Robby Mook, the Democratic operative who managed Hillary’s failed presidential campaign in 2016, was at the Kabul airport performing public relations duties during the evacuation of U.S. citizens and Afghan allies from the Taliban-controlled country.

Mook, a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve, has been on active duty abroad since February after taking a hiatus from Democratic politics. In addition to managing Hillary’s failed 2016 campaign, he was also a state director on her failed 2008 campaign. Most recently, Mook served as president of House Majority PAC during the 2020 election, when Democrats failed to defeat a single Republican incumbent and lost 13 seats in the House, despite winning the presidency.

According to Politico, the failed campaign operative was “part of a group of four public affairs officers dealing with press questions” at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul. An anonymous source described him as “just doing his job” and said the former Hillary aide made a self-deprecating remark about not being recognized.

At least Mook has actually served his country in uniform, unlike White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan, who was Hillary Clinton’s top aide during her tenure as secretary of state, as well as a foreign policy adviser on both of her failed presidential campaigns. President Joe Biden proudly nominated Sullivan to be “one of the youngest national security advisers in decades” and a key component of his inclusive foreign policy team. Trump: Get U.S. Military Weaponry Back Or Else ‘Bomb The Hell Out Of It’

. . .The Biden administration has brushed off concerns, with Pentagon spokesman John Kirby claiming, on the issue of what was left behind, and whether any of it was destroyed, “Time’s not right for that right now.”

The Washington Examiner reported former President Donald Trump called on Biden to get “every penny” of the equipment or, in the alternative, “bomb the hell” out of it.

At least then it could not be turned back against the U.S. taxpayers, who paid for it.

“Never in history has a withdrawal from war been handled so badly or incompetently as the Biden administration’s withdrawal from Afghanistan,” Trump wrote in an email statement. “In addition to the obvious, ALL EQUIPMENT should be demanded to be immediately returned to the United States, and that includes every penny of the $85 billion dollars in cost.” (Read more from “Trump: Get U.S. Military Weaponry Back Or Else ‘Bomb The Hell Out Of It'” HERE)

Father of Marine Seen Cradling Afghan Infant Reacts to Daughter’s Death

The grieving father of a U.S. Marine killed in a suicide attack at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul just days after she shared the now iconic photo of her cradling an Afghan baby described his daughter in a heartbreaking new interview as his “hero” and a true “warrior.”

“She’s a hero. She’s a warrior,” Marine Sgt. Nicole Gee’s father, Richard Herrera, told NBC’s “TODAY” in a recent interview from his home in Roseville, Calif. On Aug. 20, Gee had shared a photo to Instagram of her cradling an Afghan baby at the airport in Kabul, captioning the image, “I love my job.”

Filled with pride, Herrera quickly shared the photo with friends and family. Six days later, Gee was one of the 13 service members killed on Aug. 26 when a bomb went off outside Abbey Gate. Asked by NBC’s Erin McLaughlin what he sees in that photo now, Herrera answered “Just my baby. My baby.”

“It broke me for a while,” Herrera said of his daughter’s death. “It hit me hard.”

Gee, 23, of Sacramento, California, was a maintenance technician with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit from Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Brig. Gen. Forrest C. Poole III, commanding general of 2nd Marine Logistics Group, said his unit mourned “the immense loss of Sgt. Gee,” and the others. Once Again, Biden Points Finger at Trump Over Chaotic Afghan Withdrawal

President Joe Biden addressed the nation Tuesday afternoon for the first time since American troops fully withdrew from Afghanistan and pinned partial blame on former President Donald Trump for some of the chaos that unfolded during the withdrawal.

“The previous administration’s agreement said that if we stuck to the May 1st deadline that they had signed on to leave by, the Taliban wouldn’t attack any American forces,” the president said during his Tuesday speech shifting blame to negotiations Trump had with the Taliban before he took office. “But if we stayed all bets were off, so we were left with a simple decision. Either follow through on the commitment made by the last administration and leave Afghanistan or say we weren’t leaving and commit another tens of thousands more troops going back to war. That was the choice. The real choice between leaving or escalating.”

Biden said that the Taliban was in its “strongest military position since 2001” when he took office.

The president also added that August 31 was not an “arbitrary deadline” to withdrawal American troops but instead it was designed to “save lives.” (Read more from “Once Again, Biden Points Finger at Trump Over Chaotic Afghan Withdrawal” HERE)
