‘Bad Theater’ AOC Dragged After Crying Over Iron Dome Vote (VIDEO)

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is being dragged for “bad theater” after she appeared to break down on the House floor just moments after she voted “present” on an effort to provide $1 billion in funding for Israel’s Iron Dome.

The 31-year-old made a last-minute decision to amend her vote to “present” on Thursday — going against her fellow Squad members who had opposed the bill.

Moments after the bill overwhelmingly passed 420-9, the New York Democrat appeared to start crying and was comforted by fellow lawmakers.

Critics were quick to accuse Ocasio-Cortez of “theatrics.”

“Theatre and bad theatre at that,” Meghan McCain tweeted.

“AOC literally in tears after voting ‘present’ on the Iron Dome funding. More Jew hating theatrics from the squad,” Jerusalem Post columnist Emily Shrader said.

Hypocrites: AOC’s ‘Tax the Rich’ Dress Designer Reportedly Owes Thousands in Unpaid Taxes

A new report alleges a seemingly hypocritical accusation against the designer of the dress Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) wore to the swanky Met Gala. The designer, Aurora James, is a “notorious tax deadbeat with unpaid debts dogging her in multiple states,” according to the New York Post.

James, 37, designed the “Tax the Rich” dress that Ocasio-Cortez wore to the $30,000-per-ticket posh fete. James, who reportedly has a net worth of $2 million, said the gown delivered a “powerful message” at the glitzy event that featured well-to-do celebrities and influential elites.

The controversy stems from the Cultural Brokerage Agency, an LLC that James formed in 2021 to serve as the parent company of her fashion brand, Brother Vellies. The company has been served 15 warrants in total since 2015, according to the outlet.

The New York Post reported:

The company racked up three open tax warrants in New York state for failing to withhold income taxes from employees’ paychecks totaling $14,798, the state Department of Taxation and Finance told The Post. The debts — which were incurred before the pandemic — stem from 2018 and 2019.

Second Ethics Complaint Filed Against AOC Over Met Gala Attendance

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was hit Thursday with another ethics complaint over her attendance at Monday night’s Met Gala, with a second conservative watchdog group claiming she violated House rules on accepting gifts.

The complaint from the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) to the Office of Congressional Ethics alleged that Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) improperly accepted tickets from a table sponsor for herself and her boyfriend.

House rules allow members to take free tickets to charity events directly from event organizers, and The Post reported Tuesday that AOC and boyfriend Riley Roberts were directly invited by the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

However, the NLPC argued that “it is the table sponsor who is gifting or underwriting a coveted seat to AOC at the Gala.

Socialist Status: AOC Wears ‘Tax the Rich’ Dress to Met Gala

. . .Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — who is the face of the Democratic Socialists of America — showed up to the glitzy Met Gala wearing a political message seemingly aimed at her fellow partygoers.

Ocasio-Cortez wore a white gown by Brother Vellies with “Tax the Rich” in red letters splashed across her back and accessorized with a matching slogan on her bag to the America-themed ball.

The 31-year-old rep, who is the darling of the far left, could have found a more receptive audience to her sartorial statement at a workers rally. The Met Gala is an exclusive event, which is a parade of millionaire pop stars, wealthy actors, trust fund society swans and members of the gliteratti.

AOC Mercilessly Mocked for Using Gender-Neutral Term To Describe ‘Women’ (VIDEO)

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was roundly mocked on Twitter for using the term “menstruating person” instead of women in a recent interview.

On Tuesday, Ocasio-Cortez appeared on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” to discuss Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s statements on the Texas Heartbeat Act which prohibits abortions after six weeks. She claimed that the law was actually not “about supporting life” and instead was about controlling “women’s bodies” as well as “any menstruating person.”

“None of this is about supporting life. What this is about is controlling women’s bodies, & controlling people who are not cisgender men. This is about making sure that someone like me as a woman or any menstruating person in this country cannot make decisions over their own body,” she said.

The radically left U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., is on video without a mask, which at this time was not required since the group of people was outside.

But then when a photo op arises, she puts one on.

And a short time later, after the photographer is done, takes it off again to mingle.

In Leaked Interview, AOC Says She Thought She Faced Rape at Capitol Riot

Clips of a leaked CNN interview published by Project Veritas show Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saying she thought she was going to be raped at the Capitol Riot.

In the video clip published by Project Veritas Tuesday, Ocasio-Cortez told CNN’s Dana Bash that she is a survivor of sexual assault, noting that she has not “told many people that.” Project Veritas’ source believed CNN would air the interview in August, spokesman Mario Balaban told the Daily Caller News Foundation. . .

“For a lot of [sexual assault] survivors across the country, the decision to come forward oftentimes does not feel like a conscious one,” Ocasio-Cortez told Bash, according to the video. “That impact was doubled that day because of the misogyny and the racism that was so deeply rooted and animated — that attack on the Capitol, you know, white supremacy and patriarchy are very linked in a lot of ways. There’s a lot of sexualizing of that violence.”

She continued: “And I didn’t think that I was just going to be killed. I thought other things were going to happen to me as well.

A Shocking Number of College Grads Wish They Had Been Taught More Life Skills

Remember when Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) was amazed by a garbage disposal and the idea that you can grow food in the ground? Many of us tittered and guffawed. As it turns out, she is not an anomaly. According to a poll from SWNS digital, 81% of college grads wish they had been taught more life skills before graduation. Instead, they learned the importance of pronouns and social justice activism. It seems that many students leave a college clueless about budgeting and what to do when you can’t afford DoorDash.

The learned helplessness churned out from our universities seems intentional. College grads who leave school without life skills are more willing to rely on the government. According to the poll:

Conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Experian Boost™, the survey found 81% of respondents agreed they wish they were taught more life skills before graduating college.

The top things pollsters feel left in the dark on included how to invest, long-term financial planning, and the best ways to manage their student loan debt. A further three in 10 regret not learning how to budget.

Nearly one in five (17%) college grads polled still don’t know how to cook or do their own laundry. Twenty-six percent are also feeling lost when it comes to basic apartment maintenance too – like unclogging a toilet or resetting a Wi-Fi router.

U.S. Socialist Group, Linked To AOC And ’Squad’ Dems, Backs Cuban Communists Amid Violent Crackdown

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and three other House Democrats affiliated with the far-left Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) have so far remained silent while the DSA appears to back Cuba’s communist regime against protesters demanding freedom.

Ocasio-Cortez, Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, New York Rep. Jamaal Bowman and Missouri Rep. Cori Bush make up the four DSA members in Congress. All four members have yet to speak out about the ongoing protests in Cuba and none of their offices returned Fox News’ requests for comment by press time.

The DSA International Committee on Monday declared its solidarity with the “Revolution” – the term used by the communist regime – “in this moment of unrest.” The DSA’s national arm also echoed Cuba’s president in blaming America’s trade embargo with the communist regime for the unrest. . .

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, a self-described democratic socialist, broke his silence on the Cuban protests in a late-night tweet Monday that urged the Cuban government to “refrain from violence” while criticizing the U.S. for its embargo. Democratic Socialists Ignore Cuba’s Crackdown on Protesters Demanding Freedom From Communism (VIDEO)

As thousands of protesters take to the streets in Cuba demonstrating against the evil communist regime that has had them in a stranglehold for more than 60 years, Democratic Socialists such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Bernie Sanders are totally ignoring them.

Protests erupted on Sunday in cities across Cuba and there was not a peep from Democratic Socialists in America acknowledging the historic occurrence just 90 miles from Florida.

Fox News reportedly emailed Sanders and Reps. Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Rashida Tlaib. None of them responded and they haven’t even mentioned the massive protests on social media.

As Cubans are demonstrating against horrific food shortages, skyrocketing prices, and the pandemic, the left is eerily silent. The only thing that they reacted with was to call on President Biden to lift the U.S. embargo and sanctions on Cuba which will not resolve their problems.
