High School Halts Transgender Spirit Week After Outcry From Parents

A public records request revealed that parents at Estrella Foothills High School in Goodyear, Ariz., successfully halted a Transgender Awareness Week that aimed to push left-wing gender theory on the school community.

The week originally included a variety of different activities, including wearing name tags with students’ pronouns, wearing rainbow colors to celebrate the LGBT movement, and another day on which students were instructed to wear blue, white, and pink, the colors of the transgender flag. The spirit week was being hosted by Estrella Foothill High School’s Coexist club.

The club also made an Instagram post encouraging students to donate to the National Center for Transgender Equality, a far-left organization that advocates for boys to be able to use girls’ restrooms in schools, a policy that threatens the safety of young women.

Courtney Ratkus is the sponsor of the Coexist club and a teacher who proposed the spirit day to principal Kimberly Heinz in an email, also explaining the themes behind each day. . .

Documents gathered from the public records request reveal that parents and students were able to successfully stop the spirit week after the first day. One parent condemned the push for a “radical sexual lifestyle” in an email to district administrators before warning that if the push continues, he will “be forced to withdraw my children and the funding that your school relies on.” (Read more from “High School Halts Transgender Spirit Week After Outcry From Parents” HERE)

WATCH: Cop Seen Fatally Shooting Man in Wheelchair Nine Times in Harrowing Video

Harrowing footage caught the moment an off-duty Arizona cop working as a Walmart security guard shot a 61-year-old man in a wheelchair nine times in the back, killing him — after the disabled man allegedly shoplifted.

The officer, Ryan Remington, was on assignment at the Walmart in Tucson on Monday when an employee alerted him about 6 p.m. that a customer in a motorized wheelchair had swiped a toolbox, KGUN reported.

The employee caught up with the suspect, identified later as Richard Lee Richards, and asked him to show a receipt in the parking lot.

“Instead of providing the receipt, Mr. Richards brandished a knife and said, ‘Here’s your receipt,’” Police Chief Chris Magnus said in a statement, according to CNN.

The chief said Remington, a four-year member of the Tucson police force, also followed Richards while “attempting to gain his cooperation” and surrender the blade.

School Board Member Publicized Parents’ Social Security Numbers, Divorce Proceedings, Financial Records In Effort To Track Outspoken Parents

Parents with children enrolled in the Scottsdale Unified School District were appalled when they uncovered that one of the district’s school board members had editing access to a Google Drive that included personal pictures and information on a slew of outspoken parents, including their social security numbers, a divorce proceeding, and financial records.

Mother Kim Stafford uncovered a Google Drive link when school board President Jann-Michael Greenberg sent her an email accusing her of “anti-Semitic” comments against billionaire George Soros. Greenburg sent Stafford a screenshot of his desktop, which included a since-deleted Google Drive URL reviewed by the Daily Caller. The drive was available to anyone who had the link.

Stafford shared the link with her friends, including mother Amanda Wray who told the Daily Caller she was “disgusted” when she saw that the drive included pictures of her 8 and 10-year-old daughters.

Parents have since dubbed the Google Drive an “online dossier.” The folders housed within the dossier are labeled “SUSD Wackos,” “Press Conference Psychos,” and “Anti Mask Lunatics,” among others. Included under “Press Conference Psychos” was a video that shows parents calmly holding signs that read “CRT is Racist” and “SUSD We Demand Transparency.”

The dossier takes specific aim at the concerned parent group “Community Advocacy Network” (CAN). Administrators and founders of CAN’s active Facebook page have folders dedicated to screenshots of their Facebook comments, pictures of them with their husbands, and in some cases financial records. Arizona 2020 Vote Audit Finds Potentially Election-Shifting Numbers of Illegal Ballots

By The Federalist. On Friday, the Arizona State Senate released the final reports on the results of the Maricopa County Forensic Election Audit. While the reports made several significant findings supporting former President Trump’s complaints about the 2020 election, the corporate media ignored those aspects of the audit to focus instead only on the results of the hand recount. . .

Left unmentioned, however, were the numerous findings of problems with the election and, most significantly, evidence indicating tens of thousands of ballots were illegally cast or counted. A report entitled “Compliance with Election Laws and Procedures,” issued by Senate Audit Liaison Ken Bennett, highlighted several issues, of which two were particularly significant because of the number of votes involved.

First, Bennett excerpted the Arizona statutory provisions governing early ballots. Those provisions require early ballots to be accompanied by a signed affidavit in which the voter declares he is registered in the appropriate county and has not already voted. The statute further mandates that a voter “make and sign the affidavit,” and directs the early election board to check the voter’s affidavit.

Significantly, “if the affidavit is insufficient, the vote shall not be allowed.” The secretary of state’s Election Procedures Manual reinforces this point, stating: “If the early ballot affidavit is not signed, the County Recorder shall not count the ballot.”

In his report, Bennett noted that “while the Audit scope of work did not include comparing signatures with voter registration records for each voter, it did identify a number of missing signatures on ballot envelop affidavits, which to the extent the ballots in such envelopes were tallied, would violate the above statutes and procedures.” (Read more from “Arizona 2020 Vote Audit Finds Potentially Election-Shifting Numbers of Illegal Ballots” HERE)

Arizona GOP Senator Claims Audit Results Prove Biden’s Election Win Should Be ‘Nullified’

By Newsweek. Republican Arizona state Senator Sonny Borrelli has referred to as for the 2020 presidential election to be “nullified” after deeming the outcomes of the controversial audit that once more confirmed President Joe Biden‘s victory final week a “psychological operation.” . . .

“Clearly, what we now have right here—it is not a conspiracy concept anymore, that is what they referred to as us, conspiracy theorists—however we even have proof of a conspiracy to cowl up,” Borrelli said. “That is been perpetrated by Maricopa County and the secretary of state’s workplace. And perpetuated by the pretend information mainstream media.”

“Now we’re all experiencing…a psychological operation put forth by the propaganda machine of the left,” he added. “The Democrats, the left, no matter it’s. No matter you need to name it. They simply type of resurrected [Nazi propaganda chief Joseph] Goebbels. As a result of what they’re attempting to do is a psychological operation of disinformation, misinformation.” (Read more from “Arizona GOP Senator Claims Audit Results Prove Biden’s Election Win Should Be ‘Nullified’” HERE)

Arizona Attorney General to Maricopa: Give up Election Information or Lose $700M

In a major escalation in the fight over Arizona’s Maricopa County’s refusal to comply with a Senate election audit subpoena, the state attorney general’s office ordered the county to give in or lose its state funding, which provides nearly a third of the county’s budget.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich said that the county, America’s fourth largest in population, is violating state law by not complying with the Senate’s request for routers in its 2020 election audit and review of former President Donald Trump’s loss.

In his ruling shared with Secrets, Brnovich said, “Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.”

According to county and state estimates, the state provides about $700 million a year to the county, over a quarter of its $2.7 billion budget. (Read more from “Arizona Attorney General to Maricopa: Give up Election Information or Lose $700M” HERE)

Maricopa Approves Financial Claim Against Arizona Senate for Cost of Voting Machines Subpoenaed for Audit

Maricopa County approved a financial claim against the Arizona Senate for reimbursement of the nearly $3 million spent to replace election equipment that was decommissioned due to the Republican-led chamber’s 2020 election audit.

The county’s board of supervisors voted unanimously on Wednesday to serve Senate President Karen Fann a notice of the claim, which seeks $2,833,220 for the cost of replacing machines “rendered useless” by the audit.

County supervisors emphasized the county was not filing a lawsuit against the state Senate with the financial claim. Instead, they sought to hold Fann accountable to an agreement she signed in April to indemnify the county of audit costs.

However, supervisor Bill Gates said the claim demonstrates the county reserves the right to sue if it has to “work out the payment” for the decommissioned machines.

Fann expressed opposition to the claim, signaling the matter will make its way to court. (Read more from “Maricopa Approves Financial Claim Against Arizona Senate for Cost of Voting Machines Subpoenaed for Audit” HERE)

Arizona Senate President Says Maricopa Audit Report Being Prepared

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann provided a brief update on the progress of a report on the 2020 election audit conducted in Maricopa County.

The Republican leader said the companies contracted to conduct the review, led by Cyber Ninjas, are putting together a report on their findings from the audit, which has been subject to intense criticism by county officials and others, including Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs , who has cast the audit as a “political stunt ” meant to cast doubt on election integrity.

“Confirming audit companies are preparing the draft report to present to the senate team. Senate team will then review for accuracy and clarity for final report which will be released publicly,” Fann said in a tweet on Monday.

Fann was responding to a Twitter account that warned people to beware of a tweet appearing to quote former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne, a supporter of the audit , saying the report is being finished and delivered to the state Senate next week. Dominion Voting Systems, Maricopa County Reject Subpoenas in Arizona Election Audit

Both Maricopa County and Dominion Voting Systems have rebuffed subpoenas from the Arizona state Senate related to the Republican-led chamber’s audit of the 2020 presidential election.

The county was asked for routers, machine passwords and voter registration records while the same passwords were sought from Dominion. The Senate‘s contractor, Florida-based Cyber Ninjas, wanted to check whether they had been connected to the internet on Election Day.

All the information was to have been turned over by Monday, but both parties declined, citing security and legal issues.

In its letter, according to reports in Axios and the Arizona Republic, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors said it already had provided Cyber Ninjas with the information needed but could not turn over the routers.
