Tulsi Gabbard Promises to Expose Biden’s Surveillance State

Anyone who served in the Biden administration ought to be sweating bullets right now because their worst nightmare is coming true. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has publicly committed to exposing the previous administration’s domestic surveillance and censorship programs. This development represents exactly why the Democrats fought so desperately to block her confirmation.

Americans are about to learn the full scope of how the Biden administration weaponized federal agencies against its own citizens. America First Legal (AFL) called on Director Gabbard to declassify and release documents detailing the administration’s classified surveillance strategy.

“We write to you today to request that your office conduct a declassification review of the classified version of the Biden Administration’s 2021 ‘National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism’ (‘domestic surveillance strategy’),” AFL wrote in a letter dated April 2, 2025. “In June 2021, the Biden Administration published its whole-of-government approach to censoring disfavored speech on the Internet by labeling such speech ‘misinformation,’ ‘disinformation,’ ‘hate speech,’ ‘domestic terrorism,’ or other similar monikers. In July of that year, America First Legal Foundation (“AFL”) launched an investigation into the Administration’s implementation of that plan.”

The letter continued:

Through a separate lawsuit, challenging an illegally constituted Federal Advisory Committee at the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), AFL learned that the Biden Administration had published an accompanying classified version of the domestic surveillance strategy. Based on the released meeting minutes, someone-presumably from within the Biden Administration-described the classified version of the strategy as “crisp and clear” and having “defined responsibilities.” This stands in contrast to the broad and generalized language included in the public-facing document.

Justice Thomas Slams SCOTUS Majority For Backing Biden’s Ghost Gun ‘Overreach’

Justice Clarence Thomas slammed the majority for backing a Biden administration rule regulating “ghost guns” on Wednesday.

In a 7-2 ruling, the Supreme Court held that a rule enabling gun parts kits to be regulated as traditional firearms is not inconsistent with the Gun Control Act (GCA).

“The GCA embraces, and thus permits ATF to regulate, some weapon parts kits and unfinished frames or receivers, including those we have discussed,” Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote in the ruling. “Because the court of appeals held otherwise, its judgment is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.”

Justices Thomas and Samuel Alito dissented from the ruling.

“The statutory terms ‘frame’ and ‘receiver’ do not cover the unfinished frames and receivers contained in weapon-parts kits, and weapon-parts kits themselves do not meet the statutory definition of ‘firearm,’” Thomas wrote. “That should end the case. Jessica Aber, US Attorney Found Dead at 43, Was in Charge of High-Profile Cases Targeting CIA Leaks, Russian Fraud

The former US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia who was found dead Saturday morning had been in charge of some of the biggest cases targeting leaks in the CIA and Russian nationals carrying out fraud in America.

Officials are investigating Jessica Aber’s cause of death after the 43-year-old was discovered unresponsive at her home by Alexandria Police Department officers just before 9:20 a.m. Saturday morning.

Prior to her resignation in January as President Trump took office, the Biden-nominated attorney saw one of her biggest wins in court when ex-CIA analyst Asif Rahman, 34, pleaded guilty to leaking top secret documents about Israel’s plan to strike Iran last year.

The high-profile case saw Rahman posting documents detailing Israel’s October strike on Telegram, forcing the Jewish state to hold off on the retaliatory attack against Tehran.

Former Biden US Attorney Found Dead At 43

Jessica Aber, a 43-year-old former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia appointed by President Biden, was found dead at her home Saturday in Alexandria, Virginia.

The Alexandria Police Department stated that officers responded to Aber’s home after receiving a report about an “unresponsive woman.”

While her death remains unexplained, the department is investigating the “cause and manner” of her death. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is also conducting a review of Aber’s death.

During her tenure from 2021 to 2025, Aber secured a conviction of Siemens Energy for corporate espionage. Siemens was found guilty of stealing trade secrets from competitors General Electric and Mitsubishi, resulting in a $104 million fine.

The Biden-appointed attorney achieved a major win when ex-CIA analyst Asif Rahman, 34, pleaded guilty to leaking classified documents about Israel’s planned strike on Iran. Leftist Lawfare Aims To Keep Illegally Present Murderers And Child Rapists Roaming U.S. Streets

It is a tale as old as time: a criminal identified for arrest and prison does everything possible to avoid contact with authorities. In recent years, many wanted criminals have fled their home country, destination: United States. On former President Joe Biden’s watch, fugitives from justice illegally entered and found sanctuary in the U.S., where many continued their criminal ways.

They are unworthy of our hospitality, yet leftist activists are in court trying to protect literal murderers and rapists from being deported.

When the Department of Homeland Security last week deported 238 illegal aliens and alleged members of Tren De Aragua, a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, from the U.S. to a prison in El Salvador, the anti-American ACLU and the far-left lawfare firm Democracy Forward went to court to stop the deportations. Activist Judge James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court of Washington, D.C. ordered the Trump administration not to remove any violent illegal aliens for 14 days, but the airplanes carrying them were already on their way.

While court actions are ongoing, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) continues to remove wanted criminals still in the U.S. every day.

Like Miguel Antonio Verdugo-Garcia, 49, who is wanted in Mexico for homicide. Sporting a white cable-knit cardigan sweater adorned with Scottie dogs, Verdugo-Garcia was removed from Arizona by ICE officials on March 13. He had been arrested for assault by Glendale Police Department, and the Avondale Police Department arrested him for false report to law enforcement before he was deported. He had previously been removed from the U.S. three times in 2019, according to ICE. Federal Gov’t Agencies Quietly Went On Massive Spending Sprees Under Biden, Report Finds

A host of federal government agencies have overseen massive spending for years while greatly expanding their workforces, according to an OpenTheBooks report.

Annual spending across multiple federal government agencies has exploded over the past several years, often outpacing growth of staff and even inflation rates, according to a report from OpenTheBooks first obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. The report comes amid President Donald Trump’s ongoing efforts to crack down on wasteful spending across the federal government and reduce the federal workforce to save American taxpayers money.

The Department of Commerce (DOC)’s annual spending grew from roughly $13.1 million in 2021 — the year former President Joe Biden took office — to an estimated $20.5 million in 2024, OpenTheBooks’ report found. Meanwhile, the DOC’s workforce declined from 53,939 in 2020 to 47,650 in 2024.

“Time after time, at agency after agency, we see spending skyrocketing since 2000, even when headcounts grew modestly and stayed flat,” OpenTheBooks wrote in the report. “In this most recent batch of examples, we also saw Biden administration spending priorities reveal themselves through the outlays at key agencies”

The Biden-Harris administration notably oversaw massive government spending, with a large sum going toward costly COVID-19 relief funding in the aftermath of the pandemic. Biden’s administration also funneled millions of dollars into various left-wing initiatives such as programs related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and environmental justice. DNI Gabbard Revokes Security Clearances of Biden Officials, Signers of Hunter Biden Laptop Letter

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard announced Monday she has revoked the security clearances of former top Biden administration officials as well as the 51 former intelligence officials who signed the letter calling the Hunter Biden laptop Russian disinformation.

She also announced that former President Joe Biden is no longer receiving the President’s Daily Brief, a summary of intelligence regarding issues and events around the world.

She posted:

Per @POTUS directive, I have revoked security clearances and barred access to classified information for Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Lisa Monaco, Mark Zaid, Norman Eisen, Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, and Andrew Weissman, along with the 51 signers of the Hunter Biden “disinformation” letter. The President’s Daily Brief is no longer being provided to former President Biden.

Insanity: Biden Admin. Spent Hundreds of Millions in Tranny Experiments on Animals

At least $241 million in taxpayer funds was spent on transgender surgeries and animal experiments, prompting a congressional lawmaker to question the rationale behind the expenditures.

Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., on Wednesday, said spending millions on such treatments was “insane, right?”

During a Feb. 6 House Committee on Oversight and Reform hearing titled: “Transgender Lab Rats and Poisoned Puppies: Oversight of Taxpayer Funded Animal Cruelty,” earlier this month, Justin Goodman of the White Coat Waste Project (WCW) watchdog group said the federal government spent millions on “transgender animal testing.”

“I would say that’s the floor, not the ceiling,” Goodman told Crane.

“In a lot of these cases, they involve mice, rats, monkeys, who are being surgically mutilated and subjected to hormone therapies to mimic female to male or male to female gender transitions, gender-affirming hormone therapies, and then looking at the biological, psychological and physiological effects of the gender transitions, looking at the effects of taking vaccines after you’ve transitioned these animals from male to female or female to male, looking at the size of their genitals changing after you’ve put them on estrogen or testosterone therapies to transition them,” he added. Pentagon’s Liberal Agenda Is Already Taking A Massive Beating

Left-wing initiatives and programs that were once a crown jewel of the Biden Pentagon are rapidly being thrown overboard as the Trump administration moves to aggressively revamp America’s defense capabilities.

In the span of a few weeks, former President Joe Biden’s push for Pentagon-subsidized sex-change surgeries was effectively rendered dead while deeply embedded diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives have begun to be systematically rooted out. The new administration also reversed military discharges for service members who objected to the COVID-19 vaccine.

President Donald Trump’s commitment to breathing new life into the Pentagon comes as the armed forces grapple with recruiting challenges and low morale.

“The United States military has a clear mission: to protect the American people and our homeland as the world’s most lethal and effective fighting force,” the White House said in a Jan. 27 statement announcing an executive order on “restoring” the military. “Success in this existential mission requires a singular focus on developing the requisite warrior ethos, and the pursuit of military excellence cannot be diluted to accommodate political agendas or other ideologies harmful to unit cohesion.”

Dismantling the Deep State Begins on Day One of Trump 2.0

As President Donald Trump was preparing to start his second term, corporate media outlets were breathlessly reporting that the Trump transition team had asked “more than a dozen career diplomats to step down.” Scores were said to be “stepping down,” resulting in “an exodus of decorated veterans of the Foreign Service,” the Washington Post reported. . .

The gnashing of teeth from the Pravda press over Trump making good on his pledge to dismantle the deep state was as expected as the president’s swift action. The reporting also was — not surprisingly — not entirely correct.

Reuters, according to sources, reported that among the diplomats asked to take a hike was John Bass, “the agency’s No. 3 official … who was acting undersecretary for political affairs overseeing policy from Asia to Europe and the Middle East.” His imminent departure was first reported by the Washington Post. The State Department updated the diplomat’s bio, noting “John Bass’s term ended on January 20, 2025.”

Reuters and others reported, via their sources, that Lisa Kenna, a career member of the Senior Foreign Service who had served as executive secretariat under Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Trump’s first presidential term, would take over Bass’ duties. In fact, the president announced Monday that he had named Kenna acting Secretary of State until the confirmation of his nominee, Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla. Kenna’s tenure was but a few hours. Early Monday evening, the Senate unanimously confirmed Rubio as Secretary of State, the first of Trump’s nominees to make it through the confirmation process.

Trump’s rapid moves to “clean out the deep state” should come as no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention. He campaigned on it. He has nominated a cabinet team dedicated to deep state disinfecting.
