Biden Admin Says It Doesn’t Have Authority to Shoot Down Mysterious Drones

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Friday said the government doesn’t have the authority to shoot down drones and believes reports of some sightings are cases of mistaken identity.

Mayorkas appeared on CNN when he was asked about why the federal government doesn’t take down one of the many drones that have been spotted across multiple states in recent weeks.

“Our authorities are very limited,” Mayorkas told CNN host Wolf Blitzer, citing missions involving unmanned aircraft conducted by various federal agencies. “We have various authorities that are discreet to their particular missions. We can’t just shoot a drone out of the sky.”

Mayorkas said officials believe reported drone sightings are “cases of mistaken identity” where drones are actually small aircraft “where people are misidentifying them,” noting that some can be purchased at “convenience stores.”

“We know of no threat or nefarious activity,” he said. (Read more from “Biden Admin Says It Doesn’t Have Authority to Shoot Down Mysterious Drones” HERE)

Biden-Harris DOJ Sues to Stop Virginia From Taking Noncitizens off the Voter Rolls

The Biden-Harris Justice Department filed a lawsuit on Friday alleging that Virginia’s removal of noncitizens and other ineligible registrants from its voter rolls is illegal.

“The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy and the Justice Department will continue to ensure that the rights of qualified voters are protected,” Kristen Clarke, the hyper-partisan head of the agency’s Civil Rights Division, contended in a melodramatic statement.

The suit comes in response to efforts by Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin and the Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) to ensure only eligible U.S. citizens are on the state’s voter registration lists.

In an August executive order directing commonwealth agencies to undertake election security efforts ahead of the November election, Youngkin revealed that ELECT had removed 6,303 noncitizens from Virginia’s voter rolls from January 2022 to July 2024. The directive also included instructions for ensuring accuracy within the state voter rolls.

In its lawsuit, the DOJ — which has regularly been weaponized to target Republican-led election integrity efforts since Joe Biden became president — alleged that the state’s removal of foreign nationals from its voter registration lists violated the “Quiet Period Provision” of the 1993 National Voter Registration Act. That law requires states to complete “not later than 90 days prior to the date of a primary or general election for Federal office, any program the purpose of which is to systematically remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters.” (Read more from “Biden-Harris DOJ Sues to Stop Virginia From Taking Noncitizens off the Voter Rolls” HERE)

Biden-Harris Admin Paves Way for Bureaucrats to Take Gender-Confused Kids From ‘Non-Affirming’ Parents

“Transphobia is child abuse,” Alex Roque, who runs the Ali Forney Center for homeless LGBTQ youth in New York City, asserted on a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) webinar last fall.

In less than three minutes, he cast a vision for completely transforming child protective systems nationwide. Family rejection of a child’s gender identity cannot be dismissed as a personal view, he argued. Non-affirmation must be treated as abuse. “If they were denying them food or denying them access to school or denying other things, there would be headlines,” Roque continued. “There would be prosecution.”

Among gender activists the Biden-Harris administration has enlisted to shape its policies, Roque’s definition of abuse is not fringe, and his vision for reshaping the system is not hypothetical.

While crafting its foster care rule finalized in April, HHS officials took inspiration from social workers in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, who spent years pioneering a program that strong-arms parents into affirming whatever confused beliefs children express about their gender. Parents who decline risk losing a voice in their child’s life.

The program developed in Cuyahoga County using federal grant funds provided the HHS’ Administration for Children and Families (ACF) with an ideal model for infusing gender ideology into foster care and social services, the Daily Caller News Foundation discovered in reviewing hundreds of documents and emails obtained via public record requests. New Migrant Caravan Headed North Trying to Beat the Possible Arrival of a Trump Administration

A new migrant caravan of approximately 1,000 migrants departed from Mexico’s southern border this weekend to make its way to Mexico City. From there, the group is expected to disperse and find various ways to reach the U.S. border. The caravan is the second to start in Mexico since October 1, when the country’s new president, Claudia Sheinbaum, took office.

The caravan began early Sunday morning in Tapachula, Chiapas, and has been officially named “God is Guiding Us.” The caravan comprises approximately 1,000 migrants from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Haiti, Panamá, and Costa Rica, as well as some migrants from Afghanistan and Nepal. The group plans to make its way to Mexico City, with its ultimate goal being the U.S. border.

The migrants who make up the caravan have received legal status in Mexico and were in the process of waiting in Chiapas for an appointment for the Biden-Harris administration’s CBP One application. However, the group’s organizers got tired of the long wait times.

According to Jonathan Rojas, the group fears the rhetoric former U.S. President Donald J. Trump voiced that he would close the current immigration pathway. Rojas claimed that he was traveling due to economic reasons due to a lack of opportunities in his native Colombia.

“There is real concern that if he (Trump) gets elected, they will close the border,” Rojas said. “We can’t keep waiting for them to give us an appointment. Conditions here in Chiapas are not healthy, there are too many of us and not enough supplies and space. They (the Mexican government) need to help us.” (Read more from “New Migrant Caravan Headed North Trying to Beat the Possible Arrival of a Trump Administration” HERE)

Tulsi Gabbard Tells Glenn Beck She’s Suing Biden Admin for Placing Her on Terror Watch List

Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard said she is filing a lawsuit over being placed on a terror watch list after she criticized Vice President Kamala Harris (D) as being unfit to serve as president.

Gabbard revealed her litigious intent to Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck on his show Wednesday.

“The Federal Marshal’s whistleblowers came forward and exposed the truth and provided evidence about how one day after I criticized Kamala Harris on a televised national interview, talking about how dangerous the consequences would be if she were to serve as president and commander in chief, the very next day, I was placed on a domestic terror watch list called ‘Quiet Skies,'” she said. . .

“Given no reason why I was put on the list, there’s no due process to say, ‘Hey show me what you got and take me off the list.’ As far as I know, the last time that I asked, I heard that the targeting package that the TSA built against me is still operational,” she continued.

“I hope that Congress takes this up,” she added. “I’m not the only one who’s being impacted by this. There are many Americans whose names will never make headlines who have also been wrongly targeted by this administration specifically because of their political views and their exercise of their right to free speech.”

U.S. Intel Warns of ‘Lethal’ Response From Moscow if Ukraine Strikes Deeper Into Russia

U.S. intelligence officials believe Russia could retaliate with lethal force if the Biden administration allows Ukraine to use Western weapons to strike deep within Russian territory, The New York Times reported Thursday, citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter.

The warning comes as President Vladimir Putin this week announced plans to revise Russia’s nuclear weapons doctrine, with the Kremlin framing it as a clear message to the West. Under the proposed changes, Moscow would consider any attack by a non-nuclear country supported by a nuclear power as a joint attack by both.

According to the NYT report, Russia could escalate covert arson and sabotage operations in Europe and launch “potentially lethal attacks” on U.S. and European military bases if President Joe Biden allows Kyiv to fire long-range missiles further into Russia. According to recent media reports, Moscow is already in secret negotiations brokered by Iran to deliver anti-ship cruise missiles to Yemen’s Houthi militias.

Some of Biden’s senior advisers reportedly agree with intelligence warnings, citing heightened concerns following Putin’s “especially bellicose” recent statements. Earlier this month, the Kremlin leader said the West risks war with Russia if it allows Kyiv to use longer-range weapons to strike targets inside his country. VP Harris Unites Critics in Confusion With ‘Day One’ Plan: ‘What Are You Talking About?’

Vice President Kamala Harris promised to prioritize a price-fixing plan on “day one,” but commentators asked why she hasn’t brought down inflation already while in the executive branch.

“When I am President, it will be a day one priority to bring down prices,” Harris declared in a Thursday night social media post. “I’ll take on big corporations that engage in illegal price gouging and corporate landlords that unfairly raise rents on working families.”

But the vice president and presidential hopeful faces one unique challenge in arguing about policy, the fact she has failed to enact such changes over the course of the Biden-Harris administration she currently presides in, a point many commentators pointed out. . .

Conservative commentator Paul Szypula argued that Harris is responsible for the economic woes in the first place, “Kamala Harris has been Vice President for four years and has brought up prices 20% on average. Prices are high because inflation is high. Harris cast the vote to make it that way.”

‘Reshaping the Electorate’: Biden-Harris Admin Granting Citizenship at Fastest Rate in a Decade

The federal government is approving U.S. citizenship requests at the quickest rate in a decade, dispensing with a backlog attributed to the coronavirus pandemic and a tighter approval regime that reached its zenith under former President Donald Trump, a report Tuesday sets out.

Naturalization ceremonies typically spike ahead of a an election, the New York Times report makes clear, before detailing the rise in approval numbers for citizenship that also confers with it full voting rights.

Immigration analyst Xiao Wang, chief executive of Boundless, a company that reportedly uses government data to analyze immigration trends while offering services to immigrants who seek professional help in navigating the application process, told the outlet the rush comes with commensurate outcomes:

The surge in naturalization efficiency isn’t just about clearing backlogs; it’s potentially reshaping the electorate, merely months before a pivotal election.

Every citizenship application could be a vote that decides Senate seats or even the presidency.

Biden Justice Department Just Hashed Out a Corrupt Deal With Lisa Page and Peter Strzok

With the Democratic Party bosses successfully executing their plan to replace Joe Biden, Trump barely surviving an assassination attempt, and the entire 2024 race upended, the Biden Justice Department thought it was an opportune time to settle a with former FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. Their long-standing lawsuit involved allegations that their privacy was violated.

In Mr. Strzok’s case, he was terminated from the FBI, and he alleges his firing was politically motivated. He hopes to get his job to obtain full retirement benefits. Given the chaos of the 2024 race right now, to paraphrase the late Philip Seymour Hoffman in Charlie Wilson’s War, As long as the press sees 2024 chaos, Trump, and Kamala behind the left hand, “you can park a battle carrier behind the right hand and no one’s gonna f**king notice” (via NYT):

The Justice Department settled a lawsuit on Friday with two former F.B.I. officials who had accused the Trump administration of violating their privacy by sharing their texts disparaging former President Donald J. Trump with the news media, according to court documents.

As part of the settlement, the government agreed to pay the former officials, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, concluding at least some of the litigation. The amount was not disclosed in court filings, but Mr. Strzok’s law firm said he received $1.2 million.

Russia Blames Biden Administration for Would-Be Assassination Against Trump

In the aftermath of an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, foreign countries are coming out against the Biden Administration for provoking the attack.

Russia accused the Biden White House of inciting violence by creating an “atmosphere” of opportunity for such an attack.

“We do not believe that the attempt to eliminate and assassinate Trump was organized by the current authorities,” Russian spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. “But the atmosphere around candidate Trump … provoked what America is confronting today.”

The Kremlin’s remarks echoed several Republicans who also blamed the Democratic Party for the attack. They claimed that the left’s constant rhetoric of calling Trump a “dictator” and a “threat to Democracy” incited violence.

Peskov criticized the fact that there wasn’t heightened security for the former president given the countless threats he faces, as well as political attempts to take Trump down. (Read more from “Russia Blames Biden Administration for Would-Be Assassination Against Trump” HERE)
