Black Rapper Calls Black Lives Matter a ‘Scam’

Kanye West took aim at the Black Lives Matter movement Tuesday, just a day after causing a stir by wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt to his Paris fashion show.

The rapper posted a picture on his Instagram story that read “Everyone knows that Black Lives Matter was a scam. Now its over. You’re welcome.”

Mr. West, 45, was seemingly referring to reports that multiple movement organizers spent millions of dollars in donations on extravagant personal purchases in 2020 rather than on community aid.

BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors was the only voting board member in 2020 when the organization raised $90 million, but ended the year with $42 million, according to a report from the New York Times. The newspaper said that the money was spent on consultants, real estate and small organizations.

For example, funds collected by the movement’s administrative arm, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, were used to purchase a $6 million home in Southern California, according to NPR. (Read more from “Black Rapper Calls Black Lives Matter a ‘Scam’” HERE)

BLM Leader Accused of Stealing $10 Million From the So-Called Charity

A leader of Black Lives Matter is being accused of stealing $10 million from the foundation, using it as his “personal piggy bank.”

According to a lawsuit, Shalomyah Bowers fraudulently siphoned over $10 million in “fees” to his consulting firm.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court claims Bowers treated the Black Lives Matter foundation funds as his “personal piggy bank” and acted as a “rogue administrator” and “middle man turned usurper.”

It also says that Bowers led BLM into multiple Internal Revenue Service investigations and “various state attorney generals, blazing a path of irreparable harm to BLM in less than eighteen months.”

“While BLM leaders and movement workers were on the street risking their lives, Mr. Bowers remained in his cushy offices devising a scheme of fraud and misrepresentation to break the implied-in-fact contract between donors and BLM,” the lawsuit reads. Man Refuses to Surrender ‘FCK BLM’ Vanity License Plate Despite Warnings From the City

A man from Hawaii refuses to surrender his vanity license plate that reads: “FCK BLM.” The man has defied the city government’s orders to stop driving around the vehicle with the anti-Black Lives Matter gesture.

Last August, KITV reporter Tom George highlighted a “FCK BLM” vanity license plate after a viewer brought it to his attention. The reporter found that the license plate with the abbreviation for “f*** Black Lives Matter” was an actual license plate after searching the Honolulu database.

George shared the license plate in a Twitter post that asked, “Racism on the road?”

The license plate appears to have been spotted on a red Pontiac Trans Am. The driver also had a sign that read: “Trump 2024 Because F*** You.”

George contacted the Honolulu government about the “FCK BLM” license plate, which admitted that it was an “ill-advised oversight during the review process.” (Read more from “Man Refuses to Surrender ‘FCK BLM’ Vanity License Plate Despite Warnings From the City” HERE)

Further Proof BLM Is a Scam

Remember when every restaurant, store and anyone who catered to the woke mob had “BLM Matter” posters up in the windows asking for donations? Well, that money went to the purchase of million dollar house in Canada.

According to audited financial statements obtained by the Washington Examiner, the Black Lives Matter organization was granted $8 million to purchase a Toronto mansion in 2021, equivalent to a mere $6.3 million in U.S. dollars.

The money was meant to be used for activities to educate and support black communities, and to purchase and renovate property for charitable use.

Patrisse Cullors, BLM co-founder, was the only board member of the BLM Global Network Foundation when it gave the funds to the leftist organization or better known as Cullors’s organization. Additionally, Cullors’s spouse served on the board of BLM Canada at the time of the money transfer. Seems convenient. (Read more from “Further Proof BLM Is a Scam” HERE)

. . .Executives of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) Global Network Foundation Inc. “have nearly $42 million in assets, despite spending more than $37 million from July 2020 to June 2021,” Fox News reported on Tuesday.

The report comes from a 63-page compilation of tax documents acquired by the Associated Press, Fox reported. . .

Charges Dropped for Black Lives Matter Activist Convicted of Illegal Voter Registration

A Black Lives Matter activist convicted of illegal voter registration will no longer have to carry out her jail sentence after Tennessee prosecutors dropped all charges against her on Friday.

Pamela Moses, who was sentenced in January to six years and one day for illegally registering to vote in 2019, was granted a retrial when evidence supporting the activist’s defense was revealed after her sentencing. Moses was set to appear in court on Monday to determine whether prosecutors would pursue a retrial, with attorneys announcing Friday they would dismiss all charges.

“In total, she spent 82 days in custody on this case, which is sufficient,” said Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich in a statement. “In the interest of judicial economy, we are dismissing her illegal registration case and her violation of probation.”

The activist was convicted last year on charges of trying to register to vote despite having a former conviction of tampering with evidence, which permanently revokes voting rights for Tennessee residents, according to state law. Moses testified she was unaware she was ineligible, but prosecutors argued she knew she couldn’t vote and had tricked her probation officer into signing a certificate that restored her voting rights. BLM Leaders Are Calling the Shots on Social Media Censorship: Report

Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLMGNF) leaders reportedly used their influence with social media platforms to censor reporting on the organization’s financial activities, according to New York Magazine.

Internal communications from a group chat called “BLM Security Hub,” which reportedly included members from BLMGNF and consulting firms with connections to the organization, appeared to show the foundation’s efforts to use its connections to push social media networks to remove negative content about the group, according to New York Magazine.

The “BLM Security Hub” chat reportedly included members from Janaya and Patrisse Consulting, a firm owned by former BLMGNF executive director Patrisse Cullors and her spouse, and Bowers Consulting, owned by Shalomyah Bowers, BLMGNF’s deputy executive director, New York Magazine reported.

Facebook currently does not allow users to share a 2021 New York Post article on former executive director of BLMGNF Patrisse Cullors’ spree of million-dollar real estate purchases, according to New York Magazine. Facebook parent-company Meta said the article violates community standards.

BLM’s Charity Status at Risk Over Solicitation of Funds to Elect Democrats

The embattled national Black Lives Matter group used its charitable resources to solicit funds for its affiliated political action committee Tuesday, a move one expert called a “clear violation” of IRS charity rules.

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, the charity that represents the national BLM movement, voluntarily shut down its ability to raise money Feb. 2 following a Washington Examiner investigation into its lack of financial transparency that prompted multiple states to issue demands to the group to cease its fundraising activities.

Since then, BLM had refrained from using its email list to solicit contributions — until Tuesday, when it sent a message to its supporters that was signed “Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation” and contained what appeared at first glance to be a donation button to support the charity.

When clicked, however, the donation button sends supporters to a fundraising page for Black Lives Matter PAC, BLM’s affiliated political group that has worked to elect Democrats across the country since its launch in October 2020.

“BLM PAC is preparing for the most critical midterm election yet. Every single race is an opportunity to build Black political power,” the fundraising page linked in BLM’s charitable email states. “If you’re ready to continue the electoral fight for Black lives, chip in to our efforts and start building for the 2022 midterms.” (Read more from “BLM’s Charity Status at Risk Over Solicitation of Funds to Elect Democrats” HERE)

BLM Founder Sentenced to 6 Years for Illegally Voting

The founder of the Black Lives Matter chapter in Memphis has been sentenced to prison for six years for illegally registering to vote in Tennessee, prosecutors said.

Pamela Moses, the 44-year-old activist, was ordered to spend six years and one day behind bars Monday for registering to vote despite felony convictions in 2015 that made her ineligible to do so, Shelby County District Attorney General. Amy Weirich said.

In handing down the sentence, Judge Michael Ward accused her of deceiving the probation department to obtain the right to vote,

“You tricked the probation department into giving you documents saying you were off probation,” Ward said in court, the Washington Post reported.

In 2015, Moses pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and forgery, both felonies, and to misdemeanor charges of perjury, stalking, theft under $500, and escape. (Read more from “BLM Founder Sentenced to 6 Years for Illegally Voting” HERE)

BLM Co-Founder Tied to Other Groups With Spending ‘Red Flags’: Report

Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors — who resigned in the wake of a Post expose of her spending spree on lavish homes — is tied to several other fundraising organizations whose finances raise “potential red flags,” according to a new report.

One of the groups, Reform LA Jails, in 2019 collected more than $1.4 million, of which $205,000 went to a consulting company owned by Cullors and her spouse Janaya Khan, New York magazine said.

Another $211,000 was paid to Cullors’ pal Asha Bandele, who co-wrote her memoir, and about $86,000 was paid to an entertainment, clothing and consulting company called Trap Heals, which was started by Damon Turner, the father of Cullors’ child, according to the report.

Reform LA Jails also reportedly paid $270,000 to a consulting company run by its treasurer, Christman Bowers, who’s also known as Shalomya Bowers and has signed tax documents as the deputy executive director of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, which reportedly has $60 million its coffers but no leader since Cullors quit under fire in May.

Bowers is also involved in at least three other groups that Cullors started or helped lead — including Dignity and Power Now, JusticeLA, and the Justice Teams Network — between which money has passed, New York said, citing official filings.
