The wife of Jonathan Toebbe, the US Navy nuclear engineer accused of trying to sell secrets to a foreign power, is a fierce progressive and Black Lives Matter supporter, it has been revealed.

Diana Toebbe, who was also charged with selling classified information to an undercover FBI agent posing as a foreign agent, has a history of supporting liberal figures and causes on social media. . .

Diana and Jonathan Toebbe were arrested in West Virginia on Saturday after he placed a removable memory card at a prearranged “dead drop.”

The 45-year-old’s social media posts on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook were examined by Fox News, which said she uses her maiden name, Smay, on the platforms.

Among the findings are a profile picture that reads “Black Lives Matter” and a post celebrating Black Out Tuesday last year, when social media users protested racism by posting a black square and taking a break from posting for a day. Hypocrites: FBI Admits It Ignores Leftist Violence

. . .In a congressional hearing last week titled “Confronting Violent White Supremacy (Part VI): Examining the Biden Administration’s Counterterrorism Strategy,” FBI Assistant Director of Counterterrorism Timothy Langan said that the Bureau doesn’t consider Antifa to be an “organization,” and as such does not have specific information on the group’s activities.

In response to a question about how much violence or domestic terrorism Antifa committed in recent years from Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), Langan had nothing to offer.

“Under the anti-government category or subcategory of domestic terrorism — would that include groups like Antifa or Black Lives Matter, folks who commit violence or acts of domestic terrorism?” Mace asked. . .

Mace continued, asking “how many acts of violence or domestic terrorism has Antifa committed over the last two years?”

BLM Defends Castro Regime Amid Anti-Communism Protests

Black Lives Matter activists blamed the U.S. government, not the Castro regime, for the anti-regime protests that have rocked Cuba.

The Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation accused the United States of having instituted an economic embargo “with the explicit intention of destabilizing the country and undermining Cubans’ right to choose their own government,” a move the foundation said was “at the heart of the crisis.” The group praised Cuba’s “strong medical care” and implied that American policy was linked to racial animus.

“The U.S. government has only instigated suffering for the country’s 11 million – of which 4 million are Black and Brown,” the foundation said in an Instagram post.

The statement echoes rhetoric from Cuban president and Communist Party first secretary Miguel Díaz-Canel, who blamed the United States for the protests even as his government shut off the internet, deployed anti-riot squads, and began arresting artists who attempted to get on television.

The Loudest Voices Crying ‘Racism’ Are Always Some of the Most Famous, Well-Paid Black Americans

Isn’t it weird how the loudest voices assuring America we’re all incurably racist tend to do so from very comfortable, financially secure perches?

That fact couldn’t have been illustrated more perfectly than in an article last week by Washington Post columnist Paul Butler, an oppressed minority who also happens to be a law professor at the prestigious Georgetown University and a well-paid legal analyst on national television for MSNBC. . .

But how is it that someone with so much opportunity and financial security at his fingertips — and at a level most white people couldn’t bother to dream of — can be so miserable? It’s almost always the case in our never-ending nightmarish discussion on race that those leading the insistence that America is hopelessly racist are curiously doing very well, even thriving, despite not being white.

Race hustler Benjamin Crump, an alleged attorney, is making a fortune by hyping up every single run-in between cops and blacks that he can spin into another example of the absolute myth that police everywhere are out to shoot them. . .

After a Judge’s Dismissal and a Damning Report, BLM May Have to Admit What Really Happened in Lafayette Park

A federal judge on Monday dismissed all but two of the claims Black Lives Matter and several individual demonstrators brought against Donald Trump, William Barr, and others in the sprawling lawsuit filed after the clearing of Lafayette Square on June 1, 2020.

Bigger than this legal defeat, however, was the report from the inspector general of the Department of the Interior disproving many of the substantive allegations in the plaintiffs’ complaint — all of which the court had accepted as true in its 50-page opinion.

Attorneys for BLM and the demonstrators now face the unpleasant choice of reframing their case, and thus acknowledging the falsity of their initial allegations, or risking sanctions for alleging facts without evidentiary support. . .

In litigating these remaining claims, the plaintiffs must now decide how to handle the inspector general’s report, consistent with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. Rule 11 provides that a lawyer, when “signing, filing, submitting, or later advocating,” a position, is certifying “to the best of [his] knowledge, information, and belief … the factual contentions have evidentiary support or … will likely have evidentiary support after a reasonable opportunity for further investigation or discovery.”

Given the inspector general’s investigation and report, a lawyer would be hard-pressed to keep arguing many of the complaint’s original allegations. Should the plaintiffs’ attorneys do so, they could be subject to sanctions. But pivoting from the “Trump tear-gassed protesters for a photo op” angle will prove challenging — the corrupt media couldn’t bring themselves to do so. BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors has been busy upgrading her ‘Marxist’ mansion in the rustic but ritzy Topanga Canyon area of Los Angeles County amid the fallout over her $3million property portfolio.

As these exclusive DailyMail.com photos show, shortly after closing on the three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,380 square foot property in March, the 37-year-old activist got right to work with some home improvements.

Last month workers were spotted in the early morning hours trenching mounds of dirt in front of and around the property in preparation for a formidable barrier to wrap around the home.

A neighbor who spoke to DailyMail.com revealed a sub-contractor told him they were erecting a wooden fence to surround the entire property and that the exterior improvements were in the ‘$35,000 range.’ . . .

TYPICAL: AOC, BLM Silent in Wake of Tragic Shooting That Killed 10-Year-Old Boy

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Black Lives Matter have been silent following the shooting death of a young boy in Queens.

On Saturday, Queens came to a standstill after Justin Wallace, 10, was tragically killed by a gunman who opened fire at his aunt’s home in Far Rockaway around 9:30 p.m., police and the New York Post reported.

One of the gunman’s shots struck Wallace in the chest, mortally wounding the child who passed away from his injuries at an area hospital. Police are reportedly looking into a neighbor dispute over a driveway as a potential motive. . .

Ocasio-Cortez, whose district includes parts of Queens, has been silent since the attack. She has not posted on social media nor did she respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

BLM Leader Says He Quit After Learning ‘Ugly Truth’ About Group’s Priorities (VIDEO)

The founder of a Black Lives Matter chapter in Minnesota said he quit after learning the “ugly truth” about the activist group’s priorities.

“In 2015, I was the founder of Black Lives Matter in St. Paul,” Rashad Turner, the president and executive director of Minnesota Parent Union, said in a YouTube video called “the truth revealed about BLM.”

“I believed the organization stood for exactly what the name implies — black lives do matter,” he said in the video for TakeCharge Minnesota, a group opposing the idea that systemic racism is to blame for problems in US society.

“However, after a year on the inside, I learned they had little concern for rebuilding black families,” he insisted.

He said BLM “cared even less about improving the quality of education for students in Minneapolis,” adding it was “made clear when they publicly denounced charter schools alongside the teachers’ union.”

Report: D.C. Mayor Defends Use Of Tear Gas Against BLM — After Denouncing Trump

Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser is defending the city’s use of tear gas last year against Black Lives Matter protesters — after she denounced President Donald Trump for the same (though federal authorities did not, in fact, use tear gas).

Last year, Democrats — including Bowser, and President Joe Biden — falsely accused the Trump administration of using “tear gas” to clear “peaceful protesters” from Lafayette Square in front of the White House for a presidential “photo-op.” As Breitbart News repeatedly noted, the protesters were not “peaceful”; they had been cleared by the U.S. Park Police according to a decision that had nothing to do with the photo-op; and federal officers used pepper balls, not “tear gas.”

Mayor Bowser denounced the clearing of the protesters at the time. However, she is now in court defending the D.C. Metro Police for using tear gas to disperse the crowds — and the Department of Justice is also fighting the lawsuit.

Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley noted Tuesday that the lawsuit revealed that Bowser’s own administration had used tear gas — unlike federal authorities — to disperse demonstrators merely one block away from Lafayette Square[.] (Read more from “Report: D.C. Disturbing Flashback Reveals How BLM Cofounder Feels About Israel (VIDEO)

Black Lives Matter cofounder Patrisse Cullors called for the end of Israel in 2015 during a panel at the Harvard Law School.

“Palestine is our generation’s South Africa. If we don’t step up boldly and courageously to end the imperialist project that’s called Israel, we’re doomed,” Cullors said.

The Human Rights Program at Harvard law hosted Cullors and several other activists in April of 2015 for a panel titled, “Globalizing Ferguson: Racialized Policing and International Resistance.” During the panel, Cullors shared her experience in visiting the West Bank and Gaza in 2015 as part of a delegation with other far-left activists. She claims she witnessed “violence” and the “terror” against Palestinians which was caused by Israelis and “Zionists.” . . .

The BLM cofounder recently announced she was stepping down as executive director of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation after serving in the position for five years. She claims her reason for stepping down is to devote more time to other projects like the release of her second book and a television deal with Warner Bros.
