Plane Scooping Water From Ocean to Fight Wildfires Grounded After Hitting Drone Illegally Flying Over Pacific Palisades

A drone that was being illegally flown damaged and grounded a Super Scooper plane that was leased to help fight the damaging wildfires in Los Angeles.

Officials said the drone collided with the plane and left a fist-sized hole in its wing, which needed repair. Drones are not allowed to fly during firefighting efforts, and the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident.

Two Super Scoopers were leased from Canada to help fight the tremendously damaging wildfires in Pacific Palisades and elsewhere in Southern California.

As of Friday morning, the Palisades wildfire had burned through more than 20,000 acres and destroyed more than 5,000 homes and businesses. Only 8% of the fire has been contained, but winds are dying down. . .

Persons convicted of flying a drone during firefighting can face a prison sentence of up to one year. The FAA said that anyone who interferes with firefighting efforts can also be fined up to $75,000. Whistleblowers Say Canadian Doctors Pushed Euthanasia On Unwilling Disabled Patients

Whistleblowers Heather Hancock and Roger Foley tell The Federalist that Canadian doctors pressured them to accept euthanasia amid long-term disabilities.

Canada legalized “medical assistance in dying” (MAID) in 2016, legally permitting doctors to help kill patients. Officials updated the law in 2021, enabling the medical killing of patients without a terminal diagnosis. Dying With Dignity Canada has even pushed to expand the legislation to include “mature minors.” Nazi Germany’s euthanasia program also included children.

“I’m so frightened for my people who are vulnerable,” says Angelina Ireland, executive director of the Canadian Delta Hospice Society, a patient advocacy nonprofit organization.

According to a recent report, “euthanasia regulators have tracked 428 cases of possible criminal violations” in Ontario between 2018 and 2023, and none were reported to police. One doctor in Vancouver repeatedly accused of violating MAID rules has helped kill hundreds of patients, as The Federalist reported. According to CTV News, one family recently named the doctor and her clinic in a lawsuit for alleged “unlawful administration of MAID,” claiming this resulted in a psychiatric patient’s “wrongful death.”

‘Should Raise Some Red Flags’: Hundreds of Assisted Suicides Should Not Have Been Approved

The latest shocking “medical assistance in dying” (MAiD) report from Canada reveals that 622 of the MAiD deaths that occurred in 2023 never should have been approved at all, as they did not meet the standard requirements by law.

In an analysis, CTV News correspondent Kamil Karamali noted that the 622 deaths fell into a category known as “Track 2,” in which the patient still had the possibility of living a long life, but chose MAiD for other reasons. However, he said, while a “terminal” illness is no longer necessary by law, the patient must still have a “serious or incurable illness, disease or disability,” and be facing “an advanced state of irreversible decline in capability,” and “have enduring and intolerable physical or psychological suffering that cannot be alleviated under conditions the person considers acceptable.”

According to Karamali, those 622 deaths did not meet these specifications.

Dr. Sonu Gaind, a psychiatry professor at the University of Toronto, highlighted one of the common problems with “assisted dying,” especially as it pertains to people who are not terminally ill.

“It’s particularly concerning for the path to MAID for disabled people who are not otherwise dying, because in that path, the nature of suffering parallels the traditional markers of suicide,” he told CTV News “That includes things like feeling a burden and a strong sense of loneliness. The StatCan report found that, in the 622 MAID cases where natural death was not ‘reasonably foreseeable,’ 47 per cent suffered from isolation or loneliness and 49 per cent perceived themselves to be a burden to family, friends and caregivers. The only reason they died last year was because they were provided MAID,” said Gaind. “We’re talking about people, in some cases, that had more than 10 years to live. Canada’s ‘Doctor Death’ Has Killed Hundreds of Patients and Counting

Dr. Ellen Wiebe does not heal her patients. Instead, she kills them.

The doctor operates an abortion mill in Vancouver, called the Willow Clinic, where she also performs assisted suicides. In Canada, this practice of doctors killing their patients is called “medical assistance in dying,” or MAID.

“She does abortions during the day, and then she goes out and provides euthanasia to sick old people,” Angelina Ireland, executive director of the Canadian nonprofit Delta Hospice Society, told The Federalist. “Some might consider her to be a massive serial killer.”

Wiebe once operated a family practice but “now restricts her practice to women’s health and assisted death.” She is the research director of the Canadian Association of MAID Assessors and Providers (CAMAP) — an organization supporting doctors who deliberately kill their patients — and sits on the clinicians advisory council for the powerful pro-euthanasia lobby Dying With Dignity Canada.

Canada legalized MAID in 2016, revising criminal code to let doctors kill their patients. Officials updated the law in 2021, removing the requirement that a patient’s death be foreseeable. Groups like Dying With Dignity Canada have since been pushing to expand the euthanasia program to “mature minors,” and parliament has been debating the issue. Trump: Canada’s Trudeau Makes ‘Commitment’ To U.S. During Mar-A-Lago Meeting

President-elect Donald Trump said on Saturday that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau committed to working with the U.S. on issues that Trump raised earlier this week.

Trump said that his meeting with Trudeau at Mar-a-Lago was “very productive” as the two leaders “discussed many important topics that will require both Countries to work together to address, like the Fentanyl and Drug Crisis that has decimated so many lives as a result of Illegal Immigration, Fair Trade Deals that do not jeopardize American Workers, and the massive Trade Deficit the U.S. has with Canada.”

“I made it very clear that the United States will no longer sit idly by as our Citizens become victims to the scourge of this Drug Epidemic, caused mainly by the Drug Cartels, and Fentanyl pouring in from China,” Trump continued. “Too much death and hardship! Prime Minister Trudeau has made a commitment to work with us to end this terrible devastation of U.S. Families.”

Exposed: Kamala Harris’s ‘Middle-Class’ Upbringing in Westmount, Canada

Now that she is running for president in a political moment when victimhood is currency, Vice President Kamala Harris paints herself as being brought up on the “streets” — complete with fake accents as part of her bit.

However, unfortunately for that narrative, the politics editor at Breitbart News (me) happens to have grown up in the same neighborhood Harris lived in from when she was 12 to 18 and can report that calling herself “middle class” is definitely a stretch.

On Labor Day, Harris put on one of her myriad fake dialects to address a working-class crowd in Detroit, Michigan.

However, it is virtually impossible for Harris to have organically adopted that accent — or “code switch,” as the propagandists at the Associated Press refer to it — given that not only did she not grow up anywhere near the working class, she actually grew up in one of the most upscale enclaves in Canada, a commonwealth nation with distinctly non-American English.

When Harris was 12, she left Berkeley after her mother was hired to work with McGill University, doing breast cancer research at Montreal’s Jewish General Hospital — the hospital in which I was born. Family Sues Hospital for Refusing to Kill Girl

The family of a woman who was denied assisted death at a Catholic hospital in Canada is now suing the hospital for refusing to kill their daughter.

According to CTV News, 34-year-old Sam O’Neill sought Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) in 2023 after a cervical cancer diagnosis left her in excruciating pain. O’Neill received palliative care at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, but was told that the hospital would not offer MAiD because it was a Catholic-run facility; the Catholic Church opposes euthanasia and assisted suicide. O’Neill was later transferred to a Vancouver hospice facility, where she received a MAiD death, though at that point she was sedated and did not wake to say goodbye to her family.

The lawsuit claims that because the Catholic hospital abided by its beliefs in the dignity of human life, it denied O’Neill a “dignified death.”

“Although Ms. O’Neill was ultimately provided with access to MAID, the circumstances surrounding the forced transfer and Ms. O’Neill’s access to MAID caused and exacerbated Ms. O’Neill’s egregious physical and psychological suffering, and denied her a dignified death, including the ability to say goodbye to her family and loved ones,” the lawsuit reads.

O’Neill’s parents, Jim and Gaye O’Neill, say the lawsuit is meant to challenge religious exemption laws and to stop the forced transfer of patients from facilities that refuse to commit euthanasia. (Read more from “Family Sues Hospital for Refusing to Kill Girl” HERE)

Record-Breaking Migrant Apprehensions in May for U.S.-Canadian Border Sector Under Biden Administration

Swanton, VT – The Swanton Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol, responsible for monitoring the Canadian border along eastern New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire, reported a historic number of migrant apprehensions in May. Over 3,000 migrants were arrested, setting a new monthly record for the sector and bringing the total number of apprehensions for the current fiscal year to over 10,000, surpassing any previous annual record.

According to unofficial Border Patrol reports reviewed by Breitbart Texas, the surge in migrant encounters this year is unprecedented. Swanton Sector Chief Patrol Agent Robert Garcia highlighted this record-breaking trend in a social media post, noting that the apprehensions so far this fiscal year (beginning October 1, 2023) have already exceeded the total for the entirety of 2023, which was itself a record-setting year with 6,925 arrests.

Garcia’s report also pointed out that the number of apprehensions in April alone surpassed the combined totals of fiscal years 2021 and 2022. This dramatic increase underscores a significant rise in illegal entries into the U.S. through the northern border during the Biden administration. Since President Joe Biden took office in January 2021, Swanton Sector agents have arrested over 18,000 migrants — more than all arrests dating back to fiscal year 2004 combined.

The increase in illegal crossings has prompted concerns and criticism, as the sector struggles to manage the unprecedented influx. Chief Patrol Agent Garcia’s updates on social media have brought attention to the challenges faced by border agents in the region.

“Another record-breaking milestone in northern border history! Swanton Sector continues to encounter an unprecedented number of undocumented migrants, with well over 1,400 apprehensions in the month of April, surpassing the total number of apprehensions of FY 21 and FY 22 combined,” Garcia tweeted in May.

The Swanton Sector’s escalating numbers highlight the growing complexities of border security in the region and the need for effective measures to address the influx of migrants attempting to cross the U.S.-Canadian border.

Canada’s Parliament Rocked by Allegations of Treason

The capital of one of the world’s most stable democracies is gripped by growing panic about foreign agents working in elected office. A bombshell report by Canadian lawmakers has unnerved Parliament Hill, alleging that unnamed politicians have been covertly working with foreign governments.

The revelation in heavily redacted findings released this week by an all-party national security committee adds intrigue to a separate and ongoing inquiry into foreign interference in Canada’s 2019 and 2021 elections.

The new report from the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians is the first to suggest that lawmakers in Canada’s parliament may have helped foreign actors meddle in political campaigns and leadership races. Heightened anxiety in Ottawa about foreign interference comes in the middle of historic global elections where factors such as artificial intelligence and emboldened foreign powers are testing the resilience of democratic systems.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been on the defensive since the allegations broke Monday. Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is calling on the government to name names. . .

The committee with top-security clearance said it based its findings on more than 4,000 documents and some 1,000 pieces of evidence. Detective Suspended for Investigating Babies Who Died From Sids After Mothers Took the Jab

Chances are, if you’ve been keeping tabs on the COVID “coverup,: you’ve come across this story that began to unfold in 2022. There was a sudden spike in SIDS cases in Ottawa, Canada, where nine babies died shortly after their mothers received the vaccine. One detective, named Helen Grus, took it upon herself to investigate these incidents. Yet, simply for doing her job and delving into the vaccine’s possible role, she found herself suspended and vilified.

The Ottawa police settled with one of the families who felt their privacy was breached, simply because a detective was determined to get to the bottom of their baby’s death, and that’s when Grus was suspended and her life was turned upside down.

CTV News:

Grus allegedly contacted the deceased baby’s father on Jan. 30, 2022 to ask about the mother’s COVID-19 vaccination status, according to police documents.

After a complaint was filed against Grus with OPS, Grus was suspended with pay on Feb. 4, 2022.

Lawrence Greenspon, the family’s lawyer, said the case was settled this week for an undisclosed amount.

“Parents are not put on this earth to bury their children,” he told CTV News Ottawa.

“When a tragedy happens, the family’s privacy must be respected.”

Greenspon said the family would like to thank the Ottawa Police Service for acknowledging their grief and recognizing the importance of privacy.
