Report: 50-Year-Old Man Who ‘Identifies’ as 13-Year-Old Girl Allowed to Shower With Teen

A report on social media is blowing up for the facts it contains: a 50-year-old man is on a swim team with young girls, and he showers with them.

The post explains the individual is Nicholas Cepeda and last weekend, the Orillia Recreation Centre in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, ”was the venue for a swimming tournament hosted by the local swim club, the Orillia Channel Cats.”

It went on: “According to a source, the Orangeville Otters were originally slated to compete at this tournament. That’s the club that includes amongst its membership that 50-year-old man who ‘identifies’ as a 13-year-old girl, the notorious Nicholas Cepeda. And get this: identifying as a teenager allows Cepeda to not only swim with real teenage girls, but to also change and shower with them as well.” . . .

Court Finds Justin Trudeau’s Use of Counter-Terrorism Law Against Freedom Convoy Unconstitutional

A Canadian Federal Court Judge found Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s use of a counter-terrorism law to shut down the Freedom Convoy trucker protests against vaccine mandates and other lockdown measures in 2022 unconstitutional.

Federal Court Justice Richard Mosley ruled that the use of the Emergencies Act by the Liberal government of Justin Trudeau to shut down a series of trucker-led protests in February of 2022 was “unreasonable”, CBC reports.

The ruling came in response to a legal case brought forward by the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, the Canadian Constitution Foundation, and other individuals who argued that the protests did not meet the legal threshold for the government to use the powers granted under the act, which had never been used and was originally intended as a means of combatting terrorists.

The protests, which began in January of 2022, were almost entirely peaceful and featured truckers using their vehicles to block roads in Ottawa and along the U.S. border in opposition to vaccine mandates and other lockdown diktats, for which they were falsely branded as “racists” by the Trudeau government.

The triggering of the Emergencies Act by Trudeau — reportedly at the urging of the Biden administration in the United States — allowed the government to arrest the leaders of the Freedom Convoy, freeze bank accounts of protesters, and seise donations intended for the protest. VIDEO: UFC Champ Sean Strickland Blasts Canadian Reporter for LGBT Gotcha Question: ‘Weak F**K*NG Man’

UFC Middleweight Champion Sean Strickland delivered a verbal TKO to a Canadian reporter at a UFC 297 press conference Wednesday after the journalist made the ill-advised decision to bait Strickland into a “gotcha” question regarding gays.

The reporter began by bringing up Strickland’s 2021 comments when he said that if he had a “gay son I would think I failed as a man to create such weakness.”

The reporter said, “We’ve got a pretty supportive gay and lesbian community in this city (Toronto),” the reporter began. He then brought up Strickland’s hypothetical about having a gay son, but he didn’t get much further than that before Strickland cut him off.

Amid Nationwide Doctor Shortage, Country Turns to DIY Pap Smears

Canada is asking people to do their own pap smears at home as the country copes with a nationwide doctor shortage.

This week, British Columbia launched Canada’s first “cervix self-screening program” and encouraged citizens to order pap smear test kits to test for cervical cancer at home.

Starting January 29, women or “individuals with a cervix” ages 25 to 69 can order a “quick, easy and highly accurate test kit” to test for cervical cancer at home, the province’s health ministry said in a news release on Tuesday.

“It’s not every day that a province can set an achievable goal of eliminating a deadly cancer, but today’s launch of the first at-home self-screening program means ending deadly cervical cancer in British Columbia is a now a very real possibility,” Premier David Eby said.

The announcement comes as Canada’s health care system suffers from a severe doctor shortage, especially in family medicine. More than six million Canadians do not have a family doctor — in some provinces as many as one in three people, surveys show. Canadian PM Installs Taxpayer-Funded Tampon Dispensers in Men’s Bathrooms

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reportedly made good in the week leading up to Christmas on his May 2023 promise to install dispensers for feminine hygiene products in men’s bathrooms.

Former Canadian Senator Linda Frum fumed that Canadian taxpayers were being forced to support transgender ideology:

“They’re also going to build dispensers for all the tampons which won’t be used since 1) men don’t menstruate and 2) they are just going to bring them home to their wives for free,” the putative parliamentary staffer pointed out.

The cost of showering the men’s rooms in Parliament with ladies’ products might not be too bad, but the Canadian Labor Code now stipulates that all “female-identified, male-identified, and all-gender toilet rooms will need to have menstrual products.”

The requirement will eventually fall upon private sector potties as an unfunded mandate, the favored political instrument of Western authoritarians. Female Boxer Refuses to Fight Trans Opponent Championship Match

A female boxer in Quebec withdrew from a provincial boxing championship last month after being told without notice that she would have to fight a male-born transgender opponent.

Boxer Dr. Katia Bissonnette of Saguenay refused to step into the ring with transgender opponent Mya Walmsley during the 2023 Provincial Golden Glove Championship, which took place October 27 to 29, according to Reduxx.

The event hosted in Victoriaville, Quebec, by the Quebec Boxing Federation and the KO-96 boxing club was held to give novice fighters a shot at qualifying for the Canadian Championship in December.

But when Bissonnette was told of her match, she says she was unaware that she was to face a male fighter until an hour before fight time.

“I came down from my hotel room to head towards the room where all the boxers were warming up. My coach suddenly took me aside and told me he received information by text message, which he had then validated, that my opponent was not a woman by birth. Canadian House Speaker Resigns Over Celebrating Nazi Soldier

The Speaker of the House of Commons in the Canadian parliament resigned on Tuesday after taking responsibility for celebrating a 98-year-old Ukrainian who served in a Nazi-controlled unit in World War II during a reception for President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Announcing his resignation as speaker, Liberal MP Anthony Rota said per public broadcaster CBC: “I have acted as your humble servant, carrying out the important responsibilities of this position to the very best of my abilities. The work of this House is above any of us. Therefore, I must step down as your Speaker,” Rota said at 2 p.m. ahead of Tuesday’s question period.

“I reiterate my profound regret for my error in recognizing an individual in the House.”

The resignation came hours after Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government called on him to step down on Tuesday morning. Rota has attempted to take the blame for inviting Waffen SS soldier Yaroslav Hunka to the Parliament, where he was given a resounding round of applause and a standing ovation from the entire house, including from Prime Minister Trudeau and President Zelensky.

However, others, including Conservative opposition party leader Pierre Poilievre said that Trudeau should accept part of the blame for the scandal, arguing that it is his government’s responsibility to vet all guests of the parliament for a state visit such as Zelensky’s last week. Shock: Zelensky, Trudeau Give Soldier Who Reportedly Fought for Nazi Germany a Standing Ovation

By Breitbart. The Canadian parliament, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky have been reported to have given a standing ovation to a reported former member of a Nazi military division.

Following addresses to the parliament in Ottowa on Friday from both Trudeau and Zelensky, the Speaker of the House of Commons Anthony Rota prompted a standing ovation as he honoured a “veteran from the Second World War who fought for Ukrainian independence against the Russians and continues to support the troops today even at his age of 98.”

“His name is Yaroslav Hunka… he is a Ukrainian hero, a Canadian hero, and we thank him for all his service,” Rota continued before a second round of applause.

In the caption of a picture published by the Associated Press showing Zelensky and Trudeau standing and applauding Hunka, the news wire service identified Hunka as a former member of the “First Ukrainian Division in World War II”. The division is also known as the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS (1st Galician), a division comprised mostly of Ukrainian volunteers after being established by Nazi Germany in 1943.

Despite the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg in 1946 concluding that the Waffen-SS was guilty of “many massacres and atrocities in occupied territories,” the government of Canada in 1950 decided to allow Ukrainians who served in the Waffen-SS to be admitted into the country from the UK. “These Ukrainians should be subject to special security screening, but should not be rejected on the grounds of their service in the German army,” the Canadian cabinet said at the time. Jewish Group Slams Canadian Parliament for Honoring Nazi During Zelensky Visit

By Breitbart. Friends of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Canadian Jewish human rights organization, slammed the Canadian parliament Sunday for giving a standing ovation to a Ukrainian Nazi during President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit Friday. . .

Rota’s historical illiteracy, however, tripped him up: some nationalist movements in Eastern Europe who fought against the Soviets later aligned with the invading Nazi forces, including in Ukraine. . .

The Friends of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Canadian group supporting the Los Angeles-based, Nazi-hunting organization, noted in a statement:

Friends of Simon Wiesenthal Center (FSWC) is deeply disturbed over the Canadian Parliament’s recognition of a Ukrainian veteran who served in a Nazi military unit during the Second World War implicated in the mass murder of Jews and others. FSWC is further outraged that parliamentarians in the House of Commons gave a standing ovation to the former soldier on Friday.

Yaroslav Hunka, a 98-year-old immigrant from Ukraine, was introduced by Anthony Rota, Speaker of the House of Commons, as “a Ukrainian Canadian war veteran from the Second World War who fought for Ukrainian independence against the Russians” and “a Ukrainian hero and a Canadian hero,” ignoring the horrific fact that Hunka served in the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, a Nazi military unit whose crimes against humanity during the Holocaust are well-documented.

After his country’s parliament gave a World War II Ukrainian veteran an ovation, only to learn later that he was part of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, the military wing of the Nazi Party, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spent time focusing on “Russian propaganda” and “Russian disinformation.”

The ovation for Yaroslav Hunka came during a session in which President Volodomyr Zelensky of Ukraine addressed the Canadian Parliament to thank Canada for its support. The speaker of the House of Commons, Anthony Rota, then recognized 98-year-old Yaroslav Hunka, who fought the Russians in World War II. Hunka was a member of the First Ukrainian Division in World War II, which was also known as he 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, aka SS Galichina,

“Division members are accused of killing Polish and Jewish civilians, although the unit has not been found guilty of any war crimes by a tribunal,” the BBC reported. . .

“Obviously it’s extremely upsetting that this happened,” Trudeau commented. “The speaker has acknowledged his mistake and has apologized. This is something that is deeply embarrassing to the Parliament of Canada and by extension to all Canadians, I think particularly of Jewish MPs and all members of the Jewish community across the country, celebrating, commemorating Yom Kippur today.”

“I think it’s going to be really important that all of us push back against Russian propaganda, Russian disinformation and continue our steadfast and unequivocal support for Ukraine as we did last week with announcing further measures to stand with Ukraine in Russia’s illegal war against it,” he declared.

Excavation Comes up Empty: Zero Bodies Have Been Recovered From Canada’s ‘Unmarked Mass Graves’

A recent excavation project commissioned by a Native American leader at a Catholic church found no evidence of human remains, again casting doubt on allegations of Canada’s so-called “unmarked mass graves.”

Canada was rocked two years ago by reports of hundreds, or even thousands, of these alleged “unmarked mass graves” of Native American children at residential schools, which were funded by the Canadian government and run by Catholics and other Christians. So far, not a single body has been recovered.

Reports from this summer indicated that there could be the remains of 60 children on the premises, and then ground-penetrating radar found 14 “anomalies” in the basement of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows church, which sits beside the former Pine Creek Residential School. Like the dozen other reports before this one, the media suggested these “anomaly” detections were likely the bodies of children who were apparently killed or neglected to the point of death and then secretly buried in these “unmarked graves.” Wanting answers, Chief Derek Nepinak of Pine Creek First Nation helped commission an excavation, which started on July 24 and lasted about four weeks. In August, the chief announced that the team from the University of Brandon found no human remains.

“The archaeological team we hired from the University of Brandon, which is the same archaeological team relied upon by regional police agencies when doing archaeological excavations, found no conclusive evidence of human remains in their excavation of the ground under the church basement,” Chief Nepinak said.
