Leaked photos show the disturbing treatment January 6 protestors are enduring while real criminals such as President Joe Biden and his corrupt son walk free.

January 6 prisoner Ryan Samsel has been held in prison with no future trial date since January 2021 and has moved to 17 different facilities. . .

According to photos shared by Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Samsel’s tiny cell is constantly illuminated and under surveillance 24/7 with a thin blue mattress and no sheets, blankets, or clothing. He also reportedly is forced to use a bucket as a bathroom. He has lived like this for five months at the Central Regional Virginia Jail (CVRJ).

Samsel detailed his experience to the Gateway Pundit:

“I was kept in … a hard cell. And in that particular cell, about five, six months. I even told you what was happening if the judge was actually calling, trying to get in contact with me because I wasn’t in a named cell. They were missing me and saying I wasn’t showing up to court. They were saying I wasn’t showing up to medical. But they were pretty much keeping me in there… Like I said, it was cold; the light was on, and there were zero windows. And that followed me from Virginia. When I was in Virginia, it was the same exact conditions.”

January 6 Committee Destroyed Records, Videos; Trump’s Rights Violated

The January 6 Committee defied a demand last year by incoming Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) that it preserve all of its records, evidence, and transcripts, and has destroyed much of what it collected over more than a year of investigation.

Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) made that revelation to Fox News Digital on Tuesday, also noting that the committee had not looked into possible security lapses at the Capitol, and that much of the material the committee did preserve was disorganized.

Fox News reported:

The House select committee that investigated the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021 failed to adequately preserve documents, data and video depositions – including communications it had with the Biden White House that are still missing – according to the Republican lawmaker overseeing the GOP investigation into the committee’s work.

The now-disbanded “J6” committee, which was run by Democrats and included only two GOP members, has also failed to provide any evidence that it looked into Capitol Hill security failures on the day of the riot, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., chairman of the Subcommittee on Oversight for the Committee on House Administration, told Fox News Digital.

Jan. 6 Police Officer Shocks CNN Host When He Compares Trump to Osama Bin Laden: ‘Donald Trump Is a Terrorist’

Former police officer Michael Fanone celebrated the newest indictment against former President Donald Trump by comparing the event to the U.S. military killing Osama bin Laden. . .

Fanone — a former Washington, D.C., police officer who was injured in the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol and who now works as a CNN analyst — expressed joy that Trump was indicted for alleged conspiracies related to the 2020 presidential election.

The comment appeared to catch CNN host Laura Coates off guard.

“These two seem comparable to you?” she pushed back. . .

“I believe they’re comparable,” he said. “Osama bin Laden was a terrorist who committed a horrific act against American people and against our republic. Comedian and podcast host Joe Rogan alleged that members of domestic intelligence agencies encouraged and provoked Americans to storm the Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot.

“The intelligence agencies were involved and provoking people to go into the Capitol Building. That’s a fact,” Rogan told comedian Jim Gaffigan on a Friday episode of The Joe Rogan Experience.

Gaffigan asked if Rogan believed that Ray Epps was an agent for an intelligence agency.

“I don’t know,” Rogan replied. “But, I do know that every other … person who was involved in Jan. 6, who was involved in coordinating a break-in in the Capitol and instigating people breaking in, they were all arrested … this guy wasn’t.”

‘Absolute Bulls**t’: GOP Lawmakers React as Trump Targeted in January 6 Probe

Many Republican lawmakers defended former President Donald Trump after his announcement of being a target in the Justice Department’s January 6 probe.

Trump said he must appear before the grand jury in four days, noting his appearance likely means “deranged” Special Counsel Jack Smith will indict him.

‘Bob’s Burgers’ Actor Arrested on Capitol Riot Charges

Jay Johnston, an actor known for his roles in “Bob’s Burgers” and “Arrested Development,” was arrested Wednesday for his alleged involvement in the attack on the US Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

According to court documents reviewed by The Post, Johnston, 54, was arrested in California.

He is charged with obstruction of officers during civil disorder, which is a felony, and several misdemeanors, including entering a restricted building and engaging in disruptive conduct with intent to impede government business.

On March 4, 2021, the FBI tweeted photos of a man, allegedly Johnston, at the Jan. 6 riot and asked the public for help identifying him.

Capitol Rioter Who Put Foot on Nancy Pelosi’s Desk Sentenced to 4.5 Years in Prison

A Capitol rioter who was captured in a notorious photo putting his foot up on Nancy Pelosi’s desk was sentenced Wednesday to 4.5 years in prison — despite his claim that he meant no harm.

Richard “Bigo” Barnett — a retired firefighter from rural Arkansas, who became a symbol of Jan. 6 chaos — insisted in court Wednesday that his actions on Jan. 6, 2021, weren’t meant to be “threatening,” according to CBS News.

But US District Court Judge Christopher Cooper disagreed, handing down 54 months behind bars.

Barnett, 63, stormed the Capitol building with a stun gun and a ten-pound steel pole, made his way to Pelosi’s office and scrawled “Hey Nancy, Bigo was here, you b—ch” on an envelope, according to prosecutors. Former FBI Agent Faces Charges Related to Capitol Riot: Authorities

The Justice Department charged a former FBI agent on Wednesday for unlawfully entering the U.S. Capitol for nine minutes and three other misdemeanor counts after allegedly threatening police during the riot on January 6, 2021, according to court documents.

Jared Wise, 50, who worked in the bureau from 2004 to 2017, was arrested on Monday for allegedly entering the Capitol after a mob breached the federal building where members of Congress were counting Electoral College votes to certify the 2020 presidential election.

According to court documents, video surveillance shows Wise entered the Capitol around 2:23 p.m. through the Senate wing door. Once inside, the former federal agent “clapped his hands and raised his arms in triumph” until he continued through the crypt and past the Memorial Door, FBI testimony says. He eventually exited through a window near the Senate wing at approximately 2:32 p.m., court documents say.

Less than two hours later, Capitol Police body-worn cameras captured footage showing Wise allegedly threatening authorities as some members of the crowd clashed with law enforcement.

“You guys are disgusting,” Wise said, according to court documents. “I’m former — I’m former law enforcement. You’re disgusting. You are the Nazi. You are the Gestapo. You can’t see it. . . . Pence Testifies for 7 Hours Before Jan. 6 Grand Jury After Trump’s Bid to Block Him Fails

Former Vice President Mike Pence appeared for seven hours before a federal grand jury investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot Thursday — one day after a federal appeals court rejected a bid by former President Donald Trump to block him from doing so.

A three-judge panel on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, consisting of a Trump appointee and two appointees of former President Barack Obama, had issued a sealed order denying the 76-year-old’s appeal late Wednesday. . .

A rep for the former VP declined comment, while a rep for special counsel Jack Smith had nothing to say about the Wednesday appeals court ruling.

Spokespeople and lawyers for Trump remained mum on the development.

The former vice president and potential presidential candidate had said he would comply with a judge’s order to discuss the riot on the record as the federal panel weighs obstruction and conspiracy charges against Trump and his allies. FBI Had ‘at Least 40’ Undercover Informants Instigating Trouble on January 6th

Law enforcement agencies had at least 40 undercover FBI informants participating in surveillance work among defendants during the January 6 Capitol Hill protests.

Roger Roots, the lawyer for defendant American Proud Boys member Dominic Pezzola, filed a motion to reveal all undercover informants related to the January 6 case.

According to the filed document, several undercover law enforcement officers were at the Capitol that day, with at least 40 undercover informants or agents walking among them, which Roots claims were instigating trouble.

“Some of these undercover Metro officers marched with the Proud Boy march, and some appear to have played roles of instigators, in that they are seen on body-worn videos chanting ‘Go! Go!,’ ‘Stop the Steal!,’ and ‘Whose house? Our house!’ on January 6. Others generally followed demonstrators toward the Capitol,” Roots said.

On Tuesday, the government admitted that eight FBI confidential agents were embedded among the Proud Boys on January 6. Roots allege that the Homeland Security Investigations (HIS) agency had about 19 informants active at the time. In addition, at least 13 undercover plain-clothes DC Metro police agents were among the Proud Boys.
