The January 6 Capitol Hill protests were more of a hoax than the Russian collusion. Thanks to the Democrat’s blatant lies, innocent people who were doing nothing more than expressing their First Amendment rights are in jail awaiting trials while illegal immigrants— AKA criminals— are walking freely in the U.S.

Former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin is alleging that the FBI blocked the surveillance team from interviewing the person of interest regarding the pipe bomb found on J6.

According to Seraphin, the FBI established a connection between the suspect and a specific Metro fare card and license plate. However, the corrupt agency decided not to investigate the case further. Despite the severity of the case and the suspect still being on the loose for over three years, the FBI has declined to pursue leads on the situation.

Seraphin told the Daily Wire that shortly after J6, a counterintelligence team met him at a Virginia firehouse to brief him on his next surveillance target. The team reportedly used security footage tapes to identify the person of interest to a Metro station after the bombs were planted. They also could track the card the suspect used to access the Metro station. The transit card was used to determine which stop the suspect got off in Northern Virginia. From there, the person was seen entering a waiting car. The card and the vehicle were registered in the name of a retired Air Force chief master sergeant who was now working as a contractor with security clearance.

“Allegedly someone threw bombs around the Capitol which could have killed congressmen or a busload of nuns or anything, and the answer is you can’t follow this guy around — you have to go to headquarters and read ‘leads’ where someone said ‘I might’ve went to high school with some guy that was standing around the Capitol?'” Seraphin said. Republican Congressman Thomas Massie (R-Kentucky) has raised serious concerns regarding the handling of the purported pipe bombs placed outside the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Republican National Committee (RNC) prior to the Capitol riot. Massie, a member of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, believes that there may have been a coverup and suggested potential involvement of law enforcement in planting the bombs.

Massie, who examined thousands of hours of video footage and other evidence from January 6, asserted that the bombs could be the subject of an ongoing coverup. He questioned why Democrats, who have emphasized the severity of the events on January 6, have not highlighted the two operable pipe bombs as a significant threat.

In an interview with The Daily Wire, Massie expressed concern about the lack of promotion of the pipe bomb threat, considering its potential severity. Video footage identified by Massie shows law enforcement officers reacting nonchalantly after being notified of the pipe bomb, raising questions about their response.

The Congressman pointed to the fact that Kamala Harris, then soon-to-be vice president, was in the building at the time of the pipe bomb incident. However, the video shows officers behaving casually in the vicinity, even letting children walk past the area. Massie wants to know why a Secret Service sweep before Harris’s entry did not detect the pipe bomb situated only 30 feet away.

The Democrat-led January 6 committee, chaired by Rep. Bennie Thompson, did not extensively mention the pipe bombs in its final report, raising further questions about the handling of this sensational aspect of the day.

Security cameras captured a person apparently planting the bomb on the night of January 5. However, the quality of the video footage turned over by the DNC was notably lower than expected.

The FBI stated that the bombs were “viable” but connected to a 60-minute kitchen timer, making it impossible to trigger an explosion the next day. Massie, an engineer, challenged this assertion, stating that a kitchen timer does not create an electrical impulse and would require a battery to ignite.

On the eve of the third anniversary of the January 6 Capitol riot, a federal court ruled against a pro-Trump demonstrator, saying that even though he was “neither violent nor destructive,” he could still be convicted of disorderly conduct and sentenced to a year in prison.

Russell Alford was sentenced on February 23, 2023, to a year in prison after being found guilty of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

Alford challenged “the reasonableness of his sentence and the sufficiency of the evidence to support two of his convictions, both of which charged him with engaging in ‘disorderly or disruptive conduct.’” But D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Karen LeCraft Henderson wrote Friday that the court affirmed his convictions, The Hill reported.

“The trial evidence indicated that, during Alford’s brief time within the Capitol, he was neither violent nor destructive,” wrote Henderson, a George H.W.
