During Wednesday’s episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, Kelly pointed to fresh polling analysis from CNN senior data analyst Harry Enten, who said Trump’s approval among men has swung sharply negative since November, with the steepest declines among men under 45 and men under 25. Kelly argued the numbers pose a serious political risk for Trump and Republicans ahead of the midterms.

“Trump won in 2024 because of men. They are abandoning him right now,” Enten said on Tuesday.

According to CNN’s analysis of multiple national polls, Trump won male voters by 13 points in the 2024 presidential election. That advantage has since flipped. Enten said Trump is now seven points underwater in net approval among men overall—a roughly 20‑point swing in just over a year.

The movement is even more pronounced among younger men. Enten reported that Trump carried men under the age of 45 by five points in 2024 but now holds a net approval rating of -9 with that group. Men under 25 show a similar collapse, shifting from backing Trump in the election to registering a net approval of minus 19 in recent polling.

Reacting to the data, Kelly said the figures suggest “the coalition Trump relied on is no longer as solid as it looked on Election Day,” warning sustained losses among young men could reverberate across battleground districts in the midterms. Report: Don Lemon Released Without Bail After Arrest

Former CNN host Don Lemon was reportedly released from custody without bail after he was arrested for live-streaming anti-ICE protesters who stormed a Minnesota church, according to multiple reports.

Matt Finn, a national correspondent for the Fox News Channel, revealed in a post on X that Lemon is “free, no bail.”

“Breaking: Don Lemon is free, no bail,” Finn wrote in a post on X. “Per producer in the courtroom.”

TMZ reported that “Lemon was released without bail,” and that he said “he looks forward to vindication at trial”:

Lemon was released without bail. He says he looks forward to vindication at trial.

Prior to addressing the media Lemon appeared in court where a judge decided he could go without having to post bail while his federal case plays out.

Lemon wore a crisp, all white suit … waving and smiling at supporters — and winking at his husband at one point.

Disgraced Former CNN Anchor Don Lemon Arrested for Church Riot

Don Lemon, a disgraced former CNN anchor, was arrested Thursday night in Los Angeles, according to news reports.

Lemon’s attorney Abbe Lowell said in a statement released Friday morning:

Don Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents last night in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy award. Don has been a journalist for 30 years, and his constitutionally protected work in Minneapolis was no different than what he has always done. The First Amendment exists to protect journalists whose role it is to shine light on the truth and hold those in power accountable.

Instead of investigating the federal agents who killed two peaceful Minnesota protesters, the Trump Justice Department is devoting its time, attention and resources to this arrest, and that is the real indictment of wrongdoing in this case. This unprecedented attack on the First Amendment and transparent attempt to distract attention from the many crises facing this administration will not stand. Don will fight these charges vigorously and thoroughly in court.

CNN Just Cracked Open Pandora’s Box That’s Worse Than Any Fake News Hoax

CNN has opened up a Pandora’s box that’s worse than any fake news hoax the outlet could ever possibly peddle.

On Tuesday, the network announced an “official partnership” with the online platform Kalshi, which allows users to wager on anything from a sports game to whether J.D. Vance will be the GOP nominee in 2028, to how much money Darth Vader’s lightsaber will fetch at auction. Kalshi is a “prediction market,” and users are trading “contracts” on future events. So, somehow, it is legally distinct from gambling.

“As part of the partnership, CNN will get access to Kalshi’s data through an API, or backend interface, that automatically updates in real time,” Axios reported. “That data will be featured on CNN’s air through a real-time data ticker and can be referenced across CNN’s platforms when journalists discuss news predictions.”

Of course, neither CNN nor Kalshi has addressed the ethics elephant in the newsroom, as of publication. CNN anchors, reporters, and commentators do not determine events throughout the country and world. But they certainly influence them, enough to move markets. For example, if CNN published a story that Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang had a terminal illness, but that story later turned out to be false, Nvidia’s stock would have likely plummeted regardless, and billions of dollars could have been wiped out in a matter of minutes.

How will this power affect their coverage now that they are partnered with a betting platform? CNN will likely get a cut of the Kalshi gambling revenue, so how will that affect which events they choose to cover? Will the popularity of bets on Kalshi’s platform drive their coverage? Are they going to do segments on Darth Vader’s lightsaber because it drives the most wagering? Will all these CNN employees, from the executives to the bookers, be barred from betting on people or events they cover in the news? Where are the guardrails? What if anonymous sources, whether in government or working for a sports franchise, leak them stories to drive betting markets in a certain direction? Scott Jennings Delivers Sharp Retort When Asked About FBI Investigating Dems Who Told Military To Ignore Trump

Republican strategist Scott Jennings shut down a CNN anchor’s line of questioning in a discussion over whether the FBI should investigate the six Democratic lawmakers who urged the military to disregard President Donald Trump’s authority.

The Pentagon opened an inquiry into Democratic Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly on Monday after he joined five other lawmakers in a video telling U.S. troops they could refuse “illegal” orders from Trump. During a panel discussion on “The Arena,” Jennings said the real issue isn’t the inquiry — it’s that sitting members of Congress pushed a narrative suggesting the commander-in-chief was prepared to issue illegal orders.

“Democrats who are in power and there are Republicans who are making political videos, right? Are they going to use the FBI to investigate them too, right?” host Kasie Hunt asked Jennings.

“Plenty of Republicans are outraged about this. This video was clearly designed to try to create a narrative among the American people that the president had been or was about to give illegal orders. And it appears to me that it all has to do with what he’s doing with Venezuela,” Jennings said. “That seems to be what they’re mad about, although they did ask Elissa Slotkin on TV, and she cited a Hollywood movie to rationalize or justify what she had done. I don’t know what the truth is about these interviews, and I don’t know if they’ll ever be compelled to do it or not.”

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said President Donald Trump calling her a traitor put her life in danger.

Host Dana Bash, “As you just heard, and I know you saw, the president says he’s withdrawing support for you, encouraging primary challengers. You were one of his biggest supporters. What do you think happened here?”

Taylor Greene said, “I stood with President Trump when virtually no one else did, campaigned all over the country, spent millions of my own dollars helping him get elected. And I think that’s incredibly important. And I do support him and his administration. I support them in delivering the campaign promises we made to the American people. His remarks, of course, have been hurtful. However, I have something in my heart that I think is incredibly important for our country, and that is to end the toxic fighting in politics. Nancy Pelosi’s daughter invoked CNN reporter Andrew Kaczynski’s dead daughter after he called out Democrats for putting senior citizens and people with serious illnesses in positions of power.

Kaczynski, who goes by the Twitter handle “KFILE,” noted 47-year-old Democratic California Rep. Robert Garcia winning his party’s top spot on the House Oversight Committee on Tuesday

“A top committee spot is going to a Democrat that is under the age of 75 or doesn’t have cancer,” KFILE tweeted.

Garcia, who defeated Massachusetts Rep. Stephen Lynch, takes over the Ranking Member spot from former Democratic Virginia Rep. Gerry Connolly, who died from cancer in May at the age of 75.

Before Connolly, the Democrats’ ranking member was Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, who was also diagnosed with cancer while serving in the role. He is now the Ranking Member on the House Judiciary Committee.

Tulsi Gabbard Accuses Media of Taking Her Out of Context After Trump Addresses Iran Assessment

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard tells CNN she and President Donald Trump are “on the same page” when it comes to Iran’s nuclear capabilities and timeline. She accused the media of taking her out of context by leaving out her full testimony.

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins asked Trump aboard Air Force One to respond to remarks reportedly made by Gabbard.

“Tulsi Gabbard testified in March that the intelligence community said Iran wasn’t building a nuclear weapon,” Collins said.

“I don’t care what she said,” Trump replied. “I think they were very close to having one.”

Democratic Party’s Horrendous Polling Numbers Leaves CNN Data Guru in Disbelief: ‘Are You Kidding Me?’

Shock polling showing Democrats still languishing behind Republicans on economic issues stunned CNN analyst Harry Enten on Monday.

Enten, the network’s number cruncher, marveled at Democrats’ inability to close the gap with Republicans — in what is typically the most important issue for voters — despite recession jitters, stock market volatility and President Trump pressing forward with his unpopular tariff plan.

“You’d expect that Democrats would have this massive lead on the economy — it ain’t so! It ain’t so!” Enten said as he unveiled new CNN polling showing the GOP still holds a massive advantage over Dems.

Republicans led Democrats by eight points when asked which party was “closer to your economic views” in the May survey, released Sunday.

Top CNN Reporter Exits After Network Lost $5M Defamation Case Against Navy Veteran

A CNN correspondent at the center of a nefarious report that cost the network at least $5 million for defaming a US Navy veteran is leaving the struggling network.

Chief national security correspondent Alex Marquardt landed in hot water earlier this year after a Florida jury ruled that he defamed Zachary Young in 2021 by claiming the former soldier illegally exploited Afghans during the Biden administration’s disastrous withdrawal from the country.

Sources told former CNN media correspondent Oliver Darcy that Marquardt was fired — citing “editorial differences” with his higher-ups at the network.

Marquardt — who worked at CNN for eight years and recently spearheaded its coverage of the Russian-Ukraine war — did not mention the legal debacle or the reason for his exit in announcing the departure Monday.
