WATCH: Major Ruling in CNN Defamation Fight With James O’Keefe

A federal appeals court has ruled against CNN in its attempt to have dismissed a defamation complaint from James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

O’Keefe launched Project Veritas and worked years with the organization, doing undercover interviews to uncover political scandals. . .

A report from the Post Millennial said it was the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that said CNN’s statements about O’Keefe “were not substantially true” and found that, “Veritas plausibly alleged that Cabrera’s statements were published with actual malice under the First Amendment.”

The report explained, “Circuit Judge Elizabeth Branch wrote in an opinion for the court that on February 11, 2021, the Project Veritas account on then-Twitter was suspended. CNN’s Ana Cabrera claimed on February 15 that the account had been banned for ‘promoting misinformation,’ while Project Veritas said that it was because it had violated Twitter’s ‘publication of private information,’ or ‘doxxing’ policy.”

The judge wrote, “When CNN refused to issue a retraction, Veritas sued for defamation. The district court granted CNN’s motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim, finding that Cabrera’s statements were substantially true and thus not actionable under applicable New York defamation law. Veritas appealed.” (Read more from “WATCH: Major Ruling in CNN Defamation Fight With James O’Keefe” HERE)

Trump Refers to CNN’s Anderson Cooper by a Woman’s First Name

Former President Donald Trump has repeatedly referred to CNN anchor Anderson Cooper with a woman’s first name in recent days as the Republican presidential nominee focuses his closing message on a hypermasculine appeal to men.

On a Friday morning post on Trump’s social media site Truth Social, the former president referred to one of the most prominent openly gay journalists in the U.S. as “Allison Cooper.”

Trump made the subtext even more explicit later Friday during a rally in Traverse City, Michigan, where he criticized a town hall Cooper hosted with Vice President Kamala Harris.

“If you watched her being interviewed by Allison Cooper the other night, he’s a nice person. You know Allison Cooper? CNN fake news,” Trump said, before pausing and saying in a mocking voice: “Oh, she said no, his name is Anderson. Oh, no.”

On Saturday, Trump repeated the name during another Michigan rally, then followed it up during a nighttime reference in Pennsylvania. “They had a town hall,” Trump said in Michigan. “Even Allison Cooper was embarrassed by it. He was embarrassed by it.” (Read more from “Trump Refers to CNN’s Anderson Cooper by a Woman’s First Name” HERE)

CNN’s Jake Tapper Tried to Corner JD Vance on Trump’s Alleged Remarks About Hitler. It Didn’t Go Well.

Jake, how did you think this would end? Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) has been the grim reaper regarding liberal narratives and the hosts who try to corner him on them on CNN. Host Dana Bash was twisted into knots when Vance expertly dismantled her plan of attack regarding the allegations that Haitian migrants were chopping up pets. Now, The Atlantic is trying to rehash another ‘loser and suckers’ hoax, trying to claim that Donald Trump spoke fondly of Adolf Hitler, and his generals and denigrated the death of murdered US Army soldier, Vanessa Guillen, in 2020. The

The Guillen family and their attorney have gone on record saying the publication misled them. This claim is getting credence because Trump’s former chief of staff, John Kelly, is also on record saying the former president made such comments.

Yet, former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, who also hates Trump, couldn’t recall when Mr. Trump said anything Kelly was alleging. It was so horrible that Kelly kept working for Trump and kept Trump’s purported Third Reich affinity to himself until two weeks before Election Day.

This story doesn’t pass the smell test, but Tapper tried to flank Vance on it this weekend with disastrous results. The Ohio Republican redirected the question because to make this allegation, you need to have credibility as a news organization, which CNN lost eons ago with the Russian collusion hoax. Despite some good pieces here and there, the network is obviously anti-Trump and a clown show, something that offended Tapper big league:

Anderson Cooper Clashes With Charlamagne Over CNN Coverage of Donald Trump, Kamala Harris: ‘That’s Bulls—‘

CNN anchor Anderson Cooper got into a heated dispute with Charlamagne Tha God over the media’s coverage of Donald Trump versus Kamala Harris during the radio personality’s appearance on the network Thursday night.

The bitter back-and-forth began when Charlamagne accused news stations, such as CNN, of failing to report on Trump’s “fascist” behavior and statements, while giving airtime to false conspiracies like whether Harris is black during his visit to Cooper’s show.

“It’s crazy because you still don’t have news networks having that conversation, like when somebody says, when somebody questions Kamala Harris’s blackness or is she a DEI hire, you all will have roundtable discussions about that, asking that question.

“How come we’re not having a roundtable discussion asking is Donald Trump a fascist? Actually not even asking, he’s stating it,” Charlamagne said. “How come that is not the topic of discussion on networks like CNN every day?”

“I talk about this every night,” Cooper retorted. (Read more from “Anderson Cooper Clashes With Charlamagne Over CNN Coverage of Donald Trump, Kamala Harris: ‘That’s Bulls—‘” HERE)

Fact-Checking the Kamala Harris CNN Town Hall

Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee for president, answered questions in a CNN town hall with anchor Anderson Cooper Wednesday night. She repeatedly condemned her Republican opponent, former President Donald Trump, in the harshest of terms, even saying that she thinks he is a fascist.

The Daily Signal fact-checked many of her claims.

‘Terminate the Constitution’

Harris touted the fact that former Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., endorsed her against Trump. The vice president said Cheney backed her due to “a legitimate fear, based on Donald Trump‘s words and actions, that he will not obey an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

“He himself has said he would terminate the Constitution of the United States,” she added.

The claim traces back to a post Trump wrote on Truth Social on Dec. 3, 2022. In that post, the former president wrote of the 2020 presidential election, “A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”

He added, “Our great ‘Founder’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”

Fellow Republicans criticized his comments, and Trump later clarified that he would not terminate the Constitution.

In a follow-up post, he condemned the legacy media’s interpretation of his post.

“The Fake News is actually trying to convince the American People that I said I wanted to ‘terminate’ the Constitution,” Trump said in a Truth Social post on Dec. 5, 2022.

Hitler’s Generals

Harris said she believed Trump is a fascist and she repeatedly tied him to the Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler.

Harris claimed that Trump said to his generals “in essence, why can’t you be more like Hitler’s generals?”

The vice president was referencing an Atlantic article by Jeffrey Goldberg citing anonymous sources, claiming Trump said, “I need the kind of generals that Hitler had.”

Trump spokesman Alex Pfeiffer said the claim is “absolutely false,” and that “President Trump never said this.”

That article claimed Trump ordered then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows not to pay for the funeral of 20-year-old Army private Vanessa Guillén, calling her a “f—ing Mexican.” Meadows denied the story and Guillén’s sister accused The Atlantic of “exploiting my sister’s death for politics.”

‘Suckers and Losers’

Harris claimed that Trump referred to members of the military as “suckers and losers,” that “he demeans people who have taken an oath to sacrifice their life for our country.”

The claim that Trump called members of the military “suckers” and “losers” originates from a 2020 article published in The Atlantic relying on anonymous sources. Trump has consistently disputed the reports.

‘Price Gouging’

Harris attributed inflation to “price gouging.” When CNN’s Cooper asked her about whether the Trump administration or the Biden administration was responsible for inflation, she suggested that her experience as attorney general in California would help her fight inflation.

“How I come to it is probably a new approach grounded in a lot of my experiences as a former attorney general, where I took on price gouging and part of my plan is to create a new approach that is the first time that we will have a national ban on price gouging, which is companies taking advantage of the desperation and need of the American consumer and jacking up prices without any consequence or accountability,” she said.

Other Democrats, such as President Joe Biden and Sen. Bob Casey, D-Pa., have attributed inflation to companies’ greed.

As Heritage Foundation Research Fellow EJ Antoni pointed out, there is a far more obvious culprit: government spending.

As Antoni noted, “One of the functions of money is that of a measuring tool. If a yardstick were to shrink from 36 inches down to just 30, it would take 120 of these shortened yardsticks to cover the distance of a football field, instead of 100. As the dollar has lost value, it takes more dollars to measure the value of the things we buy.”

While Americans feel the pain of inflation, so do businesses. According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, “businesses have gotten the short end of the stick,” Antoni explained. “The producer price index is used to measure inflation on the products and services businesses buy—sometimes called wholesale inflation—and that index has risen 17.5% since Biden took office. Conversely, the consumer price index, the widely cited metric for inflation faced by American families, is up 17.1% over that same time.”

“Businesses have actually been sheltering consumers from some cost increases in an effort to maintain market share and not lose customers,” he wrote. “That also explains why, according to the Biden administration’s Census Bureau, total corporate profits have fallen for the last six quarters after adjusting for inflation.”

“If alleged price gouging were really the cause of inflation, did businessmen magically become greedy when Biden took office?” Antoni asked. “Were corporations never greedy in the 40 years leading up to Biden’s inflationary expansion of government? Businesses haven’t even passed all their higher costs on to consumers; if they’re trying to be greedy, they’re doing it all wrong.”

‘Women Have Died’

When discussing state abortion laws in the wake of the Supreme Court striking down the abortion precedent Roe v. Wade (1973) in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2022), Harris claimed, “Women have died because of these laws.”

She has repeatedly mentioned the name Amber Nicole Thurman, suggesting that she died due to Georgia’s law restricting abortion.

Yet Thurman died after she took the abortion pill, which caused complications and left parts of her twin unborn babies inside her.

Thurman legally obtained abortion pills in North Carolina to end the lives of her unborn twins, but she could not know without an ultrasound (which the FDA had required only a few years beforehand). Five days later, she began to abort the twins, but both babies’ remains remained in her uterus. She began to develop sepsis and went to the hospital.

Doctors hospitalized her, but she died before they could perform a dilation and curettage to remove the remaining parts of her unborn babies.

Harris blamed Thurman’s death on a law restricting abortion, but the law would not prevent the removal of the babies’ remains when they were already dead. The FDA’s loosened restrictions on the abortion pill, not Georgia’s law, is arguably to blame for this tragic death.

Prefer to Run on the Problem

Harris repeated her claim that Trump killed a bipartisan border bill earlier this year “because he’d prefer to run on a problem instead of fixing a problem.”

Yet critics have warned that the bill would have cemented Biden’s open-border policies into law.

Cooper pressed Harris on why the Biden administration used executive orders to reverse many Trump border policies in January 2021. He noted that illegal aliens crossed the border in large numbers after those orders, and the numbers only decreased when Biden issued other executive orders. He asked her whether she regrets the weaker border policies.

Harris replied that only Congress could solve the ultimate problem. Cooper again pressed her on whether Biden should have issued the 2024 executive orders sooner, and she replied, “I think we did the right thing.”

WATCH: CNN Commentator Pushes Back Against Paul Begala For Claiming Trump Is Too ‘Unhinged’ To Be President

CNN political commentator Shermichael Singleton pushed back against the Democratic consultant Paul Begala for spewing claims that Republican nominee Donald Trump is too “unhinged” to be reelected.

Vice President Kamala Harris called Trump “increasingly unstable and unhinged” during a rally in Pennsylvania Monday night, playing clips of the former president calling his opponents the “enemy within.” Singleton pushed back against Begala’s claim that Trump is too “unhinged” and “weak,” arguing that independent voters are largely supporting the former president.

“The Democrats have a political party. Political parties exist to win. Democrats believe that Biden could not win, I was one of them. Biden stepped aside,” Begala said. “The Republicans have become a cult of personality. Trump is not their strongest candidate. He’s the only president since Herbert Hoover who lost the House, the Senate, the White House in 4 years. That’s hard to do. So, believe me, if they could’ve put somebody else up, they’d be up 10 points right now … But the real MAGA acolytes around him are not doing the country any favors by fancying some guy who’s clearly just unhinged and too weak to do the job.”

“But you know what’s so interesting about this, Paul, and I’ve thought a lot about this, the race is tied. And I don’t think it’s just the Trump voters who have allowed the president to showcase his interesting level of strength, that’s typically underestimated,” Singleton replied. “So, looking at this, you’re wondering who are the swing voters out there, who are those swing voters, those independent voters who are saying ‘you know what? Maybe I don’t like the personality, maybe I don’t like the traits, but there are other issue that I think he’s stronger on. They appear to be supporting him which is why the vice president doesn’t have the lead that she had a couple weeks ago.”

CNN Interviewed Kids to Get Their Take on Kamala Harris — And the Responses Were Absolutely Savage

Fourth-graders savaged the vice president and Democratic nominee as part of a “study” conducted by professors at Stanford University and Arizona State University and reported Wednesday by CNN’s Anderson Cooper.

“What’s the first word that pops into your head when you hear the name Kamala Harris?” asked Arizona State professor Asheley Landrum.

“Liar,” a Texas boy fired back without missing a beat.

“It’d be good for us to have a black woman as president for the first time in history, but my vote’s kind of still on Trump,” added a black girl, who was definitely not of voting age.

“I just don’t think a woman would be right for our president,” another Texas girl said.

Battered CNN Bosses Reluctantly Surrender Secret Financial Documents as They Brace for Bank-Busting $1BILLION Jake Tapper Defamation Trial

CNN had no choice but to hand over a batch of documents detailing its financial secrets in preparation for a defamation trial predicted to cost the network $1billion.

RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm attorneys for Navy veteran Zachary Young received a trove of information from CNN in order to determine what dollar amount would effectively punish the broadcasting giant in the event of a victory for their client.

To sort through the financial records – which have not been made public – and propose a suitable penalty, the vet’s legal team hired a financial expert whose testimony was viewed as “instrumental” in a $28billion judgment against Tobacco behemoth Philip Morris in 2002.

Meanwhile, CNN hired two new lawyers – including one who represented Amber Heard in her appeal of Johnny Depp’s defamation victory – to beef up its defense team in preparation for the January civil trial.

As this outlet has been reporting, Young’s lawsuit accused the network of pushing a “false narrative” about him during a 2021 episode of The Lead With Jake Tapper covering America’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Election Rigging: CNN Admits Running Fake Image to Smear Trump!

CNN issued an on-air retraction and admitted to using “digitally altered” photos of former President Donald Trump and right-wing activist and influencer Laura Loomer.

In a post on X, Loomer shared a video of CNN issuing a retraction after CNN hosts, such as Anderson Cooper, used a “digitally altered” photo of Trump and Loomer in “a number of segments” on Friday and Saturday.

“Friday evening and on Saturday, CNN aired a number of segments that briefly showed an image of former President Donald Trump and Laura Loomer taken from social media,” the CNN host said. “On review, this image had been digitally altered by a third party and should not have been included. We regret the error.

CNN Reporter’s Interview With MAGA Boat Guy Did Not Go Well

Joe Harner is a die-hard Trump supporter; he doesn’t hide that fact. He’s also a proud boat owner, which became a source of inquiry for CNN’s Elle Reeve. Harner was prepared for the question related to inflation and the economy. Like everyone else, he wants the prices to come down and the economy to thrive, which Biden-Harris has failed miserably to accomplish. Reeve said she didn’t want to be rude, but if Harner could afford a boat and its upkeep, he couldn’t be hurting so badly. He filleted the premise:

“Listen, nobody gave me shit! I earned everything that I’ve got. I’m retired military, retired power plant, and I am successful and retired with boats, jet skis because I did it right, and everybody has that chance. Whether they choose or not, that’s up to them.” (Read more from “CNN Reporter’s Interview With MAGA Boat Guy Did Not Go Well” HERE)
