CNN Lets Its Anti-Christian Bias Fly With Hit Piece On Pentagon Prayer Service

CNN — a far-left outlet a jury found is literally fake news — is upset that Christians were permitted to openly pray to their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ while on the job at the Pentagon.

The outlet’s hissy fit stems from a Christian prayer service Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth hosted at the Defense Department on Wednesday. The event — for which Hegseth himself said attendance was on a “voluntary basis” — featured remarks and prayers from Hegseth and the defense secretary’s Tennessee-based pastor, Brooks Potteiger.

“This is precisely where I need to be, and I think exactly where we need to be as a nation, at this moment,” Hegseth said, “in prayer, on bended knee recognizing the providence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. … Knowing that there’s an author in heaven overseeing all of this, who’s underwritten all of it, for us, on the cross, gives me the strength to proceed.”

The service is reportedly slated to become a monthly occurrence.

While the event’s recognition of Christ’s glory is welcome news for a culture in desperate need of spiritual revival, CNN’s Natasha Bertrand and Haley Britzky seemingly felt otherwise. The two “reporters” quickly rushed out a hatchet job featuring remarks from like-minded, left-wing lawyers questioning the legality of the service. Trump Cuts off CNN’s Kaitlan Collins Before She Can Ask Question During Press Briefing: ‘Excuse Me, I Didn’t Pick You’

By New York Post. President Donald Trump abruptly shut down CNN’s Kaitlan Collins during a press briefing on Tuesday when she tried to raise questions about the controversial “Signal” messaging incident involving top administration officials.

During a meeting with ambassadors at the White House, the frequent Trump nemesis attempted to pepper the president with a question.

“Mr. President, you said that your national security learned a lesson after a reporter …,” Collins began.

Before she could complete her sentence, Trump interrupted, saying sharply: “Excuse me, I didn’t pick you.”

He then pointed to another reporter in the gallery and said, “Go ahead.”

The Signal controversy emerged after The Atlantic revealed that Jeffrey Goldberg, its editor-in-chief, was mistakenly added to a secret group chat where high-ranking Trump administration members discussed an upcoming military strike against Yemen’s Houthi rebels. National security adviser takes ‘full responsibility’ for ‘embarrassing’ Signal leak — but still rips ‘vile’ Atlantic editor

By New York Post. National security adviser Mike Waltz accepted “full responsibility” Tuesday for accidentally including Atlantic magazine’s editor-in-chief in a Signal chat group where discussions about military strikes against the Houthis in Yemen took place.

“Well, look, a staffer wasn’t responsible,” Waltz told Fox News’ Laura Ingraham in his first media interview since the Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg revealed that he was privy to the Trump administration’s internal deliberations and planning of March 15 airstrikes after being added to text chain on the encrypted Signal app by the national security adviser.

“Look, I take full responsibility,” Waltz added. “I built the group. My job is to make sure everything’s coordinated.”

When pressed by “The Ingraham Angle” host on why Goldberg’s number was on his phone to begin with, the White House official claimed he didn’t know. (Read more from “National security adviser takes ‘full responsibility’ for ‘embarrassing’ Signal leak — but still rips ‘vile’ Atlantic editor” HERE)

CNN Steps On A Rake After ‘Fact-Checking’ Trump’s ‘Transgender Mice’ Funding Claim

CNN issued a correction after the network inaccurately asserted that President Donald Trump “falsely claimed” the Biden administration spent $8 million to make mice transgender.

During his joint address to Congress on Tuesday, Trump cited several examples of “appalling waste” he had cut, including $8.2 million in NIH-funded studies on “gender-affirming” hormone treatments mice. CNN’s Deidre McPhillips initially tried to dispute the claim, arguing only about $500,000 had been allocated for similar research in monkeys — she was later forced to issue a correction after the White House proved CNN’s “fact check” inaccurate in a statement.

“Last night, President Donald J. Trump highlighted many of the egregious examples of waste, fraud and abuse funded by the American taxpayers, including $8 million spent by the Biden Administration ‘for making mice transgender,’” the White House statement reads. “The Fake News losers at CNN immediately tried to fact check it, but President Trump was right (as usual).”

“Trump falsely claimed that the Department of Government Efficiency identified government spending of ‘$8 million for making mice transgender,’” CNN’s original fact check read.

The White House then released a statement listing six NIH grants for studies on hormone treatments in mice, a combined total of $8,290,053. The Biden-era grants included $455,000 to study “gender-affirming hormone therapy on HIV-vaccine induced immune responses, $2.5 million to study the reproductive consequences of hormone therapy, $299,940 to study testosterone therapy on breast cancer risk and treatment outcomes, $735,113 to study the effects of hormone therapy on mouse microbiomes, $1.2 million to study “androgen effects on the reproductive neuroendocrine axis” and $3.1 million to study hormones as mediators of sex influences in asthma. All listed studies involved hormonal replacement in mice. (Read more from “CNN Steps On A Rake After ‘Fact-Checking’ Trump’s ‘Transgender Mice’ Funding Claim” HERE)

CNN: Deep State Bureaucrats Threaten To Sell State Secrets If Trump Isn’t Nice To Them

Brace yourself as the propaganda press tries to stop President Donald Trump from culling corruption from the deep state. Expect “news” stories screaming about ordinary budget and staff cuts that would happen in any bloated private business but under Trump will be described as unfair or even dangerous.

Take, for example, the Feb. 24 number from CNN, “How Trump’s government-cutting moves risk exposing the CIA’s secrets.” The short report required four CNN writers, Katie Bo Lillis (who was involved in a story that led to a defamation trial in which a jury found that CNN was literally fake news), Phil Mattingly, Natasha Bertrand, and Zachary Cohen.

Exposing CIA secrets? That sounds pretty dangerous. Just how much danger are we in?

In the piece, CNN warned, “As the CIA weighs staff cuts, current and former intelligence officials say that mass firings could offer a rich recruitment opportunity for foreign intelligence services — like China or Russia — who may seek to exploit financially vulnerable or resentful former employees.”

The piece goes on.

“… on the CIA’s 7th floor — home to top leadership — some officers are also quietly discussing how mass firings and the buyouts already offered to staff risk creating a group of disgruntled former employees who might be motivated to take what they know to a foreign intelligence service.” (So “quietly,” apparently, that CNN could hear them, as Federalist Editor-in-Chief Mollie Hemingway pointed out.)

Trump Tariffs Rock Canada

Former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada Chrystia Freeland said Sunday on CNN’s “Fareed Zakaria GPS” that Canadians were “furious” because President Donald Trump had challenged their sovereignty.

Zakaria said, “You’ve talked about, uh, you know, 100% tariffs on some things. You talked about a boycott of American goods, which would not be a formal legal thing, but you’re just urging Canadians to stop buying American goods when they go to grocery stores. Is it also are you also thinking in your proposals of doing something on oil? You know, we import a lot of oil from Canada.”

Freeland said, “I’m glad you mentioned the boycott because that is already happening across the country. Americans have to understand how hurt and, frankly, how furious Canadians are. Our sovereignty is being challenged. So, yeah, regular Canadians across the country are coming up with ways to stand for Canada, to fight for Canada, to defend Canada, but mostly to say to our American neighbors, guys, just cut it out. Just stop it. This is a terrible idea.”

Zakaria said, “You did negotiate with Trump so you do have a sense of him?” (Read more from “Trump Tariffs Rock Canada” HERE)

Jury Finds CNN Is Literally Fake News

CNN was found liable on Friday for defaming U.S. Navy veteran Zachary Young.

Following roughly eight hours of deliberations, jurors found CNN both “committed defamation per se” and “committed defamation by implication.”

Jurors awarded Young $4 million in economic damages and $1 million in emotional damages and agreed that punitive damages are warranted, prompting phase 2 of the trial. Punitive damages will be awarded to Young to dissuade CNN and other networks from doing what CNN did.

The case arose after CNN aired a segment in November of 2021 on “The Lead with Jake Tapper” that falsely framed Young as exploiting Afghans by offering evacuations from Afghanistan on a “black market.” A court later found Young did nothing illegal. Young alleged the segment “rendered Young permanently unemployable” because the use of the term “black market” in the chyron implied Young was engaged in illegal conduct — something his defense contracts expressly prohibited.

As Young testified — and as messages show — he informed CNN’s Katie Bo Lillis that rather than seeking money for evacuation costs directly from Afghans he was “focused on aligning corporate sponsors who have the resources to support with those afghans most in need.” Lillis pressed Young on his pricing model and further asked whether Young had ever successfully evacuated anyone. Notably, Young evacuated nearly two dozen Afghans, including a child, a fact that was conveniently left out of CNN’s report and digital story. Biden Says Equal Rights Amendment Is Ratified, Kicking Off Expected Legal Battle as He Pushes Through Final Executive Actions

President Joe Biden announced a major opinion Friday that the Equal Rights Amendment is ratified, enshrining its protections into the Constitution, a last-minute move that some believe could pave the way to bolstering reproductive rights.

It will, however, certainly draw swift legal challenges – and its next steps remain extremely unclear as Biden prepares to leave office.

The amendment, which was passed by Congress in 1972, enshrines equal rights for women. An amendment to the Constitution requires three-quarters of states, or 38, to ratify it. Virginia in 2020 became the 38th state to ratify the bill after it sat stagnant for decades. Biden is now issuing his opinion that the amendment is ratified. It would next fall upon the archivist of the United States, Dr. Colleen Shogan, to certify and publish the amendment. . .

But legal experts contend it isn’t that simple: Ratification deadlines lapsed and five states have rescinded their approval, according to the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University’s law school, prompting questions about the president’s authority to ratify the amendment more than 50 years after it first passed. Whitney Cummings Roasts CNN’s Ratings During CNN NYE Special

Actress-comedian Whitney Cummings used the platform provided by CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live 2025 special on Tuesday night to take a swipe – or three – at CNN and its crashing viewership.

The 42-year-old referenced herself in one joke promoting her 2025 tour dates while also roasting far-left CNN with its fast diminishing viewership numbers.

Standing alongside hosts Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper in Times Square, the comedian boasted she was playing “bigger and bigger venues now” following the birth of her son in December 2023.

“I thought being a mom would mean less people want to come see me. Now I’m playing like 3,000-seat theaters, which is about the viewership of CNN these days,” she said before quickly adding a qualifier by saying, “Not this show, though! All eyes are on this show.”

Defeated Democrat Election Denier Claims Republicans ‘Rigged’ the Vote So He Would Lose

Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown of Ohio claimed he lost reelection because Republicans “rigged the system” during a heated interview on CNN Thursday.

Businessman Bernie Moreno defeated Brown, a three-term senator, Nov. 5 by a 50.2% to 46.6% margin. Brown alleged Republicans “rigged the system” after complaining about ads on transgender issues, including one featuring Vice President Kamala Harris which discussed how she pushed “behind the scenes” for transgender prisoners to receive sex changes while she was attorney general of California.

“They lie about it and they put — in this case, they — they spent $40 million on 8 different ads on that issue,” Brown argued, later adding. “They weren’t talking about how to make Ohio a better state. They’re not doing their job on education. They’re not doing their job on health care. They’re not doing their job on creating jobs.”

After CNN reporter Manu Raju pointed out the campaign was successful and Republicans won the election, Brown responded with his claims.

“Yeah, but they’re winning elections in part because they — they’ve rigged the system. They’ve made it harder to vote,” Brown asserted. “They’ve changed ballot language in a draconian, in a dramatic way with the last election. They did that with abortion rights. It didn’t work in that case.” (Read more from “Defeated Democrat Election Denier Claims Republicans ‘Rigged’ the Vote So He Would Lose” HERE)

CNN Poll Finds Significant Response to Trump Transition and How Democrats Are Dealing With Defeat

A new poll from CNN finds that Americans are far more positive toward President-elect Donald Trump’s transition as compared to eight years ago and also that Democrats have largely “given up.”

CNN poll analyst Harry Enten reviewed the results in a segment on CNN, where he showed a double-digit jump in the favorability rating for Trump.

Enten said that most presidential candidates get a jump in approval rating after getting elected, but Trump got a only 1% increase following his surprise victory in 2016. That has spiked to 18% eight years later.

“Look at where we are today, significantly higher, plus 18 points. That’s 17 points higher on the presidential transition net approval rating. The bottom line is this: If eight years ago Americans were lukewarm on Donald Trump, at this particular point they’re giving him much more the benefit of the doubt,” he explained.

“A lot more Americans are in love with this transition; this much more meets the historical norm,” Enten concluded. (Read more from “CNN Poll Finds Significant Response to Trump Transition and How Democrats Are Dealing With Defeat” HERE)
