Inside the Latest Protest Against Vaccine Coercion at the Nation’s Capital

Thousands from across the world gathered in the U.S. capital to protest the Covid-19 vaccination mandates recently put in place in cities across the country, most prominently last week in Washington, D.C., in an event called “Defeat the Mandates: An American Homecoming.” Protesters marched from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial, where they heard speeches and music, all encouraging noncompliance of the vaccine mandates.

Speakers ranged from doctors to comedians to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The overall message of the day was clear: vaccine mandates are unconstitutional and must be abolished. Nearly every speaker also preached a more surprising message of love, bipartisanship, unity, and peace. . .

“You understand 58 years ago we were standing in this square, trying to unite the world to come together to fight against the tyranny of their time. Now it is our time to fight against the tyranny of our time.”

Jenkins said Americans are loving people, and it will take courage, sacrifice, and love of one another to save the nation from succumbing to tyrannical mandates. In a moment of what can only be described as pure endearment, he even asked protestors to hug one another, many of whom did.

Through much of the protest, amid audience-wide chants of saving the children and ending the tyranny, music from solo artists and a live band blared through the speakers in front of the Lincoln Memorial. Other common themes include trusting God, distrusting the media, and a strong disdain for big pharma and the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and National Institutes of Health. Federal Judge Blocks Enforcement of Biden’s Federal Employee Vax Mandate

A federal judge in Texas blocked the Biden administration from enforcing its Covid-19 jab mandate for federal employees on Friday.

President Joe Biden first issued an executive order demanding more than 3.5 million federal workers get the shot before Nov. 22. If employees didn’t comply, they could lose their jobs.

In the Friday ruling, Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas said that until litigation regarding Biden’s federal mandate is decided, the Democrat administration and government cannot force the private medical decision on Americans “with the stroke of a pen and without input from Congress.”

“While vaccines are undoubtedly the best way to avoid serious illness from COVID-19, there is no reason to believe that the public interest cannot be served via less restrictive measures than the mandate, such as masking, social distancing, or part- or full-time remote work,” Brown wrote. “Stopping the spread of COVID-19 will not be achieved by overbroad policies like the federal-worker mandate.” (Read more from “Federal Judge Blocks Enforcement of Biden’s Federal Employee Vax Mandate” HERE)

Carhartt Boycotted for Keeping Vax Mandate

Many social media users are calling for a boycott of Carhartt, a company renowned for producing gear for blue-collar workers, over its decision to double down on a vaccine mandate following the Supreme Court’s ruling against the Biden administration’s mandate for the private sector.

On January 14, a day after the court’s decision, Carhartt CEO Mark Valade sent an email to employees stating the company would keep its mandate in place.

“The ruling does not change Carhartt’s mandatory vaccination program, which went into effect on January 4th,” Valade wrote.

“We put workplace safety at the very top of our priority list and the Supreme Court’s recent ruling doesn’t impact that core value,” Valade’s email goes on to state. “We, and the medical community, continue to believe vaccines are necessary to ensure a safe working environment for every associate and even perhaps their households.”

Experts Reveal the One Thing That Could Finally ‘Shut Down’ COVID-19

It may be the Omicron variant — not any particular government policy or public health strategy — that ultimately “shuts down” the COVID-19 pandemic, according to experts.

There’s ample evidence that Omicron is a milder strain of COVID-19 than previous versions, such as Delta. Several doctors and health experts who spoke with the Daily Caller said that a more infectious, less deadly form of COVID-19 spreading rapidly throughout the population could ultimately result in a post-pandemic state of widespread natural immunity.

Researchers have found that Omicron is far less likely to put someone in the hospital or be fatal than earlier strains of COVID-19. It’s also highly contagious, leading to skyrocketing record case numbers in the U.S. and elsewhere. In addition to almost two-thirds of Americans who are fully vaccinated, any individual who has survived a bout with COVID-19 has been conferred some level of natural immunity that will lessen their chance of reinfection or serious illness in the future.

While most natural immunity studies and research occurred before Omicron was dominant, there’s no reason to believe this variant won’t confer strong levels of protection to survivors as well, Dr. Martin Kulldorff, an epidemiologist and former professor at the Harvard School of Medicine, told the Daily Caller. Natural Immunity Superior to Vaccination Against Delta Variant

People who had previously been infected with COVID-19 were better protected against the Delta variant than those who were vaccinated alone, suggesting that natural immunity was a more potent shield than vaccines against that variant, California and New York health officials reported on Wednesday.

Protection against Delta was highest, however, among people who were both vaccinated and had survived a previous COVID infection, and lowest among those who had never been infected or vaccinated, the study found.

Nevertheless, vaccination remains the safest strategy against COVID-19, according to the report published in U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

The results do not apply to the Omicron variant of the virus, which now accounts for 99.5% of COVID-19 cases in the United States.

Lawsuit: 99.7 Percent of Kids Banned From School Under COVID Rules Were Healthy

An Indiana judge is allowing a parent lawsuit against the governor’s mask and quarantine rules for schools to move ahead as efforts to end the science-defying, child-harming mandates stall in the state legislature.

Last week an Indiana judge ruled that the parent plaintiffs have provided enough evidence of a legitimate legal complaint to move forward with the case. The governor, their local school board, the state health department, and others the parents sued had moved to dismiss the suit.

But Allen County Superior Court Judge David Avery said a trial is required to determine if government officials are violating state law with their rules that cause constant mass quarantining of healthy children and disruptions to Hoosier children’s education. Public education is a right guaranteed by Indiana’s state constitution.

Out of more than 3,000 children quarantined under the state’s rules last year in Northwest Allen County Schools, fewer than 10 had Covid-19, said the parents’ attorney, Kevin Mitchell, to a local radio station this week. That means approximately 99.7 percent of quarantined kids didn’t have Covid but were still barred from school for one to two weeks with each quarantine.

Mitchell said he expected the numbers across the state were largely similar. EEU Regulators, WHO Call For End to COVID Boosters, Citing Evidence Strategy Is Failing

EU drug regulators, World Health Organization experts and the former chairman of the UK’s COVID task force all cited mounting evidence mRNA COVID boosters aren’t working and the strategy should be dropped

European Union drug regulators on Tuesday warned frequent COVID boosters could adversely affect the immune system and said there are currently no data to support repeated doses.

This comes a month after EU drug regulators said it made sense to “administer COVID-19 vaccine boosters as early as three months after the initial two-shot regimen,” amid concerns over the Omicron variant.

According to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), continued booster doses every four months could pose a risk of overloading people’s immune systems and lead to fatigue.

Instead, the agency recommended countries space out the intervals between boosters and coordinate their programs with the onset of the cold season in each hemisphere — following blueprints of influenza vaccination strategies. Vax All You Want, but It Won’t Stop Omicron, New Study Shows; Dr. Hot Mess Admits CDC Messaging Fail

By New York Post. Even a fourth shot of a COVID-19 vaccine is “not good enough” to prevent Omicron, according to a preliminary study in Israel.

Sheba Hospital last month tested a fourth shot given to more than 270 medical workers, with 154 getting the Pfizer jab and 120 receiving Moderna.

The researchers revealed Monday that both groups showed a “slightly higher” increase in antibodies than after the third shot — but still not enough to prevent Omicron, the latest variant responsible for the vast majority of infections around the world.

“Despite increased antibody levels, the fourth vaccine only offers a partial defense against the virus,” said Dr. Gili Regev-Yochay, director of the hospital’s infection disease unit leading the study.

Dr. Hot Mess Admits CDC Messaging Fail

By Breitbart. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky has promised to improve the agency’s messaging on the coronavirus after taking a wave of criticism from various media outlets.

Speaking with the Wall Street Journal (WSJ), Walensky said the CDC should have been more forthcoming with the public about how rules and regulations could be subject to change depending on the evolution of the virus and the data collected.

“I think what I have not conveyed is the uncertainty in a lot of these situations,” Walensky said.

According to the WSJ, Walensky has been undergoing extensive media prep and has been coached by a media consultant ahead of several public briefings she plans to hold in the coming future.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) took a wave of criticism when it recently announced that people who test positive for the coronavirus can exit quarantine after just five days without a negative test if they show mild to no symptoms. Health experts believed the decision stemmed from a shortage in tests largely due to the Biden administration’s lack of preparation.

By Townhall. A shocking percentage of Democrats support the enactment of tyrannical Covid-19 measures on unvaccinated people, according to a Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports poll released Thursday.

Well, maybe “shocking” isn’t the correct term given that we’re dealing with hypochondriac, authoritarian leftists drunk with power. Still, when nearly half the members of the ruling political party literally want to see unvaccinated people digitally tracked and forced into “designated facilities,” it’s definitely cause for concern.

– Fifty-eight percent (58%) of voters would oppose a proposal for federal or state governments to fine Americans who choose not to get a COVID-19 vaccine. However, 55% of Democratic voters would support such a proposal, compared to just 19% of Republicans and 25% of unaffiliated voters.

– Fifty-nine percent (59%) of Democratic voters would favor a government policy requiring that citizens remain confined to their homes at all times, except for emergencies, if they refuse to get a COVID-19 vaccine. Such a proposal is opposed by 61% of all likely voters, including 79% of Republicans and 71% of unaffiliated voters.

Major Newspaper Wants National Guard to Bar Unvaxxed Americans From Going ‘Anywhere’

In a panic-stricken weekend editorial, The Salt Lake City Tribune opined that the Utah governor should use the state’s National Guard to bar unvaxxed Americans from leaving their homes in the name of COVID-19 safety. The editorial ran Saturday and included a laundry list of complaints against Utah Governor Spencer Cox (R), new state epidemiologist Dr. Leisha Nolen, and national leaders for supposedly surrendering to the virus.

“That wan fluttering noise you hear coming from the direction of the Capitol building is the sound of the state of Utah waving the white flag of surrender in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic,” the Tribune’s editors wrote.

“It’s tragic. It’s disgraceful. And there is lots of blame to go around,” the editorial continued. “Gov. Spencer Cox and the new state epidemiologist, Dr. Leisha Nolen, let it officially be known Friday morning that there are so few tests available in the state, and so many people who reasonably fear that they have contracted the coronavirus, that anyone who is feeling the kind of symptoms associated with the disease should just assume they are infected and stay home.”

The op-ed also blamed both Republicans and Democrats — even President Joe Biden — for acquiescing to supposed misinformation or enacting inadequate policies that could not slow the spread of COVID-19. The editors of the city’s largest paper decried those opposed to mask and vaccine mandates for supplanting safety with claims of protecting personal freedom.

As a result, the paper surmised that “we are free all right. Free to fend for ourselves. To watch our children lose weeks, months, or more of their precious educational opportunities. To wonder whether it is safe to go to work or to the store or to sporting events. Doctor Has Medical License Suspended After Writing COVID Vaccines Are Associated With Reproductive Harm

A doctor in Maine saw her license to practice medicine suspended Tuesday after she was accused of spreading medical misinformation regarding COVID-19.

Dr. Meryl Nass’s license was temporarily suspended after Maine’s Board of Licensure in Medicine voted to investigate the claims against her and suspend her ability to practice medicine for 30 days, according to a report.

She has been given the opportunity to have the suspension lifted if she transitions to inactive status, the report noted.

Nass is an internist and reportedly affiliated with Children’s Health Defense.
