‘Tool to Enforce Orwellian Rules’: 80 House Republicans Help Pass Bill to Fund Federal Vaccination Database

Eighty House Republicans voted with Democrats on Tuesday to pass the Immunization Infrastructure Modernization Act, which if passed by the Senate and signed into law would fund a federal vaccination database.

According to the bill, also called H. R. 550, the government would provide $400 million in taxpayer dollars to fund “immunization system data modernization and expansion,” a system otherwise defined as “a confidential, population-based, computerized database that records immunization doses administered by any health care provider to persons within the geographic area covered by that database.”

The text specifically outlines an expansion of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Public Health Department capabilities and the ability for state and local health departments, as well as public and private health care providers, to share health data with the federal government.

In a statement, the bill’s main sponsor, Democrat Rep. Ann Kuster (NH), said the system would be used to “remind patients when they are due for a recommended vaccine” and identify areas with low vaccination rates to “ensure equitable distribution of vaccines.” Notably, the bill has four Republican co-sponsors: Reps. Larry Bucshon (R-IN), James Baird (R-IN), David McKinley (R-WV), and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA). Not one Democrat voted in opposition to the bill.

Rep. Man Forced to Get Vaccine to Receive Transplant Dies After COVID Shot

A 49-year-old Texas man who was forced to be vaccinated to remain on a lung-transplant list died after receiving a second shot of the Moderna vaccine.

Bobby Bolin’s widow, Amy Bolin, said that after his second Moderna shot, her husband developed a pulmonary embolism and heart condition and died before he could get new lungs.

“In the medical field, your goal is supposed to be to improve and save people’s lives, and instead you’re giving them one option — you either do this or you can’t get a life-saving transplant,” Amy said in an interview with The Defender, a digital publication of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s organization Children’s Health Defense.

Amy said her husband had recovered from COVID-19, conferring natural immunity, but was left with no choice. Suffering from a rare autoimmune disorder that attacks the lungs, COPA syndrome, his medical team required him to be vaccinated to get transplants. . .

Bobby Bolin’s health deteriorated rapidly after receiving his second Moderna shot on April 17, developing a heart condition characterized by an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, chest pain and extreme fatigue. Federal Judge Blocks COVID Vaccine Mandate for Health Care Workers Nationwide

The mandate has now been soundly beaten in the courts regarding its constitutionality. The workplace mandate has been halted. . .

Now, that’s been expanded nationwide as a district judge in Louisiana decided to pump the brakes on this completely. If Biden wants his vaccine mandate, he’ll have to get it passed through Congress (via Lafayette Daily Advertiser):

A Louisiana U.S. district judge blocked a federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers Tuesday, issuing a nationwide injunction in another setback to President Joe Biden’s effort to require wide segments of the population to be vaccinated.

Louisiana Western District U.S. Judge Terry Doughty’s decision follows an identical ruling Monday from Missouri U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp, but Schelp’s decision only covered 10 states.

Doughty ruled on the lawsuit led by Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and joined by 13 other states, but Doughty added a nationwide injunction in his ruling.

Here’s Why OSHA Has No Legal Power to Enforce a Vaccine Mandate

On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit stayed the effect of the OSHA mandate pending a final ruling on its validity. But all of the appeals have been consolidated in a different appellate court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. OSHA later announced that it has “suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.” . . .

Yet one thing is perfectly clear: OSHA lacks the legal authority to force a COVID-19 vaccine on Americans who do not want it. Small wonder that more than half the states are suing to stop the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate. . .

First, federal agencies have only the authority that Congress has granted them by statute. Agencies cannot vest themselves with additional power by issuing rules.

Second, agencies cannot undertake unauthorized action even in an emergency. As the Supreme Court explained last summer, “our system does not permit agencies to act unlawfully even in pursuit of desirable ends,” which includes “combatting the spread of the COVID-19 Delta variant.”

Third, vaccinations are materially different from personal protective equipment (PPE), like goggles, gloves, or masks. PPE offers a protective external shield to fend off harmful substances, preventing them from piercing the human skin, a shell that can be shed at the end of the workday. By contrast, vaccinations are not something we wear, they are something that is injected into our bodies to spur the immune system to generate antibody responses to pathogens. Judge Halts Biden Vaccine Mandate for Health Workers in 10 States

A federal court on Monday temporarily halted the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health workers at hospitals that receive federal funding.

The ruling by a Missouri-based federal judge applies to health care employees in the 10 states that sued to block the administration’s Nov. 5 rule. Those states are Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp, a Trump appointee, appeared persuaded by the states’ argument that the mandate would lead to staffing shortages.

“The scale falls clearly in favor of healthcare facilities operating with some unvaccinated employees, staff, trainees, students, volunteers and contractors, rather than the swift, irremediable impact of requiring healthcare facilities to choose between two undesirable choices — providing substandard care or providing no healthcare at all,” Schelp wrote in a 32-page order. Latest Devastating News on the Vaccine

I’m getting a lot of people telling me about this abstract that appeared in Circulation, which is arguably the top-rated journal on cardiology. This was incorporated in my latest slide deck (slide 26 and 27 at the time this is being written).

Yes, this is a big deal. But nobody is listening. Cardiac risk could go up 1,000X after vaccination and it wouldn’t matter. Nobody is listening. This article is proof of that.

Here’s the punch line from the abstract:

These changes resulted in an increase of the PULS score from 11% 5 yr ACS risk to 25% 5 yr ACS risk. At the time of this report, these changes persist for at least 2.5 months post second dose of vac. We conclude that the mRNA vacs dramatically increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of cardiac muscle and may account for the observations of increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy, and other vascular events following vaccination.

New Variant ‘Could Already be in the UK’ Amid Fears Vaccines Are 40% Less Effective

The new COVID variant, that could weaken vaccine protection by 40 per cent, could potentially already be in the UK.

UK health chiefs say the new strain, centered in south African countries, is the “most worrying and complex” seen yet.

It is the most evolved so far with 50 mutations, 32 of which are of particular concern, and could be worse than Delta, experts have warned.

The variant has only been found in four countries so far – but its power has sparked a sudden ban on flights from six nations to the UK.

Biden Mandates Vax for Cross-Border Truckers, Exempts Border Crossers

In January 2022, President Joe Biden’s administration will begin implementing a Chinese coronavirus vaccine mandate on all cross-border travelers, primarily truck drivers, at United States land ports of entry while exempting illegal border crossers.

As Breitbart News reported, Biden’s administration is planning to require the vaccine for all essential cross-border travelers entering U.S. land ports of entry. The mandate is mostly be targeted at truck drivers who cross between the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

“President Joe Biden will require essential, nonresident travelers crossing U.S. land borders, such as truck drivers, government and emergency response officials, to be fully vaccinated beginning on Jan. 22, the administration planned to announce,” the Associated Press reports.

Noticeably exempt from the vaccine mandate are border crossers and illegal aliens, hundreds of thousands of whom successfully get released into the U.S. interior as a result of Biden’s expansive Catch and Release program. Vaccine Inventor Warns: ‘The Future of Global Totalitarianism Is Here’

Americans should pay attention to the severe coronavirus-related restrictions on civil liberties in Australia, Canada and now Austria, said the inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology, warning the virus increasingly is becoming a “platform for advancing other agendas.”

“The future of global totalitarianism is here, it’s just not evenly distributed,” said Dr. Robert Malone, an immunologist and virologist who researched the use of messenger RNA in vaccines at the Salk Institute in the 1980s.

He said in an interview Monday with Steve Bannon’s “War Room” that Austria — the first country to require that every citizen be vaccinated — is “the most egregious example” of “the deployment of a totalitarian approach to this whole thing.” . . .

“Basically, it’s the madness of crowds,” Malone said. “And a lot of these governments have been overtaken by this form of psychosis or hypnosis.

Vaccinated Adults Under 60 Are Dying at Twice the Rate of Unvaccinated People the Same Age

The brown line represents weekly deaths from all causes of vaccinated people aged 10-59, per 100,000 people.

The blue line represents weekly deaths from all causes of unvaccinated people per 100,000 in the same age range.
