Idiot Judge Orders Vaccination of 11 Year Old Over Her Scientist-Father’s Objections

An upstate New York judge has sided with a mother in ordering her 11-year-old daughter to get vaccinated against COVID-19 — despite the father’s concerns.

Jeannie Figer in late November brought her estranged husband, Donald Figer, back to court in their 2012 divorce case to ask a judge to allow her to vaccinate her daughter over Donald’s objections.

Donald — a scientist and college professor “at one of the area’s premier institutions” — asked his ex not to rush to vaccinate their young daughter, saying there hadn’t been any studies conducted on the long-term side effects, according to court papers.

But Monroe County Supreme Court Justice Richard Dollinger disagreed, saying time is of the essence when it comes to getting the girl protected. . .

People With Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Have 1700% Greater Risk of Getting Guillain-Barré Syndrome, Paralysis: Study

People who receive the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine are at elevated risk of getting a severe autoimmune disorder that can cause paralysis, according to a new study.

Researchers used data from the Vaccine Safety Datalink, which is run by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). They found (pdf) 21 potential cases, 11 of which were confirmed, of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) in people who got the shot. Most happened with 13 days of vaccination.

The incidence rate of confirmed cases per 100,000 person-years was 34.6 during the 1 to 21 days after administration, much higher than the historical background rate of 2 per 100,000 person-years. . .

The study validates findings from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), a passive reporting system run by the CDC and the Food and Drug Administration, the researchers said.

A study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in October, analyzing data from the system, found a “potential small but statistically significant safety concern for Guillain-Barré syndrome following receipt” of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Over 500 Fully Vaccinated Oregon Residents Died of COVID-19

More than 500 residents in Oregon have now died of COVID-19 despite being fully vaccinated against the virus as health officials continue to report over 2,000 new infections daily.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, health authorities in Oregon have recorded a total of 552 breakthrough COVID-19 deaths throughout the state. Of the total number of deaths, 273 people had been fully vaccinated with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. At least 144 received the Moderna vaccine and 78 were given the Johnson & Johnson shots, according to data from the Oregon Health Authority.

The recent report also showed that there were 4,134 new COVID-19 cases recorded between Nov. 21 and Nov. 27. At least 1,186 were breakthrough infections.

As of Dec. 2, Oregon reported a total of 45,545 coronavirus infections among the fully vaccinated. At least 6.6% of breakthrough infections were reported in people aged 80 and older. People aged 12 to 19 also accounted for 4.8% of all cases reported in the state. The majority of the cases (10.9%) were reported in people aged 30 to 39.

It’s expected that when someone has a vaccine shot, they may feel “under the weather”. . .

But, according to anecdotal reports, you may experience dehydration, or extra thirst, after your top-up shot.

Dr LaTasha Perkins, a family physician in Washington, told Huffington Post: “People have different symptoms when they get their immunizations, but I have heard of people feeling a little bit thirsty. . .

Country Prompts Nationwide Parent Outrage With Child Vaccination Mandate

Parents in South Korea have expressed “anger” in recent days against a looming federal mandate that will require children aged 12 to 17 years to provide proof of vaccination against the Chinese coronavirus to enter public spaces “frequented by students, including cram schools, internet cafes, and public study rooms” starting in February, Yonhap reported Monday.

South Korea’s federal government announced on December 3 it would expand an existing coronavirus “vaccine pass” system to include anyone above the age of 12, beginning in February. The edict requires school-age children and teenagers “to present a certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] or a negative test result to be allowed into restaurants, cafes and other multi-use facilities frequented by students,” according to Yonhap.

The South Korean news agency noted on December 6 that many students and parents have “voiced fury” at the impending vaccine requirement since it was revealed on December 3. Those opposed to the order have denounced it via multiple online petitions as “discrimination against those not vaccinated” and “effective coercion for adolescents to get vaccinated.”

One online petition against the vaccine mandate “was filed on the website of Cheong Wa Dae,” or the office of the South Korean presidency, on Friday, according to Yonhap. The entreaty, led by a woman who identified herself as a mother of four children, garnered 74,000 endorsements within 72 hours of its posting. COVID Authoritarianism Skyrockets as Media Drums up Omicron Panic

COVID-19 authoritarianism is skyrocketing around the world as the corporate media drums up panic about the Omicron variant of the virus.

In Greece, individuals 60 years old and over will be required to get the COVID-19 jab by Jan. 16, 2022, or risk a 100 euro fine. . .

The mandate comes shortly after the nation banned anyone who did not receive the shot from public “indoor spaces” regardless of whether they test negative.

In other areas of Europe such as Northern Ireland, members of the Alliance party called for political censorship against groups advocating against vaccine passports. Councilor Danny Donnelly and Member of the Legislative Assembly Stewart Dickson complained that the organization Big Brother Watch and other groups protesting a looming legislative vote on vaccine passes are “putting lives at risk,” and demanded the digital advertisements featuring the group’s message be turned off “ASAP.”

State Drafts Rule to Make Mask Wearing Permanent

There are six states — Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada (in substantial rates of COVID-19 transmission), New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington — that still require most people to wear face masks in indoor public places regardless of vaccination status. Oregon is taking it to another level by considering indefinite mask mandates.

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) met on Thursday for about two hours to begin the process of drafting an order to make the state’s indoor mask requirement permanent. The OHA’s Rules Advisory Committee (RAC) discussed what the new indefinite face mask mandate would look like and the impact it could have on the public.

“Community stakeholders, including those from the hospitality and faith sectors, joined in the meeting,” KOMO reported. “People from the Seventh Day Adventists Church, the High Desert Museum, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and McMenamins were a part of the conversation.”

Some of the private business representatives expressed concerns about people not wanting to comply with mask mandates.

This European Country Is Medically Segregating the Unvaccinated From Public Life

Germany enacted restrictions on Thursday prohibiting citizens who haven’t received a COVID-19 vaccine from entering most public venues and businesses.

According to Reuters, the decision to implement medical segregation came after “[O]utgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel and her successor Olaf Scholz agreed with leaders of Germany’s 16 states to bar the unvaccinated from access to all but the most essential businesses such as grocery stores, pharmacies and bakeries.” Only individuals who are vaccinated or have recovered from the virus will be allowed access to restaurants, theaters, and other so-called nonessential stores.

Additional restrictions set to take effect include “shutting nightclubs in places with high infection rates,” “strict limits on the number of spectators at large public events such as soccer games,” and “a nationwide ban on gatherings and fireworks at New Year.”

US Identifies First Case of Omicron Variant; Patient Was Fully Vaccinated

By The Blaze. The very first case of the newly identified COVID-19 Omicron variant has been detected in California, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced on Wednesday.

In a news release, the public health agency said the new variant was detected in a fully vaccinated American traveler who returned from South Africa on Nov. 22.

“The individual, who was fully vaccinated and had mild symptoms that are improving, is self-quarantining and has been since testing positive,” the CDC noted, adding, “All close contacts have been contacted and have tested negative.” . . .

During a press briefing, White House chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci told reporters that the individual, who has not been identified, tested positive for the variant on Nov. 29. He had reportedly not received a booster shot.

First Omicron Case in U.S. Adds to Global Alarm Over Virus Variant

By Reuters. Fears over the impact of the Omicron variant of the coronavirus rose on Thursday after the first case was reported in the United States and the Japanese central bank warned of economic pain as countries respond with tighter containment measures.

The first known U.S. case was a fully vaccinated person in California who returned to the United States from South Africa on Nov. 22 and tested positive seven days later.

President Joe Biden is working on the U.S. strategy for fighting COVID-19 this winter and sources briefed on the matter told Reuters one step will be extending requirements for travelers to wear masks through mid-March. A formal announcement is expected on Thursday, the sources said.

The White House also plans to announce stricter testing rules for international visitors.

Airlines in the United States were told to hand over the names of passengers arriving from parts of southern Africa hit by Omicron, according to a U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention letter seen by Reuters. Dying COVID-19 Patient Recovers After Court Orders Hospital to Administer Ivermectin

An elderly COVID-19 patient has recovered after a court order allowed him to be treated with ivermectin, despite objections from the hospital in which he was staying, according to the family’s attorney

After an Illinois hospital insisted on administering expensive remdesivir to the patient and the treatment failed, his life was saved after a court ordered that an outside medical doctor be allowed to use the inexpensive ivermectin to treat him, over the hospital’s strenuous objections. . .

Sun Ng, 71, who was visiting the United States from Hong Kong to celebrate his granddaughter’s first birthday, became ill with COVID-19 and within days was close to death. He was hospitalized on Oct. 14 at Edward Hospital, in Naperville, Illinois, a part of the Edward-Elmhurst Health system. His condition worsened dramatically and he was intubated and placed on a ventilator a few days later.

Ng’s only child, Man Kwan Ng, who holds a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, did her own research and decided that her father should take ivermectin, which some medical doctors believe is effective against COVID-19, despite the FDA’s guidance to the contrary.
