Revealed: White House Dr. Visited Family Despite Own Travel Warning

As COVID-19 cases skyrocketed before the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, Dr. Deborah Birx, coordinator of the White House coronavirus response, warned Americans to “be vigilant” and limit celebrations to “your immediate household.” . . .

The day after Thanksgiving, she traveled to one of her vacation properties on Fenwick Island in Delaware. She was accompanied by three generations of her family from two households. Birx, her husband Paige Reffe, a daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren were present.

Marine Corps Vet Faces Decades in Prison for Standing up to COVID Fascism

In yet another sad example of the COVID insanity gripping the nation, the owner of the Self Made Training Facility franchises in Arizona, Jeff Mahaffey – a decorated Marine Corps veteran – has received daily fines and criminal charges for operating his gym outside of the government mandates and CDC guidelines. In early spring when the original shutdowns began, Jeff did close in adherence with the statewide stay at home orders. However, due to lack of statistics and scientific backing for the closures, his doors were reopened in May when that original order expired. But on June 30th, a second round of closures was announced.

This second closure edict specifically targeted restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and gyms. Nevertheless, Jeff made the courageous decision to keep his facilities open for the countless independent contractors and their clients who utilize his buildings. Soon thereafter, he started receiving daily class 1 misdemeanor charges issued by Scottsdale Police Department. These charges carry a max penalty of $2,500 and 6 months in prison – each.

Not only this, the city of Scottsdale also began using intimidation tactics to try and keep Jeff’s doors closed. The local government began placing squad cars in the parking lot of the Scottsdale facility and even followed members who were leaving the facility. Invariably, these members would be stopped for minor traffic infractions. When confronted, the conversation always immediately turned to the gym in place of the reason for traffic stop.

Come early August, gyms were given the opportunity to reapply to reopen. However, in doing so, the owners had to agree to enforce a set of rules and restrictions set forth by the state. The restrictions and penalties were vague and seemed to allow the state to permanently shut down businesses if found in violation of the ambiguous guidelines. Given this, and coupled with the fact that the Self Made Training Facility had not closed back down to begin with, Jeff did not submit an application.

A few months went by with little to no issues. However, on November 25th, the Arizona Department of Health entered the facility without permission and, without any inspections, left a notice of immediate closure on the front desk and taped one to the front door. The state inspector then left without saying much of anything.
On the state’s notice, it stated the reason for closure was that the business had failed to submit an application to reopen. In other words, Jeff would essentially have to ask permission from the government to operate his business. Following this notice, multiple new charges were filed against Jeff. Local courts issued a court date but failed to provide any notice to Jeff. Once the unserved court date was predictably missed, the court then issued a warrant for his arrest.

But instead of arresting Jeff, local authorities attempted to mediate. In mediation it was stated that if Jeff wanted his contempt of court charge (for missing the hearing he didn’t know about) dropped, he would have to waive all rights to trespass local and state government officials from his businesses. In other words, he would have to grant an unlimited license to government agents to come and go as they pleased from his property. Of course, this “solution” was quickly turned down. An agreement was met to keep Jeff out of jail for the time being, however. In this agreement, local authorities filed a permanent injunction stating that as long as Jeff enforced CDC mask guidelines and was willing to work with the Arizona Department of Health Services, they would not pursue the contempt of court charge at this given time. So, the fight wages on.

Obviously, this fight is much more than just one man trying to keep his business open. It is a fight for the soul of our nation and the Constitution on which it was founded. There are small businesses nationwide standing up to this tyranny, but they cannot stand alone.

Health Expert: Withholding Vaccine From Elderly Whites Will ‘Level the Playing Field a Bit’

A University of Pennsylvania expert in health policy says older people should not necessarily be on a priority list for COVID-19 vaccinations because they tend to be white. . .

The expert, Harald Schmidt was quoted in a New York Times article titled “Who should get the coronavirus vaccine first?”

“Older populations are whiter,” he said. “Society is structured in a way that enables them to live longer. Instead of giving additional health benefits to those who already had more of them, we can start to level the playing field a bit.”

His argued it was reasonable to put “essential workers” ahead of older populations, at least partly because they are disproportionately minorities.

COVID Vaccine Warning: No Breastfeeding, Avoid Pregnancy for 2 Months, Unknown Fertility Impacts; You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects

By Life Site News. Government produced safety instructions for a new coronavirus vaccine indicate that it should not be used by pregnant or breast-feeding mothers and children. In addition, they state that it is unknown what effect the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine will have on fertility.

The ten-page “Reg 174 Information for UK Healthcare Professionals” describes the vaccine, how it is to be stored, diluted, and administered, and the trial studies carried out to test it. To be effective, the vaccine is supposed to be administered twice. In a section called “Fertility, pregnancy and lactation,” the guide says there is “no or limited data” on the vaccine. Therefore, it is not recommending its use for pregnant women. . .

The guide also advises that women should avoid becoming pregnant for the first two months after their Covid-19 shots. . .

You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects

By CNBC. If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

“It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“

Congress to Receive First Batch of COVID-19 Vaccines, but Uncertainty Lingers

By Politico. Top congressional leaders will receive the coronavirus vaccine in the coming days with dozens of lawmakers planning to quickly follow suit — an effort designed to maintain a continuity of government while also instilling public confidence in the shot.

The limited batch of doses, which is expected to soon arrive in the House and Senate and was first reported by POLITICO, marks a major development for lawmakers and frontline workers in a Capitol complex that has battled dozens of cases this year.

But the sudden announcement of vaccines stunned many lawmakers who had been kept in the dark about whether they would get doses at all. Now, members are preparing for their first doses in what’s expected to be the final week in session of the 116th Congress. U.S. Doctor Says Half His Nurses Refuse to Take the Vaccine

Chief of critical care at United Memorial Medical Center in Houston, Dr. Joseph Varon, said that half of the nurses in his unit refuse to get the coronavirus vaccine for political reasons, according to an interview conducted by Steve Inskeep of NPR.

When asked about skepticism toward the vaccine among healthcare workers, Varon replied, “Yesterday, I had a – not a fight, but, you know, I had a friendly argument with more than 50% of my nurses in my unit telling me that they will not get the vaccine.” Most of their reasoning for refusing the vaccine was politically motivated, Varon told NPR. Alaska Health Care Worker Hospitalized After Receiving COVID-19 Vaccine; State to Consider ‘Historical Injustice’ in Setting Vaccine Distribution Order

By NY Times. A health care worker in Alaska had a serious allergic reaction after getting Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine on Tuesday, symptoms that emerged within minutes and required an overnight hospital stay.

The middle-aged worker had no history of allergies, but had an anaphylactic reaction that began 10 minutes after receiving the vaccine at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, Alaska, a hospital official said. She experienced a rash over her face and torso, shortness of breath and an elevated heart rate.

Dr. Lindy Jones, the hospital’s emergency department medical director, said the worker was first given a shot of epinephrine, a standard treatment for severe allergic reactions. State to Consider ‘Historical Injustice’ in Setting Vaccine Distribution Order

By Washington Examiner. California may include “historical injustice” as a factor in determining the distribution of coronavirus vaccines, a sign of social justice considerations entering the public health effort.

The idea was first introduced to California’s Community Vaccine Advisory Committee on Nov. 25 by Virginia Hedrick, according to NPR.

Hedrick is executive director of the California Consortium for Urban Indian Health. A member of the Yurok Tribe, she pointed out that Native Americans are 4 times more likely to be hospitalized for COVID-19 and twice as likely to die from it than white people.

New COVID Study Reveals When Wearing a Mask Is Actually a Bad Idea

Wearing a used mask could be more dangerous than not wearing one at all when it comes to warding off COVID-19, a new study has found.

A new three-layer surgical mask is 65 percent efficient in filtering particles in the air — but when used, that number drops to 25 percent, according to the study published Tuesday in the Physics of Fluids.

Researchers from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and California Baptist University say that masks slow down airflow, making people more susceptible to breathing in particles — and a dirty face mask can’t effectively filter out the tiniest of droplets.

“It is natural to think that wearing a mask, no matter new or old, should always be better than nothing,” said author Jinxiang Xi.

Mike Pence Will Publicly Receive COVID-19 Vaccine

Vice President Mike Pence and Second Lady Karen Pence will receive the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine publicly on Friday, the White House announced late Wednesday evening.

The goal of the televised event is “to promote the safety and efficacy of the vaccine and build confidence among the American people,” the White House announcement stated. Pence is the chair of the White House Coronavirus Task Force and the highest-ranking member of the White House to receive the vaccine.

Married Teachers Die of COVID-19 While Holding Hands

A married couple who were both teachers in Texas died of COVID-19 complications while holding hands.

Paul Blackwell, 61, and Rose Mary Blackwell, 65, died on Sunday at Harris Methodist Hospital, according to their family.

The couple spent several days in intensive care on ventilators as their conditions continued to worsen and their family made the heartbreaking decision to take them off life support, Paul’s son Christopher Blackwell told CBS 11.

“Two of my other brothers are actually in the room there at the hospital and they wheeled my stepmother in there in the room with my father and at the same time, removed them both from the ventilator,” Christopher said.

“They had them holding hands and they were both gone in a couple of minutes,” he continued. “I’ve never seen anything like that before and it’s hard to even put into words seeing that.” (Read more from “Married Teachers Die of COVID-19 While Holding Hands” HERE)

A Shocking Amount of Americans Want a Mandatory COVID Vaccine

. . .Back in August, a poll conducted by Yahoo News and NewGov found that 42 percent of Americans say they would get the vaccination. That number was a record low for willingness to get a vaccine, and it could be a problem for the nation. Scientists say at least 60 percent of the population – although 75 to 80 percent would be ideal – need to get the vaccine in order for the vaccine to be effective.

A new poll conducted by ABC News and Ipsos poll found that 39 percent of Americans believe that states should make the Wuhan coronavirus mandatory. Interestingly enough, Americans say they’re open to receiving the vaccine at some point, but they’re more likely to hold off.

According to the poll, 40 percent will get the vaccine as soon as they’re able to. That number rose to 57 percent amongst those who are over the age of 65. On the other hand, 40 percent say they will wait a while to take the vaccine. That number rose to 52 percent among minorities.
